Fandom Naruto: the Will of fire (Private rp between myself and MorikoSenju)

Galactatech

One Thousand Club
Plot: in this RP, Kushina and Minato survived and raised Naruto alongside his adopted younger brother, Patoriku.

Thanks the the presence of Jiraiya, Kushina went into labor in the Uzumaki compound under supervision of a detachment of the ANBU black ops established to contain the Nine tailed fox. During the birth of Their Child, Naruto.Naruto, in a failed attempt to escape, ended up trapped inside of Naruto. While Whole, he was severely weakened and was forced to go dormant for several years to regain his strength.
Kushina barely managed to survive, thanks to the sacrifice of the Third Hokage's wife.
A few years passed before Danzo moved his move againist Minato...His last mistake. For years he had tried to isolate the Uchiha Clan from the hidden leaf village. However, Kushina's Friendship with Fugaku's wife torpedoed that.
Because of Minato having no tolerance for Danzo's shit. Minato, Kushina put together a task force and made their move on ROOT, They raided Danzo's lab and made a horrifying discovery. Danzo had played god, taking DNA from Hashirama Senju's grave, and combining it with DNA provided to him by mysterious masked individual, he created a composite clone of Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha. A nameless three year old boy. In addition, he was far from human looking.

His skin replaced with very fine, but strong light green scales. His feet were covered in a dark green color that went up half way his shin's before it moved only to the outer area of his legs and continued up the side of his body. There are also dark green stripes running along the entire length of his arms, stopping at his knuckles. The two stripes meet at the neck with the leg/body stripes disappearing underneath his armpits, while the arm stripes continued up both sides of his neck and up to the front of his ears. There it splits, with one part going under the adjacent eye while the other continues up the forehead and meets up with the other side. This completely covered his forehead and extended down to the bridge of his nose. His ears became pointed and almost fin-like with a dark green line on the outer edges. His teeth sharpened into shark-like teeth and webbing could be seen on his hands and feet. While he retained his Rinnegan, the pupil's turned into slits. His hair remained the same , only changing color to a darker shade of green than the stripes on his body. There was also a dark green stripe on a newly grown back spine extending from the top of his neck going all the way down his back.

The survival of Minato and Kushina changed ripples within the world. Several dark acts that were scheduled to happen failed. Danzo's attempts to use Orphans for his private army failed, easily noticed by Minato. There was also the use of children from Ninja Clan's, once his actions were pinned on him, all were released from their contracts and quickly homes were located for them. Anyone that had been forced into Ne, was quickly helped rather it be evaluations or therapy. These events did have the benefit of bringing other Clan's closer together. The Uchiha and Hyuuga now unifying in the horror of their clans and children being used as mindless puppets, or bloodline theft. Still rivals, they no longer had any form of hostility between each other.

Another thing was the survival of Tobirama Senju's descendants. Something that had never been publically announced or acknowledged, as they didn't carry the Senju Clan's name. However, since his death, Tobirama's students had been involved with the family he left behind. Unfortunately, they fell to Danzo's grasp, meaning that along with Ne's destruction came the realization of the remaining child of the Nidaime's family.

Chiruka Shizuyo was the last living descendant of Tobirama Senju, and most thought, jokingly or not, his reincarnation. A young girl born with pale skin and bright red eyes and pure white hair that was more like an animals mane, soft and coarse and spiky and wild. As a child, she had been mistaken as a boy thin and short, until she grew to be older tall and firmly built muscular and deceptively slim. Kushina was quick to take the girl under her wing upon finding her within Ne, and has been giving her time and all to repair the damages.

5 years passed since that fateful day. Patoriku was now an 8 year old boy. The young boy had Ben adopted by Kushina and Minato. Although his appearance was unsettling at first, due to the fact that it was a constant physical reminder of danzo's evil, Patoriku formed a close friendship with Hanabi hyuga, the two were practically inseparable.

Because of their friendship, Hanabi retained her playful demeanor, while at the same time learning to act like a proper young lady.

Patoriku smiled as he sat down to eat breakfast. "Wow mama, everything looks delicious!" The hungry little boy said as he said a silent prayer before beginning to eat.

Kushina smiled brightly as she looked down at Patroikku from where she was placing the last of the dishes down. "I'm grateful for your words." She said cheerfully, shooting an annoyed look at Minato, who gulped and hide behind his paper. Kushina huffed loudly before glaring at the ceiling and moving towards the stairway upstairs. "Naruto! Hurry up or you'll be late!" She called out in annoyance and worry.

"He's jumping through the window," Chiruka stated blankly from where she was reading over a scroll beside Minato.

"What!?" Kushina screeched in anger turning to see Naruto waving with a grin at her, toast in hand as he jumped out. "Naruto!?" She shouted running towards the window. "You say goodbye to your family properly and have breakfast with us, right now, Dattebane!" She shouted after him.

Shortly afterwards, there was a knock on the door. Minato opened it up to see Sasuke and a tied up Naruto. "Good morning Lady Kushina, Lord Fourth, I take it this knuckle head belongs to you?" Sasuke asked in a joking manner.

Because Kushina was such good friends with Sasuke's mother, Sasuke was a frequent visitor to the uzumaki compound. Because of his father and brothers schedules, Sasuke's family had breakfast much earlier and Sasuke always came to Naruto's house first.

Kushina smiled brightly seeing her third favourite Uchiha. "Sasuke-Kun, good morning!" She called happily as she walked over to stand menacingly before her sweating son. "I know I can always count on you to catch this little trouble starter." She continues shaking a throbbing fist at Naruto. "Now then would you please take your seat, or will Sasuke have to drag you?"

Chiruka sighed as she rolled the scroll up aware that she wouldn't be finishing it anytime soon. Clasping her hands together as she looked at the nearby clock, she muttered a quick 'Itadakimasu' and started filling her plate.

Patoriku turned to his dad. "Papa, you'll be there when we graduate from the academy today, right?" Patoriku asked. "Of course I will son." Minato promised.

Thanks to his parents being in his life, Naruto was trained than his Canon counterpart. However he was still largely the same troublemaker, however this was most likely Naruto acting out in order to try that step out of his father's shadow.

Patoriku, while also graduating today, was being placed in a different program the Naruto Sasuke and the others. Minato convinced his wife to allow Patoriku to undergo ANBU training. He repeatedly assured his wife that their baby boy wouldn't become a full-fledged member of anbu until he was older.

Partially in response to danzo's root organization, Minato restructured how the anbu operated, specifically how they trained new recruits.

Learning from kakashi's experiencing the anbu, Minato took steps to ensure that Patoriku's heart and mind would not be damaged, lest they undo the five years of progress they made.

This also had a secondary reason, because Patoriku had the Rinnegan, having him training to be an anbu ninja would keep him out of the spotlight so to speak.

Kushina smiled happily, even as she clenched her hands in worry. She knew Naruto and Patorikku would be fine, but... Well, Patorikku was going into a field that was dangerous. She had thought him getting apprenticed would be a better idea, unfortunately, there wasn't any high-level Shinobi that could do so around. And Minato had convinced her that his ANBU would keep her little boy safe. There wouldn't be any dangerous missions for him, not for a very long time. Which is the only reason she agreed to allow it to happen.

Still, she worried.

Regardless she smiled brightly, proud of her boys and how far they had come. "You as well, Sasuke-Kun." She said with a smile in his direction. "I'm sure Mikoto is very proud of you, your brother and father as well." She said more than happy that Naruto would be graduating with his best friend.

Naruto grinned beaming happily at his parents. Quick to shove his breakfast in his mouth, impatient to get to the Academy and find out who would be on his team.

"Naruto if you don't slow down you're going to choke on your food... Again." Minato said, half jokingly, half seriously.

Sasuke leaned forward to whisper something to Kushina. "Did you speak the Lord hokage about making sure that I didn't get stuck on a team with an Uchiha fan girl?" He asked. Sasuke was terrified at the idea of being on the same team as either Sakura or ino, or one of the other many Uchiha fan girls.

Sasuke very much wanted to be on a team with Hinata and Naruto. The three friends were inseparable, and they had a natural synergy, allowing the three of them to work together without needing much communication between the three of them.

Meanwhile at the hyuga compound, hiyashi, his brother, Neji and Hyashi's two daughters were having a lovely family breakfast.

Hiyashi, in order to placate the elders of the clan, couldn't outright get rid of the seal that would ensure the Byakugan was protected from thieves, but he was able to convince them to modify it so that it wasn't used as a form of punishment or torture. In addition he had this new seal placed on all members of the clan. This new seal was very much inspired by the design of the hyuga clan crest. It would not only ensure that the Byakugan would be sealed upon death, but it would also ensure that it would seal the Byakugan if anyone attempted to remove the Byakugan from the eyes of its owners.

This new seal was a collaboration between the uzumaki Clan, who had a much larger presence in the village than in Canon, and the hyuga clan. Together the two clans were able to create a seal which would protect the Byakugan from those who would steal it. In addition, a similar seal was placed on Patoriku to ensure that his Rinnegan could not be stolen. However his seal was based on the uzumaki crest. In addition, the uzumaki Clan was in the process of creating seals that could Ensure they're all the kekkei genkai of the hidden leaf could be protected from those who would try to steal them.

Kushina hid a wince at the thought. Honestly, she had no idea why girls were so foolish. She had never been like that! I mean if you wanted to be a ninja, then it should be because you wanted to be a ninja. Not to be saved, or for someone to notice you. What nonsense. "Don't worry. Minato wouldn't put you through that." She promised. She knew Inochi had a very stern talk with his daughter when she passed her test. Her Clan was valuable to Kohona, and she couldn't endanger herself with that behaviour.

Chiruka glanced up, eyes moving around and watching her family before she finally finished her breakfast. "You should get going, then." She reminded them as she noticed Patorikku finishing his food. "You do not want to be late." She said with a slight frown.

Kushina looked up and nodded in a rush. "Yes, go, go!" She cheered. "Listen to your teacher, and don't forget the things you've been taught!" Kushina demanded. "I'm sure you'll want to meet Hinata-Chan on the way there."

Naruto, Sasuke and Patoriku were rushed out the door. With Patoriku grabbing a sweet red juicy apple on his way out.

The three boys met up with Hinata and Hanabi. "Hi Hanabi, hi Hinata." Patoriku said as he gave his best friend and secret crush a fist bump. "Hello Patoriku, Sasuke, Naruto. "Hinata smiled, hugging Naruto, Sasuke and Patoriku.

Chiruka watched the boys leave and turned to the others with a raised eyebrow. "Well, I'll be leaving then." She said before finishing her tea. "Thank you, Kushina-Sama, Minato-Sama."

"Mou! Ruka-Chan! I've told you before, call me mom." Kushina pouted with a pleading expression.

Chiruka shifted, glancing away. "Don't call me Ruka-Chan." She said before she was gone.

---------------

Hanabi rolled her eyes as she bumped Patorikku's fist. "Yo." She called out playfully. "Ready to become Ninja are you?" She questioned glancing the four of them over. "I still think you should go back to class, you're obviously not ready." She said with a mocking sniff, turning her nose up at them.

"you're just jealous of our swagger." Patoriku teased playfully.

One of the benefits of the relative period of peace that the leaf village was currently enjoying, was that young children wouldn't be forced onto the battlefield, and so Minato imposed age restrictions on the chunin exam applicants. Prohibiting anyone under the age of 12 from participating in the exams. This led to other Kage adopting similar stances.

"Well you must have done something right if you all passed," she admitted with an exaggerated sigh as she walked along with them. It was a bit sad, that everyone would be so busy soon. Her sister and friends on missions, and herself with advanced training, both in Clan matters and their fighting technique. She knew that would make time for one another but still... Although father had admitted that Genin had a long number of D-Rank missions they had to complete before they could advance. So she didn't have to worry about them, and they wouldn't leave the village often at least.

"by the way, where's Neji?" Sasuke asked. "He and his squad had a mission and had to leave right after breakfast." Hinata said. "Oh, well that kinda stinks, I was hoping he and I could have a good spar in after graduation." Sasuke sighed. Thanks in large part to the close Bond of the Uchiha and hyuga clans, and similar personalities, Neji and Sasuke got along pretty well.

Another one of the changes that Hyashi made was to the line of succession. Following his reunification of the clan, Hyashi introduced reforms that would ensure that the next leader of the clan would be chosen purely on their merits.

Hanabi grinned slightly. "Neji-Nii has been pretty busy lately. Something about his Sensei wanting to make sure their flames are brighter then the new graduates, so he's been really busy." Hanabi explained, remembering when the loud man had dragged her cousin away from breakfast. She had also seen that smirk her uncle and father had hidden. It was amusing to see Neji trying to escape the bear hug he had been trapped in. "Do you guys think you'll be allowed on a team together?" She questioned.

"Believe it!" Naruto cheered happily. "Sasuke, Hinata and I are great as a team. I'm sure we'll be put together. After all, dad is always going on about team dynamics and how he always tries to make sure teams work. And we've been training together forever."

Upon arriving at the, Naruto, Hinata, Sasuke and Patorikku were given the graduation exam and to no one's surprise, they graduated.

After the exam, they were assigned to their teams. Sasuke was on the edge of his seat when Iruka-sensei got to his name.

"Team 7, Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga." Iruka-sensei said.

"Yes!" Sasuke said, jumping up from his seat. However it was short-lived as Sasuke promptly sat back down. "Sorry." He said, looking red in the face.

"Team 7 will be led by Kakashi Hatake." Iruka-sensei continued as he finished listing the team rosters. It was no surprise that Ino, Shikamaru and Choji were placed on the same team.

Sakura, much to her chagrin, was placed on the same team as kiba, akamaru, and Shino.

Patorikku was waiting outside with Hanabi, playing a game of shogi on a shogi table Patorikku summoned via a storage scroll.

When Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata came out of the academy laughing and smiling, Patorikku knew the result of the team roster.

Sure enough Minato, Kushina and Chiruka showed up to congratulate them on graduating.

Kushina was quick to scoop Hinata, Sasuke, Naruto, and Patorikku up in a group hug. "Congratulations!" She declared happily.

Naruto grinned happily, cuddling into his mother. "Kakashi-Nii is going to be our sensei?!" Naruto demanded in excitement. Kakashi was one of Naruto's favourite people. He was an awesome Ninja and was always on secret cool missions. He was a legend! And this meant Naruto would get to spend more time with him now as well.

Kushina nodded with a grin. "Yep! He finally agreed to take a team with your three." She said in excitement, matching Naruto. All of her boys would be together again! And now she could make Kakashi come to family meals, and all kinds of things because he was village bound while training a team outside of missions.

"Thank you Lady Kushina." Sasuke and Hinata replied. "Yeah, thanks Mama!" Patorikku grinned with a shark toothed eye smile.

Chiruka nodded after a moment, taking a few steps forward and reaching out to ruffle Naruto and Patorikku's hair once Kushina released them. "You succeeded." She stated with a faint smile. In the back of her mind, she was mourning and filled with bittersweet emotions.

It was well known that Chiruka didn't get along with her fellow Ninja. And she had never hidden her dislike for her duties. Coming across an angry and bitter person. So she had a bad reputation for being ruthless and cold and as such is considered a fearsome Ninja. Cold to her comrades due to her disgust of them, and ruthless in her skills. She was ruthless because she couldn't afford to die for this, she refused! And she was cold because everything she is forced to do is unnecessary and it made her angry. This causes her mission rates to be extremely high, but also makes her even more distant and estranged from her comrades. As such Chiruka comes across aloof or gloomy or with a cold, angry, or careless attitude. She simply...couldn't connect to anyone.

She was efficient in a mission and annoyed and disgusted by her comrades. An odd combination. Chiruka was well known to be a Ninja, that despised the Ninja lifestyle. However, it was the only thing she could do. She was a prodigy, and extremely talented. Unfortunately, it would seem everything else she had tried otherwise had been a complete failure, leaving her to the Ninja lifestyle. A passifict at heart, she despised violence. Thus why her missions were quick and carried out without hesitation. A combination of self-hatred, and the desire to not allow anyone else to suffer either harm or being forced to harm others. She would rather carry the sin then allow others to do so. And yet hated nothing more then what she was forced to bare. She was a contradiction and a complex confusing person.

Joining the Torture and Interrogation Force had helped her supposed. She didn't have to kill as often and rarely was sent out on missions. It also helped her realize that she couldn't afford to be weak, even within her own village. Most Ninjas didn't understand how or why she found their duties disgusting and painful. They didn't understand how sick it made her, how heartbroken and sad she was every time she had to hurt someone, kill someone. Their blood haunting her dreams and breaking her bit by bit...

Kushina, mother...was aware and tried her best to help and be there for her daughter. Unhappy with how she suffered, but unsure of what she could do. Afraid Chiruka would just...slip away one day.

Chiruka mourned for her brothers but was proud of them for following their dreams. Because no matter what her own feelings and actions, her family was her most precious thing in the world. And it was only with them, that she found any joy in the world. Minato thought she needed to find someone or something...foolish father...

Patorikku grinned as he climbed out of Kushina's arms into Chiruka's arms and snuggled close to her. Considering they were both products of ROOT, the two siblings shared a strong bond with each other.

Chiruka hummed thoughtfully, wrapping her arms around Patorikku and resting her cheek on his head for a moment. "Now then, I suppose we must celebrate," Chiruka said with an uncomfortable smile.

Kushina smiled happily, placing a hand gently on her daughter's shoulders. "Yes. Before your mission tonight, we'll all spend time together." She promised. After tonight all of her children would be official enlisted Ninja.

"Onee-chan, why are you sad?" Patoriku asked with an adorable worried look on his face. "Aren't you happy we're gonna be ninja?" He asked, wondering if they had done something wrong. Usually when they accomplished something, Chiruka was beaming with pride and joy.

"Yeah Chiruka, usually you would of already started to choke the life out of us by hugging us to death." Sasuke added.

Chiruka paused for a moment, uncertain and...taking a breath she relaxed letting it out, giving Patorikku a final squeeze before letting him down. "I suppose it doesn't really matter." She finally spoke under her breath. "I guess I'm just worried. I won't be around to protect any of you, anymore." She said giving a slight grin and reaching out to flick Sasuke's forehead. "Don't worry, I'll hug you all to death later. No doubt Mikoto-Sama and Kushian-Sama will be sobbing all over you all tonight, I'll wait until your too tired to escape." She promised with a mischevious grin.

Kushina pouted behind her. "We will not!" She declared in an offended tone. "And it's Momma, Ruka-Chan!" She whined at the end.

"Don't call me that."

"Why not, mama calls all of us by affectionate nicknames." Patoriku said, tilting his head to the side in genuine confusion, which only added to the young boy's adorableness.
