Quirk name: Phoenix

Quirk description: Evelyn can do pretty much anything the mythical phoenix can do! She has a pair of fiery wings that emerge from between her shoulder blades, and her tears heal cuts and similar small wounds. When angry or upset, her body can become encased in fire.

Support items: Vials that store Evelyn's tears that work similarly to an eye dropper. A rubber bulb on one end allows it to suck in and squirt out tears, and a cap can be placed on top of the nozzle to prevent accidental spills.

Hero costume: a loose-fitting cloak that gradients from a bright yellow at the bottom to a deep red at the hood. The cloak itself is very similar to the assassin hood worn by the character in Assassin's Creed, though she rarely puts the hood up. Between the shoulder blades are special metal-lined holes for her wings to poke through. The entire outfit is made of a highly flame-resistant material. On her wrists and ankles are cone-like add-ons that are shaped like flames and extend until the elbow and knee respectively. These allow for Evelyn to create larger flames, and serve as a form of protection. Beneath the cloak she wears all black, as well as a belt that holds her tear vials.

Hero name: Phoenix Song

Personality: Evelyn has a tendency to over-stress about a lot. What people think of her, if she turned the gas to the stove off, what people think of her, an exam coming up, what people think of her... You get the point. She does, however, love the company of others. She couldn't go a day without human to human interaction. She cracks a lot of self-deprecating jokes, though she'd never insult somebody unless she has a reason to. If there's one thing that Evelyn hates most, it's people with egos.

Background:
Evelyn wasn't born in Japan, if that wasn't obvious by her name. Her mother, however, was. That's why she knows Japanese. Evelyn's parents have been nothing but kind to her. They both were pro heroes, though the first in their respective families. That's why Evelyn moved all the way to Japan just to attend the best hero training academy: UA. Evelyn's mother died from blood loss during a large-scale battle between hero and villain in America, she's the main reason why Evelyn is so adamant on becoming a hero. She wants to protect those who need protecting, and to help those who have the same goal as her. Evelyn knows her mother's death could have been easily avoided, but every one on the battlefield was too busy fighting to help her mother.

Quirk name: All-Seeing Eye

Quirk description: Kayla has the ability to see anyone and anything outside of her field of vision much like a movie! As a result she is pretty much the ultimate evesdropper, and also appears to seemingly know everything. However, her sight is limited, and she has to actually know the person or see the person in order to scry them with her powers. If she focuses on someone, she can "hear" their thoughts but will be cut off the moment she loses her focus. It is important to note that this is more divination than mind-reading. Likewise, while she can precieve certian events, she cannot forsee what will happen, and not everything is revealed to her at once.

Support Items: A stun gun that stores 10,000 bolts of shock. Hard-leather gloves packed with brass knuckles for punching. Bow and arrows.

Hero costume: An white Eyptian style robe with an the Eye of Ra emboldened on her chest, complete with a hood much like Assassin's Creed with a white face mask with the Millenium Eye on the center much like Yu-Gi-Oh. A pretty simple design.

Hero name: The Eye.

Personality: She has no established personality as of yet. I like to see where she goes in the RP.

Background: Kayla is an interesting soul. She was found with amnesia in an alleyway with a severe head wound, and was later adopted by a elderly couple who christened her Kayla, the name that they were going to give their daughter. When her Quirk started manifesting, she had to be sent into a mental instuition for a time, as she has been prone to espiodic fits of hysteria regarding the visons she was getting. They later released her when she not only accurately saw that an inmate and a doctor were hooking up in a closet somewhere in the facility, but was able to repeat word for word conversations that were happening in enclosed spaces. Regonizing her condition as a possible Quirk, the doctors released her.

Creator's Notes: Yes, I know the Quirk is not offensive in anyway and I might fail the extrance exam, but I liked the idea of a non-combat Quirk and a limited character. Let's see how this works.

Ayame is a rather pretty girl with long ginger hair and violet eyes - a mix of her parent’s features. She has her father’s hair and her mother’s unique eyes. She almost always have her hair half down with her usual red and white polka dotted bows either side of her head. Outside of school she is usually seen in rather girlish attire, sun dresses and flowy tops if the weather is suited for it. During school hours she wears the typical U.A. high uniform of a gray blazer, white top, red tie with a green skirt. She always wears thigh high black stockings with her uniform.

Sanguine

Quirk description:

Sanguine gives her the quirk of blood manipulation. Ayame can pull blood from herself, or anyone else with the same blood type as her own, and use them as painful projectiles once hardened.

Quirk side effects (preferred, but not mandatory):

Ayame's quirk can be used as offensive and defensive, but if she uses it too much she will faint from blood loss. Her father, a doctor, has taken to "borrowing" blood from the hospital when Ayame uses her quirk too much during the day. To prevent this from happening often, she prefers to use the vials of blood that she keeps near her. Regardless of whether or not it's blood directly from her body, or from a vial, she can't keep up up for a long period of time before her head starts spinning.

Three viles of blood on the right side of her body, and a dark red whip on the left side, both attached to her belt.

Hero costume:

Ayame's Hero costume is an aysemmetric jumpsuit. With her right arm's sleeve being full length, while the left is short. Vice versa with the bottom half of her suit, simply reversed. She wears red stockings underneath so her left leg looks red, and wears a long red glove on her right arm. She wears a gold utility belt across her hips, where she stores vial's of blood to use in battle should the need arise.

Ayame is vibrant, free-spirited, and incredibly impulsive, almost boarding on recklessness. She is also a real firecracker, which makes her simultaneously unpredictable and captivating. She cares deeply for loved ones and acts with kindness to strangers. She takes pride in being quick on her feet, able to keep her wits about her. If you become a close friend of Ayame, she will be fiercely loyal.
She has an awful habit of reading too much into small things, which sometimes results in her accidentally pushing people away. She is prone to sensory overload, which leads to heightened anxiety.

Background:
Ayame Higurashi is the daughter of a one night stand between Madoka Kaname, and Hinata Higurashi.
Madoka Kaname was a villain, going by the name 'Bloody Mary', she wasn't a very pleasant person- and that translated into her ability as a mother. Ayame and her twin brother Kouta weren't paid much attention during their early years, just the bare minimum. It wasn't until their quirks began forming when Madoka began paying attention to the siblings. They both had blood-based quirks, and Madoka immediately began molding them to be great villains when they're older. However, Ayame had taken after her father, in the sense that she was naturally kind-hearted and didn't want anything to do with villainy. She rebelled against her mothers wishes quite often, which usually had harsh punishments. For the most part, Ayame suffered through their training, gaining a handle of her ability rather young.
It wasn't until she reached her 10th birthday when she finally tracked down her previously unknown father. She knew he was a doctor, so he couldn't be a bad person, right? That made sense to the young girl. She showed up on his doorstep one night with her school bag filled with clothes and anything she considered valuable and explained that she was his daughter- and hoped that he would give her shelter.
Hinata was overjoyed to meet her since she seemed like a good kid. He'd wanted a child of his own, and though he was married and had a step-daughter, something was different about having a biological child.
The Higurashi household was a much better environment than the apartment Madoka had been holed up in. Athena Higurashi, Hinata's wife, was accepting of Ayame and treated her like her own daughter- who'd grown up and moved out.
That's where Ayame stayed and tried to avoid seeing her mother, or her brother who had taken the darker path. Ayame had gotten into her head that she could change the two of them, convince them that they didn't need to stay evil out of habit or whatever drove them. She became motivated to get into the Hero Course, at U.A. High.

Quirk name: H2O Temp

Quirk description: Allows Ms. Kohara to manipulate the temperature of water. She can bring it to the boiling point, freeze it, and anywhere in between. This also allows her to take water vapor from the air and turn it into water, though she can’t control the water itself.

Support items (if any): Hoses attached to water vapor tanks on her back. Multiple steps are required to make them shoot. They normally only hold water vapor rather than water, as it’s much lighter and won’t slosh around. She creates air pressure in the tank by only heating up the top, and turning the vapor in the bottom into water. Then, Ms. Kohara aims the hose that emerges from the bottom of the tank at her target. From there she can either heat it up to burn the target, or spray it upwards then freeze it to create a shield of sorts.

Hero costume: Mei’s costume is centered around her storage tanks. The storage tanks themselves are a rich blue color, the hoses being a much more icy blue. The hose nozzle and tank lid are a silver color. Ms. Kohara’s hero costume leaves her midriff exposed, the top being a skin-tight blue-white gradient from bottom to top. The bottom is a mid-thigh length pleated skirt that gradients blue-white from top to bottom. The outfit has shoulder pads that are spiky at the ends, and are a bright white color. She also has a pair of goggles that she normally keeps on top of her head, but she’ll pull them down if she needs to create a lot of vapor. Each nozzle has a string attached to it, on the end of the string is a bracelet that she has around her wrist. The string is long enough that her movements aren’t hindered, but short enough that they make it easier to grab them quickly.

Hero name: Glacies

Personality: Ms. Kohara is incredibly compassionate. She cares about every living being, and has sworn to protect the innocent. She makes a point to focus on each individual student and their needs, rather than sticking to the exact same thing each year. She is a softie, but when she’s angry she can snap. Should someone threaten her student’s safety, they can say goodbye to the sun.

Hero costume: A simple light blue long-sleeved shirt, dark green jeans, a long seafoam green cape, seafoam green boots and gloves, and a holly green utility belt. This belt contains various cosmetic items. Hit costume is designed to be casual looking as a form of comfort for those being rescued as well as not to stand out from a normal person. If he were to take off his cape and gloves, he’d be wearing a relatively normal outfit.

Quirk name: Super speed

Quirk description: Simple as the name, gives him the ability to move much faster than anyone else. Through his eyes when he uses his quirk, everything else looks extremely slowed down. This also gives him great reaction times.

Other: Blink is young, but he does his job well. He focuses on rescue missions rather than battles, as that’s where he believes his quirk excells. He often joins fire brigades to help rescue trapped people before the fire gets worse.

Villain costume: Just as pictured above, she wears black leggings and knee-high, heeled boots.

Quirk name: Emotion Manipulation

Quirk description: Just as the title says, allows her to change her opponent’s emotions if the two lock eyes. She most often makes them very unsettled and afraid, as her appearance does that already. She can only control two people’s emotions at a time.

Support items (if any): A glock 19. Simple, to the point, and easy to use. She carries around a belt to store her gun and extra bullets.

Quirk name: Arm Shield
Quirk description: Arm Shield is classified as an Emitter Quirk. Arm Shield gives the ability to cover each arm with a dark blue forcefield over the skin which turns all kinetic energy to zero on contact. He calls this Shield Energy.
Hero costume : His hero costume is inspired by the U.A. P.E uniform and covers his entire body except for his forearms, hands and head. The blue parts have been darkened to match the color of his Arm Shield and the U.A logo has been replaced with with two white stylized arms.

Personality: While Yosuke is normally carefree he takes the things he considers important seriously and during these times his determination shines through. He is generally friendly and easy to get along with, but being an introvert has few real friends and enjoys being on his own as much as hanging out.

Quirk only covers the skin of his forearms and hands.

Naive.

When a jointed limb or object makes contact with Shield Energy, only the point that touched it has it's kinetic energy reset to zero. For example, if someone punched Shield Energy, only the kinetic energy from the fist to the elbow will stop moving.
Background: Both his mother and aunt used to be pro heroes in the past, but while his mother retired in order to raise im and his younger brother his aunt eventually became a teacher at U.A. Since he had always looked up to the both of them it was no surprise he decided to take the entrance exam and enroll in the hero school his aunt was teaching at.
Other: This is just the first iteration of his hero costume and it will be revised. He is the nephew of Kana Komatsu

Quirk name: Strong Arms
Quirk description: Strong Arms is a mutation quirk that makes the users arms extraordinary strong, flexible, and fast. The quirk also gives the user extraordinary grip strength and durable fingers. The user of this quirk can move their arms at the speed of sound and their arms will still stay in tact. They can also swing other things in their arms while doing so. However the weight of the object can lower the speed. This quirk however is trainable. If the user of the quirk practices with a heavy object they can reach up to their top speed while holding onto the weapon.
Support Items: Two police batons made of extremely durable and heavy metal.
Hero costume: A simple black shoulder less and sleeveless shirt and jeans along with a belt with two straps for her batons.
Hero name: Strong Arm
Personality: Mrs. Komatsu is a strict teacher who believes that simply by having entered U.A students are destined to go far and is willing to push as fas as she believes necessary to make them reach their potential. In other words the more strict she is towards someone the more she expects from them. In order to avoid accusations of nepotism she is especially harsh on her nephew.

Quirk name: the Queen's Fist
Quirk description: The user can generate a cone of intense force from Their body that is channeled through their arms and out of their hands. It manifests as an intense shockwave when directed against air, but can be channeled directly into an object if they puts their hand on it, which usually results in the violent disintegration of said object. The user must pay attention to prevent the quirk from blasting out of their body early and causing catastrophic damage. Measurements have found high-power blasts to be comparable in force to roughly one hundred to one hundred and twenty tons of TNT. Every blast is preceded by a slight ripple through the air or object the user is about to channel it into. This ripple is noticeable and precedes the blast by approximately a second, which gives a keen observer notice to get out of the way from the initial slight wave

Villain costume: He wears a simple balaclava to cover his face, a black shirt with a skull on it and ripped jeans with the holes made by himself.
Quirk name: Chainsaw
Quirk description: Chainsaw is a mutant quirk that gives Kusari Burēdo chainsaw like blades on his forearms, hands, calves, and feet, which can be revved up to act like an actual chainsaw. The blades are like a chainsaw, so they do not cut, they tear the area apart. The chainsaw like blades can be revved up for as long as he needs. His chainsaw like blades jam themselves after each use, making him unable to use the same one for 7 seconds.

Name: Jane Delilah Delacroix

Appearance:

On the surface Jane often appears as a quiet, dark and solemn individual with their feelings locked behind a passive face. Though it is her eyes that appear to captivate, always looking and almost burning with intensity it is often difficult to truly grasp the girl staring out like twin sapphires in the night. Loose locks of golden blonde hair are a stark contrast to the pale marble like skin, seemingly absent of any blemish as it wraps around athletic albeit short frame that barely passes 5 feet. Despite this she still holds a deceptive amount of muscle and although a times can com across as tomboyish or delinquent, it is still clear she places exceptional care into her appearance.

Normally clad in dark colors that contrast with her skin, they are never the less well made with many custom designs often with some form of cross or skull involved, never seeming to wear the same outfit twice and a good number of them appearing as if brand new. Jane carries herself with care and purpose, displaying a great deal of confidence in their stance each step and movement seemingly well placed and with thought, efficient and simple. The same can be said with her speech, a low yet firm tone with little obvious emotive inflection, though there can be found small undercurrents of curiosity, annoyance or interest depending on the topic in question.

There are a number of abnormalities clearly visible if someone would take the time to look, most notably the absence of any particular breathing, the coldness of her skin and should her mouth open a large number of sharper teeth than would be normal.

Quirk name: Zombie
Quirk description:
Zombie is a curious mutation quirk that has given Jane many of the qualities and capabilities of a Zombie, with a redundant physiology and wounds quickly healing with a muscle like fibre before being restored to normal.

Lacking many of the typical physical weakness or requirements has allowed her to constantly push her body beyond its limits in a self destructive if effective manner when combined with the raw willpower possesed. This changes have given her a host of immunities, even her mental state seems drastically alterted giving her mind unique properties. Unlike a normal person she can keep function with what would otherwise be fatal wounds, and shrug off a great deal of damage, all while performing feats beyond the normal capacity of a human by taking advantage of their healing and breaking through the self imposed limits a body normally places on itself to prevent damage. Through the process of this continued breaking she has continued to elevate her physical state, the lack of rest required to function has also allowed her to devote significantly more time to her studies and conditioning.

Likend to a advanced form of super regeneration it has been theorized that the thread like healing she possesses may hold further applications if correctly trained though somewhat macabre or disturbing in nature.

Quirk side effects:
Outside of the social implications of her abilities and the distress such injuries or feats may cause observers, the primary weakness of Janes quirk is it does not actually prevent feeling pain for actual damage and while possessing remarkable endurance, sufficient pain or damage will slowly degrade her mental faculties. Should sufficient damage or trauma be delivered to her brain, their tactical ability drops significantly becoming set on the single focus prior to the injury and operating more on instinct than logic, this can pose a extreme danger for those around her as all sense of morality or ethics are lost in favor of the purpose. This can potnetially result in them becoming more of a liability in the collateral damage caused.

If pushed beyond her limit, a large amount of heat will be generated as her biomass restores itself, to the point of steam and then straight up combustion if she does not rest. This ofcourse would require her to put herself out as the damage threatens to outpace her regeneration and will become fully incapacitated once enough damage is done while the damage is repaired, though due to the heat damage being on a cellular level it can take substantially longer than her normal healing rate.

Lesser issues though minor appear to be a distinct emotional numbness, or the fact her outfits are incapable of withstanding the same punishment she can, raising concerns with the lack of modesty she seems to possess.

Support items:
Outside the usual items expected of a student, Jean also carries both a stocked medical kit as well as two strange glove like gauntlets gifted by her mother. She has yet however to reveal their purpose.

Skills:
As a result of being trained from a early age, in combination with her own efforts Jane has become quite proficient in a array of martial arts, most notably Savate, Baiquan and Akido. This was initially at the behest of her mothers desire to ensure she would not be at risk or taken advantage of, yet the passion and natural talent has had them support and encourage such further. To further this, has been Janes natural athleticism and desire for adrenaline that lead her to a number of extreme sports, though a preference for self taught parkour stating a fondness for the sensation.

Achieving high grades academically much to the annoyance of her teachers, she seemed to place little interest in the topics covered yet did so out of necessity. The exception of this has appeared to be a deep interest in biology, most notably medical fields. Holding a good aptitude and understanding of the topics, with sufficient training and study it is very possible she could become a accomplished doctor, yet her current focus remains set on the path of a hero.

Personality:
Coming across as a delinquent to some, Janes words often carry a cold bluntness to them that can be jarring in their straightforward manner and lack of subtlety, some believing them as overly prideful or haughty with the amount of confidence they tend to display. While mostly passive and observant, they nevertheless show a almost inhuman determination for anything they put their mind to locked beanther there usual demeanor. This is most obvious in times of adrenaline, seeming to come alive such as when carrying out heroics, pushing herself or devoting themselves to a task they care deeply about.

Towards others they can be somewhat anti-social, mostly due to misunderstanding several emotional cues, though they do seem to want to help in their own way if somewhat haphazardly. It can also happen to come across as lacking respect as many of her prior teachers would often state, confronting them as a challenge and a refusal to back down when their mind was put to something.

Jane has had a number of philosophies deeply ingrained in her by her childhood and parentage, many that shape the way she behaves and drive her. A example would be from a few simple word she has taken a great deal ““Don't be sorry, Be better”, seeing be how a Failure only seeks to drive her onwards and her belief that the only true goal to overcome should be herself. Though this has been taken to a extreme degree such as her habit to purposefully confront her many of her dislikes as perceived weaknesses to overcome.

Despite all this, deep down Jane is deeply conflicted about her purpose, struggling to put thoughts to feelings and often questioning why she carries out some actions or feels the way she does. The emotions are clearly there to her, yet she lacks a clear understanding at times. The two strongest connections she holds is to her parents but for differing reasons, looking up to her father most of all despite many seeing them as the weaker of the two.

Background:
Janes childhood was different to say the least, growing up a single if sickly child there would be grave concerns regarding her health by her parents. Born prematurely and anemic, she would often be treated like a porcelain doll, her parents worried she may break if they were not careful, more so her father than mother. This would come to the head with the emergence of her quirk being one of the scariest parts of her parents lives as they feared the worst until clarification was given by the hospital doctor. While changing her deeply, their quirk allowed them a new sense of freedom, but also new expectations as her mother's approach to them changed substantially, not wanting them to ever be as they were before now the option was available.

While some would assume her mother would drive them towards the path she took, Melissa was surprisingly firm on not given her daughter a direct answer or suggestion instead encouraging them to find their own way, yet the shadow of her parentage would linger with many faculty seeing her as a Villain in the making, the attitude seeping into the children from either them or parents. Though rather than submit to it, Jane would attempt to drown it out and focus on what was ahead of her….yet it was maybe the feeling this caused that sparked her desire to be a hero in the first place as well as shaped who they would become.

Fast forward several years and despite all beliefs, there application would be accepted and gain access to the UA academy, intent on forging the path forward onwards.

Relationships:
Melissa Delacroix, Janes mother is a fairly cold if successful business executive at the JCN Network. While she shows pride in daughters accomplishments, it always quickly follows with constantly expecting more from Jane next time. This has had a large impact on her views on how to advance in her life. Prior to career in business she was however known by her villain alias "Madam Mono" who flourished for half a decade, though this eventually ended with her capture, however rather than face jail time the quick thinking and abilities of her Lawyer managed to have her avoid such much to the dismay of the arresting heroes in a landmark case setting precedence to this day. Melissas quirk appears to allow her to create various prehensile threads from beneath her fingers which she has trained to terrifying effect.


John Delacroix, Janes Father is a fairly cheerful if meek lawyer at a large firm. Mostly supportive of his daughter efforts wanting them to find what they enjoy though still wishes they could slow down to socialize more. Perhaps the most understanding of her parents and this combined with other reasons is perhaps why Jane relationship with them is what it is. He was also the Lawyer who happened to get Diane off on several technicalities. Unknown to most he also holds a power himself, capable of manipulating his own blood when outside his body, yet his low pain tolerance combined with fears of needles and sharp objects has lead to such rarely being used. Despite a somewhat fearful nature at times, he can always be relied upon to do what he needs to do but usually while shaking the entire time.

Name: Narumi Kaichi

Quirk name: Kappa

Quirk description:As you can tell from his appearance Narumi's quirk consists of the powers of the mythical kappa. He is able to swim fast as well as manipulate water. In areas with lots of existing water he can simply use it to his advantage, but even without bodies of water he can absorb moisture in the air into his head, and create a powerful blast, mist, or bubbles. He cannot hide his head and limbs inside his shell but it makes a strong shield for his torso.

Quirk side effects (preferred, but not mandatory): Overuse of his quirk by the water in his head can cause him to become dizzy and disoriented. Additionally, there must always be some water in his head, or he will lose consciousness.

Support items (if any): Flat Helmet - An addition to his costume; this is essentially a metal plate that he straps on like a helmet, there's a button on it that opens and shuts it. This protects his head when he's on the defensive.

His mask is eventually replaced by the flat helmet as it is much more functional. Significantly less cool though.

Hero name (optional for now): Kapptain Tsunami

Personality: Narumi is a fun loving guy who is generally lighthearted. He's prone to pranks and cracking jokes to lighten the mood, even in the worst of times. Even this goofy class clown has his convictions though. His drive to become a hero makes him the type to always look up even if things seem bleak. He's incredibly friendly, but some may find his tendancy to latch onto new potential friends a bit annoying. He can be rather impulsive which is a blessing and a curse depending on the scenario

3 strengths:.
- Very powerful in wet environments
-Endlessly optimistic
-Shell is strong enough to withstand most physical attacks

3 weaknesses:
-Slower on land
-Extremely dry areas render him powerless
-His head is his vital asset and his weakest point; automatic KO if his head dish runs completely dry.

Background: Kappas were known to be tricksters with dark ideas as to what is funny. These creatures were blamed for drownings according to folklore and his quirk and appearance may cause some to think of him as a villain. Bringing up such stereotypes from him makes him upset. Because of this Kaichi is determined to use his powers for good to prove those who think that wrong. He recognizes that in this world, quirks and how they are viewed aren't fair and since this isn't a problem that he alone can fix, he simply tries to ignore the issue.

Other: Fun fact: Outside of combat, be often lets tadpoles and small fish live inside his head.

Quirk Name: Non-existent

Quirk Description: This quirk allows the user to completely erase themselves out of existence. They cannot be seen, heard, touched, smelled, and/or tasted. They also cannot be thought of, as their existence is completely erased from reality as long as they are holding their breath. Once they release their breath, they come back into the world. They have to take a small breather (about a minute) before using their ability again. This is great for interrupting fights, giving Goner the advantage of surprise over and over. However, continuous use will make him have short breath, disabling his quirk. This quirk also only works on the people that are in the user's 30-foot radius. Anyone outside of the radius will still be able to fully aknowledge them.

Weapon of Choice: Chichi nemurimasu - (Staff shown in picture) this staff is made out of lighter steel that is still pretty durable. The staff has a secret compartment in the head that shoots out a sleeping gas, to which he usually uses to compliment his quirk.

Background: Hannah grew up on the streets among a group of kids she knew. They would have to steal food to survive. They often had run ins with groups of villains. Eventually Hannah and her friends would be found by pro heroes and rescued off the streets. She then went to live with one such pro hero as his adopted daughter. Now years later she attends a new highschool to become a hero aswell.

Name: Takeo Oshiro

Quirk name: Chessmate

Quirk description: Takeo's quirk allows him to cycle through the different pieces in chess, effectively becoming them and gaining various buffs and abilities. The order and abilities are as follows:
1) Pawn- His normal strength with the ability to make 7 other other copies himself. His own strength is proportioned according to how many copies he makes. At max, each copy, including himself, has one eighth his total power. The time for each copy is as long as their alive, until his body gets tired and undoes the copies automatically, or until they die. The death of a pawn doesn't hurt Takeo, but repetitive clone making to compensate for rapid death is taxing. Form lasts for an unlimited time.
2) Bishop- Gains the ability to heal himself and others via touch and has increased stamina. Can't completely heal major wounds. Lasts 5 hours
3) Knight- Three times increase in all physical attributes (speed, strength, etc.) and becomes naturally adept at unarmed and armed combat with weapons of all kinds. With it being instinct, he really doesn't think when fighting as Knight. Therefore, a smart opponent can counter him pretty easily. Lasts 1 hour
4) Rook- Half his normal speed but 5 times the strength and hardened skin to match in defense. Lasts 30 minutes
5a) King- Just as strong as Bishop and gains "Royal Decree" ability. All who hear his commands must follow them if their mental fortitude is less than Takeo's own. He must be immobile while Royal decree is in use. Walking breaks its effects on any victims. Lasts 2 minutes
5b) Queen- Ten times increase in all physical attributes, along with the abilities of all other pieces except King. Lasts 10 secs

The 5th form switches every cycle between King and Queen. He feels each switch and knows when he's changed pieces.
Quirk side effects: He starts the cycles. After that, each switch into another piece is automatic. Manually extending the time for any piece causes extreme stress on the body. Once the manual override is released, he reverts back to pawn, can't use that piece when he cycles for a day, and can't initiate a cycle for a few hours or until rested. Quirk puts stress on the body, so he can really only go through two cycles max before having to rest.

Support items (if any): Coat ornament is fireproof and used to cover people he saves. Within the coat are pockets holding various medicinal items for when he's not Bishop.

Hero name: The Ultimate Knight- Pendragon

Personality: Takeo follows his own personal code of chivalry. Honesty, loyalty, generosity, respect, patience, bravery and more are all part of his moral code. He believes all of these traits define a good person, a good hero, and bring honor to all those who seek them. He holds himself to his code very tightly and quickly becomes angry at himself if he feels he has failed himself or others. As a result, he's very stubborn and trusts no one but himself to do what's right. Everything is very black and white for him. You either succeed or you fail. You're either good or bad. Very little grey exists for Takeo. He is very quick to sacrifice himself for others and constantly shoulders way more responsibility than necessary. He's also a bit old-fashioned in some regards, following manners of all kinds.

Background: Mr and Mrs.Oshiro's marriage was never the most stable. High school sweethearts, the two tried to make their relationship work. They married and had three kids, thinking the new responsibility would somehow fix their rocky marriage. Kids in fact added more stress to the relationship. Takeo, 5 years older than the second oldest and 7 years older than the youngest, witnessed the gradual deterioration of his parent's marriage with his own eyes. He always took care of his younger siblings whenever their parents would get into another big fight. Mr and Mrs.Oshiro eventually divorced when the youngest was 7. Takeo and his siblings ended up with their mother, who had them live with their grandparents while she worked to support them. Growing up, Takeo saw how his younger siblings looked up to heroes as role models. He saw they did good deeds but believed most heroes were inadequate as role models for his siblings. So, he worked his hardest to go to UA in order to become the perfect hero for his siblings, other kids, and to be the opposite of his parents.

Darth Tangent Darth Tangent I absolutely love the quirk and how much time you put into the CS, but I definitely can see potential for this being a bit op. Accepted of course, this is just a heads-up of sorts.
 
Name: Moeru Kodemo

Quirk Name: Carbonate

Quirk Description:
This quirk allows the user to absorb, multiply and ignite any carbon that their skin comes into contact with, both in non-living and living material. The user can only absorb up to half of their carbonic body mass, and they must have absorbed the carbon to enhance the amount that he/she is touching. While the user might have slightly above average explosive resistance, they must still be careful as they are completely able to blow themselves up.

Support Item(if any): When it comes to his hero costume, Moeru uses a container that was fitted into a backpack so that he can hold even more carbon. He wears a full body jumpsuit that is equipped with heat resistant fibers.

Personality: Moeru is your usual angry teen with a brooding expression on his face the entire day. He usually shrugs people off, and unless they are in his close group of friends, he usually will just ignore them. He sees herowork as an independent activity, and teamwork as a detriment and liability. He only trusts himself, and so giving him any directions that clashes with how he wants to do something will be quickly ignored. However, Moeru is surprisingly quite cunning and observant, usually making the correct move by himself. However, Moeru still has a lot to learn, as his failure to work as a team unit could result in him never becoming a hero.

Quirk description: Wildside is a quirk that allows Harry to transform into a leonine form which has great strength, average speed, enhanced senses, claws. Wildside can sometimes activate when Harry is under stress, scared, angry, or too excited. Harry's Wild Form will get stronger the more he embraces Wildside.

Quirk side effects: Wildside can be volatile, if Harry embraces the quirk too much it will drive him insane. It is relatively safe to use at its base capacity but if Harry pushes it too far he runs the risk of losing his humanity. The quirk can be pushed accidentally if Harry fails to keep his emotions in check. Luckily the amount of Wildside that can be embraced can improve with practice, but there will always be a limit for how strong he can get safely.

Support items: For now a pair of small bottles that hold a special fragrance that will calm Harry down if his quirk starts to go too far.

Hero costume: A durable pair of pants that can survive his transformation into his wildside. As well as a pair of shoulder bracers that hold the calming fragrance. The costume is meant to be worn by his Wildside form and probably wouldn't even fit his normal frame.

Personality: To sum Harry up he's a soft spoken book smart nerd, who is a bit of a pessimistic nervous wreck. He's terrified of his quirk but is determined to use it to protect people. He overthinks even the simplest of tasks, and can be a bit of an outcast socially.

Background: Harry doesn't really have an interesting life story he has a happy home life with supportive parents. The only exception to this bit of normal life is that he's always excelled in schoolwork. Once his quirk manifested his personality took on a different turn. One may think with Harry's scaredy cat personality he never would've gone for a hero course but he decided there would be no more honorable way to go crazy then as a hero protecting the innocent.

Quirk Description:
Within the area of effect, it could manipulated into a cartoonish-like atmosphere where physics don't exist and elephants can fall on your head with the blow of a flute. Much like a slapstick-heavy animated feature, the host of this quirk can do anything that would harm the person being attacked. Things could be created such as bombs, anvils, pianos, a gun that shoots bowling balls, just any thing that could be used by a cartoon character as a weapon really. It can also create a portal but the user directly jumps out of it when they enter it, which has the maximum range of 2.5 meters when it come to how far it can teleport to. A baseball bat with spikes could be used as a thing for knock-back when in a close encounter with an enemy.

Quirk Side Effects:
A downside to this quirk is that it can only affect it's host's surroundings with in a 5-meter radius. Anything beyond 5 meters makes it useless. Projectiles are the main thing that come from this quirk, when it comes to strength and punches, the strength you'd expect will be of a little girl's. When it comes to spawning the bombs, it cannot be spammed multiple times as so that is becomes a tsunami of little bombs. It could only be used at every 30 seconds. But other forms of it such as in Airplane Mode, it can be used up to three times as a sort of homing missile that could be dodged easily. Her body has been distorted to look like a cartoon character with her eyes as prime example with it being black sockets

Support Items:
Has prosthetic arms that act as her vision as well since black sockets is not that good for vision. It has a defense mechanism that could be used for combat purposes but it's damage output is not great as it fires lasers.

Personality:
To describe her, is like trying to describe an old 50's cartoon with a touch of violent intentions for the viewer. She's not really nice to people, as she tends to be selfish, rude, and vulgar. When it comes to trying to protect people, she put maximal effort in it when a situation like that arises.

- Fights within a distance
- Crowd Control
- Social Situations


3 Weaknesses:
- Overconfident in fighting
- Has the strength of a small girl
- Prosthetic arms could be removed in the middle of combat


Background:
An orphan in a small home of the Dickinson's, Patricia's life wasn't really a happy story as she grew up with no arms. Thankfully, Mr. Dickinson was a creator of machines. He created her prosthetic arms that she still uses to the present day. It has a defense mechanism whenever someone would try to harm her, she could activate it with a simple password that her step-father made for her to remember it. She had a happy childhood with her impressing classmates with her abilities to create balloon animals that could imitate the sound of it's animal.

As she grew older, her parents had ties with villains across the city and some outside the city as well. She was shocked with it at first but she eventually accepted it. On a fine morning day, a woman with horns and a man with a stitched mouth attacked her parents for them not keeping with a deal that they agreed to. They were maliciously murdered and burned within her home. Patricia looked as she could only stare, not knowing how to fight back against the intruders. Authorities arrived at the scene but they were already too late, the damage was done.

The present day, she lives with her uncle in an apartment complex. She works as a part-time barista in her uncle's cafe. She wants revenge for her parents but she has moved on from it. She still remembers it as clear as day. The girl decided to apply to attend a hero course to try and help people whenever she can is she passes as a hero.

Villain name: Inferno
Gender: Female
Appearance: As expected Miho looks a lot like her brother though she is a head shorter and has dyed her hair flame red with yellow highlights.
Villain costume: Goggles to protect her eyes from her own dust and flame resistant clothing designed to resemble a firefighter's outfit due without all the equipment and leaving part of her body, including her midriff, uncovered.
Quirk name: Inferno Dust
Quirk description: Inferno Dust allows Miho to transfer some of her own carbonic body mass into the epidermic layer of the skin. Thus forming what is essentially volatile coal dust that flakes off of the skin. This Quirk was made from the combination of the Quirks Carbonic Absorption and Shed Skin. Due to the former, the user is capable of absorbing carbonic smoke in order to replenish what is lost. However, it is incapable of absorbing on the level of the parent Quirk.
Support items (if any): Lighter, backpack containing three Molotov cocktails.
Other: Miho is a pyromaniac and wants Moeru to join her.

Name: Seraphina "Sera" Palmer

Quirk: Solar Converter
Sara's body naturally absorbs and stores solar energy, which she can then covert into other forms of energy. Currently she is able to convert it to kinetic energy, allowing her to boost her strength and speed, create a kinetic shield, fire concussive blasts, and even fly. She can also heal her own wounds (using chemical energy) but it takes a lot her energy reserves to do so. She can also produce light for very little energy.

Side Effects:
- Her eyes glow brighter the more energy she has stored.
- Her body temperature is higher than average when her energy is full and lower when... well, low.
- Her tattoos are not actually a part of her quirk but they do act as solar panels and help her absorb sunlight faster. (Yes, she has tattoos at 14. Deal with it.)
- While she can draw energy from artificial sources of light, it is significantly less effective.
- Without any light to draw from her energy stores last around 12 hours, assuming she doesn't use any powers.


Support items:
- A wrist mounted monitor (basically a watch) that reads her current energy levels.
- Solar supplement pills (about half a dozen)

Hero costume: Sera has no actual hero costume, claiming that it would "...create an unnecessary separation between my hero persona and my public one." Rather she just makes sure she always has a shirt with no sleeves and an open back so her tattoos are exposed to the light. (Though if a fellow student were to design one for her, she could probably be persuaded to wear it.)

Personality: (Going to develop this as I play)

Strengths:
- Excellent understanding of physics.
- Highly athletic/acrobatic
- Can give as good of a beating as she takes (quite literally)

Weaknesses:
- Lacks strategy
- Is a bit of a pushover
- [REDACTED] (Will reveal when it becomes relevant)

Background: Ever since Sera and her mom moved to Japan from the United States 5 years ago they've had a pretty basic life. No tragic back story to push her, no inspirational meetings with heroes, no legacy to live up to, just a girl who was in love with the ideals of heroism. Although, to say she was a normal girl wouldn't exactly be accurate. Not only was she both one of the top student and THE top athlete in her middle school, she was also one of the popular girls, the kind that everyone respected and adored. Considering her academic and physical performance, her robust power set, and her drive for heroism, Sera managed to land herself a special recommendation for UA. (With your permission of course, Phoenix Feather Phoenix Feather )

Her life before coming to Japan is a mystery however as both members of the family refuse to talk about it.
