(Ignore name on picture and the flames)
Name: Skylar Hale
Hero Name (If applicable): Brushwork
Age:16
Gender:Female

Personality: Skylar in general is pretty laid back. She is more of a support person rather than a leader. She mostly keeps to herself but she will help anyone if they are in need of her assistance. Skylar is short and often just kind of blends into the background, she doesn't like to be center of attention, it makes her anxious. She loves animals and loves drawing herself little friends to hang out with. She is very kind, however if you get on her bad side it takes a lot to get into her good graces.
Role:Student
Quirk: Art manipulation. Anything she draws comes to life and is under her control. If she draws too much, or something very large shes gets extremely lethargic.
History: Skylar didn't realize she had a quirk until her early teenage years, for a long time she was depressed because she thought she didn't have a quirk at all. Her parents both had amazing quirks and were fondly regarded throughout the community. Her parents still loved her regardless, she she hated herself for a long time. One day she was doodling a butterfly on one of her notebooks and the butterfly came right off the page and fluttered away. Her art has gotten much better over the years and can now draw a myriad of things.

usagi.png

Name:
Usagi Nakamura

Hero Name:
The Rabbit-Hearted Hero: Jackrabbit

Age:
16

Gender:
Male

Personality:
Usagi is a seemingly young stoic man with a never changing expression on his face as if he is deep in thought which isn't far from the truth. He is naturally soft spoke and quiet; often only speaking when he feels like it or if somebody is talking to him first. Many consider him mild mannered - passive to his approach in life. This is far from the truth. Usagi in actuality is not passive or stoic - he is introspective and passionate but due to how he was raised he doesn't act like how he feels. He feels every emotion intensely but hides it well enough that he is very hard to read even for those with the abilities to sense emotions. Once you get him talking though - it is very hard to get him to stop. Even though his oft causal sounding voice may sound uncaring or indifferent - he never is. He finds everybody and everything interesting. Usagi is known for his honorable and optimistic nature. He values justice and protecting the innocent. This is why he decided to become a Pro-hero. He is a man of ideals; often denying pessimism and nihilism at every step of the way with his clear ideals and optimism. While he is an opinionated man he tries to be fair-minded and understanding of rival viewpoints; but he understands some viewpoints and opinions shouldn't be valued at face value. He is a very curious man often prying into other people's business without their permission because he is curious and maybe even worried. He is a man who isn't always particularly tactful or sensitive; he can come off as rather blunt and overly prying in his questions and assessments of others. He is also hung up on what-ifs and possibilities at times to focus on the present.

Role:
Student

Quirk:
Rabbit Footed: Usagi has a mutation type Quirk - it is very basic in nature, Usagi has the attributes, agility and hearing of a rabbit. His leg muscles are wiry and strong like that of a rabbit so he can run much faster than the average person as he can run at 75 mph for short bursts as well as jump up 10 feet straight up he is also extremely flexible and agile, as he can fit though anything larger than his head with enough elbow room and he can wall jump like a video game character. Usagi's ears are replaced with those of a rabbit thus giving him five times better hearing compared to the average human. But he has a few weaknesses. Running at top speeds makes him tired quickly so he has to moderate himself or else take the risk of burning out, Usagi depends on close range combat as he has no far range abilities, Usagi cannot handle super loud or very specific sounds too well without getting headaches or damaging his ears, Usagi also lacks durability and needs to be careful while taking hits.

History:
Usagi was born out of a quirk marriage. His Mother was a Prohero named Jackalope a shape shifting hero, she could transformed into a beastly rabbit form. His Father was a simple accountant for a hero agency, his father had a speed quirk albeit underutilized. Jackalope encountered her husband during hero duty and once she learned of his quirk she managed to convinced him to marry her to produce an heir for her family's agency as well as make a powerful child while doing so, which he only agreed to since he had no future as an accountant and being a the husband of a Pro-hero and the father of a future Pro-hero himself well help improve his image to his family who all saw him as a dead beat loser.

Usagi was born not long after their marriage. It was a loveless marriage but one born out of convenience much like Usagi himself. Usagi was born with his rabbit ears which relieved his mother since it proved that he had her quirk. From a very young age Usagi was taught advance topics for a child so he could skip past education during his childhood and just get right to training. By the time Usagi entered elementary school he was reading at an university level and doing advance calculus not by his own choice but rather by controlling and demanding parents. Usagi admitted he should've been concern being taught such things instead of being able to play but he didn't know any better. But somehow even with his mother's controlling and demanding personality and his father's apathetic and oblivious nature Usagi turned out okay as a person and wants to honestly become a Pro-hero for the sake of others and to be a good person.

Usagi was popular during his middle school and junior high days being the child of a pro-hero, being kind, optimistic, and being as intelligent guy meant everybody wanted to get close to him for one reason or another. It took a long for Usagi to learn these people were often using him for various things but the most people used him for was for status. They assume being the child of a pro-hero would mean he would become famous and they all wanted to befriend the "pro-hero before he hit it big" Usagi when he realized this became more cautious of people and distanced himself from those who befriended by using the excuse that he needed to train to get into U.A. which really wasn't an excuse. He really needed to train to get into U.A. and while his mother could easily get him into it by recommendation she feels he needs to it for himself. Since it would look good in interviews. Usagi also declined it saying he wants at least a little control over his life.

Name: Unknown

Hero Name: The Victorious Hero: Modern Marvel

Age: Unknown

Gender: Male

Personality: Famed as the strongest and most popular hero, Modern Marvel lives up to his title of the Victorious hero. No matter what kind of harm he has to put himself through he will always do his best to come out on top. Defeating villains, saving innocents, and even helping with humanitarian projects Modern Marvel does them all. He has purposely made it so that the public actually knows very little of his real information for example his name and quirk.

Role: Number One Hero and rumored teacher at U.A. High School.

Quirk: Unknown

History: Just like his name implies the currently number one ranked hero is a marvel to behold. Modern Marvel blasted onto the stage fifteen years ago during one of the worst villain crisis the world had since the dark age of quirks. With his unmatched power he beat back the weaker waves of villains and helped police forces around the world secure their cities. After that was complete it was said the other heroes rallied behind him. The truth isn’t entirely known but it is believed that Modern Marvel lead the heroes to victory against the Tito clan villain’s wo controlled most of the villains around the world thus granting the alias The Victorious Hero to Modern Marvel.

For the past fifteen years after the victory against the Tito clan Modern Marvel has sat proudly as the number one hero. His fame is known throughout the world and he has been granted multiple awards and prizes through the years. Critics and skeptics still claim that he can’t be trusted due to the fact that the public has so little information but the masses don’t care. From having his own toy collection to serial brands the public loves him. Recently rumors have spread that Modern Marvel will be coming to japan to teach at U.A. High School. Whether true or false these rumors will have to wait to be solved until the start of the new school year.

Syr human.jpg
Name: Jeanne Kurasaki

Hero Name: The Puppeteer Hero: Madame Manipuler

Age: 33

Gender: Female

Personality: Jeanne is usually friendly but also has a healthy amount of sarcasm mixed in with her friendliness. She does her best to match her student’s energy when she is teaching. When she gets called out to the field for hero work she doesn’t strive to be the one who stands out the most, instead she prefers to finish the mission as quick and efficiently as possible so that collateral damage and possible injuries to civilians is kept at a minimum. She rarely gets mad but one sure fire way to get her really angry really fast is to talk about her older brother in a bad light when she is within earshot. You can even comment on how she looks more like a villain the she does a hero but just don't mention her brother or bad things will happen.

Role: Class 1-A Home Room Teacher and Pro-hero

Quirk: Puppeteer: Jeanne is able to take control or animate objects by extending her finger nails like wires and having them hook on to the object she is controlling. From then the object becomes a puppet following Jeanne’s verbal instructions as well movements of her fingers. Jeanne is also able to use this power on humans and animals as well but she can only do it for a small amount of time

The quirk also allows her finger nails to regrow in a matter of seconds if they are broken but they can only be regrown a certain number of times per day before she starts suffering from physical repercussions such as bleeding fingers and in extreme cases nerve damage. Jeanne must stay within 50 feet of the target she is controlling at all times, any farther than 100 feet or her current set of nails will break from her hand forcing her to grow more and the object she was controlling to no longer be under her control.

History: Jeanne was born to the youngest child of the Kurasaki family. Her father was a Japanese lawyer and her mother was a French business woman. When she was born her older brother was a second year in UA’S hero program. Growing up with a soon to be hero in the family Jeanne wanted to be just like her older brother and couldn’t wait for her quirk to manifest so she could be one step closer to being like her brother. However, that was until she and others witnessed the darker side of her abilities. At first her ability was one that the other kids found cool, being able to control objects was with your finger nails did look pretty cool and plus the quirk counselors she was assigned to thought she could only control objects, that was until several years later when the dark side of her quirk came forth.

Three years after her quirk manifested her brother was involved in an incident and arrested for miss use of his quirk. He lost his hero license, was branded a villain, and taken to jail. Jeanne was seven at the time and the news of her brother’s imprisonment was the talk of town as well as her school. That day a group of kids who didn’t necessarily like her decided to tease her about her brother and Jeanne did something that only rarely happened, she lost her temper. She still doesn’t remember how or why she had the idea to use her quirk on those classmates but she unleashed her nails on two of the bullies for the ten second time limit. She doesn’t remember what she made them do, all she remembers is 10 seconds of rage, then blackness, and waking up to her disappointed parents telling her she was suspended from the school for a few weeks.

After that incident she would spend her suspension in extra counseling as they reidentified what her quirk was and what it could do. This was also the point in time where she decided she would become a hero to restore the families good name and so that memory of her older brother’s hero’s days wouldn’t die in vain. She also swore that She wouldn’t go see her older brother in prison until the day she became a Pro-Hero.

At the end of her Middle school days she managed to make it into UA. Getting in was troublesome do to the Kurasaki name being tarnished by her brother’s deeds but she still managed to place high enough on the test and was allowed entrance under close supervision. In her time at UA she managed to erase the Stigma around the Kurasaki name as well as learn the skills needed to be a Pro-Hero. In Her second year at UA she even managed to take second place at the Sports festival which earned the Eye of the UA teaching staff. During her third year she managed to earn herself a spot as a side kick at the agency of the 13th ranked hero as well as learned to control her quirk enough to allow her to control humans and animals with out blacking out. There she would serve as a side kick for a few years before managing to become a hero of her own.

In her early Pro-Hero days, she assisted with mostly the dismantling of gangs and crime organizations. She would assist in the occasional rescue operation, and she would stop any villains that would come into the Puppeteer Hero’s territory. Eventually she was offered a teaching job at UA due to a recommendation by the Hero she Side kicked for which she gratefully accepted. That was two years ago so now she is entering her third year of teaching at UA.

"RAZOR WIND"
Kaze Sumato
1522034205512.png
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Height: 5'11''

Personality: Kaze is a confident individual to say the least. He lives with a desire to outshine those around him. While he is willing to get along with others, he will always have every intention of getting ahead of them in the end. He's happy to take any opportunities to showcase his talent and show others what he can do. He is not heartless at all, but he has given into his bravado. While he does still value others and can give people/things sentimental value, his goals are too big to allow those things to restrict his actions in the slightest. Afterall, why accept anything that's only going to hinder his path to the top.

He would be described by others as serious and driven. Which is true. The chip on Kaze's shoulder has kept him from creating any close friendships. Kaze wouldn't mind having someone to have his back, but hes just been too busy focusing on his own goals for now. Kaze appreciates challenges, seeing them as platforms to grow and evolve past his current level.

Role: Student

Quirk:
Wind Cutter - Kaze's quirk makes it so whenever he strikes (swing or kick) a razor sharp gust of wind is sent forward. These bursts of wind come out in a visible crescent shape. Kaze has control over how sharp the wind, giving him the ability to make it a lot less dangerous when used against others.

Weaknesses: At this point in time crescent shape cutters don't move super fast, allowing people to dodge it if aware. The strikes used to create the cutters take a lot of energy to use, so Kaze can not simply spam cutters. The amount of damage the cutter does right now isn't as much as Kaze would like. While it is able to cut through fabrics, it won't cut through a boulder. He intends on trying to perfect the quirk and make it a lot more effective.

History: Kaze comes from a family of established heroes known for their selflessness and heroism. His father "Hurricano" was once known as one of the top class heroes always willing to throw himself into danger at a moments notice. Kaze grew up seeing people praise his father and comment on how he motivates them in day to day life. People would tell Kaze he could be as great as his dad one day if he kept on the right path. This gave Kaze a goal he'd keep for the rest of his life. He would become the one everyone praises and surpass his dad.

Kaze had an easy childhood, getting into a private school which offered some preliminary training courses. Kaze knew he wanted to get into UA, where the best could showcase their talent. He would be able to show everyone how strong he was. Emotionally Kaze was stable, but never had any super close friends due to his driven nature. He hopes to grow as a hero and a person throughout his school career, in order to become the best.

Name: Petra Enid

Hero Name: The Gummy hero: Bungee

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance:
6cfb135874dacfb324834ee16c97063b.png

Personality: Despite her looks, Petra is often seen as a cool-headed and highly intellectual character, often being referred to as a schemer. She is skilled in his manipulation of others, and has the mindset of "a ruler". She doesn't seem to be the type of person to follow the rules of others. She is rather friendly most of the time, but can be extremely ruthless and is not above using others. She can also be rather playful while toying with people and finds great entertainment in seeing her results. Despite being ruthless, Petra is a very sensitive person. She can show extreme care and caution when it comes down to any matters involving her friends. She also seems to have a somewhat guarded personality and doesn't trust others to complete tasks, and instead takes the burden all for herself. One could say she might show signs of sociopathy.

Role: Student

Quirk: Bubble Gum
Petra can create an incredibly sticky and elastic substance somewhat akin to bubble gum, albeit both characteristics are much more prominent. Bubble Gum is also extremely durable and flexible, as Petra can change its shape at will. It can both stretch and contract, depending on what Petra desires. It can be attached either by pointing at her target or through direct physical contact. Additionally, Bubble Gum can also be used to cover a greater area by molding it into a sheet rather than a string. It can be used to pull opponents within punching range for a flurry of rebound pummels. It is so reliable and durable that it can act as a shield against physical attacks or as a means to return them to their original caster. Petra can also use it to increase her mobility allowing her to attach it to an object and drag herself to the object as long as it the object can withstand her weight. She can also use it to swing much like a spider and if she wished to create a bungee cord.

Due to the nature of this quirk, it is more defensive than offensive in nature as all the offensive uses that the quirk can be used for requires her to use her own strength and tactics for it to be used offensively. Also while being highly durable if enough force is applied or the bubble gum is stretched enough it can be broken. Finally, overuse of her quirk leads to her becoming dehydrated as it uses the water in her body to produce the bubble gum effect.

History: Petra was born and raised in a family whose never had very strong quirks a family who have mostly spent their lives in the construction business and have never had a hero or anyone that's made it past any of the hero school exams so from a young age everyone believed Petra would have been the same to the point where here classmates from a young ages bullied her about it. Despite being studious and relative smart she ended up becoming seen as quite the delinquent by both her peers and teachers mostly due to her consistent fighting with the same classmates who bullied her causing her to develop herself to this label. While not at school she would often help her parents out in the business allowing her to build up quite a lot of strength from a young age.

As her quirk showed itself she believed much like her parents said they would be no chance for her to become a hero with such a weak quirk, however that never made her give up on her dream. She began training in secret finding out the true extent of her quirk which has lead to her finding out many uses for it that could compensate for her lack of offensive measures. She began to show off using her quirk after her training creating a small little group that followed her every move and eventually the ones who used to bully her stopped due to her group becoming larger than there's. Finally, as her younger school days ended she only had one place she wanted to go afterward U.A.

Name:
Jason 'Jay' Obediah

Hero Persona:
Revenant, The Shadow Fighter

Age:
16

Gender:
Male

Sexuality:
Never really thought about it. Bisexual, more than likely, even if he has only dated chicks.

Height:
Although he can shift his height at will, his 'usual' height is 6'3". Noticeably taller than a lot of other teenagers in Japan, annoyingly enough.

Quirk:
His unique Quirk has taken root in the form of a close, psuedo-symbiotic relationship that Jason possesses with darkness and shadows. It is almost like he is darkness, and darkness is him - shadows bend, form, and shape at his will, physically tangible and chillingly, mind-numbingly cold. It is, in technical terms, a broad type of Shadow/Darkness Manipulation - with Jason, in a way, being the 'king', and the shadows themselves being his 'pawns'. He can seamlessly meld into darkness, whether it be his own shadow or the shadows of an object or person, paralyze others by taking control of their shadows, and he can even transform his body into the very inky darkness that he controls, allowing him limited 'shapeshifting' abilities. Not in the way of changing his appearance to another human, but by elongating his limbs and forming them into weapons, tools, and shapes.

Obviously, when the sun is at its highest, Revenant is not at his strongest - but when the moon is high in the sky, or when shadows and darkness is plentiful, Revenant feels truly at home - and it is when the full potential of his power is made obvious. The scope of his abilities made him a somewhat feared 'vigilante', especially considering the fact that he usually leaves the criminals he defeats in...very bad shape for the cops to pick up.

Weaknesses:
Sunlight lowers his efficiency - reducing the amount of shadows and darkness around him, but highly concentrated light is extremely dangerous for Jason. It burns right through his flesh, and saps his energy almost immediately. The only way to avoid this is by avoiding said attacks, but considering the fact that light-centered Heroes usually attack under the sun...? Well, let's just say that Jason won't have a fun time.

Equipment:
Jason usually has a white umbrella stored somewhere in his body. In a 'shadow pocket'. Other than that, he keeps his mp3 player and earbuds plugged in and in his ears, even if he isn't listening to music at that moment.

Suit:
Considering he has both a 'human' form and his much more comfortable 'shadow' form, Jason doesn't really bother with a suit. The world only knows Revenant as the shadowy guy, after all. Maybe that'll change in U.A.

Personality:
Jason, having grown up in a tough environment, is quite straightforward and blunt with his words and feelings, yet he still manages to possess a naturally kind and courageous soul, with a very witty and dry sense of humor. Being a genuinely confident and free-spirited young man, Jason isn't exactly one for being shy or subtle, not afraid of speaking exactly what's on his mind - which has gotten him into quite a few fist-fights in the past, and has been the reason for a lot of spicy relationships, as well. Personal space isn't really something he cares much about, and neither are 'social norms' - if he wants to do it, he does it. Being a Hero is more than just saving people to him - he believes that it's doing everything in his power to do what's right, in his mind, so limiting himself to appease society as a whole isn't what he's down for. One thing to note is that, despite coming off as a relatively cool-headed - if headstrong and rough-around-the-edges type of guy, Jason bit of an adrenaline junkie, and incredibly adventurous to boot. High-speed motorcycle races, barhopping, skydiving, mountain climbing - all of these are some of his more 'wild' and 'fun' hobbies that he usually takes part in whenever he has 'time off', so to speak. He's a bit of a jack of trades when it comes to 'extracurricular' activities, and it isn't amiss to see him souping up his motorcycle or something while lounging around the base.

He has definite qualities of being a leader, but generally stays away from leading due to his much more solo nature. He's cool around people - he actually likes hanging around the more colorful crowds, but whenever he's doing his job? Growing up where he did has taught him that he can only truly rely on himself in a pinch. Also, his more empathetic teammates might not appreciate their 'leader' breaking bones and cracking heads. He doesn't kill, of course...it's just not his thing, but whenever he loses his temper, the line can blur a little...maybe he's just not the right person to make a good example. This has gotten him into trouble with the authorities on more than one occasion, and is the reason for his enrollment in U.A.

History:
All things considering, Jason's 'story' isn't anything totally dramatic or off the wall. Like a lot of kids who grew up on the streets, Jason didn't have the best home life. His mother was his only 'rock', so to speak - his father being an abusive asshole who hated Jason for being a creepy mutant-type Quirk user, and his mother for apparently birthing one - her having a mutant-type as a father. It didn't help that they lived in the ghettos of downtown New York, and his father was a deadbeat dock worker who routinely got his ass kicked by villains, while his mom was a struggling nurse that brought in most of their measly income. Yeah...leaving was a hard decision, but only because it would leave his mother alone with his dad, so Jason did the only thing he felt he could do. At the age of ten, he tapped into the powers that he'd been messing with for the pass eight years, and beat the man's ass. It was frighteningly easy - he started off with a somewhat weak punch, after walking into the living room and getting a bottle of whiskey thrown at his head. The punch missed, and Jason got decked into the ground with a meaty hand. Only, he fell right into his own shadow, came right back up behind the man, and nailed him in the balls with a shadow-reinforced knee. High-pitched screams happened that night, and in the end, Jason left with his father floating behind him in the darkness, bound by wispy chains made of darkness.

The man was found on the stairs of the GCPD, with his testicles permanently crushed and his mouth in an 'O' shape of pure agony, despite his unconsciousness. They ran his scans, and found out that he was actually a part of an illegal smuggling ring, dealing in hardcore drugs and some human trafficking from the docks. Long story short? The man was going to jail for dozens of years, if not life.

It was that night where it all started. Jason loved his mother - he really did, but he knew that if he went back to that house, he probably wouldn't be able to leave...so he didn't go back.

Life on the streets for a ten year old boy was actually hard - especially in such a rough city. All the other kids seemed to notice that something was...off about the newest urchin in their midst, and always avoided him. Maybe it was the way that he was never caught whenever he pinched a wallet or stole some food. Maybe it was they way that he always managed to beat the shit out of the much bigger gangs that messed with him. Maybe it was even the way the darkness seemed to caress him like a proud father, and his amber eyes seemed to glow golden in the night. Either way, Jason was on his own...and he was completely fine with that. Call it naivety, but he'd always been fine with loneliness, and the streets were no different.

He survived.

Hell, around the age of twelve, he was even thriving. He began spending more time in his more 'natural' state that even his mother was creeped out by - a boy made of darkness, wearing urban clothing, even as he busted drug rings and beat the shit out of criminals. At first, it was for the money - only for the money, but after he managed to save an entire family of hostages, and he saw the pure gratifaction and happiness in their eyes - along with the small bit of fear...Jason realized that this was what he wanted to do. For most of his life, he felt only cold in his heart and body...but this, this made living worth it. Something other than survival.

It was around this time that Revenant was born, within the ghettos of New York. However, it wasn't too long until his vigilantism caught up with him, and he was put under careful watch. A boy with no formal training, considerable power, and a heart to do what was right, even if his morals were a bit skewed? They kept him in custody for a few months, juggling him from Agency to Agency, before he was taken to Japan in order to 'pay for his crimes'. Crimes being his asskicking of criminals, and his payment being a rehabilitation period of multiple years. He would be enrolled into U.A., funded and recommended in by the mysterious director of the 'Rehabilitation Agency of Tokyo'. Apparently, the shady guys above saw him as someone with a lot of potential, and wanted to see that potential flourish.

Jason just thought that they were more corrupt men in power. Still, he heard of U.A., even back in America. In spite of himself, he was excited.

Other:
He's pretty big fan of Disney movies and rap music. Just an FYI. Down below is his 'human form', but he doesn't really stay in it all that often. His natural shadow form has pure white eyes, and when he speaks and smiles, his tongue is black and his teeth are pearly white and razor sharp.

Name:
Aiden Worth

Hero Name (If applicable):
Undecided, Debating on "Knight"

Age:
17

Gender:
Male

Appearance:
c41b0357ac3298d59e6a1c82927f8a18.jpg

Personality:
Aiden is a kind, easy going individual, often meeting conflict with a smile, or a mistake with a joke. He shows a severe lack of urgency, often shrugging off problems or issues others may worry about with a wave of his hand. Everything is a joke, and nothing is a real problem to Aiden.(im awful at personality so this is the best I can manage. Might be completely wrong but its something)

Role:
Student

Quirk:
One Mans Trash(recognized by many as "Corrupt")
Upon contact with an item, be it a pipe, Chair, blade, or tool, the item becomes augmented, taking on a black color marked with red veins. These items are more durable, more dangerous, and easily wielded by the user. Wounds inflicted by these weapons sap energy and weaken the target over time.
The larger the item, the more draining augmenting is
Augmented items are lighter to the user, making things normally to heavy wieldable
Augmented weapons lose their power after a few moments from their wielder
This quirk can not effect living targets; without a weapon the user is practically powerless

History:
Aiden grew up in a rather normal household, all be it a single parent one. His father was never around, passed away or walked out or something like that. Aiden never cared to think about it.
It was just him and his mother, and she did everything she could to give him a good life, and for the most part, they managed, with few issues or worries. When his quirk appeared, however, was a different story. The day his quirk showed itself, she was furious. She scolded him, yelled at him, mad him swear he wouldn’t use it. He could never understand why, and a few times he found out the hard way why. Any of the adults who saw his quirk became cold and distant with him. Kids stopped playing with him. People just avoided him entirely. When his mother found out, there would be a scolding, and soon he would find himself in a new school. He switched schools a total of 7 times before he was thirteen, and by then he was beginning to notice. What was so wrong with him?! Everyone he saw used their quirks like it was natural! Why couldn’t he? Even his mother used her quirk daily!
Finally he managed to find out the truth at 15. Tired of how things had been, he spoke to the school councilor. Showing them his quirk, he was met with fear, before they gave him a note, one word, and told him to look it up.
He quickly found he was being switch to a new school, again, but this time he had a clue.
Looking up the word, “Emperor”, he quickly understood why his quirk was so hated. It was extremely similar to…no, it was, a quirk that a villain had used in the past. Emperor was a villain who weilded the corrupt quirk, something that by a simple touch, he could corrupt and enslave those around him. The man had amassed a small army of innocent people years ago, and leading to hundreds of injured, scarred, and lost casualties, before falling in the battle with the prthnust over a decade before.
His mother decided to walk in on his research, and everything came out. After an argument the woman finally told him the truth. His grandfather, was in fact, The notorious villain Emperor, and Aiden had inherited the quirk to a lesser degree. As far as they could tell he couldn’t effect the living, but the mere thought of someone having that quirk again…it terrified people, and caused such confusion for one boy all his life. This ended in Aiden making a decision.
People saw this quirk as something to fear. But looking at the pros, so many had power to fear. But because these people used it for good…
He would make this quirk do some good. He would be a pro. Just because he shared a quirk with a villain, didn’t mean he should be treated like one. And how many people suffered from a similar problem. Just because a quirk was used for evil, doesn’t mean it is evil. That’s stupid…and he was going to prove it.

Gakuon Tensai

Nickname
Gaku
Hero Name
Technically, None Yet, but he plans on using his mother's : The Renaissance Hero: Vocaloid
Age
15
Sexuality
Homosexual
Gender
Male
Role
Student
Personality
Intelligent - Gaku has an eidetic memory, has spent his entire childhood relatively alone, and has access to thousands of books, as well as a private tutor, not to mention with a work ethic backed by a strict father. Gaku is definitely one of the smartest people you'll meet.
A Cynical Introvert - Unfortunately, not by choice. Gaku rarely left his house, let alone met other people. Although he's excited to find meet othe rpeople, he's extremely wary of others, due to his only knowledge of how people act and behave coming from the stories his father and brother told him about his mother. Of course, he doesn't know that most people are decent, but right now he thinks everyone is either a hero or a villain and that there's no middle ground.
Silent Type - Due to his childhood of solitude, Gaku doesn't have any experience with talking to others casually. As such, he won't start a conversation with anothe person unless he absolutely has to or they speak to him first.
Optimistic Pessimist - Due to his stories of bad people, Gaku believes that there is bad in the world full-heartedly. However, also due to the stories, he believes that everyone should do what they can to make the world better. As such, if Gaku sees someone down, he'll break from his introvertedness enough to try and get them to smile, doing whatever he can to make the person happy.
Ambitious, Responsible, Perfectionist - He's definitely an overachiever. He always gives 110% and if given the chance, definitely expect him to be the person to remind the teacher that there was homework. However, whenever he screws up, he's extremely hard on himself. Although he's not a sore loser, whenever he loses, expect him to start pushing himself even more to try and be the best and anything less than perfect is not enough whenever he's working on something, so expect him to always bring up training.
Inmsomniac - He's a self made insomniac. It's not that he can't sleep, but rather that he forces himself to stay awake. His mind is always racing and he thinks the best to get your brain racing is during the night when everyone else is sleeping. Of course, the lack of sleep always catches up to him every now and then, but don't worry too much about him. He still gets at least an hour of sleep at night.
Independent & Loner - Due to his childhood of solitude, Gaku has no experience whatsoever working in a team. Gaku is used to getting work done alone and he is accustomed to it. Unfortunately, this also affects relationships because he's not used to being with other people and as such, he'll have a tendency to try and do everything himself. Of course, he'll try his best during team excersises, but keep in mind that his quirk is definitely prone to friendly fire and keep your guard up.
Brutally Blunt & Brutally Honest - All of his life, Gaku has never had a reason to lie or hold back his tongue and he won't start now. Growing up with his father, who encouraged and expected both innitiative and honesty, Gaku was taught to say whatever was on his mind. As such, Gaku will never tell a lie and will say things that sometimes lead to bad situations. It's not that Gaku doesn't think about things, but rather the opposite. Gaku thinks about something enough that he feels it needs to be said out loud. If Gaku cares for you, he will apologize for hurting your feelings with his words, however, he will not take back what he said.
Arts-oriented & Creative - Gaku, like his mother, has a deep love for music and the arts in general. He has perfect pitch, has a three octave range in chest voice, plays the piano, trumpet, violin, guitar, accordion, and flute, knows how to dance in multiple genres, has been doing art since he was 6, and has been cooking since he was 7. He loves the arts more than anything in the world and he's a self proclaimed addict. He carries around a journal, previously owned by his mother, that he writes down all of his art related ideas, including song ideas, sketches, and recipes. If you touch this journal, he will get angry.
Poker Face - Ever since he was young, Gaku has always had a poker face. Whenever he's stuck in thought, in the middle of an action, doing absolutely nothing at all, etc, etc Gaku has a blank expression on his face. Unless the situation calls for it, Gaku's expression is usually unreadable and this usually unnerves people, specifically his tutor and brother. This poker face of his is a force of habit that came from focusing so much on certain things as a child, specifically reading and learning. Whenever certain things happened, for example, taking out a villian or playing a song or beating up someone who touched his journal, Gaku's expression will change to match the situation.
Depersonalization-Derealization Disorder - The cause of parts of his behavior, Gaku has had DDD ever since he was a kid. This causes him to zone out of reality every now and then as well as have anxiety attacks, especially when stressed out. This is another reason why Gaku has a poker face, to hide what he is actually feeling as he sometimes feels like his emotions may not be real.

Quirk
Physical Music
Every time he uses his vocal chords, a black "blob" appears on his skin. This blob is actually a physical manifestation of sound. The blobs are completely under Gaku's control and he's able to change their size, shape, etc. However, he can only alter them while he's touching them with all five fingers on one hand. He can also launch them towards an enemy and make them explode, whether it's because he causes it to, it runs out of time, it makes contact with an object or person, or it leaves his range. When it explodes, it releases a burst of air that's not very harmful, but able to push a person back at least a few inches.
Calories - Although the blobs are created by sound and show up on their own, Gaku has to eat a lot to make them. It takes 500 calories to create each blob. This is the reason why Gaku eats so much but is so small as well.
Lifespan - When Gaku is not using them and they are resting on his skin, it takes 5 minutes for them to pop and go away. When this happens, they do not release a burst of air. When he pulls a blob off of his skin, the blobs pop after 60 seconds if he's still touching them. The blobs pop after 10 seconds, if he stops touching them. The blobs also explode if it touches something other than another blob & Gaku himself (including his clothes) or if they are farther than 10 feet away from him. He can also make them explode at will, but they do not release a burst of air.
Recording Device - Whenever the blobs pop/explode and aren't touching Gaku, they will playback whatever it was Gaku said/sung when he created them.
Pack a Punch - The blobs become as hard as stone whenever Gaku stops touching them. This means they hurt if they hit you.
Friendly & Self Fire - Gaku is not immune to the powerful bursts of air his blobs release, or the chaos they may cause. As you'd may expect, his allies aren't safe either.
Cut 'Em Up - Gaku's signature move with his quirk is molding the blob into a music note looking weapon and using his manipulation over the object to make it into an impromptu sword.

History
"I want to make the world a better place"

Gakuon Tensai is the second and youngest child of a wealthy businessman and a deceased mother. Dying during childbirth, Gaku never got to actually meet her, but his role model is 100% his mother. Listening to stories from his older brother and his father, Gaku learned that his mother was a music teacher and a pro hero. He learned that she grew up in terrible circumstances, with both of her parents being pro-villains, but worked her butt off to try and make the world a better place. Due to the stories he was told, Gaku saw his mother as a person to be like and as such, he adopted her ideologies for himself, including her love of music.

So as soon as he could he began learning about music. Due to his eidetic memory and perfect pitch, he was quickly able to learn all the theory behind music, and as such was able to learn how to sing and play music instruments more easily than others. This was when he discovered his quirk. One day, while practicing his singing, Gaku found a strange blob on him. Of course, like any curious 4 year old, he pulled the blob. A few seconds later, sheet music, music stands, instruments, etc, etc, were blowing around his room. Of course, Gaku decided to experiment more with the blobs and began learning how to use his quirk effectively.

However, with his quirk developed, Gaku decided to start working on phase two of his master plan: becoming a hero. He began taking karate and kendo lessons, starting learning to dance and do gymnastics, as well as taking his private lessons with his tutor more seriously. By the time he was 15, he was a black belt in karate and had enough information stored in his brain to fill an encyclopedia, also able to pull off unrealistic feats of agility quickly and easily. As such, he finally decided to convince his father to let him go to one of the hero academies. His father, knowing how dangerous hero work was due to his wife, reluctantly agreed and decided to send his son to the best academy in the World: UA.

Extra
Fun Fact: His mother was the number 3 hero before she died.
Gaku also wears hearing aids.

Cyber Shogun.jpg

Name: Akira Tamaka

Hero Name (If applicable): The Cyber Hero: Cyber Shogun

Age: 42

Gender: Female

Personality: Akira is considered a cool and commanding type, one who thinks through descensions thoroughly and acts accordingly. While for most cases this is true however when she is in the middle of combat or if her/ anyone she cares for honor has been called into question she will act without a single thought. She cares deeply for her students and puts on a harsh act knowing full well that not all of these students have what it takes to be a hero. She will push the students at UA to their breaking point and beyond as to ensure they are truly ready to face the world once they graduate.

Role: Principal of UA and a Pro-Hero

Quirk: Wire Frame: Wires that allow Akira to directly hook up to any electronic devices. This means that Akira’s Hero suit that is decked out with a cyber main frame operates as a part of Akira rather than a suit of metal. Akira’s wires are similar to tendons and nerves. They can be replaced but it is a painful twenty-four-hour process and can cause serious damage to her nervous system if the process is repeated multiple times.

History: Akira was raised in a tech-based family. Her father used his quirk for IT purposes and her mother worked in support company that worked with the local hero agencies. Due to this Akira was raised with an affinity for tech and even as a child she loved to play with old computers and devices that her parents would let her use. When her quirk surfaced she enjoyed playing with the electronics even more then she already did. This lead her to aspire to follow in her mother’s footsteps as a designer in the support companies.

With her mother’s tutelage she easily made it into U.A.’s support program and began working on inventions of her own. It wasn’t until her first sports festival where she managed to make it into the quarter finals. Though with her quirk and limited training she was unable to do anything her own she developed a taste for frontline combat and was inspired by everyone else’s drive to be a hero that she wanted to be one to. Taking all her knowledge and lessons from her mother she designed her own suit that paired with her quirk would allow her to operate as a hero.

At the next sports festival the suit was dubbed support equipment and with its help she easily made it into the top ten of the first round, the top team of the second round, and though it was a hard fight she managed to make it into the finals where she lost to the previous year’s champion. After her impressive display she was aloud to transfer into the hero course and into A class. The next few years were spent like any other hero in training and she would receive her Hero’s license officially becoming a Pro-Hero.

For the next five years until she was age twenty-one she spent her time as the Cyber Shogun a hero who fought for honor and justice above all else. She befriended many other pros and people in supporting companies and although she wasn’t a top she was popular. It wasn’t until the fall of the Tito clan that she would reach her current position.

Cyber Shogun took part in the dismantling of the infamous Tito clan, though her role was by no means as great as other heroes she still was important. While the big battles raged around the world minor villains tried to raid great symbols of heroism across japan, In response Akira lead heroes from all over Japan in defense of the relics and places of importance. It is widely credited that Japan’s history and relics only survived thanks to her efforts.

After the crisis U.A. was left in desperate need for teachers so Akira was hired to help oversee both the hero and support courses. Five years ago, the principal returned and passed the role with permission from the other staff to Akira making her the new head of U.A. Since her appointment she has done her best to help mold the best heroes around. Over the last two years she has even started accepting students who seem to be less then heroic in an attempt to mold them into the best heroes they can be.

Name: Kamina Rukawa (Kam)

Hero Name: Venus

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Appearance:
killua_render___1__hunter_x_hunter_by_shikisen-daw8uma.png

Personality: Kam has a very cheery personality, open to new people and eager to be in a crowd. He's very bubbly and is easily excited. When he's in battle, though, he's calm and level-headed, always wearing a smile but always scanning his surroundings, a precaution against the drawbacks of his quirk.

Role: Student

Quirk: Energy Absorption
He has the ability to absorb Kinetic Energy and transferring it into Potential Energy. He can transfer it back into Kinetic Energy at a whim. As a result of absorbing energy, his gravitational field strengthens, the temperature around him rises, and he gains an increasingly powerful magnetic field. This comes with it's own fair share of downsides. His weight increases in proportion to the amount of energy he absorbs, he can suffer from heat strokes as a result of the sheer amount of heat he can produce, and his magnetic field can cause him to stick to metal objects against his will, sometimes leaving him completely helpless. His quirk also only functions while he is conscious, causing an explosion of instantly released energy if he is in any way knocked unconscious. Being hit by any kind of energy that doesn't add to his current amount or that takes away from whatever energy he already has increases their respective effects by twofold meaning:

The effects of quirks that negate other quirks last twice as long on Kam.

Quirks that use the effects of other quirks against their wielders are not absorbed by Kam's quirk, working as they would on any other person; since Kam has to be prepared to absorb the energy.

History: Kam was born in an average household in El Paso, Texas, with both parents. His father is a banker, and his mother works for a hero agency; using her quirk to manipulate and stop fires. Kam's quirk came from his mother, who has the ability to manipulate and put out fires. He first started showing signs of his quirk in elementary, able to take energy from running water when he swam to vibrate his body dry. Against weaker quirks, his own proved to be of little help, but he quickly found that his own abilities could curb strictly offensive quirks.

That was one of the main reasons he was flown across an ocean to enroll at UA. Unfamiliar with the culture, food, and environment, the trip really hadn't seemed worth it at first. Slowly, he is beginning to become accustomed to Japan and the sheer size of the city, coming from an average suburban neighborhood. His end goal is to graduate and get recruited by the American-based hero agency that his mother works at so that he could use that influence to eventually lead the agency.

Ork Hero.png
Name: Kisho Richardson
Hero Name: Da Green Beserker Hero- Greenskin
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Role: Student
Personality:
On the outset, Kisho appears as he is a big green...beast, monster, with his huge teeth, irregular speech patterns, green skin, and pitch black eyes. But, when you see him on the inside, he is much more then simply a "greenskin", as he is often referred to as. At his core, Kisho loves his family and friends, and will do much to try to protect them. But at the same time, he's afraid of what he is cable of, what he become. It's why he has such a low opinion of himself; he knows he can be a monster, and he's afraid of embracing it, every step of the way...but that does not mean he hasn't. It took him a lot of courage to want to go to this academy, to want to control and maybe even tame this monster inside of him, risk that caged thing breaking loose inside of him..if not for him, for his family...even if it meant there'd be a risk of him never coming back from
On the flip side of things, if you do approach Kisho, he might appear aloof at first, mainly because not many people would approach him, but he'd quickly warm up to you. He surprisingly good at doing acdemic work and even at doing chores around the house. He's one hella of a cook as well, can make anything from an English breakfast to omelet rice with curry on the side(his granny was a good cook and teacher). He's also one for adventure, and to do things "normal" people would do, if only to keep him from thinking about...
You'd also find no less loyal of a friend in Kisho. Fact is, he has a high opinion on just about everyone and their abilities, and will be the first person to say good things or encourage someone. He'll always have your back and be by your side ever step of the way. Even if Kisho is afraid, be it of what's to come or of himself, he's still willing to stand firm.
Running, after all, is not to resolve his problems.
He knows, you gotta face it,
head on.
Quirk:
Kisho's mutant-type quirk is evident by his greenskin, large teeth, and having a biology has actually more in common with fungus then anything else. But this body has the ability to generate a form of energy known as the "WAAAGH". This is essentially a point where Kisho has built up excitement in of himself, he can unleash it in a burst through shouting. Those who are closest to Kisho may feel a surge of energy and excitement surge through them, though very little else happens to strangers or enemies. But the main benefit of this "WAAAGH!" energy is the fact that Kisho can becomes increasingly stronger, tougher, and faster the more excited he gets. The draw back, however, is that he slowly loses control of himself with the more excitement he gains or the more physical trauma his body endures, with thoughts of mindless violence starting to seep into his thought process as a more bestial and aggressive side of him starts to take over. Half of the battle is trying to mentally keep the monster inside of him from completly taking over his brain, trying to avoid taking a backseat to that very same monster. On a side note, the moment you'd know he's in that state is when his eyes turn from pitch black to fire red. Kisho can fight it off, but there's a point where that voice of reason may be drowned out by the bestial side, and in order for Kisho to have a fighting chance of taking back control, he needs to be calm down or exhausted, only then Kisho's mental battle with himself begins.
There's only one group of people he will never hurt, even in his "WAAAGH" state. This prompts Kisho suddenly be able to summon a tremendous mental strength in order to regain control of his body, or at the very least, steer his body elsewhere. This is true to friends to a lesser extent, but that doesn't mean he won't come to see them as family, perhaps eventfully.
Strengths:
Hit 'arda! Move Fasta! Don't Give Up!- The more excited Kisho gets, the tougher, stronger, and faster he will get, but the less control he'll have and the more reckless he becomes.
Painless- Not painless per say, but when Kisho is in that state of WAAAGH! then there's less the feeling of pain and the more the feeling of giving whoever is trying to inflict pain on him a good booting in the bum.
Fist FIghta- Capable of a crude form of boxing, as he's self taught in most aspect. Mainly used on a punching bag, but he's going to have to learn to use it on people eventually.
Academic Smarts- He doesn't seem like it, but Kisho can do very well when it comes to hitting the books, as it keeps him busy, and he scores near the top of his class. Of course, this has more "practical" uses outside of the class...like making homemade fire works.
Course, this all goes to buggery in his "WAAAGH" state
Homemaker-You'd be surprised how neat Kisho can be, as cleaning and doing chores helps to keep Kisho calm and his mind off of fighting. Kisho's also not a half bad cook.
Weakness:
The Beast Inside- There's a point of Kisho's qurik that he is still learning to master and tame, it's why he joined the academy to begin with. Yet it's a part of him that he fears very much, because he knows that there's a line that, if he passes it, he may not be able to come back. When unleashing his quirk, it makes him much more aggressive and instinctual, while he does get stronger and tougher, his finer motor skills will deteriorate and his sense of thought reduce to thoughts of mindless violence. It makes him very easy to goad, as he only need a target to follow, which could be foe...or even friend. If this gets out of hand, it'll take a lot to calm Kisho back to the point where his conscious mind can wrestle control back from his bestial side. This it also appear to be physical, as he may try flinging his head into a wall or punching himself in order to exhaust or knock himself unconscious.
Kontroll, Kontroll, Kontroll, K-WAAAAGH!- Kisho needs to keep himself calm and busy, or in order to not prematurely set off his quirk, it's why he keeps stress balls on him at all times. Alternatively, Kisho can release his need to violence in a safe and incremental way, such as going at a punching bag. If he does not do either things, then Kisho's quirk may go off prematurely, and then he'd need to find somthing to hit...very hard....or at least until he's calmed down.
Just Another Runt-
Out of his "WAAAGH!" phase, Kisho is only as tough and strong as your average muscle building human.
Communication Breakdown- Although Kisho can express himself very well on paper, his biology doesn't allow for him to produce clear speech. Thus, he is stuck talking in a rather cockney manner that is very hard to understand or dismissed as simpleton talk.
I'm a Monsta!- Kisho does not look remotely human, that does very little to help his self esteem, as he see himself a monster, even is afraid of what he would do when he's quirk is let loss.

History:
Kisho was born a monster
Or so he thought.
It didn't help that he looked different, with his tough green skin, red eyes, crooked teeth that made speaking normally difficult.
There was no escaping the reality of his situation; Kisho was born a freak, a monster...born different then everyone else.
People used to pick on and make fun of Kisho for the way he looked, even among those kids with other mutant-type abilities, for being ugly...
well they used to...
It was never the remarks about him being ugly that bother him, nor the way they made fun of how he spoke....his parents always told him to ignore those types of people and be a stronger, better person.
But he couldn't always be that better person.
What crossed the line for him was when they started making fun of his family.
That was what made him see red.
That day, Kisho got supsended for breaking a kids nose as well as for smashing some of his teeth out...he was only suspended and not expelled, because it was recoginzed that this was because of his quirk.
His parents knew that, and they worked hard to be able to convince Kisho's principle that this was the case.
When Kisho returned to school, no one picked on him anymore...neither did they talk to him, or even come near him.
Coupled with the fact that the word got around about what Kisho did, and suddenly he and his family were the talk of the town.
Kids would run at the sight of him, screaming about how he was going to break their noses. Adults would smile and talk nicly to Kisho, but he could see it in their eyes: they were afraid of him too, and whenever they looked at his parents, it was the look of pity, that looked that said "I'm sorry that your child turned out that way".
Least, that was what Kisho thought,
as he tried to run away from home.
But his parents weren't having it, as they were able to track him down in the pouring rain.
They loved they're son, no matter what he looked like...and they made sure Kisho knew that.
It was always somthing that Kisho was grateful for,
his family was the only thing that kept him going,
made life worth living.
So Kisho's life continued, even among the fear against him...though over time, people's fears slowly subsided, even forgotten.
Of course, there were to be two more additions to Kisho's life: A younger sister, also a quirk users, although not of the mutant-type quirk of her elder brother.
Perhaps he should have been enviouse of his younger siblings for being normal, heck, even idolized by the people around him and his family.
But he couldn't, they were so freakin' adorable! They three of them would always play and wrestle, spending many days together, the three of them. He loved them, and they loved him.
He almost didn't want them to grow up...he wanted to be able to protect them forever.
But that was just the thing.
Protect.
How could he, a green skinned monster, ever do somthing like that?
A hero.
It never crossed Kisho mind to ever be a hero, in fact he spent most of his life trying to supress his quirk after the incident with hurting that kid.
He couldn't be a hero...not even amongst those who looked different, he was too different, too wild, too uncontrollable.
He was a lost cause.
Or so he thought.
One day, Kisho was on his way back from school. He had stopped by the super market to pick up some groceries and was just heading back...when he encountered a fight between a hero and a villian.
Wasen't an odd sight to see such a thing around the city, in fact, he'd even watch fights like these with his siblings. It was all par for the course...except Kisho never thought he would ever get involved...nor did he want to get involved.
Regardless of what he wanted, Kisho found himself involved.
By throwing himself in front of an excited kid
Then,
oh boy,
he saw so much red.
What happened next, Kisho could barely remember, but later he learned, from both being told and watching the news footage, that he had unintentionally unleashed his quirk and promptly began trying to beat the villain into paste, breaking several of the villain's bones in the process. The hero had to literally tear Kisho off of the villain to keep the villain alive, and they couldn't calm him down until Kisho's parents had arrived. When Kisho did calm down, he was surprised to learn, both from looking down and the pain, to find several icy, sharp objects stuck in him.
As the authorities finished questioning him at the scene, he felt a tug on his school uniform.
It was the excited kid from before that Kisho had dove in front of.
What he said next, Kisho would never forget for the rest of his life.
With a bright smile, the kid asked.
"Hey mister, are you a hero?"
That left Kishio speechless, as his jaw hung open but words did not come out.
After a moment of silence, and contemplation, Kishio replied with a bit of a smile.
"Not yet."

Full Chill.jpg

Name: Vitaly Surnov

Hero Name: The Frosty Hero: Full Chill

Age: 46

Gender: Male

Personality: Vitaly is a very laidback and relaxed induvial. He likes to go with the flow and when in the classroom likes to encourage students to take initiative and hold discussions amongst themselves about different heroes, their deeds, and what it means to be a hero. This has caused many people to call him lazy even though he isn’t. He loves the fine arts and often uses his quirks to make sculptures and figurines out of ice.

Role: Pro-Hero and Teacher at U.A.

Quirk: Cold to the Bone: A strange chemical runs through Vitaly’s blood that allows him convert his own body and bodily fluids into ice. He is able to manipulate said ice in any way he wants whether it be reinforcing his bones/muscles, shooting blast of ice, or freezing a room. The only problem is he can’t turn any liquid not from is body into ice nor can he manipulate any ice he did not create.

History: Vitaly was born and raised in Volgograd Russia. His mother was a minor Russian hero while his father was an artist. It’s a weird combination but they both had ice-based quirks and a love for fine arts so they got along and eventually fell in love. Thanks to the compatibility of their quirks they molded together giving Vitaly a mutated version of his parent’s quirks. From the day he was born his parents new his quirk was ice based thanks to the fact that his body temperature was far lower than it should be.

For all his life Vitaly has been forced to where marginally more clothing then other people to make sure his quirk is always at the ready. When he was a child and before he got his hero suit he would always where around five to seven layers in winter and 3 to five layers in the summer. The other kids thought he was weird for doing this but it was nothing anyone teased him about. Well there was one girl who teased him a lot but her quirk was a fire based one so it made since. Vitaly new from childhood that he wanted to be both an artist and hero so that is what he would do.

Vitaly managed to make it into a Russian hero school along with the fire girl named Anzhelika, the one who teased him from wearing multiple layers when he was a kid. The two of them found that working together their quirks worked well and covered the short coming for the other and so they found themselves working together throughout hero training and as pro Hero’s. During their extened time working together the two developed feelings and married. Together they happily worked as heroes and even had a daughter.

When the battle against the tito clan raged fifteen years ago Vitaly and Anzhelika left their daughter with their parents and set off to japan to help in the effort. U.A. the symbol of hope and peace for the world came under attack while the top heroes were engaged against the top villains and if it wasn’t for the two of them the school would have fallen. Praised for their efforts the two of them were offered jobs at U.A. which they gladly accepted, went home to Russia, grabbed their daughter and personal items then returned to japan with a new home and job. Since then Vitaly has spent his days teaching at U.A. and doing his best to be a good hero, good husband, and good father. It’s also worth mentioning that his daughter is currently a third year at U.A. and is almost ready to become a side kick at a hero agency.

Name: Sakai Osame
Hero Name (If applicable): Tsunami
Age: 16
Gender: Female

Appearance: Standing at 185 cm (6'0" ) and weighing roughly 88.5 kg (195 lbs.), Osame is notably larger than most other students (a fact that she dislikes being reminded of). Her most notable traits are her bulky, elongated, fish scale-clad limbs and her array of razor-sharp teeth. Her seafoam green eyes match her hair, which she wears long to cover up the gills on the back of her neck.
When dressed casually, Osame tends to wear a grey, button-up coat, with matching skirt and boots.
Her desired hero costume combines the traits of a lifeguard with a professional wrestler; sporting a blue, waterproof, thigh-high singlet, emblazoned on the front with a stylized zipper, which she wears half-way, revealing the white waterproof bodysuit she wears beneath.
On her feet, she wears a pair of black, waterproof, boots that reach up half-way to her shins. The boots' toes are removed, allowing her to freely use her webbed feet as flippers whilst swimming.
The last part of her heroic ensemble is a pair of goggles with reinforced metal bands hidden within the sinus area, to protect her sensitive nose from attack.

Personality: Despite what her large size and rough Osaka-ben accent might suggest, Osame is an incredibly laid-back and mild-mannered individual, preferring to coast through any problem she finds with as little trouble as possible.
She has lazy tendencies, and is also a bit of a slob; the kind of person that will look for a shortcut whenever there's one available, and will always try to do the minimum amount of work. However, she is also someone who will always come to the aid of another person if asked (especially if the reward is a free meal).
Her desire to be a superhero is, in part, motivated by a wish for self-improvement, as she has developed a bit of a complex towards her own appearance and her slothful habits. However, Osame is prideful of her large amount of natural strength, her quirk's sensory abilities and her heritage.
Her favorite things are eating, the ocean, compliments and her family.
She cannot stand being struck in the nose, working on an empty stomach or being insulted.

Role: Student

Quirk: Grey Nurse Shark: A mutation-type quirk that gives Osame the physical characteristics of a fearsome ocean predator, most apparent are her large, scaly arms and legs, webbed hands and feet, and sharp teeth. She also sports a pair of functioning gills on back of her neck, but much like a normal sharks, she must continuously move whilst in water for them to work.
Osame's quirk also has increased her natural metabolism and appetite, giving her larger-than-average strength and mass (or at least, that's what she says...)
The greatest aspect of Osame's quirk, however, is her enhanced senses; her sense of smell is sharp enough to detect a single drop of blood from over a mile away and her eyesight is a perfect 20/20.
Her secret weapon is the specialized organ system, known as the Ampullae of Lorenzini, located within her sinuses, which allows her to detect the electromagnetic fields produced by other living creatures from nearly a kilometer away.
These organs are exceptionally delicate, however, making strikes to Osame's nose extremely debilitating.

History: Born the eldest daughter of a family of commercial fishermen, Osame lived a simple, quiet life, attending school and assisting her mother and father in her off-time.
Although happy, her family was poor, which limited her future opportunities. Osame cared little for her lack of future prospects, however, as she was content with setting aside her own personal dreams and inheriting the family business.
That changed, one fateful day, when 12-year-old Osame and her father, Sakai Ago, took to the sea in search of fish. There had been a series of violent storms in the weeks before, which prevented them from fishing and left their stock dangerously low. Times like this, however, provided a golden opportunity; after a raging storm, when the sea had just begun to calm, was when fish were at their most plentiful.
Although she had only a faint understanding of how it worked at the time, Osame's quirk allowed her to "see" where schools of fish had gathered, which she put to good use, casting her net wherever she noticed a particularly large group. While scanning the water for fish, Osame noticed a couple of very peculiar presences off in the distance; they were very faint, bobbing on the surface of the water, and were far too large to be any bird.
Curious, Osame pointed out the strange object to her father, and the pair changed course to investigate. As they drifted closer, the water became more and more littered with waterlogged planks, bits of debris and the occasional dead fish and looming off the horizon, Osame spotted a pair of men, clinging for dear life on the floating remains of what was once a ship.
The two men were incredibly thankful upon being rescued, showering the two with words of thanks and gratitude.
Along the way back to shore, the men introduced themselves, and explained how they had gone fishing a few days earlier, and had gotten swept away by a massive storm. Ago, in turn, told of how Osame was the first to spot them floating in the water.
Once they got to shore, the two men were flanked by the awaiting EMTs, before being taken away, one of the men respectfully prostrated himself before the young girl and tearfully gushed,
"When I was drifting in that water, I-I thought I would never see my family again...I can't thank you enough for what you've done."
Looking into Osame's eyes, the man cheerfully exclaimed something that changed her entire outlook on life;
"T-Thank you! You're my hero!"
In the weeks that followed, Osame began to change. She took more of an interest in heroics and she began to think more about her own future, putting more effort into her studies and improving herself.
When the time came for her to take the U.A. High's written Entrance Exam, however, she hesitated.
"Bein' a hero would be nice n' all, but who'd take care of everythin' here?" She thought, knowing that if she were to take the exam, and get accepted, she would have to move away from her family.
Her father, of course, recognized her passion and assured her that he's still got enough strength and vigor to brave the seas by himself and that she should take the exam if at the very least, to say that she tried.
With a vote of confidence from her father, her mother, and from each of her three younger brothers, Osame took the exam, and spectacularly passed.

Anzhelika.png
Zmeya.jpg

Name: Anzhelika Surnov

Hero Name: The Fire Breathing Hero: Zmeya

Age: 45

Gender: Female

Personality: When one thinks of a fire user the first to think to come to their mind is the hot headed quick to brawl kind of person, in this case that would be wrong. She is rather calm and patient especially when dealing with children. Of course, she still has the high self esteem that most fire users seem to possesses and when her temper goes off she is a dangerous as a raging flame. That being said it’s probably thanks to how volatile her quirk is that she has such great self-control. Though many people question her sanity as she almost always smells of gasoline or some other flammable substance.

Role: Pro-Hero and Teacher at U.A.

Quirk: Fuel to fire: Anzhelika is able to create fire as long she digests a fuel source. Thanks to this requirement she is able to digest without any consequences chemicals or substances that are highly flammable and dangerous for humans to consume or even touch. Once she has fuel in her body she can transfer that into flame. She cannot however create flame without fuel. Another downside to the quirk is if she doesn’t create at least a little flame once a week she will randomly and painfully combust until her quirk has another source of fuel to run off of.

History: Anzhelika was born in raised in Volgograd Russia. She was a single child and she was raised by her grandparents who were retried heroes. Her mother had died from child birth and her father was unable to care for her on his own. She didn’t mind though as all of her grandparents were honest with her whenever she asked questions about her mother and her father would come to visit at least once a week before returning to work. Her father was also there when her quirk materialized.

She discovered her quirk when she was at day care and saw one of the day care people helping a parent fix their car. There was a sloshing sound inside and Anzhelika was thirsty so she walked right up to it and chugged some of the gasoline down. Her father walked in right then and there and all three of the adults panicked. The little girl version of herself giggled and burped flames. After that instance she was tested and the full details of her quirk were revealed to her family. It was definitely a strange quirk.

In elementary school and junior high she would constantly carry a water canteen with gasoline in it around with her at all times as her quirk use to be more uncontrollable. Once a day she would have to consume a fuel source to keep her quirk from using her flesh or hair as a source of fuel. There was one kid who use to make fun of her for always smelling of gasoline but he was an Ice quirk user so it made sense.

Anzhelika managed to make it into a Russian hero school along with the ice boy named Vitaly, the one who teased her for smelling of gasoline when she was a kid. The two of them found that working together their quirks worked well and covered the short coming for the other and so they found themselves working together throughout hero training and as pro Hero’s. During their extended time working together the two developed feelings and married. Together they happily worked as heroes and even had a daughter.

When the battle against the Tito clan raged fifteen years ago Anzhelika and Vitaly left their daughter with Vitaly’s parents and set off to japan to help in the effort. U.A. the symbol of hope and peace for the world came under attack while the top heroes were engaged against the top villains and if it wasn’t for the two of them the school would have fallen. Praised for their efforts the two of them were offered jobs at U.A. which they gladly accepted, went home to Russia, grabbed their daughter and personal items then returned to japan with a new home and job. Since then Anzhelika has spent her days teaching at U.A. and doing her best to be a good hero, good wife, and good mother. It’s also worth mentioning that her daughter is currently a third year at U.A. and is almost ready to become a side kick at a hero agency.

Name: Amaru Evermore

Hero Name: Clockwork, the time hero

Age: 15

Gender: Male, but dresses in feminine clothing when not wearing his uniform and has long hair, so is often mistaken for a girl

Sexuality: Pansexual, although he’s never dated before

Personality: Timid and afraid to make friends because his inability to control his quirk well makes him look strange at times, as well because of his feminine appearance. Also afraid to touch others because of his quirk. Also, loves kpop, and listening to it helps him destress and his favorite bands can even return his time flow to normal. Fond of large, slow moving animals, like his pet tortoise, which his parents got him as a pet when he was young, since his favorite hero had one.

Role: Student

Quirk: Time Manipulation. Time relevant to him can either speed up or slow down. However, he does not have good control over his power and often skips through a day in minutes, or sloughs through it extremely slow. When he’s under stress, time can act even more unpredictable around him than normal. If he maintains contact with someone else, they will experience time the same as he does.

History: He was born in Korea, and lived there until he left to attend UA. His quirk being exceedingly rare, it took the adults in his life by surprise when it manifested around five years old, and he would start moving incredibly fast or slow. Eventually, they discovered what his quirk was, and although it meant he had great potential in the future, it was very frustrating for him to not be able to move like everybody else, and he became reclusive as a result. However, there was one thing that could manage to get him out of his shell- television coverage of a hero like him, who specialized in saving people during emergencies. As a result, he dreamed of being a hero, despite knowing ever getting his quirk under control would be very difficult. That’s why he decided to take the exam to UA, despite not believing he could actually pass. As soon as it started, he got nervous and the time went very slow, allowing him to get enough points to pass. Still, he was unsure of his ability, and debated not going to the school, but his parents managed to convince him. Still, in class he’s very reserved, and his time is usually at least a little slowed or sped while he’s in school.

Shunjiro Miyata
1522422309419.png

(A quick note is that he does not have normal arms, like in the picture. He has blue scale-covered arms which he normally keeps covered up from his fingertips to his shoulders, which is explained in more detail in the Quirk section)

Hero Name:
Undecided

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Personality:
Shunjiro's biggest trait is his hard-working demeanor. He doesn't give up easily, and when he is told to do something, he will do it to the best of his abilities. He hates leaving a task incomplete, as it leaves a sour taste in his mouth. This usually means he has trouble working with others who don't have the same mindset as him to get things done, but that doesn't mean he doesn't like those who don't think the same way as him. He is a normally kind and gentle individual, and understand that others aren't the same as him. This usually ends up with people taking advantage of him when it comes to group assignments, though he doesn't mind. The only people Shunjiro actively dislikes are those who are wasteful. Another trait of Shunjiro is his sense of pacifism. He doesn't enjoy needless fighting, and prefers to settle things through talking things out. He sees physical fighting as a true last means, only meant for self-defense.

Role: Student

Quirk:
Scales
On the surface, Shunjiro's Quirk is very straightforward. His arms, from his fingertips to his shoulders, are covered in tough blue scales on the outer side of arms, the scales being flat against his arms and having a diameter of about two inches, and weaker, tiny yellow scales on the inner part, these being approximately a quarter of an inch in diameter. The blue scales are stronger than steel, providing an optimal defense for any combat situation, while the yellow scales are as strong as your average iron. He also has long, sharp black nails on the end of his fingertips, which he can use to cut things.

Advantages:
Shunjiro's Quirk gives him some decent physical capabilities. The defensive abilities of his Quirk give him the edge on a close-quarters fight, and the nails he has also allow him to gain the upper hand when dealing out damage. Also, though he hasn't practiced much with this, when high amounts of friction is applied to his blue scales, they will heat up, glowing bright red with heat. Also, his Quirk gives him slightly-above-average strength, at least in his arms.

Disadvantages:
Anywhere outside of his immediate reach, Shunjiro is at a disadvantage. Unless he can close the gap, he can't fight to his full potential. Also, his scales aren't indestructible. After his scales have been attacked enough, they will fall off, leaving exposed areas. His scales take about a day to regenerate, as long as he is in a healthy condition.

History:
Shunjiro was the second child of Shijo and Utako Miyata, the owners of a ramen shop in a small, clustered neighborhood near the esteemed Hero School, U.A. Shunjiro and his older brother, Soshu, were inseparable in their childhood. Shunjiro saw Soshu as the cool older brother that knew everything, and Soshu did his best to live up to this expectation, much to the excitement of little Shunjiro. And over time, Shunjiro eventually developed his Quirk. At first, he had trouble dealing with his Quirk, as the scales he grew were rough and tended to hurt those who touched them, so he got into the habit of wearing long sleeves and gloves to keep himself from scraping others. As he worked on adjusting to his Quirk, he began to see the truth that Soshu was what was referred to as "Quirkless", something he got from the genes of their grandfather on their father's side. Soshu didn't let this bother him, glad that he didn't inherit the lizard-type scales of his mother's Quirk, or the heat-related Quirk of their father, so Shunjiro didn't let others bother his brother about it either. Shunjiro developed the same hardworking attitude that Soshu had, working his best to learn about the family ramen business.

Over time, Shunjiro started having an interest in the lifestyles of Heroes. This all happened after a Hero Team entered the ramen shop and talked to both Shunjiro and Soshu about what the life of a Hero was like. Shunjiro was amazed at it, and started to try and apply his Quirk to fights at school. He would pick fights with his classmates, showing the abilities of his Quirk whenever he could. He began to be known as a troublemaker, and got in trouble numerous times. It all came to a head, though, when he picked a fight with an older classmate, who was bullying some of Shunjiro's friends. The two of them had a huge fight in a classroom, and without realizing it, Shunjiro had begun to viciously beat the bully. The boy was hospitalized, and Shunjiro recieved a suspension from school. He and his parents made a deal with the school, that if Shunjiro stopped acting the way he did, then they would remove the record of his suspension, and he could still have a chance to go to a Hero school. From then on, Shunjiro held a more passive attitude, avoiding any and all fights, even going so far as to apologize to the bully, who still ended up beating Shunjiro back.

Shunjiro finished his years of middle school, and applied to U.A, with nearly perfect scores and a couple recommendations from a few of his teachers.

(Let me know if I need to change/add/remove anything.)

Name: Lucy Pyre

Hero Name: Undecided

Age: 16

Gender: Female
Appearance:
1522459342974.png

Personality: Lucy is very energetic and hyper and has a hard time staying in one spot for too long. She is very outgoing and friendly and will try to make friends with everyone she meets. She can be a bit of an airhead sometimes and gets easily flustered but is quick to jump in to someone's defense. She treats her friends like her family and is always ready to lend them a hand if they ever need it. Just don't mention about her hero outfit, she gets really embarrassed and flustered when people talk about it.

Role: Student

Quirk: (Overheat)
Lucy's physical strength increases the higher her internal temperature is. At 100 F she has the normal strength of a human. at 200 F she has twice the strength of a normal human. at 300 F she has three times the normal strength of a human. And at 400 F she has four times the normal strength. Also, once she reaches 200 F her skin starts to smoulder

Although Lucy's body is capable of producing such intense internal heat it doesn't mean that it can handle it. Every time Lucy reaches a threshold for internal temperature she begins to suffer ill effects. At 200 F she begins to feel dizzy, her reaction speed slows and she has a high chance of fainting once she cools off. At 300 F she begins to suffer from muscle cramps and disorientation. And finally at 400 F She risks extreme hyperthermia and must cool off immediately after she exits this state.

History: Lucy's parents were both welders who worked at a local repair shop. Her father's quirk was enhanced strength while her mother could build and direct extreme heat out of her hands. She grew up in a normal neighborhood and discovered her quirk around the age of five. At first the doctor and her parents thought that Lucy had received just her father's enhanced strength. However that was soon proven untrue when she was rushed to the hospital less than a day later for sever hyperthermia. As it turned out she had developed a hybrid quirk combining both of her parents quirks. The higher Lucy's internal temperature was the stronger she got, however with no way of controlling said temperature her internals kept rising and rising. In order to combat this Lucy was home schooled and kept very close to home in the case that she overheated and needed aid.

Because of her homeschooling and overprotective nature of her parents Lucy didn't have many friends growing up. Sure she had one or two friends who lived on the same street as her but they were friends because their parents wanted them to be. She wanted to be able to go where she wanted, make friends with who she wanted and live her life. That was when she had an idea. If she decided to become a pro-hero and study at U.A then she could argue that they would be better suited to handling her powers. It took years and years of begging and convincing but her parents finally relented and agreed to let her attend on the condition that she call them every week to let them know that she was fine. Finally, after an entire life of home schooling and being sheltered she's finally ready to get out there and live her life.
