So,just tentatively for now.

What classes would a pocket dimension or telekinetic beams be put in,respectively?

Telekinetic beams would be a Blaster classification! Assuming you mean like, the character produces beams that can move things telekinetically. They may also have a Shaker classification, if the beams are particularly large.

Pocket dimension might be a Shaker classification, with potential for Mover class. For example if they can move themselves into the dimension, or others out of it.

If anyone isnt sure about any power classifications, it’d be fine to leave the class blank, and I can assign a classification after
 
If a character can create rubber suits and masks to use them as perfect disguises does that go in both tinker and changer?( maybe steather too)?

As I understand it,Breakers and Changers change the nature of their own body,while Tinkers work with existing raw materials. If the character works with existing clothing or raw materials and their parahuman ability causes the results to work perfectly as disguises,then their rating would primarily be that of a Tinker. I think it's reasonable that they would have a secondary Stranger rating as well.

Of course,the GM's word is final on matters such as this.
 
As I understand it,Breakers and Changers change the nature of their own body,while Tinkers work with existing raw materials. If the character works with existing clothing or raw materials and their parahuman ability causes the results to work perfectly as disguises,then their rating would primarily be that of a Tinker. I think it's reasonable that they would have a secondary Stranger rating as well.

Of course,the GM's word is final on matters such as this.
The second character that I would make would be not only a costume maker and fashion designer( inspired/based on Edna Mode from the Incredibles but is also a philonthropist like Tony Stark) but a skilled master of disguise and fighter using the suits and masks she created.

Tinker / Stranger, like Nell said. The suits don't let the user Change while in them, but it gives them "stealth" options by letting them change appearance
