catatonic
Nerdy stoner
The sound of the wall crumbling was her cue. Taking off in a sprint from the wall as it came crashing down, the white haired woman just barely dodged the falling debris as it came to the ground. She huffed from where she was on the ground, listening to the screams of the poor people that had been nearby. It was a small farming village, one she took refuge in in the coming months of the attack, simply stating she was a orphan of a farmer that died at the hands of the dumb titans that compulsively ate any human in sight.
The howling inside her was hard to ignore as she got to her feet to run once more, barely registering the pain in her knee as she did. She had to get far from the disaster as possible, lest she be figured out by her fellow Marley Warriors. They had broke the first wall in this land of Paradise in effort to draw her out, knowing her beast of a titan could cause hell for the people. But the longer she had been in their presence, the less she saw them as "devils" and more innocent by standers in the world they lived in.
And what a harsh world it was. She didn't remember a time since she got to the island of Paradise that she didn't feel pity for the people that lived within the walls. There hadn't been a time in her life she had questioned her King on them before, but as she grew to befriend the people she learned things weren't as black and white with them as they had been told growing up. "Fuck." She hissed at the pain in her knee, looking down at it as she ran to see a fresh spot of blood that formed on her pants, ignoring it as she knew she would heal rather quickly with her titan regeneration abilities.
She ran until she reached the second wall, and was let in before the titans could attack her. The screams of the people being devoured would haunt her dreams. "The wall fell." She told the garrison solider that let her into the wall, panting from her long run and wiping sweat from her brow. He grunted in response, but motioned her to continue on her way like he couldn't be bothered with what she just said. She knew the scouting regiment would have acted, and probably were already getting ready to do so. She hoped they'd let her join during their next recruitment session. She dusted off her clothes as she walked, pushed back her long white hair from her face as her red eyes looked around at the seemingly peaceful villagers as they went about their day unaware of the first wall falling. What chaos will ensue if they find me? She thought to herself as she walked, silent as she was the odd one out and feeling their gazes on her as they whispered amongst themselves about the white haired girl.
