This is interesting but i have a few questions.
I kniw we arent allowed to have weaponized implants. But is it possible to own weapons, that arent grafted? I mean even with the strictest of weapon restrictions criminals always find a way.
Also is there such thing as a dermal implant (Basically artificial skin).

Yes you can have weapons that arent implants. And yes, dermal implants exist and a quite widespread and inexpensive to replace, just they tend to be not single patches but rather cover the body in a way that allows easy access in case of repairs or modification. So they may have barely visible lines or gaps that represent their panel like nature.
