Name:
Jason Maxwell

Alias:
Dino Mask

Gender:
Male

Age:
36

Hero, Civilian or Villain?
Hero

History:
A Ex Military Soldier who left the army after having signed up for a secret project which was deemed to be a massive failure. The project involved injecting select people with High ranked Records in the military with experimental DNA mutators which grant the abilities of whatever creatures that were used in them to the chosen few. When Jason got injected with the mutator, he was placed in several tests which ended with average results. Whatever dna he had been given would not reveal itself until later.

During a destructive event in which a building had caught fire, and the fire department struggled to reascue the people trapped inside, he made the reckless yet good hearted decision to run into the burning building. The flames triggered the Mutation which in turn granted Jason enhanced Streangth, speed, endurance, and sight, amongst other abilities he would yet discover later on in life. He had used his abilities to save the people trapped within and then went into hiding to figure out what happened to himself.

Months later, when crime increased within the city, a mysterious hero with a black mask resembling a Tyranosaurus head had made his mark, fighting crime and saving people from death.

His name is Dino Mask.

Personality:
Jason is a reckless individual with a good heart and kind personality. He does what he thinks is the most right thing to do, and even if it would put himself in danger, he'd protect others from harm. He is quite the brave one, able to talk even when held at gun point.

Powers & Abilities:
With the DNA of dinosaurs, Dino Mask has gained enhanced physical and sensual abilities, amongst a few other things. With the streangth of a Tyrannosaurus, he can break through iron walls and Halt cars from moving. With the speed of a Gallimimus, he can exceed the running speed of a normal human of up to 60 mph. With the vision and stealth of a Velociraptor, he can spy on criminal activity from a distance, and out of sight even at night. With the dna of a spinosaurus, he can swim underwater and hold his breath for 25 minutes at tops. With the Endurance of an Ankylosaurus, he can withstand many physical blows like they are foam darts, aside from thin, sharp objects.

Skills:
Military Training
Driver's license
Cooking 3 star meals
Gunner License
Martial Arts he copied from Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan movies

Equipment:
Dinomobile: A Truck with the front modified to resemble a Tyranosaurus head. It comes equipped with a Nitrous booster to enable the vehicle to catch up to run away bad guys.

Sniper Rifle: A gun he 'Borrowed' from the military. It comes equipped with sleeping darts specifically designed to dispatch of criminals without killing them.

Appearance:
(Hero)
Wears a Black bodysuit which includes boots, fingerless gloves, a cape, and a mask. The mask resembles a Tyrannosaurus skull which covers Jason's eyes and hair, but not his mouth, giving him somewhat of a resemblence to a certain skull wearing creature from a video game. The cape Dino Mask wears can wrap around his body, and has the capability to shield him from incoming flames, cold, and bullets, due to the cape being made of a combination of leather and an lair of flexible material that can repel bullet fire.

Hero Name: Hell spawn
Alter ego: Jack Ryder (Fake name ), Lara Aldred (real name)
Age: 20 (10 at death)
Hero, Civilian or Villain?: Anti-hero
Race: demon fusion
Gender: female
Sexuality: bisexual
Height: varies sticks to about 5 foot 7
Weight: carried average is 170 lbs
Personality: Lara tends to be cynical, sarcastic, rude, sadistic, and over all a cruel person twisted by their time with the demon and with the lowest of society. That is only half the story as she can be rather selfless and kind on a whim normally helping as much as hurting others. She also has some trust issues given the demon tells her peoples sins and dark secrets.
Origin: there are many ways to becoming a hero most take a life time of work and training, others a single moment crystallized everything. Lara was neither her origin lies in one bad day, you would be surprised what one bad day can cause.
Lara was a normal person her family lived in the suburbs away from the monsters and villains of the city. Still not all villains are in the city and not all monsters are giant. What could have been a normal life was cut short. One day while the attention of the city was on one of the big hero brawls a few thieves took advantage of the situation. If the cops and heroes were all busy then anywhere outside the city was easy pickings.
This group went from house to house time they got to Lara's, but here was not the loot they had thus far found. Her father one to defend his home fought back killing one of the attackers with a hand gun. Still he was a normal man against several thugs and they were mad.
It is surprising how quickly people will give into their worst impulses when given any excuse and some anger. With her father beaten to death it was just Lara and her mother and these men became monsters when they decided to have some fun as vengeance before killing them out of pure spite.
It was while this all happened that in the depths of hell the demon Xaragarth was punished for trying to gain power by waging one of hells endless number of wars and losing. His punishment was to be banished, his connect to hell severed and doomed to fade on earth. It might have been fate that all this happened for a demon now needing and actor could feel the suffering of the two girls and was drawn to it.
Lara was nearly dead as she lay bleeding and broken, she would die if help didn't come; but the heroes and police were all busy there was no help coming, or so she thought. Lara heard a voice in her head that promised if she became his anchor she would live and get revenge. Lara accepted just before she blacked out actually dying there.
The demon Xaragarth had found his anchor and while he couldn't save her body he did save her soul from moving on and used it to anchor himself in reality. Still not everything would go to plan even now as he would find out soon.
Lara woke up still seemingly alive and surrounded by the torn apart remains of the thrives along with the bodies of her parents and herself. Soon the heard the demons voice trying to command her yet it didn't work somehow he had become subordinate to her forced into the form of her suit cape and chains while she got control of their body confused and scared Lara fled her home and started wandering soon ending up in the ally ways of Detroit with the homeless and hopeless. There she has lived fending off gangs, agents of heaven and hell, and the occasional super hero wannabe.
Powers:
Hell chains: Laura can summon, control, and alter hell forged chains often appearing from where ever she desires. The chains are capable of shrugging off high caliber rounds and can lift vehicles with ease.
Super human physiology: Laura is stronger faster and extremely more durable than baseline humans. Often moving fast enough to just be a blur in other vision.
Demon suit: The costume Laura wears is actually a demon fused to her very soul providing her a physical form She can control its size shape and make up as she wills it. this also provides her with some telepathic resistance as a telepath is likely to tap into the demon's mind as much as lara.
Shape shifting: As her suit is the only thing giving her physical form Laura can control her looks and mimic others or make up her own appearance.
Dark magic: Laura has a decent understanding of the magics of hell and can use them.
Dark energy: This is the energy that keeps laura and her demon alive harvested from the pain and suffering of others unless beheaded by a heaven made blade Laura can regenerate if she can gather energy.
Mild telepathy: While not a traditional telepathy The demon will tell Laura the sins and things what will hurt a person the most. This isn't weaknesses or plans but what will open old traumas and cause emotional pain over how to beat someone.
Shadow teleportation: Laura can enters a shadow and use it to teleport to another shadow.
Skills: lara has learned hand to hand an skills with various weapons
Equipment: just her suit

Name:
Eric Dupre

Alias:
Blizzard

Gender:
Male

Age:
29

Hero, Civilian or Villain?
Hero!

History:
Eric was born and raised in Vermont (or whatever the equivalent is in this world) by a French-Canadian family. His parents willingly signed up to test out altered-DNA “superpowered” genomes on their children while in the womb, of which Eric was one of the first successful specimens. Eric’s prototype was that of superhuman regeneration and healing powers; he could recover from any injury much quicker than normal, and with training and practice he could transfer that power to others as well.
Eric eventually figured out his regeneration power, allowing him to live a “dangerous” life, constantly on the edge; however, his parents never told him about the Healing, “transferring to others” part.
As Eric grew up, he soon began to feel a love for the cold weather and winter. He first went snowboarding when he was three, and never stopped after that. He began competing professionally when he was fourteen, and quickly made a name for himself in the sport—his “dangerous life” and regeneration powers allowed him to attempt… and even eventually succeed on… tricks that were thought impossible or unheard of. He was nicknamed “the Blizzard” due to his wild nature on the snow.
Eric soon began noticing as he trained on the snowboard that he could manipulate the cold, snow and ice he was so fond of. This, he figured, was rare, for although most people were born with their powers (like himself), were given them in a lab (also like himself, though he didn’t know that), or got them through some kind of fateful moment, Eric’s Cold powers just simply… happened, on their own. They simply developed within him due to his love of winter, of the cold, and of his sport.
During his snowboarding career, he picked up numerous achievements, including an array of Olympic and X Games medals. However, about four years ago, shortly after that year’s Winter Olympics, he retired from snowboarding because, simply put, he hated his recurring dominance in the sport and he wanted others to have their chance in the spotlight. He still would go on to coach snowboarding, to bring in the next generation of talents into the sport, and this would finally be the time where he would discover his healing powers that he could use on others.
There have recently been talks of Eric coming out of retirement, but everyone expected it to mean he would be competing in the Olympics again… not that he would be serving the populace as a hero.

Personality:
He is still a risk-taker and lives just as dangerously as in his youth, because even though he knows that there are some things that could outright kill him, he figures that if he does die he should go out in a blaze (or chill) of glory. He is an inspiring leader, quite charismatic, and generally trustworthy and honest. You can tell he cares about the kids he coaches, etc., and he is ultimately very friendly. However, he can have a cold heart at times, due to his nature and cold abilities. To anyone he doesn’t know or trust (villains especially), he is aloof and unfeeling, hard to be warmed up, and prone to using anger, intimidation and violence. His anger is mostly a silent rage, and he prefers not to show too much emotion, but will open up to his friends and those he knows best.

Powers & Abilities:
Was born with: Regeneration, Healing Factor. Can heal himself and others, instantaneously from minor injuries, with more major ones taking a bit longer to fully recover from but still much quicker than humanly possible. e.g. One Olympics that Eric competed in, he suffered a near-fatal accident during practice which shattered most of his ribs, his collarbone, and various other bones, but the next day, he was fully healed and back up, out and competing.
Developed: Cryogenesis/Cryokinesis, Cold Manipulation, Cold Immunity. Can generate, and then freely manipulate, ice, snow, cold air and the like, even being able to produce them from within himself. Can also generate cold and ice through touch. Can supercharge his air and ice to extremely cold temperatures. In combat, he can create blasts of cold energy, produce an aura of cold around him, and even cover himself with ice as additional armor (though his combat powers are not limited to this). Most importantly, he is not affected by cold or ice, so he can use these powers freely on himself.

Skills:
Snowboarding (also skateboarding, you gotta train in the off-season you know)
Also trained in general athletics
Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine
Wide knowledge of computer programming, data and analytics (his dad was a computer programmer for a major company and taught Eric during his off time)

Equipment:
His snowboard, which he has placed some of his cryogenic powers into, so he can freely generate ice and cold to manipulate (and also travel around).
A frost ray (similar to a freeze ray but doesn’t outright freeze)
An ice sword and ice daggers for close combat

Appearance:
His natural hair color is dirty blond, but it turns white when he uses his cold powers.

Costume:
He wears a stylized white and ice-blue combat suit, with a tan winter sports coat over the top. He wears a traditional ski/snowboard mask over his head, just so he’s easily recognized. He also wears a dark blue partial face mask that leaves only his hair and eyes exposed.

Other Information:
Sexuality: Ace (Biro)
Headquartered in Boston, MA
He prefers nonlethal combat but will kill if he has to

Name:
Ryan Null

Alias:
Enigma

Gender:
Male

Age:
20

Hero, Civilian or Villain?
Anti-Hero

History:
Ryan was born without powers, in a world where powers allowed one to do anything they wished. Upset that he was unable to develop any superhuman abilities for most of his life. He retreated into the realm of video games. Where one could be whatever they wanted to be. One day, while returning from an event at the game store. Ryan found a dilapidated old wishing well in a back alley. Finding it quaint and amusing. He tossed a coin in and wished for superpowers. What he didn't expect was that the well was the home of a powerful being of grand arcane knowledge. Thanking Ryan for his generous donation. The Well Wizard zapped him with his magic before disappearing. Assaulted by text boxes and numbers that only he could see. Ryan discovered that the Well Wizard has given him the power of RPG Mechanics. At first he was ecstatic to finally have powers of his own. That was until he was faced with how utterly inane some of the quests presented by his system were.

Personality:
Ryan Null is pretty much just a bog standard weird dude. He makes dumb references. A lot of inappropriate things are funny to him. Sometimes it seems like he doesn't take things seriously. He's also rude to everyone of every race, gender and identity. Ryan makes it a point to judge people on their actions instead of their words. His powers frustrate him to no end because of how grind based they are. Despite all of this, Ryan also has a lust for battle. Ever since his investments in certain stats paid off. He thoroughly enjoys planting himself into the thick of things.

Powers & Abilities:
RPG Mechanics: Ryan was given the power to level up like an RPG character by a Well Wizard. Whenever he defeats an opponent or accomplishes a task, he receives experience points. Using these experience points, he can modify his ability parameters. On occasion he may even learn a skill that can also be leveled up for greater ability.

Skills:
.Parkour
.Street Fighting
.Investigation
.Learning
.Improvising
.Playing Games Badly

(I'm sorry, I don't have a picture for my character.)

Name: Morgan Leroy Lake

Alias: Yukon

Age: 25

Hero

History: Morgan was born into your average, comfortable family. He lived a nice life, but where they lived when he was younger affected him greatly. The dusty deserts where he lived hampered him heavily, being one of the most sickly children you could see. The doctor had only one solution; Get to the cleaner mountain air. After they had moved, he flourished. He grew in nearly every dimension, often putting on a lot of fat before a growth spurt where it was all turned into height and brawn. By the time he was 14, he was quite strong, being able to easily haul cars around in his yard. Once he left his house at 17 years of age, he found his superpowers. When he was on the highway, there was a layer of ice covering the road. Someone tried to cross the highway, and an out-of-control car came screeching around the corner. He ran over, knocked her aside, and braced for the impact. The car's front end crippled as it met his shoulder, and it rolled up and over him and off the road. He had massive amounts of shrapnel and cuts in his arms, which healed before his eyes. After he got to his destination, he became a superhero.

Powers and Abilities: Hyper dense biology allows him to retain some level of realistic size, but be exponentially more powerful. His bones are incredibly hard to damage at all, let alone break, his muscles are denser than diamond, giving him strong enough to properly use a transit bus as a weapon, and this density makes him very hard to injure overall. Combine that with his healing factor makes it one heck of a chore to dispatch him.

Skills: MMA combat, improvised weaponry, knife combat, driving, building, and having a heightened sense of danger.

Equipment: His battlesuit (made of thick kevlar and flexible body armor with tungsten treadplate armoring and a thick helmet that is modeled to look like a mammoth), a modified Hogsplitter cleaver made into a weapon (still has the same handle construction, but the blade has been doubled on the back and the edges draw to a thick point, as well as going much farther back the handle), a thermal scanner in his helmet as well as an average HUD showing his location on a map, his current heading, as well as a mission checklist or info.

Appearance: He stands 7'6, weighs 445, broad at the shoulders with narrow hips with arms big enough to pummel an elephant into submission. He has a rounder, but trim, face with thick curly hair that is often combed back. It never stays this way for long, though, as it always seems to spring loose. He has a very thick, bushy beard, colored a golden blonde, just like his hair. This can make him look intimidating some, due to the fact you can't see much of his face and how gargantuan he stands.

Costume: He has a thick kevlar suit with flexible body armor surrounding his arms, legs, and chest, with the joints uncovered for ease of movement. He has tungsten treadplate armoring over his shoulders, back, chest, and lower torso, as well as having some on his shins and the fronts of his thighs. He has some armor hanging around his hips to help protect them, as well as some rear guard plates. He doesn't have much armor on the back of his knees, his lower back, and the base of his neck, however, so he makes sure to always cover these weaknesses by always trying to face the enemy head-on with his massive size. His helmet is also made of a tungsten treadplate exterior, based around an offroad motorsports helmet (Used when riding ATVs, dirtbikes, and the like), with some built-in tech like a comm system, and a navigational HUD. He can also pull up mission details to read as well, which include but are not limited to his adversary, the police orders on whether to bring him back as unharmed as possible or to just go ham and take him down, any known weaknesses, their criminal record, and, if applicable, Any other aliases they may have or their secret identity, if they have one that is known. The colors are a rich brown with black and tan highlights, with his helmet having small tan tusks and two black visors for each individual eye (Sort of like the EOD variant helmet from the Halo games, I guess.)

Other info: He does his very best to always protect everyone, which means he gains survivor's guilt whenever anyone dies around him en masse. After this sort of incident, he finishes the fight, finds out who the bodies were, and informs their family of their demise. He never misses a single funeral, and stays for the duration, in costume, as well as fights for the people who died at the hands of the villain. And if they die by one of his slip-ups, or if he accidentally takes their life, well, if the villain is still there, he makes WW2 look like a preschooler's tea party when he enters a blind rage where all commands are out the window and he just focuses on taking down the villain. In this rage state, his armor heats up to red and lights up on fire and his powers are redoubled five-fold. At this point, he can't heal himself very well, as it takes a calm, conscious effort, but more often than not, the attacks skate off him anyways.
