Backstory:
Daughter of Steve Rogers, Ginny never knew who her mom was. She didn't mind though because she loved her dad, the famous Captain America. She looked and acted almost just like him.
She had a semi-normal life. She did go to school, even though she kind of hated it since she got bullied for her size. She may be small but she was strong, since she had the same serum as her dad running through her veins. She has always had some contact with Shield since her dad was an Avenger, until he retired and gave his shield to Sam Wilson anyways.
So when Fury came to her to have her be part of a new Avengers, she took it. She wanted to be just like her dad. To fight for her country.
