The Teravolt Epsilon Suit is a portable suit of armour crated for high mobility and rated for combat of various target counts; however is best utilized for close range, one-on-one engagements:
-Adaptive Shock Delivery System: The ASDS is a pair of weapons that can take one of three forms to better suit what situation he would need: two swords, Laser Edge and Scissor Ray; two gauntlets, Photon and Ion; and two electric arc shotguns, гром and Молния.
-Flashstep Boots: A pair of large boots that utilize compressed hydrogen plasma, allowing Tesla to run at speeds of nearly ninety miles-per-hour and even grants him the ability to double jump and air dash with his iconic red rings pulsing behind him with each step.
Costume:
Tesla dons a full body cloak with a hood, over his face is a smoothed out black mask with red lightning bolts around its edges, converging in the center. His cloak is bisected halfway down his back by a lightning bolt shaped cut out. His cloak is also lit up with red lightning bolts stretching horizontally from back to front starting from the tail of the coat down, as well as lightning bolts wrapping over his shoulders.

Debut: While Tesla had existed as a hero in Escape City for nearly a year at this point, he real debut wasn't until an encounter with the famous King Taijitu. In which he first employed the use of his now iconic Flashstep Boots in order to stop an attack on Artifex Industries.​

Chainsaw man really doesn’t have any ‘equipment’ on him, he usually wears basics clothes with a white shirt and a black tie and usually wears athletic shoes.
His ability’s cast of, Agility, Superhuman strength, and pain tolerance.Though what is a outstanding feature of him is his physical appearance casting of pure metal, and that a chainsaw hangs out from his head and arms.
Villain debut:
Gabriel’s monstrous debut as a villain was a few years ago when he was about, 19 years old when he had slaughtered a whole small town of innocent people casting of, men woman and children , getting the police on his tail and being infamous since then, nor yet to been caught.

Hometown: Not from anywhere in particular and bound ever for places in need of assistance, Addie is an individual with no past and an unknown future. Not bound to one place, Addie has appeared in various towns and places seemingly out of nowhere. Response time varies, but they seem to have an ear for trouble when it occurs and the speed to step in before anyone is too critically injured.

Identity Status: Public, though no one can seem to pin down this mysterious hero before they take off. They usually vanish as soon as all victims, both immediate and potential, are clear of danger and are being treated for injuries they might possess. Though no direct communication has been made with the hero, the name painted upon their chest was immediately identifiable.

Equipment/Abilities: Ultimately devoting themselves to a support role, Addie comes equipped with various immediate service medical trinkets and supplies. Most notable gadgets and tools include:

Incision sealant gel: A gel that, when applied to cuts and large lacerations, Can seal shut such injuries at the cost of a rather searing burn. The gel leaves no permanent markings and keeps bleeding and burns to a minimum. Clearly designed to halt excessive bleeding. Gel holds well even if patient moves and exerts themselves. Can be removed through the careful application of common cleaning soaps.

Grafting spray: Through the use of low intelligence nanobot technology, Addie is able to apply a layer of clear coating upon burns and other injuries that operates much like a living layer of flesh, actively stabilizing afflicted areas of flesh until emergency services may claim the current patient. Spray especially comes in handy when there is large-scale destruction and fires to buildings. Spray can be peeled away with ease when first wiped down with a warm cloth or towel.

Contact taser padding: One might be surprised to find Addies hands are soft compared to the rest of his form. This is to allow comfort to patients as they are being transported away from danger. However, the padding also serves as a pursuit and detainment weapon, electricity arcing through contact points in the hands when activated. This tool makes apprehending criminals easy enough with just a simple touch, sending waves of electricity to stun targeted individuals.

Profile: Addie makes an effort not to seem too robotic, usually adding pep through his communication to bring ease to patients as they are escorted away from dangerous scenes. Though Addie has the ability to apprehend criminals, he will usually wait for a properly recognized hero to arrive and see the danger subdued by their hands, really playing into the support role. However, if the need arises, Addie has martial arts data in his systems that he can utilize. His pep usually translates through combat as well, often seen as mocking to his opponents, but genuinely meant to bring up spirits.

Debut:

[POLICE DISPATCH SCANNER DEACTIVATED, ENROUTE TO SCENE] The words play, at last, within their systems. It is a new feature that Addie had developed for themselves. Finally they would be able to do what they were made to do. Even if gifted with free will, Addie was so excited to help others, and from how it sounded, there were people that needed it. It was a building that had caught aflame. No better scenario to start with, Addie thought to themselves as they zoomed across an unfamiliar neighborhood. Their legs were finally getting some use, and the sight of things flying by was so exhilarating. If they had a heart, they would certainly feel their blood pumping. Before the orange glow could finally be seen over the rooves of other homes, Addie had ensured that all systems were running properly and medical tools were prepared.

As they hopped over the last building, Addie took everything into account. How many people were out, how many people were still within, and guessing from the firefighters exiting the building before another group went in, they were still looking for survivors. Addie cycled the mechanism in their legs before leaping into the air, fingers digging into the stone of the structure before taking another leap and scaling the rest of the building. After having smashed in the rooftop door, it didn't take long for them to find a survivor.

Things only seemed to zoom on by after the first survivor Addie had gotten out. Sure, they got odd looks from most of the people gathered around the scene, but they didn't mind. Addie kept the pep and calm tones in their voice and pressed on. Patch a wound here, calm a patient there, administer oxygen, apply grafting spray, it was all systematic for them, but with each task done came such gratification. There was no explaining it for the machine individual. They just wanted to do this more. Help people.

Soon enough, all victims had been cleared of the site, and Addie looked on as the orange flame completely consumed the building. No other life signs detected within, all was well. "Excuse me?" someone spoke from behind him, but before they could say anything else, Addie takes off running. They do not do this for anything other than the preservation of the innocent and undeserving. They would remain nameless if needed, however the very next day, Addies name popped up in the local paper as well as a picture of them, their name clearly printed upon their chest. Oh well. One can only try.​
