Fandom Monster Hunter: A New World (w/ SilverInu)

" there's only one monster that I know that's silver and where there is a silver there will always be gold follow which means we're facing a possible dual battle with both silver Rathalos at a gold rathian and you're right we are in for one nasty fight. " she said she looked about catching a another flash of something shooting by but this time it wasn't silver which meant her hunch was correct and these monsters oh Lord where they vicious

A loud roar erupted from the fog as a Silver Rathalos surged towards them. A flash of gold came from their left. An orb of fire followed that struck the side of the ship. The entire ship was thrown off course, the wyverians and engineers began to panic as they brought the ship back on course.

“Get is out of the fog! Get closer to the sea!” The captain barked as he ordered all hunters to prepare for battle. “Gunners! All eyes up!”

An excited grin spread over her face as she loaded up her grappling hook and took aim at the silver Rathalos wait a couple of seconds she fired it ride across the Rathalos is back when one of the claws caught onto its scales and held fast before she turned to Rayvin " first day of excitement whats more fun than riding a an enraged silver Rathalos" she stated before she was pulled off the side of the ship where she used the momentum to swing her up on to the Rathalos back. She knew from Justice little stunt a lot of hunters would classify her as crazy display the job done it works

Rayvin watched her disappear into the fog and gaped. She too was for crazy antics and extremes but... over the open ocean in zero visibility? She couldn’t leave her by herself out there.

She too, readied her clutchclaw to catch the next passing by of the rathalos or rathian.

Silver could not help as she let out an excited shreek as she disingaged the hook before shooring it before the silver beast watching it hooked onto some of the scakes at its nose before she cut the rope and put a new grapling hook on it before firing again this time it cought on the right side of it face basicly making rains for her to turn its heads. she pulled hard on the make shift ranes foring the rathalos to turn back toward the ship. she moved out of the way as she saw ratvins grappling hook miss them and hook on o the gold rathian.

" looks like your in for a fun ride " she laughed as she watched her being yanked off the ship.

Rayvin was yanked off as the rathian whipped itself away. With grit teeth she climbed up her rope to clamber onto it’s back. She used her clutch claw to grapple onto the ridges on its back and anchor herself down.

The captain aboard the ship ordered everyone to stand down. They couldn’t shoot with two of their own in harm’s way! “What do you think you’re doing?!” He barked at them over the side of the ship.

Silver looked down at the captian and grinned as she turrned the wyvern towards the bow of the ship as she was shooting fire ball as any thing as it tried to dislodge her from its back.

"slaying a wyvern and having fun while doing it" she said as she turned the wyvern towards the gold rathian making it run in to the other one knocking them both out of the air in a mess of posion, fire and scales.

“We can barely see you! Get back here!” The captain ordered them but it was moments before they collided mid air. Rayvin, as they fell looked around for the ship but it quickly vanished into the fog as they descended.

Silver looked over at Rayvin with a grin. " rayvin. If we hit ground first you lets make this our frst kill in the new world." She stated as she release the reins and begin to let herself slowly drift apart from the following wyvern before clutching her dual blades and hand before rotating allowing the blade to slice through the thick hide and scales of the Rathalos as she went from his neck down his back before slowly letting herself move back towards the head again using the airflow to keep her steady

“I don’t plan on dying.” Rayvin seemed rather serious with her statement. She hovered above the rathian that started spewing sparks and flames. Claws and wings flailed as the wyverns struggled to regain their composure.
Rayvin pushed away from the mass of writhing monsters. If they hit water, she’d need to prepare for impact.

"Rayvin you should be used to dropping long distances with all the monsters we've had to fight over the years but to be honest I don't know about you with a lending on land or water is the best choice with all this fog who knows what is waiting on us when this fog lifts. " she stated has she got herself ready for both of hitting land or water does not going to be a fun landing and then did have set up flares or some sort of signal to let the others know there's land so no one crashes into it

Hopefully it would be bright enough to be seen through the fog. Rayvin looked down and saw the ocean getting closer. The Rathian screeched as it almost got its bearings. Flames nearly seared those around it along with the angry flailing of Rathalos. Before she knew if, she was plummeting beneath the waters surface.

What is a friend disappeared below the water in keeping her swords at the ready as she was a Rathalos slam into a hard surface that didn't look anything like water but that men should be swimming out on it and Rathalos were not soft Landing targets at least their backs weren't Sasha quickly prepared turn Landing she saw the rathian head pop-up screeching in anger before she landed with a on the side of the Rathalos

 

[Rayvin]

Beneath the surface, Rayvin’s equilibrium was thrown off for a few moments since she’d fallen near sideways into the ocean. She looked up and followed the light before breaking the surface and gasping for air. The water had hurt on impact but she was alive and uninjured for the most part. The rathian floundered in the water a ways off, attempting to take flight once more.

Rayvin started to swim towards shore, hoping her comrade wasn’t hurt.. badly. The rathian would be taken care of shortly but first, dry land.

But something grazed her foot then causing her to quickly tuck in her limbs. Looking down she saw a large and lumbering shadow pass under her. There was a slow exhale as she remained calm. She couldn’t quite identify what it was but it became clear that she was being ignored. It’s prey was the rathian.

Sorry it took so long for me to get a reply up I had the death of family to deal with) silver shook her head to clear the dizziness
from the impact away she looked around hearing the growling Rathalos behind her Jindo that this creature was not exactly happy right now especially since he apparently had a broken wing. Listening carefully she moved through the fog towards the sound of a splashing rathian. "Raiven if you can hear me follow my voice. There is land over here.

 

[Rayvin]

Raycin heard the voice and slowly made her way towards it. She watched the shadow beneath her travel underneath the rathian in the water. The rathian shrieked letting out one last spew of fire before it was pulled beneath the surface.

Silver heard the beast vanish. Only see the flames before they too vanished in the fog. " i think this new world will be more exciting then we expected"

 

[Rayvin]

Rayvin found herself reaching shallow waters and hurried out of the mysterious waters. “There’s something big in there.” She panted and shook some of the water off of her. “No kidding. That was insane.” She coughed a little, expelling some salt water from her throat.

“My flares are wet so you’ll have to send a signal.” She took off her bag and plopped it on the sand. It was a green fabric, satchel bag that had been well worn with use and time. She pulled out her hunting knife. "Want me to do the honors?" She asked Silver before looking down at the writhing rathalos.

"We can do it together once we let the rest k ow that we have reached this misty island?" She said. As she pulled out her biggest flare and. Stuck the base of it in to the sand just. The rathalos shot off a fire her which then lit the fuse. " well that was interesting "

 

[Rayvin]

Once the flare shot up, Rayvin readied her hunting knife over the Rathalos' neck. "Here's to many more."

Pulling out her own hunting knife she walked over I Stood Beside Rayvin and placed her knife on Its neck. " new hunts new world and an exciting new adventure" she said as they ended the rathalos.

 

[Rayvin]

Once the Rathalos was finished, Rayvin started to carve from the Rathalos. It was a shame the the Rathian was gone all together. She'd managed to get a few scales on her but nothing that would really be useful. Up above, their ship caught sight of the flare and started to descend. The fog made it difficult so their descent was slow and steady. Several of the hunters tied ropes to the railings and slid down the ropes to act as eyes for the ship.

"Over here!" Rayvin saw a couple of their fellow hunters dangling from the fog and waved them down. Once the were spotted, the hunters closest to them tugged their ropes. "Captain, portside!"

Silver also card some of the carcass of the Rathalos knowing some of this would make very good armor she didn't look at the scales that her partner had and thought for a moment before an idea popped into her head." You know you can turn those few scales into a nice sword or do decorate your new home. " she said as she watched some of the other crewmates to send down to where they were she could tell some more wondering how the devil they were alive.

The ship came into view and slowly settled into the water. Hunters started to climb off it's deck and make their way towards shore in small boats to meet up with the two reckless hunters. It wasn't known yet if this was their destination or if it would be a short detour. Damages had to be assessed and prepared and those injured needed attention.
