*Personality: Reign is the type of person you’d expect to see be the star of a heroic fantasy story. Brave, kind, and loyal but not without flaw and selfishness, she’s the archetypal knight. In fact, she reveres these heroes, probably to an unhealthy degree. She has an uncharacteristic pessimism about herself; always doubting that she did her best, always thinking she’s not enough or isn’t suited to what she’s doing. Her flaws are all that shine to her, and it has constantly broken her when nobody was there understand what she felt deep inside and be able to tell her that she was overlooking herself. She's a bit shy at times.


*Background: Reign had a British grandfather with the ability to manipulate steel, and she always heard that he was a great hero.

A great hero that died in action before she could see him with her own eyes.

Her mother, trying to recover from the grief of losing her father, whispered to Reign the stories of her awesome grandfather who made steel around him bend to his will. All of the many things he created, some of the battles he fought with his ability, even how he went around womanizing after defeating villains. Reign didn’t have a favorite book, she had a favorite person to hear about. She practically all but deified her deceased grandfather, adopting many good (and bad) habits of his, many without even realizing they were his habits.

When a boy that was a known player confessed to her two years ago, she said something she would later be embarrassed about: “Men don’t need someone to take care of them! A male damsel in distress is unaesthetic, anyways! Therefore, I regret to tell you that I will not be sucking your **** any time soon.” Well, nobody said she was innocent.

• Unless confronted with another Lord’s Domain of the same type (which is highly unlikely) Reign’s ability gives her absolute control over carbon and revokes all other abilities controlling carbon that is in her domain. (An exemption is carbon bound in chemical compounds with other elements. It must be pure carbon. Also, Reign must consciously or subconsciously decide to control carbon for it to be considered to be in her domain, even if it enters the two meter range.)​
• Every minute Reign generates a generous amount of divine power, mana, or whatever you wish to call it. It is used to fuel her ability. It gathers in her body, mostly internal organs and muscles, until used up. However, her human body is not meant or built to store the energy, and gathering enough of it, two day’s worth, will start to cause damages to her body where it stores up. Three days of this, and she will unquestionably die. As such, she needs to be able to use her ability either in small amounts 24/7 or in big bursts, or she will die.​
• A portion of the energy she generates is used to fuel her day-to-day bodily functions, so she only needs to eat a single meal a day (a pretty small one, too)​

I will point out that BNHA is definitely fantasy, most of those quirks can’t be explained by scifi - like Mandalay’s telepathy, which is magic by any standards and can’t be done scientifically without everyone having computer chips in their brain. Certainly, it has an inclination to having quirks that can be explained by science, or at least trying to tack some science on, but not all of them can be explained by science. Especially since 90% of quirks ignore the laws of conservation.

Name: Sora Inoue
Protector Hero: Bone Knight

Age: 27

Gender: Female

Appearance: Her hero costume bears a lot of resemblance to a knight's plate armor, but it has holes in several places to allow her to push bones through. The armor is less defensive, and more meant to act as an exoskeleton so that the weakening of her skeleton doesn't matter as much.

Personality: Sora has a mother-like personality, caring deeply for everyone and putting her number one priorities as protecting and nurturing others. It's a part of the reason why she became a teacher at UA. She's bold and outspoken, unafraid to show her true colors and admit her underlying intentions. She's starting to despair about being unmarried at her age, and has started whispering "Riajuu bakuhatsu!" as a mantra.

Background: Sora is the child of Japanese immigrants to America, born with a mutation quirk that was unlike what either of her parents had. At first she was feared for her quirk, because of it's terrifying look of blood pouring as a bone protrudes from the skin, and the menacing look of the scythes she liked to use. But, because she always took the side of the bullied, and spoke about idealistic dreams, she started to be appreciated by her surroundings and was encouraged to become a hero. She graduated from a hero school, got her license, and rose to be one of the best combat-focused heroes because of her ability to keep collateral damage to a minimum and fight villains with a high defense and offense. That's not to say that she is the best at combating all villains, as she lacks mobility with her dense bones and heavy armor, but she has certainly made a name for herself as Bone Knight. She was invited by UA to teach a few months ago, and this will be her first year teaching classes.

Quirk name & description:
My Bone is My Sword (Transformation)
Sora can manipulate her dense bones to do basically anything, having full control over her skeleton. She also has extra bones in her body that are like spines, with those sticking out of her skin in place of arm hairs and leg hairs. Because she manipulates her bones, the very foundation of her body, she has to be very careful about which bones she uses as she is greatly weakening herself and removing the anchor of her muscles

Solid bone - Her bones are denser and harder than usual, being compared to steel or stone quite often. This also boosts her ability to hit hard.
Bone mold - She transforms and relocates the bones in her body, sometimes molding them together into one. She can use this to instantly fix any broken or shattered limbs as long as all of the pieces are in her body. Because of the speed of the molding, she can use her bones as weapons without needing to control them with her hands.
Bone fracture - She can split her bones in two or three parts, and the division can be as even or uneven as she wants. This is mostly used to take some bone from her arms and ribs without leaving herself boneless.
Bone shot - She shoots one of her extra bones or a portion of her skeleton out, but she loses the ability to control the bone.
Bone regrowth - She is capable of regrowing bones she has lost, but it takes a very long time.

Pushing bones outside of her skin obviously leaves wounds, so with this on top of weakening her skeleton she has to be very careful with how she uses her quirk to make sure she damages herself the least. She has her costume to help, but it doesn't change the difficulty of use.

actually Several quirks are explanable to science e.g Mineta releases a special sticky compound , Bakugou has a nitroglycerin sweat, momo may create anything yes but it is encompassed by the laws of conservation seeing she requires energy to make any object. Several of the quirks that may look magical are explained to be a result of their DNA similar to X Men.

If its approved by Heir then its ok... Anywho not my issue anymore since Heir dcided not to accept more characters so good luck!

Personality:
Jade is a rather mellow person. She displays a cool, reserved, and serious personality most of the time but does not lack a humorous side usually in the form of dry wit and sarcasm. Jade is a righteous person, with a very strong moral compass. Jade also respects other people's lives regardless of where they came from or their past. She strongly despises those who judge and discriminate based on prejudice. She is prone to getting overly emotional when left alone or under *stressful* situations. Above all else, at her core, Jade is extremely stubborn and driven.

Background (at least 1 paragraph):
Jade was born to a middle class family with two loving parents. The xray of her pinky toe showed that she had a quirk, it just never manifested. Life for Jade was like any other for a time, she did well in school and made friends. That is until one fateful day. October 21st, 2006. 5 year old jade was involved in a bad villian attack, which left her paralyzed from the waist down. The next eight years of her life were made much more difficult. That is, until somthing impossible happened.

She got struck by lightning. And was totally fine.

She was better than fine! She felt powerful. Stronger, faster. Electrified. What's even more surprising was that, she could move her legs! She couldn't feel them but still! Itwas bliss. Paradise. Regaining the lower half of herself came with it new and old emotions and sensations. While she was "charged up" she found herself to be ridiculously strong, easily crushing rocks and the like. However, after about 3 days. The power faded, and with it the use of her legs. From here, she wanted to use her gift to help others. Maybe she could be the one to save someone from a similar fate that she suffered.

Quirk name/description: High voltage.
Jade can absorb electricity, enhancing her physical attributes and regaining the use of her legs. The increase does depend on how much electricity is absorbed. It's duration depends on how much is used. It is possible for Jade to release the electricity held within her shocking things around her, however she does run out of power and is left mostly useless. There is Some passive leak of power, so she cannot carry her charge forever.

Likes: Food, Music, being productive, real friends, helping however she can.

Dislikes: Geese, being discriminated against, being treated like less than others, high places.

Other: Usually in a wheelchair. She doesn't like to use her quirk unnecessarily. At least she'll try. Walking is useful.

Personality: Laura is a bit of a bookworm, and a lot of an introvert. She tends to hang around at the back of groups, only speaking when spoken to or when she has something important to say. But, she cares deeply about everyone, and she's always thinking about what she can do to make everyone happy. A sweet, innocent type of girl.

Background: Laura didn't come from anything significant. No line of hero work in the family, no exciting events from her past. She wasn't an exceptionally good student or anything like that, either. Her parents were a doctor and a house-husband, so there wasn't anyone in her family she could run around proudly shouting the name of at school. But, she really loved that her mother saved lives, even if she wasn't some popular hero. She idolized that way of life silently, and has been teaching herself to pursue the modest profession of doctor since forever.

Quirk name & description: Chemical Touch

Laura can produce several compounds in special glands in her skin, and secrete those chemicals. She mostly uses this to make drug-like fluids, to encourage healing, paralyze someone's sense of pain, or deliver strong doses of poison. She can even make acids, though those tend to hurt her too. It takes a few seconds and a bit of concentration to make a chemical, so it's not something she can do fully on demand.

Other: She hadn't been able to join in classes for the first part of the week because she was sick.

Appearance:



Personality: Roger is what many people would call a very strange man. He is incredibly curious and always doing his best to learn something new or refresh his memory of something old. His daily antics are random and most people are unable to make sense of anything he does. Despite his antics his heart is in the right place as he is one of the more well-known rescue based heroes.

Background/history (Details optional): Roger was born to a doctor as a father and a well-known rescue hero as a mother. Growing up his parents were often very busy and Roger was left alone quite a bit why his wild side started to develop. Along with being left alone a good amount Roger was also given firsthand experience dealing with blood and gore as he would sometimes go to the hospital with his father. These actions lead to an almost total immunity to the sight of blood and the development of a fascination on quirks for the boy. Deciding the best way he could see more of them and learn more about them as well as continue the family legacy of helping people Roger decided to enroll in a hero school.

After successfully making it through hero school he became a rescue based hero, primarily helping out with the after math and recovery of victims in these operations. After doing this for years his presence began to be known around the world earning him a spot in the top 100. Thanks to his quirk and background he was highered on by U.A. as the medical staff, a position he has kept for the last 14 years.

Bio rewind: The user can turn back the time on an organic object returning it to the exact state it was in at the point it was rewinded to. Only works on the physical objects that are made of organic matter. For example It can restore a missing arm but can’t take away the mental trauma the person received from losing the arm. Can only be rewinded to exactly 12 hours before hand, no more no less. To Roger’s dismay the quirk doesn’t work on himself.

Appearance:

Personality: Zhǐnán is stubborn girl who refuses to be swayed from her ideals even if faced with undeniable proof that she is wrong. She believes that human nature is one of a chaotic fighter and that the peaceful world humans live in is a cage that must be shattered. Aslong as the result is conflict even the most heinous of acts are acceptable in Zhǐnán’s mind. She herself has done things that any normal person would never wish to think about, and she felt nothing about committing such vile acts.

Quirk name & description: Mist: Zhǐnán is able to turn her body and whatever is touching her into a mist like form for a max of 10 seconds at a time. When in mistform she can move her body freely through the air but the mist must come back together to reform the body, any mist that does not make it back when the body reforms will result in injury to the body.
