The colonization of Earth's moon was a top priority in the 2nd Cold War. Landing on it was no trouble, but colonization was a tricky deal. To create a stable organism on the non-atmospheric enviorment would take years to do. Yet, it has been done.
The USFR, United Soviet Fascist Republic has established a base on the Moon. They have beaten the US to establish a colony. Under agreements of the USFR and the US, 4 of each country's Astronauts-technicians can be living in the base.
What will happen? Will Tensions rise? Friends turn on Friends?
