Yup, that's her.

Personality: Myra's a quiet individual, choosing to shy away from anything that truly involved human contact; choosing isolation instead of participation. Her power also keeps her from such activities, most things after all involving thd harshes of light.

If you're lucky enough to turn off the light for a moment and catch a glimpse of this vixen you'll soon find it's better to stay within the light, Riverlon being a mistress of pain and a supplier of paranoia.

Physiology: Witch Physiology.

Powers: Shadow Manipulation. [Only her own shadow however, no one elses.]

Limits: She's trapped within the darkness, any light basically ruins her.

Theme and why: There's little to choose, darkness is it's own song.

History: You know that shadow you within the corner of your eyes, the one that stalks you within the darkness? C'mon you know the one! The inescapable paranoia it brings, the contast feeling of eyes watching your every move! Unfortunately you're not just imagining things, that figure that you see isn't just a myth; instead it's a nightmare.

Myra was always the curious one, yet never truly liked to engage in social activities; her sheltered life denying many opportunities. Her parents were always doing what they could for their precious daughter, eventually causing even more damage then good by keeping her contained in their home, sheltered by their love and the vast selections of books. Oh how she adored books! The things being a life saver ever moment of every day!

One day though it all changed, her whole world choosing to turn upside down in one fluid motion; not allowing the poor woman to catch her breath! Her parents had decided to allow a stranger into their home, someone who was off of the street; begging for someone to let them inside, frantically pounding on the doors. Even though they wished to protect their daughter the need to help others was higher on their list, starting the tragic downfall for their precious daughter.

At first the man seemed so normal, thanking her mother and father in a grateful maner; a rather scared Myra choosing to hide within her room. The night went on without trouble, a nice dinner being the extent of what happened. That was until about midnight, a loud thump sounding from outside her door; waking her.

It scared poor Myra half to death, a shriek escaping her lips as it sounded again; this time louder than before. She tried to cover her ears with a pillow and possibly fall asleep again before the knob began to rattle. She did her best to hide under the covers, pulling the silky sheets over her head as the door began to open; nothing but darkness peering in. As she poked her head out to look she was relieved at nothing being outside, thought it didn't last very long as she felt a sharp object poke her cheek. The sensation pain grew as the object moved down her face, eventually making a slow halt at her neck; only to wait a few moments to prolong the endless wait.

No matter how hard she looked nothing was there, even though the sensation she felt just a few moments ago was so real. As she thought things over something interuppted her train of though, a piercing pain hit her neck; a scream that could wake even the heaviest of sleepers sounding from her lips. It took no more than a moment for her parents to appear in the room, dashing to their daughters side before flicking on a light.

That was the thing however, when the light hit Myra she was gone; no sign of where she was, just gone.

Extra:  She always carries an umbrella to stay within a shadow or covers herself in her shadow until she runs out of mana.
