Relevance to Story: Leader of the Yoake, he is also known as the Sage of Shadows. He is infamous for abducting Bijuu, though in reality he does little more than convince them to follow him. They believe him to be the Sage reincarnated due to all the artifacts he wields. Considering their alternatives as sealed beasts, it is hardly difficult. He has collected 6 of the 9.

A ninja from the former Whirlpool Village, he has sworn vengeance on the Hidden Villages. He is currently gathering artifacts that belonged to the sage, which help him control the Bijuu's chakra with less repercussion. He has attacked the Leaf, maimed the Hokage, and destroyed the physical Mist Village, and that was all within an hour.

He is generally in the company of the Bijuu, making attacking him difficult.

Relevance to Story: Leader of the Akai Kyodai, renowned for her immense strength and domineering nature. her agents are as numerous as they are deadly, the draw of money and a well organized formation of troops draws many kinds of people. She is also a massive drunkard, motherly to those she likes(and some enemies), a rampant flirt and currently single.

Those within her employ are bidden to call her "Momma Ko." if not because of her relationship with her underlings, but because she will punish them for not doing so.

Relevance to Story: One of the main members of Yoake, Daisuke seems to stick around seemingly from a mix of curiosity in Kurou's actions and the opportunity to further his research into Kekkei Genkai. Extremely knowledgeable of the various bloodlines throughout the world, it's rumored he's even recreated Kekkei Genkai that were thought to have been erased.

He's easily identified by his extensive use of the Uzumaki clan's Adamantine Sealing Chains.

Village Hidden in the Leaves
Name: Gou Uchiha

Relevance to Story: The Fourth and current Hokage of the Hidden Leaf, Gou can most often be found assigning missions to the various shinobi living there. Not that he remained solely in his office. During the attack on the Leaf Village, Gou met and fought against Kurou Akechi. The clash forced both of them to draw on their strongest jutsu and left them both seriously injured. Despite that, Gou had managed to push the sage into a corner.

His mastery of the Uchiha's sword style and the sharingan make close ranged combat a poor decision.

Former squadmate of Koma's.

Village Hidden in the Leaves
Name: Ayame Uchiha

Relevance to Story: Commander of the Hidden Leaf's Medical Corps, Ayame directly oversees all of the medical nin within the village. She was rescued by Squad 4 during the attack on the Lead, aiding their efforts in rescuing other wounded medical nin. It's not uncommon to see her aiding Nohime in patching Mai back up once again.

Village Hidden in the Leaves
Name: Tsubaki Uchiha

Relevance to Story: Member of the ANBU, she was Nobushige's squadmate when he was a member. She shares his vendetta against Daisuke Uzumaki, their encounter also leaving her heavily scarred. She's often a target for his pranks and has easily killed more of his clones than all of his missions put together.

Relationship to Characters:
Daughter of Gou and Ayame.
Older sister of Yuuki.
Former squadmate of Nobushige.

Relevance to Story: Having taken the role of Mizukage bu force, Reiji is the leader and figurehead of the Hidden Mist. He played a large role in the destruction of the Leaf at one point, and has a personal hatred for all kekkai genkai, primarily dojutsu. Reiji never fights alone. He has the will of his village, and personal black ops squad to empower him

Name: Nohime Sanada

Relevance to Story: An overworked medic nin who married into a berserker clan, Nohime is more than a little strange. She is one of the better healers in her village, mostly from necessity, but the only nonmedical jutsu she's ever learned is paralysis jutsu. As far as medic jutsu goes however, if it is a combat injury, chances are Nohime can work miracles. Broken bones, cuts, concussions, all in a day's work.

She is kind, but has a short fuse, often breaking into swearing like few others are able to.

During the Mist's Invasion of the Mist, she was nearly killed by the Mizukage, and the Sanada clan suffered without their personal healer, showing the importance she has to the clan, some would say she's more important than the actual clan head. She continues to try to reach out to her daughter, being one of the few people who has Mai's complete and utter respect.

Name: Yukishide Sanada

Relevance to Story: One of the most likely candidates for the next Sanada heir, Yukishide is strong and your typical Sanada. He is strong and fast, and has mastered many of the clan secrets, such as fighting blind, or an impeccable body flicker. While Mai's mother is more conservative, Yukishide is brash, often encouraging Mai's... less desirable traits. Mai is the one person in the clan he often holds back against, he is often the cause of much of his wife's work in the clan. Still, Yukishide tries to be a good husband and father, and has taught Mai all she knows.

Mai Sanada- Father of. Mai takes after his techniques.

Name: Kanbei Sanada

Relevance to Story: Often rival to Mai, he is the son of the current head to the Sanada clan and her cousin. Proud and unbending, he knows what he wants and takes it. He supplements the Sanada's body flicker and taijutsu mastery with lightning style, making his blows stunning, and his defense strong.

When Mai returned her grandfather's blade to the smith Masamune, Kanbei stood in her way. Although stronger than her, Mai managed to land a lucky blow on him, destroying his hip and ending the fight. It took him many months to recover, but he's returned to duty since then.

Relevance to Story: Mother to Hideki Ukita, died from illness, is shown very faintly in Hideki's memories but is remembered by the boy as the most beautiful and caring person he could ever imagine. His father did not fill in to many details, but pictures were left around to fill in her likeness, so that her image never truly fades from the young boy's heart.

Even if the picture tends to tell a different story...

Relevance to Story: Died long before his actual death, the light of his life gone he simply "lived" his life. Looking after their sun physically but emotionally he was deadend beyond repair. Met his end during the siege of Konoha, gone as he lived, with barely a trace.

Name: Ayumu Susumu

Relevance to Story: Mission giver and, Jonin Prospector, Ayumu's job is to track those who it is believed to be close to Jonin. He hands out mission reports, oversees successes, and interrogates failures.

As a personality, Ayumu is snarky to an extreme. If its not sarcastic, its probably a fact. He loves to play with words, and often drop more hints than he should. He also has an odd eye for fashion. He dresses like a peacock, as extravagantly as possible. The wrong colored door can set him off.

Delivers missions occasionally to all characters, and asks them difficult questions.
