Alpha Pilot 2 - 3rd Lt Dana Simms
Dana was born on Mars just over twenty years ago, not long after the SDF-1 crash landed on Macros Island, so she has never known any life without the risk of alien invasion. While she was too young to fight in the First Robotech War, she was determined to do her part to protect the survivors of the Zentraedi attack and she signed up at the age of 18, just in time to join the UEEF fleet heading for Tyrol. She is a quick study, and has trained to be a squadrons radio expert.
Having lost most of her family to the Zentraedi Bombardment, she is somewhat bitter to the now micronized aliens, and is slow to open up and be friendly to them. Right now, the young pilot is excited to be a part of the UEEF and humanity's first foray to another solar system.
