Cerin, also known as "The Collector", is something of a mystery. All that's known is that he's frequently seen in some of mankind's most influential moments. So far the earliest known account of his presence dates back to 200 B.C. However, the description of the person believed to be Cerin is too vague to be sure of. The clearest depiction of him is a painting done by Leonardo DaVinci in the painter's earlier life. Multiple sightings also put Cerin as talking to numerous leaders such Napoleon, George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Marie Antoinette, Karl Marx, and Adolf Hitler. Though the times of these meetings vary, most place them at crucial moments in their lives. What Cerin shared or discussed with them is unknown. Currently the Organization has been able to pin point him as being in the United Kingdom. Exactly where however is unknown.
Most descriptions of Cerin are fairly similar besides a few discrepancies. He usually takes the form of a young man ranging from his early twenties to mid twenties. There are records of him being anywhere from a child of six to ten and an elderly man in his late forties to mid fifties, but Cerin seems to only take these variations when his preferred form is deemed "unsuitable". What makes his main appearance unsuitable is currently unknown as there seems to be no pattern for the change. Cerin typically takes the nationality of a Scottish to Celtic persona with a notable accent and knowledge of Celtic deities. More so on the Tutaha De and has made numerous references to the god, Dagda, to the Organization in the past. Multiple scientists have theorized Cerin could possibly be a good within the Tutaha De, if not Dagda himself.
By all reports, Cerin is known for his encyclopedic knowledge of multiple topics. However, he seems to enjoy lying or misinforming people on certain topics that can have a range of effects. Some ranging from the brutish and comical to highly dangerous and life threatening. One instance of such behavior was documented was Cerin convincing an intern that the Organization's experimental AI system could divide by zero. The result of this "prank" lead to the AI experiencing an existential crisis before taking its own life in a fiery explosion that killed five of the Organization's scientists. Leading to his escape as well. Other documents have also reported Cerin's sense of humor as he typically helped various nations through his destructive pranks. His amazing ability to convenience people into believing him to the point of seeing him as all knowing has lead to his classification of Dangerous.
Right now all the Organization knows is that Cerin is currently waiting for something to occur. In his last interview, Cerin is noted to be constantly referring to the known world as a "stage" and all the actors were simply "running late". When asked as to what was going to occur, he only smiled before emergency alarms started to blare. One of the labs had accidentally caught fire after a malfunction in a security drone. That momentary distraction was enough to allow Cerin a window of escape. The current threat level has been risen in anticipation of Cerin's "show".
