  Seems to have a few screws loose, Shawn is a psychopath who only seems interested in blowing up everything. He spent years in a juvinile detention center and while there had a psych evaluation that basically said that he's very unstable and should be placed in a psych ward. He's typically one to keep his chin up in a fight so that he's always looking down on the person who will be his next victim.

  Shawn was always getting into some sort of trouble when he was younger. As per his police record he has had his fair share of run ins with the law since he was 10, but mostly got off scot free on the account of claiming self defense. It says in his record that he was the victim of quirk bullying when he was younger, a form of bullying that involved the quirkless picking on those with quirks because they are different, and most of his run ins involved Shawn attack those who were bullying him. When he was 16 he was finally arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a quirk, and was sentenced to 2 years in a juvenile detention center. While there he underwent various psyche evaluations and was found to be psychotic and a threat to society. But due to complications in his processing he got out when he turned 18. He remained under the radar for years, but found his way back into the crosshairs of the police recent with the bombing of Jenkins and Kimball LLP.

  Remote Detonation
  Shawn has the ability to turn anything he touches into a bomb. He has a limit as to how many bombs he can make and the force of the explosion is impacted by what he actually makes into a bomb. For example if he were to blow up a shirt it would or any standard material (Metal or otherwise) it wouldn't have much impact, and rather would probably only damage the area he touched. However if he were to make something like a propane tank full of propane into a bomb it would likely create a big explosion. He also has to be within a certain distance for it to work, he has something he calls the explosion zone, the area between his maximum distance away and the safe distance from the explosion. Basically the greater the force or kenetic energy already on the "Bomb" or the force a material can generate when it explodes the better it is for use with his quirk. When he wants to make something explode he has to think of the object and willfully force it to blow up, he usually says the command word "Bang" in order to accomplish this.
