Niwatori is shown to be a very cheerful, bubbly and innocent character. She's quick to apologize and acts timid and nervous around unfamiliar or new faces, alongside this; Niwatori is often portrayed as gullible and slightly stupid, seen as someone who can be abused and pushed about by others. Always chattering and talking whenever possible, she enjoys lightening up the mood through being kind and by looking pretty. Overall, she's a cheerful individual who's seen to be quite talkative. They wired her to become a sleeper agent, thus killing her husband in his sleep. Mission done, what was once Amelie returned to Talon and became one of their most effective weapons. The now assassin and notorious sniper was devoid of emotion, apparently only feeling satisfaction after a kill. However, it appears that the terrorist that Talon had made was beginning to crumble. Her neural reconditioning was beginning to slowly fade away, leaving the woman to suffer and adjust to these sudden emotions and battling thoughts...
