On the surface, Jane often appears as a quiet, dark and solemn individual with their feelings locked behind a passive face. Though it is her eyes that appear to captivate, always looking and burning with intensity like twin sapphires in the night. Loose locks of golden blonde hair flow downwards though the majority of which is secured in a long braided tail, a stark contrast to the pale marble-like skin seemingly absent of any blemish with exception of red vein-like markings that snake across her form. Despite her relatively short stature, this she still holds a deceptive amount of muscle and although at times can come across as tomboyish or delinquent, it is still clear she places exceptional care into her appearance.

Normally clad in dark colors that contrast with her skin, they are never the less well made with many custom designs often with some form of iconography, never seeming to wear the same outfit twice and a good number of them appearing as if new, one element that is consistent however is an embedded jewel within the center of her forehead. Jane carries herself with care and purpose, displaying a great deal of confidence in their stance each step and movement seemingly well placed and with thought, efficient and simple. The same can be said with her speech, a low yet firm tone with little obvious emotive inflection, though there can be found small undercurrents of curiosity, annoyance or interest depending on the topic in question. Finally, there are a number of abnormalities clearly visible if someone would take the time to look, most notably the absence of any particular breathing outside of her taking breaths prior to speaking, the lower temperature of her skin at rest and should her mouth open a number of sharper teeth than would be expected.

Backstory:
Janes's childhood was different, to say the least, growing up a single if a sickly child there would be grave concerns regarding her health by her parents. Born prematurely and anemic, she would often be treated like a porcelain doll, her parents worried she may break if they were not careful, more so her father than mother. This would come to the head with the emergence of her quirk being one of the scariest parts of her parent's lives as they feared the worst until clarification was given by the hospital doctor. While changing her deeply, their quirk allowed them a new sense of freedom, but also new expectations as her mother's approach to them changed substantially, not wanting them to ever be as they were before now the option was available.

While some would assume her Morgan would drive them towards the path she took, they were surprisingly firm on not given her daughter a direct answer or suggestion instead encouraging them to find their own way, yet the shadow of her parentage would linger with many faculty seeing her as a Villain in the making, the attitude seeping into the children from either them or parents. Though rather than submit to it, Jane would attempt to drown it out and focus on what was ahead of her….yet it was maybe the feeling this caused that sparked her desire to be a hero in the first place as well as shaped who they would become. However, never one to do things by half they would through themselves entirely into it making use of the time she had, her self-critical nature and drive coming out in force. Fast forward several years and despite all beliefs, their application would be accepted and gain access to the academy, intent on forging the path forward onwards.

Hero Outfit: Life Regalia MK1 (future)
A relatively simple outfit developed by the support department with two primary functions, one being the cooling and regulation of the wearer's body temperature to redirect heat instead to the second function, that being the unique self-healing materials. The greatest concern when constructing the costume was, in fact, its natural durability, resulting in it offering a mild amount of protection as a byproduct. In addition to the costume itself has been a requested bracer like accessories to be used in combination with a stocked first aid kit as well as a multitude of compressed canisters across her belt containing various gas-based compounds. There have also been two gauntlets like gloves gifted by one of her parents, though the precise function of these have yet to be revealed having herself placed firm conditions up their use.

Quirk: Revenant
A Mutation like a quirk that gives the user incredible physical enhancements placing them far above the human limits, most notably within their bite and grip strength or relatively defunct physiology. The primary function of the quirk though appears to be a rapid regeneration in response to physical trauma with injuries repairing themselves in red fiber-like strands quickly and severed elements remaining some degree of control to them. There are however perhaps additional features that are yet to be experienced and explored, such as the incorporation of foreign biological elements or selective concentrated use of their healing ability to manifest other effects.

Sufficient and prolonged damage to the user has been shown to result in a greatly increased body temperature and eventually more severe effects to the point of combustion if methods are not taken to cool themselves, in combination with this sufficient damage to their brain will result in a degrading of mental faculties as more instinctual and primal behavior takes over. Lesser issues encountered also appears to be a faint detachment and emotional numbness as a result of her abilities, though this may be more a psychological side effect of living with such as opposed to a direct effect of the ability. Finally, there is also the matter of while she herself is capable of withstanding a remarkable amount of damage, her personal effects such as her clothing can not.

Skills:
As a result of being trained from an early age, in combination with her own efforts Jane has become quite proficient in an array of martial arts, most notably Savate, Baiquan and Aikido. This was initially at the behest of her mother's desire to ensure she would not be at risk or taken advantage of, yet the passion and natural talent has had the support and encourage such further. To further this has been Janes's natural athleticism and desire for adrenaline that leads her to a number of extreme sports activities, though a preference for fast movement and heights stating a fondness for the sensation. Achieving high grades academically much to the annoyance of her teachers, she seemed to place little interest in the topics covered yet did so out of necessity. The exception of this has appeared to be a deep interest in biology, most notably medical fields. Holding a good aptitude and understanding of the topics, with sufficient training and study it is very possible she could become an accomplished doctor, yet her current focus remains set on the path of a hero. Finally as advised to aid in her development and expression by early therapists, Jane was introduced to a multitude of instruments that fostered her interest in musical arts, having learned proficiency in several such as the Piano, Violin, and Guitar.

A sheer outfit meant to prevent her clothing from getting caught into anything when she fluctuates. Has a pair of goggles to help her aim better.

Back story:
Corrina had a pretty normal childhood. Sure, her quirk was pretty useless, but not all of them could be winners. Still, it was kinda tough being unable to fight for the most part, considering her rather explosive nature. One of her only moves was fluctuating behind someone and smacking them. She wants to be in Oakwood mostly just because she can feel that her quirk has more potential than just backhanding people. Plus she keeps getting fired from part time jobs for being rude to customers, and her being a jerk as a pro hero could actually work to her favor. Some people are into that kind of stuff.

Personality:
I'm not going to mince words, she's a bit of a bitch. Always has something to say back, never backs down from a challenge. It's gotten her into trouble with teachers before, not to mention a couple of run ins with the law. Her sarcasm knows no bounds, but it's mostly done in jest. Riling people up is just funny to her, and making fun of them or making them look like idiots is a great way to do that. She doesn't make very many friends because of this, which is something she wish to change

If she cannot see it, she cannot fluctuate to it. I'd say that anything that mostly stops her seeing, like a dark room, heavy smoke, or translucent glass would stop her. A blindfold would also completely shut down her power.

Name: Taiyō Akuyaku

Hero Name: Bloodhawk

Age: 16
Description: A transfer student from Japan, Akuyaku (prefers to be called by his given name, Taiyō or Tai) is a very quiet boy. He is quite the introvert, but still feels a sense of loneliness and wants friends. Akuyaku prefers living a rather calm and relaxing life, so heroism to him is a way to prevent villains from ruining this lifestyle for him and others. Akuyaku never backs away from a problem. Once he sets his sight on something, it's difficult for him to simply forget it even if it's a small thing. Akuyaku can keep calm under pressure, and almost never lets his emotions get the better of him (for better or for worse). He finds comfort in reading, idealy with a cup of coffee in one hand at a cafe on a rainy day while listening to some smooth jazz. Akuyaku is nice to those he meets, but takes some time to actually start to trust them.

Back story: Taiyō's father was a villain that even top heroes struggled to stop. Taiyō and his mother were unaware of his fathers crimes. When his father was finally apprehended, the Akuyaku name was made public and forever tarnished. Taiyō hated what his father had done, not only his crimes but how, in Taiyō's eyes, ruined his and his mother's lives. Taiyō went through school known as the son of a villain, nothing but bad rumors were spread about him, often about how he would grow up to be a villain too. Taiyō once fought a bully who was harassing him, and Taiyō used his quirk in that fight. This horrified the other students, and Taiyō thought he was no better than his father. Soon, Taiyō was alone, nobody cared for him besides his mother. Taiyō resolved to become a pro hero in spite of his father, despite his quirk (the same as his fathers) was a reminder of who he was, a part of him he didn't like. Taiyō and his mother moved to England for fresh start.

Quirk: Blood Bloom
Quirk Description: Allows the user to manipulate his own blood as if it were an extra limb. Once the users blood is outside their body, they can freely move it around as long as it it still connected to the main blood stream in some way. The user can also solidify/crystalize the blood for various uses like making tools or weapons. The user generates blood at a somewhat faster rate than average to compensate for this. The user can also choose to rapidly regenerate blood, but this will drain the users stamina.
Quirk Drawbacks: Once the blood is outside the user's body, it cannot return inside the user. Due to this, the user will still suffer the same effects of blood loss depending on how much blood the user is using. The user's wounds also take longer to heal, but the user can concentrate on controlling their blood to stay inside their body. Anemia is always a risk.

Iron Bond - Linus can manipulate metal. He must touch and "implant" a part of himself into the metal. While manipulating physical shape is his strong suit, he can alter the physical and chemical properties as well.

More basic metals are easier to manipulate, with precious metals being nearly impossible as he stands right now.

His primary use for this rests on the seven-foot bar of iron he is rarely seen without. Smelted and forged while pouring his power into it. He can change it's shape on instinct, with only a minor drain on his power.

Nickname: Blondie, Miss Perfect
Hero Name: Stellamarine
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Description: A Naive but cheerful girl who was raised under a Naval Commander and Pro Hero, most of Charlotte's life has been along the beach, at sea or in the public spotlight.

Back story: Charlotte is the daughter of a Royal British Navy Officer who commands his own ship named S.S. Victoria, one of Englands most famous pro heroes. Most of her life has been brought up in spotlight and fame, as such she has become abit popular in the public eye due to her father and her own appearance. Her father is a famous sea hero who often rescues those who get stranded at sea and works hard to protect the country. Charlotte grew up with no knowledge of her mother as her father would never talk about her.
This led Charlotte to be wishful that she could one day meet her mother but she never showed up. Despite this Charlotte has remained a good child and strives to one day become a pro hero herself.
Hero Outfit:

Charlotte's Costume is made by a hero agency at her request, although it doesn't really give any benefits, it suits her look that she wants to follow...
Quirk:
Telekinesis: Telekinesis. She is able to move or shape objects with her mind, although currently she is quite weak and struggles to even lift a couch or other similar sized objects.
She can also create fields with her mind allowing her to block or stand on them however they require constant focus to keep up and are currently not very strong.
According to her people are difficult to move unwillingly because they tend to squirm too much making them hard to grasp. She is able to lift herself however.
Her quirk tends to burn her through extended use, potentially dealing permanent damage to her cells.

Other: Charlotte enjoys the sea, loves designer clothes, and is incredibly naive.

Description: A mystery in the form of a boy. Comes from a poorly known rich family who owns a multi million dollar company that simply became rich through connections and investments.
He tends to be coolheaded and secretive.
Back story:
Jake's mother owns a multi million dollar company in a network of surrogate familys who are also rich. From a young age Jake had been raised to compete against the other families in any way possible. The hope was that the other families could be taken down legally and that the Holland's would be the only rich family remaining. As was the goal for all the other families..
Eventually Jake and his mother both came to the conclusion that Jake would attend Oakwood Hero Academy not in an attempt to become a hero, but in an attempt to train his quirk and hone his skills so that he could take down the other families through violence. His mother made him keep this fact secret and enrolled him at Oakwood, so that he could graduate and return to claim the Holland's the throne of riches that would await them. It's not known what Holland thinks of his situation or his life, he never seems to comment about it, not once has he ever mentioned anything to his mother or anyone else.

Quirk: Externa: Jake has the ability to turn himself into the same material as he touches so long as the material is a solid, ei: metal, wood, stone, paper, grass.
This ability is activated mentally, however it has a time limit of about 5 minutes before it wears off and he is forced to find a material to touch again to turn it back on.
While turned into a material, he has the same properties as that material, being a metal he could conduct electricity, although he still cannot control electricity only conduct it. Being paper he could burn and die, being a stone, he could resist heat, as such both the weaknesses and strengthes of the material are something he has to keep in consideration.

Regarding backstory, is Charlotte a Navy Cadet? (Youth programme run by the Navy, like Scouts) Or is she just related to a naval commander? On a related note, what's his hero name?
Jake- Nice quirk, but how does it affect his organs/body?

BlueJay1403 I would say she could lift a person or a household furniture in terms of weight. Not exactly sure what that amounts to in Newtons.

So I don't know exactly what you mean by his organs/body as they would turn into whatever material he touches, if you mean a weakness then I could make it so the relative balance of his organs can't sustain his quirk indefinitely. In that simply turning your organs into the same material of your body would mess up the balance, considering that humans are generally made of all different materials for each part of the body, so the skin, bones and flesh aren't the same materials as your organs necessarilly.. Having ALL of your body made of one thing could be dangerous in a prolonged situation..
But let's ignore the science that in reality doing that would likely just cause you to die instantly...

Otherwise I don't really want it to do anything to his organs. I don't see the need for his organs being anything of important
