Name: Mikado "Aisado" Aisaka

Mikado is a twenty-two year old man who currently lives with his younger cousin, Yoshi Nanase, in Yokohama, Japan, one of the few cities in the country that hadn't quite reverted back to it's feudal times. According to Nanashi, Mikado is also a highly intelligent individual much like herself, which is what allowed him to obtain a job within the Japanese government, specializing in coding and programming. He focuses on his work most of the time, but makes sure that Nanashi is properly taken care of. Unable to concentrate with his higher ups yelling at him, he's often working at home with his laptop, unless there's a dire situation that needs to be taken care of. When that time comes, he's usually at their base, where all of his equipment is located, so he can deal with the problem directly. As his cousin had once stated, "He's calm and level-headed most of the time, acting mature in almost every situation thrown at him. Really, he's an amazing person, much more than I'll ever be!"

Name: Tobari "Hasami" Hikagari

Biography:
Tobari is a twenty-six year old woman who currently lives with her partners, Kirai, Nomiya, and Kotora in Chiba, Japan, a city which had not escaped the recession of it's country. According to Mikado, she is a calm and elegant lady, traits which likely stem from her wealthy background as a noble. She works as a representative, a spokeswoman, if you will, for the Japanese government. She was hired because she has this emphatic ability which allows her to interpret the feelings and motives of others, and thus, acts accordingly to those aspects. Though, this does have it's downsides, as it results in her being extremely cautious around others. As Mikado would say, "She's the calmest and most rational of the representatives, keeping her head straight when talking to those she considers her enemies, as well as her friends."
Mikoto the White Warrior
Bio: He is recognized as the first to possess a Godsend and is a warrior native to Japan. His Godsend is the Totsuka no Tsurugi in legend a mighty sword used to slay the Yamata No Orochi. He was briefly in possession of the Yata no Kagami and Yasakani no Magatama but he could not use them because the Totsuka blade is not one of the Three Imperial Regalia so it was incompatible with the other two Godsends. He promptly gave the Yata no Kagami to trusted ally and placed the Yasakani no Magatama in care of warrior monks. He then went on to collect lone warriors and recruit them to serve as his personal unit of elite warriors.
The Totsuka No Tsurugi as far as been shown currently is basically just a really powerful sword which he wields with his Supernatural Swordsmanship and backed by his Supernatural Condition.
Kibune Kekain
The trusted friend of Mikoto who was given the Yata no Kagami, Kibune is half Oni half human of the Kekain Clan. With the new age tolerance people like who are half youkai yet member of an onmyouji clan don't face as much discrimination as an existence like him would in the olden days. He and others like him are recognized as important assets especially for maintaining good relations with the Supernatural creatures of Japan.
He wasn't able to learn Onmyodo and previously fought only using his Oni Physiology and his martial arts skills. But with the addition of the Yata no Kagami he has become a much stronger warrior. The Yata no Kagami primary ability is to reflect, absorb, and regurgitate attacks through at it. But he manipulates it with his will and uses it sort of like a giant chakram especially when rapidly spinning it so the blades on the edges cut through foes like a circular saw. He can also use the Yata mirror to teleport himself as others long distance and to communicate across long distances.

Sentinel Industries
Sentinel Industries was formed, in its current iteration, by Tyr Nala in the 2000's and was formed by the bringing together of all the different universities, labs, factories and other technological centres that Tyr had founded through out the years. I then grew and shrunk as a normal company but what was unknown by most people was that, all of these facilities served as safe havens for the supernatural and the bigger facilities served as bridge points into other planes.
As the world became slowly more volatile it was decided that to protect it's interests that a military division had to be formed so under the guise of a mercenary aspect Sentinel industries created it's own private military using cutting edge technology straight out of their labs. Due to Tyr subtle presence running the company it actually was a lot more liberal in its use of science than its competitors, this is best seen from the slight non-human aspect that most of the soldiers and other workers have as a result of genetic treatments.
As the World War III became imminent Sentinel Industries abandoned a large number of It's facilities withdrawing to only the biggest and most secure. As the Magi prevented the war, the company immediately began expanding again back to any non destroyed facilities and several new ones. At the same time it began researching Ars Mundus extensively and so is one of the best purveyors of high quality powerful Ars Mundus weaponry.

The Five Great Onmyouji Clans
The Five Great Clans are the Abe, Kamo, Tsuchimikado, Himejima, and the Kekain which are the principle Onmyouji clans of Japan. Other clans and Onmyouji operate under the guidance of these clans and some clans serve a specific Great clan. They are the practioners of the art of Onmyodo and principally wield these powers against even monsters in Japan such as evil yokai, ayakashi, demons, etc. The Five Great Clans resurged along with the rest of the Supernatural with descedants of these clans up till that point simply learned about their clan's history and never truly learned to use the power of Onmyodo.
The resurgence of the Supernatural these five clans were the first to truly learn Onmyodo and bring back the Onmyouji. They spread this art to others eventually leading to the development of lesser clans and even ways for individuals with no prior history of Onmyouji able to learn Onmyodo and become an Onmyouji. Something that has become more tolerated as opposed to what was rumored in ancient times to not be accepted are part yokai part human onmyouji who often lacked the ability to learn onmyodo but are taught to use their yokai power with onmyouji made weapons. That's because the Onmyouji recognize how important hybrid humans can become. The clans are usually based in Kyoto the Supernatural heart of Japan.
Kaguya Ngitsune's Hyakki Yagyo
Thus Night Parade of a 100 Hundred Demons is a group of yokai with number well over a hundred, the hundred merely refers to the elite yokai, who under the leadership of a yokai, 9 tailed kitsune, named Kaguya Ngitsune have turned their malice upon humans with intent to take over all of Japan. They give a bad reputation to good yokai for how the Hyakki Yagyo devours humans because they view humans as an inferior race and one that is solely meant to be their food. They generally all have some form of yokai physiology which is the source of their powers. Generally the 100 elite youkai in addition to the powers that gain from their physiology can also utilize a form of magic involving the manipulation of yokai aura(yoki) which is called youjutsu.
Not all yokai within this group share that view but have other reasons for hating humans which are mostly associated with humans killing their kin or humans destroying their homes. Some yokai join out of the disillusionment of being with their own kind. This group even accepts and makes active efforts to recruit yokai/human hybrids.
Hong Group
One of the more powerful corporate entities in Singapore. While it expands to many industries, it is most notably a military contractor and R&D. It was formed during the Ars Mundus Renaissance in Singapore. Its current head is Executive Threia Li. The company acts as Singapore's foreign interest, known for its holdings in China and aggressive expansion into Japan. They hold major headquarters and facilities in Yokohama, Guangzhou, Taiwan, Hainan, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta, Davao, and San Fransisco. A producer of high quality weaponry and Ars Mundus tech, they compete against Sentinel Industries while maintaining a watch on Britannica.
