Info: Harley Quinn before sent off to prison told joker she wanted a child and gave him some of her blood to make one in the lab. After Harley was sent to prison joker decided it might be the perfect present for Harley for when he breaks her out of prison. So he gets to work on 2 things. Plotting Harleys freedom and creating the perfect child. Tho joker didnt wanna deal with a new born. So after combining his own dna and of course Harleys. Adding a few super natural dna and some ever so slightly poison got to experimenting, luckily the first test was a success. How odd. He used some gel to rapidly age her until she was 6. Unfortunately joker was never able to free Harley. And still hasn't. But he's sent her mail on pictures of their child. Now 17 she's been raised to be the perfect villian.
Extra: she's poisonous and has a high need for iron in her system so she eats straight up metal. But she's allergic to copper and avoids it.
Weaknesses: copper. Can't swim.
