Advice/Help Need help improving member accessibility and experience

I have a roleplay with an active player base but it struggles to have a larger appeal at first glance.

I'm wondering what ways I could better structure, organize, and design my rules posts to be more easily referenced by users on PC and Mobile devices without removing the rule system I made.

On rpn what does that mean? ^^; I'm assuming it's not just slapping an image at the top right?
