Humans no longer exist. They have evolved into two groups. The Mutants and the Elemental's. The mutants were the humans who developed mutations to better live on the ever changing earth. Every mutation was completely unique to them. The powers vary widely. There seemed to be no limit to the many different types of mutations that could happen. The Elemental's are considered the betters. The Elemental's are just as you would expect. The people who have unrestricted access and manipulation of any of six elements. Earth, water, wind, fire, lightning or light.

Soon after the change happened the world entered a time of war. The elemental's and mutants fought because the elemental's felt they should be in the seat of power for being superior. The war lasted for 60 years, ending with the Elemental's on top. The government was split up into the Six Sections of Power. The sections are split up between the six elemental types and all mutants were put into poverty and some even pushed into slavery or being auctioned off like dolls.

It did not take long for mutants to develop a rebellion against the Elemental powers, but for 12 years of fighting, the only thing they had to show for it was a few stolen dolls from auctions, but this is where our story starts.

My character was sitting in the booth the circled around a lit viewing area. He has been coming to these auctions for years now. He knew that he wanted a doll, but it had to be perfect. Dolls were a status in the higher ends of Elemental society. They were seen as the most precious show of power in the world. The more rare and precious your doll, the greater status you have. He wanted to be sure that he got the perfect doll. This was a very important part of life in these days. Even the heads of the Six Sections all had the most glorious dolls, so he would settle for nothing less than perfect.

As the night went on my character is less than impressed with the dolls in line. He was about to give up, but then he heard the announcer "Finally, we have our most impressive specimen. A being so pure we have named her, The innocent."

My character took one look, just to see if it was even worth looking at. What he saw was more than what he had ever dreamed. Sitting there, in a pure white gown was your character. Her skin was like that of a pearl. Her meek body almost as fragile as porcelain. Her hair was beyond the whiteness of the purest driven mountain snow. Her features were so subtle that she seemed to be an impossibility of nature. Then there were her wings. The structure of them were so strong and rigid, but it was clear she was physically too weak to use them.

My character was so shocked he rose from his seat and placed his hand on the glass that separated him from her. He was utterly in awe of such a pure creature. It was in this moment he knew. She was the one for him. She was the doll he wanted. As soon as the bidding began the money rose fast. Billions of dollars in seconds. The bidding continued for minutes. He bid frantically. He didn't care at all if he lost all his money. He wanted her more than anything. The, after a few minutes he finally won her.

Just after the bidding there was a large explosion. The rebellion was there, breaking free all the dolls. The rebellion had to many soldiers there. The numbers meant that the Elemental's had no chance. Every elemental tried to run, except my character. He pounded on the glass, trying to claim his prize. He tried as the entire complex seem to crumble away. The last thing he saw before he was buried was his pure angel, mustering the strength to flap her wings, then crashing out the glass roof.

My character spent days after the auction, driving himself mad as he thought about that girl. She was all he would think about. He stayed locked in his house. Then, on the news talked about the new leader of the rebellion. They showed a pictures. To his awe and shock he saw a hooded figure, but there was no mistaking the pearl skin of her hands. He knew where she was, but needed to get to her. So he formed a plan and decided to go undercover in a Doll auction that the rebellion claimed to be raiding as a doll. Once they broke him out, he could find her and make her his.
