Taijutsu​

Name of Technique by Meteor: Hey, that's my move!!

Technique limitations: The move isn't that strong when it comes to long-distance traveling. In addition, forming more afterimages requires higher attainments and ability.

Description of technique: In terms of instantaneous and untraceable speed, then this technique belongs a supreme tier. The movement is fast enough to leave a number of afterimages without giving them enough time to fade away; while comparable to teleportation, Hey, that's my move!! can transcend this limit simply through its raw speed. How fast that is, is impossible to imagine without seeing. Moreover, the afterimages are indistinguishable from the original body, retaining exactly the same presence and even aura.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): None

Obtaining the Technique: Ask Teitai, develop it themselves, or perhaps there's another jutsu just like it somewhere else. Meteor also has a similar technique, although not quite identical.

Name of Technique by Meteor: Cold Rush of Blood!!!

Technique limitations: Although difficult to block or avoid by orthodox means, it's still possible to escape from its range with sharp enough reactions.

Description of technique: The user vanishes into an amalgam of cold energy, spreading across the area and inflicting targets with an unavoidable, ominous chill. When the cold energy sets in their body, they become liable markers for the user to transpose to.

Obtaining the Technique: Ask Teitai, develop it themselves, or perhaps there's another jutsu just like it somewhere else.

Name of Technique by Meteor: One Particle Across the Cold Empyrean!!

Technique limitations: With adequate speed, an air-tight space is capable of sealing the user.

Description of technique: The user disperses into drifting ice crystals, obscuring their existence. Along with some resistances, the shards are capable of becoming fine to the point they're invisible to the naked eye; as long even a single particle exist, then the user can move between and out of them as he desires.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): Ice-release.

Obtaining the Technique: Ask Teitai, develop it themselves, or perhaps there's another jutsu just like it somewhere else.

Dojutsu​

Name of Technique by Meteor: Frozen End Demonic Eyes!!!

Technique limitations: If the target is significantly stronger, then the dojutsu can result in backlash - giving the user a literal brain freeze. If both parties' strengths are similar, then chakra can be circulated to counteract the effects, especially if the chakra belongs a paramount fire nature. However, if the target is much weaker, then instant death isn't unjustified. Furthermore, targets can escape its scope by avoiding the user's sights completely, or at least stay within peripherals.

Description of technique: The user's eyes appear like ice from time immemorial - a source of endless frost that had lasted through the desolate eras. The dojutsu itself possesses three stages: body, spirit, and soul - allowing the user to freeze over each respective aspect from the inside-out as though they're an Ice-Dominating Demon Monarch gazing upon the mundane world.

Genjutsu​

Name of Technique by Meteor: Frozen End Demonic Eyes: Ode to Snow!!!

Technique limitations: How the genjutsu works rely more on the target's strengths than the user's - a heavenly defying genius can break the illusion immediately, let alone experiencing decades or centuries pass by; a target with appropriate means such as the Sharingan can also brute force their way out. Regardless, the system is more complex than expected on the surface - requiring a large amount of chakra as well as causing mental strain afterward.

Description of technique: The genjutsu is performed upon eye contact, immediately trapping the target in a world inhabited by plains of white snow. While they're free to move in this world as they please, enduring the bitter coldness - boundaries do exist and reaching it would break the genjutsu. Only, this process may take decades or centuries, or they may never make it to that crossroad at all within this snowy dream land. It all depends on the target and their comprehension ability to realize the mechanism and laws that the genjutsu world operates on.

Technique limitations: Location is crucial: places that are too sunlit or fire-infested will yield more yang energy as oppose to any yin energy, thus weakening the effect of the jutsu.

Description of technique: The user's body actively attracts worldly yin energy that manifests through frigid and dark environments - being much akin to senjutsu. The user can manipulate the turbulent, aphotic chakra to wrap around anywhere on their body, acting both as a means of defense as well as offense. However, it has the best effect of increasing the user's stamina and resistances.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): Ice-release Yin Physique Variant.

Name of Technique by Meteor: A Sharp Will Buried Deep Resists Change!

Technique limitations: An expert far above them, or another user of senjutsu may be able to notice the anomalies, but they won't be able to pinpoint an exact location without other means. Similarly, the user is undetectable - but not invisible and thus can be spotted through sight.

Description of technique: The user absorbs natural energy from outside like in senjutsu, then converts it cold yin energy. This perfectly suppresses their presence - their vitality reading becoming akin to that of a corpse - making them incredibly difficult to detect.

Technique limitations: The wolves can be suppressed by extreme yang, fire or lightning jutsu.

Description of technique: The user summons wolf phantasms that can proliferate from darkness, existing either as corporeal or intangible on a whim. Their shadowy bodies carry the essence of cold, capable of devouring even celestial bodies in ice.
