Clan ability:
Most, but not all, people of this clan are blessed with their Kekkei Genkai the dragon eye, which changes the users eyes to resemble that of a dragons, golden with a slit pupil, they can use it to see others their chakra like an aura around that person, better trained ones are able to find any problems that other people might have with their chakra or know when they're running low, The only advantage in battle is that they can't be blinded by fog, darkness etc.

The dragon clan consists of travellers for the most part, so it's unclear where they all live or originally come from. Their land however is a huge amount of land hidden in valleys. Most return there during Spring to plants crops to trade etc. They go back to traveling in the Fall. It's very rare for members of the clan to marry someone from other clans, as their near constant travels clashes, it does happen on rare occasions. If they're not in their valley whenever a child is born they settle for a few years in the nearest village, so many of the Dragon clan aren't from the same village. The children travel with their parents when they're old enough, until then they learn the history and other important things of the clan, they learn to fight, they go to school and learn everything they need during their stay at the valley. When someone in the clan is about to die off old age or illness they travel, with their family, to the shrine in the middle of the valley and offer their remaining chakra to the guardian.

Personality:
At first glance Hikari looks unemotional, uncaring, cold and hyper focused on her missions, which she is, during missions, however when she's not on missions she's not above a prank war in the base or taking a well deserved break in one of the many villages she's a lot more carefree and open, often opting to wear a black cloak if she can't wear her Akatsuki cloak, shrouding her in a mysterious air. She's careful though and knows that when she gets recognized she has to leave immediately if she ever wants to return back there. She loves animals and generally all creatures.

She doesn't trust easily, as she had been taught at an early age, but she's incredibly loyal to the ones who raised her. Break her trust however and there will be hell to pay.

Backstory/Biography:
Hikari was born and raised in the hidden Sand village for the first four years or her life, her father was part of the Uchiha clan and her mother part of the dragon clan, but when they were heading to the valley they got attacked by hidden Sound ninjas. Sasori heard the disturbance and he came upon six Sound nin who had just killed the Uchiha and Hikari's mother was quickly after that. Sasori prevented the group from murdering the young girl, she still got injured and he took her to the Akatsuki base where he explained why he had saved a kid, explained that she was an Uchiha and that he wasn't going to leave her out in the wild. She brightened up their lives and eventually opened up enough to ask them for training, she had heard her clans history, both of them already and she wanted to learn how to fight. She killed her first nin at the age of 10, it had been one of the hidden Sound ninjas that had killed her parents and escaped. Ever since then she's been Sasori's partner, as he is in charge of taking care of her.

On a trip, for a mission, to the hidden Leaf she ran into Sasuke and Itachi, she was delighted of course to meet her cousins, who then proceeded to drag her towards the Uchiha compound so she could spend the rest of her stay there. Sadly enough Sasori finished quicker then they thought and she had to leave five days later, Sasuke promising her they'd meet again. That same night one of the elders was found dead, poisoned and Itatchi wondered if their guest had something to do with it, but they never saw her again.

She has, in the time between missions, visited the valley since she found an old map in her old home in Suna, a map only readable with the dragon eye, she has gotten training there too, but doesn't usually stay there for long periods of time, she did visit the shrine when her grandmother was about to pass away, now she only has her grandfather, two uncles and one cousin left.

Clan info: this clan to the out side world is known as uchida clan but to those in the village it is known by the phoenix clan. this clan is a mall can that is tucked away from those who might want to destroy it for it has a long history of lost, forbidden or forgotten jitsus hidden in books and Scrolls that are hidden beneath the Clan heads home in a secure room only being opened every few years to let some of the new generation take them out to learn them before they are resealed back in to the hidden valt. once the kids are about 10 to 15 years old they are scent to the 5 larger nations to learn how to be proper ninjas before they return to settle down back in their home village. Not many know how the head of the clan is chosen since it is a ver secritive clan.

Personality: Haruko might seem to be a loveable and playful air head to those who dont know her but she is highly intelligent with a huge heart for kids and animals and she had nothing against the tail beasts. she does love to read when she had some free time when she is out and about in the forest.

Personality:
Unorthodox, Showman esque, Reserved in his trust and inner most feelings. Seemingly outgoing and kind if over the top at times.
Backstory/Biography:
Born within the waterfalls of his village to two shinobi, his father a Taki nin and mother a Kunoichi from a unknown clan in the land of vegetables who utilize a flower based hiden. Katsuhito was eventually chosen as the next host of the seven tails ‘Chomei’ there for selected for a difficult life with but one purpose.... Offer the tailed beasts power to be used for the village when and if possible. Become a source of distrust, dislike and some outright hatred for being the host of such a beast. A symbol meant to live a lonely existence for the remainder of his days.

To truly master a tailed beasts power or harness for the benefit of others such as the village.... It was a foolish endeavor. But Katsuhito managed to survive such a life and become somewhat capable in his own right, finding a cause to build a relationship with the seven tails of he could. While falling in love with music and the charming life of performance using such stylings in his style of combat. Ultimately building his own unorthodox but effective style that could be deceptive and unpredictable.

Though he loosely holds some loyalty to his village and has not yet become a rogue. Katsuhito rarely is seen within the waterfall village and rather seen traveling about the shinobi world often within and around the hidden mist for various reasons of his own.
