Personality: David Vic, a hardened career soldier, often displays a calm and collected demeanor. He buries his emotions deep inside himself, causing some to see him as cold and uncaring. This intimidating air serves as a professional mask. In the rare occasions he's allowed to drop the act, he proves to be a warm, even affable man with a great love for life, and a sanguine sense of humor. His work experience has largely conditioned him to work in solitude, as such it may take some time before he is used to being a part of a formal team. He is generally eager to teach both his methods of combat and infiltration as well as bits of his personal philosophy. Altogether, he is the human connection to the larger organization which treats its members as a resource.
Bio: Born in 1972 to a middle-class family in Oregon, young David was a man who loved to learn about the world, its history and peoples. Not being able to afford university, David instead joined the United States Army, where, despite his bookish interests, he thrived. Proving himself the most capable recruit in all fields during training, he was then moved to the Green Berets. Making a name for himself as possibly the single greatest infiltration agent in military history, David operated in the field for many years under the codename "Snake". This was until a still-classified incident during a mission resulted in several medical complications, relegating him to an early retirement in 2005. David only maintained contact with the military by occasionally consulting on new special forces units. He was summoned out of retirement after ten years of building himself back up to train the new Metahuman taskforce unit. Though he does not fully agree with the decision, he still goes along with it, whether that is out of moral obligation or a sense of duty is unknown.

Luke is very tall, reaching 6'3". He is rather thin, almost lanky looking. He weighs about 200 Ibs. His hair is kept in a messy style, and reaches just past his chin in the front and shorter in the back. He has dark blue eyes, though the grey fog of his disability gives them a silvery hue. He is very pale, with sporadic freckles. He never tans, just burns and then is just white again. Due to his passion being music, he never was in to sports. His muscular build being.... Average. Both his parents being overweight with health problems, he strived to be healthy but as far a strength, he didn't care. He has no scars to speak of, other than the loss of his parents.
Clothing: He hates it when his clothes look tattered. Just because he cannot see the world (properly) doesn't mean they cannot see him. He usually wears black slacks with a simple button up shirt. On missions, he wears all black for camouflage reasons. He also wears a locket he found going through his parents stuff. He considers it his most prized possession. It has an image of both his parents in it.
Personality: Luke can be very stand offish, often using sarcasm to keep people an arms distance away. Paranoia over what might happen to him if his powers were discovered has avoided him from making friends or seeking a love interest. Due to this, he is a very lonely man. It is not overly difficult to get him to talk though, the sarcasm and rudeness coming in when he realizes whoever might care for him. He was raised to be a gentleman, and can be very chivalrous. He is very strong in the" ladies first." with a somewhat old fashioned mind, (male takes care of female) he has insulted more than one by just trying to be nice. He loves to show off his musical talent, and is generally cheerful and kind hearted. He tries very, very hard to be selfless. Unfortunately, he has discovered he is afraid of dieing. He would do anything to keep himself alive.
He tries to stay away from sweets, due to the overweight problems his parents had.
However, he has a weakness for cheesecake. He just can never seem to say no.
Bio: Lukas was born and raised in a small town in Oregon, USA. His parents were both artists, working from home. His father was a well known wood worker. Able to carve or build furniture. His mother was a painter. His father was able to make enough money to support all three of them. They were devastated when Luke was born, to learn he was completely blind. His eyes were clouded over, but they could still see the unusual dark blue eyes of his mother. They loved him nonetheless, and were overjoyed when they learned of his natural musical talent. Being artists themselves, they got him into any sort of tutor they could to enhance his natural talent. As a child, he hated it. Now that he is grown, he loves to lose himself in his music. There has not been an instrument he could not figure out yet.

He learned of his powers very young, having always had them. His parents always thought it was unusual how well he moved around, like he COULD see. They were frightened when they saw him playing with the shadows. Creating balls, marbles, or any other toy. They, afraid of losing their only child, conditioned him to hide his powers. He grew, using his shadows to see everything, though everything is just black shapes to him. His parents died when he was 17, on their way to some art show. He chose to stay behind, due to school. It devastated him, and he still struggles with the loss. 4 years later, he has become a recluse of sorts. Living on his own, with no family or friends. He was not prepared to be snatched up and dragged to become part of some special service team. He was an artist, not a fighter. Due to his blindness, he stayed away from fights. His powers have a lot of potential with the right training, which he is unwilling to do. He is easily frightened, though is not necessarily a coward. He just needs a push.
General Powers: controls shadows

Avantages: Lukas Ramon has amazing control over the dark. Not only does he use them to' see' but he can manipulate them to his will. He can construct anything he wants from them, and is able to solidify them and evaporate them. He is able to send bits of shadow into light, as well as use them to' carry' things from one place to another. Everything he creates is completely black. And as long as he doesn't evaporate an object, others can handle them as well. The key is the object must stay in the shadow.
Disadvantages: Luke's ability to see is limited. He can only see clearly in the shadow he is directly connected to, making him see furthest at night. He does not need his walking cane at night, and can even safely drive. During the day, though, his sight is not nearly as good. With shadows he is not directly connected to, he can sense it but his sight is very foggy. As long as there is a crack or gap in a wall, he can see the other side, if it is dark.
His ability to create things is limited by his knowledge. He has to know what he is making. The more complex the item (I.e a key) the longer it takes for him to create. Simple things like a marble he can make instantaneous. If he had to make a unfamiliar key, he would have to be given time to study the lock and more time to make and solidify the key itself. Process could be sped up if given the proper training.
His ability to lift things using the shadows is limited by his physical strength. Everything is about twice as heavy then if he were to pick it up himself. (I.e 2 pounds feels like 4 and so on). This can cause him to completely pass out.
People can handle objects he has created, but he can dissipate it at any time. And if it gets too far away, it just vanishes. Also, taking it into a lit area causes him pain, and he can end up with a migraine.
Given the proper training, he could be very dangerous. He has no desire to explore the full capabilities he has, as he just want to focus on his musical career.
If he was somehow put into a room with no shadow at all, (even his own) he would be nothing more than a blind man.

Powers: Magnetism, Lucille can control metal, bend it, shape it and move it. This allows her to lift and move various metal objects and shape it to her desires. Lucille also has superspeed and can move at extreme speeds. Lucille carries coins which she uses as projectiles.
Strengths: (2-3) Intelligent, Dedicated
Weaknesses: (2-3), low confidence and dependent on others.
Personality: Lucille isn't the most confident person in her own power, generally unsure of what to do and prefers relying on leadership from others. She prefers being a supportive role more often although if need be she can take a more active role. She would rather follow out an order and task rather than lead a team or be the one in charge of something. She has depressive tendencies and often becomes apathetic when faced with too much bloodshed or trauma.

Background: Lucille attended a normal highschool until she attended a fieldtrip to a labratory in which was was poisoned by metal awaking her metahuman gene in order for her body to survive the poisoning, this caused her to accidentally rip out the powercords to a generator near her out of the wall socket. Causing the labratory to lose power, she was found with various small metal objects floating around her and the government soon intervened.

Powers: Salem is capable of channeling the latent energies provided by the world around her as well as the spiritual energy within herself to preform a number of elemental and almost 'mystical' abilities. The extent of her power however is severely limited given how much she still does not quite understand, having lost the only other person he could truly teach her the full potential of her abilities. Because her teachings here cut severely short she can only use a small handful of abilities which she utilizes in a number of creative ways to give herself the upper hand against certain opponents.

What she does know however is nothing short of amazing, capable of harassing forces of nature such as wind, earth, water, air, and even lightning in a myriad of techniques which make her extremely versatile in and out of combat situations. By focusing her chi and using either hand signs or verbal incantation she can physically manifest her spiritual energy into something palpable. For examine summoning a raw source of electricity in the palm of her hand of exhaling a gust of wind from her lungs. Even capable of manipulating their shape, size, and intensity to a degree. If she however chooses not to use these elements she can simply focus her chi into her body allowing herself to achieve superhuman feats such as incredible speed, strength, and durability.

This power however acts as a double edged sword. Because while she can command the elemental forces and bend them to her will she risks severe consequences. Overuse of her Chi or 'Spiritual Energy' will slowly drain her more and more. Weakening her with each technique used depending on just how much each one drains. If she attempts to push herself she will run the risk of completely draining her chi which will result in flat out death on her part. Unlike other Metahumans she cannot maintain constant use of her powers for extended periods of time, putting her at a severe disadvantage against opponents who have limitless usage of their own powers or even opponents who can merely outlast her in battle until she has drained herself out.

Peak Physical Condition [+]: Through continuous intense training Salem has superhuman physical abilities, She possesses peak level strength, stamina, speed and agility comparable to the finest human athlete and can use her Chi Manipulation to even further in to greater heights.

Master of Stealth [+]: Salem, without even trying tends to be very quiet and rather hard to detect. Even when casually just walking around she sometimes goes undetected much to the displeasure of those close to her when she vanishes mid conversation or appears out of seemingly nowhere.

Martial Artist [+]: Her brief time with the League of Shadows has given her impressive combat prowess when it comes to hand to hand. She is not particularly well versed in any specific style, instead she was forced to improvise and utilize her peak physical condition to come up with her own unique fighting style which is incredibly unorthodox and unpredictable. Making her rather hard to read especially when combined with her arsenal of techniques she can use with her Chi Manipulation which makes her an incredible adversary.

Uneducated [-]: Being born and raised in a small village in the middle east Shay is severely ignorant about the outside world. Only capable of fully reading and writing in Arabic and barely capable of doing so in English, she was later raised to be a weapon. Because of this she does not know the first thing about 'technology', 'relationships', 'history', and a number of other things the typical person would know. She was a missile, and wherever she was pointed was where she would go, typically with two others who would keep her in check and do the 'hard stuff' themselves.

Wrathful & Destructive [-]: While this is normally something very few actively see, the truth is Shay is extremely violent and destructive when provoked. She rarely ever expresses interest when challenged to a fight or even met with hostility but the moment the first strike is made she becomes a violent force of nature that is not to be reckoned with. She will not hesitate to burn someone down should they attempt her harm in any way shape or form, them or her friends.

Impatient [-]: This goes in hand with the fact she feels as if she is always running out of time. And with the constant motivation of potential death finding her at unsuspecting moments she never wants to waste a day or a moment. Thus, tedious things such as taking elevators or even trips in a car tend to irk her greatly, and plays a part in battles where she may need to take it slow but is compulsive and eager to dive into danger if it means shaving off a few seconds to complete whatever goal she may have. She makes her a liability in steak outs or missions that require precision and teamwork, making her lone wolf nature dangerous.

Rebellious [-]: She will not keep quite, hold still, bow to unworthy authority or even respect anything without proper reason. She speaks her mind no matter how unfavored it may be, in her mind acting is better than standing idly by and allowing a fool to speak their mind. She does not hesitate and exhibits no restraint. She takes, and she takes, and she takes. And in the end she will fight for the world she desires.

Cursed [-]: This is an odd feature unique to her ever since she was found by The League. Her left arm appears to be marked with a blackness. Ebony markings cover her arm that reek of dark side energies, and while it is currently unknown what these markings mean or where she gained them, they tend to hurt her rather dramatically whenever she uses her powers. Which is one of the main reasons she avoids using it unless by accident. Her arm is commonly bandaged and covered up along with the rest of her body. Though this curse is almost palpable, easily detected by anyone with good instincts.

Personality: Oh tortured soul, a heart once pure of gold ; Sorrow and grief have tarnished a once pure hope with the intoxicating bite of poisoned hate. Lethargic, the enigmatic presence bleeds through, corrupting, tearing asunder the perfected veil of purity and allowing the burning gire to seep within stalwart grace. It claws, digs to fester and bury deep under the skin, glissading skeletal fingers through malign carcass to permeate and destroy the innocence lost in cruel rapture. Though radiant and scorching upon first approach, malignant and vexing in a glance, there is still an unwavering kindness about her soul. Though she may try to be harsh, to be a thorough monstrosity for the simple sake of survival, she is unable, incapable within her programming to destroy so freely, to act so harshly to those who she seeks to bestow mercy even in her self imposed path to destroy herself. The noose around her neck as the shame of her treachery devours her insides and leaves her hollowed within.

The fearful souls...those with no weapons to wield she would so willingly become a martyr for, a sacrificial lamb to be lead to slaughter to save but a single face, a solitary name and save from the hardships in which she herself once faced. Loss was something that never truly heals, an instigating pain that is never satiated by the passing ripples of time as so many assure. Comforting lies are not sweetly fallen from her cherub lips, only bitter truths of the melodious affliction that slowly eats away at the spirit and weakens the body, the mind into numb paralysis. It was like a neuron-toxic, a deadly bite administered to her heaving breast from the moment she lay eyes upon the fresh corpses who still wreaked of singed hair and flesh. Slowly, surely, she shuts down, the dim flicker within her gaze dulling, dying with each passing day. A raging fire nothing more but smoldering embers.

No confidence, no self-preservation lingers within her, though her masquerade hides well what lay 'neath the surface where she furiously struggled to simply stay afloat. Sleep eludes her, staying just a single step, tauntingly out of her desperate grasp some nights. It leaves her thoughts raw, each one like raking nails over open flesh to claw at the nerves hidden just out of sight. Her mind is cruel, a sick repetition of the traumatic night playing without mercy in each dream she dares to seek. No longer does she yearn for the escape of reality, no longer does she wish to open her eyes to a new day, another wretched moment within this existence. A once pure and holy thing was stripped bare, ravaged ruthlessly by those that would see her dead; her hope. The loyal optimism had been torn from her youthful frame, a far more devastating occurrence than that which marred her flesh. Her body had mended, healed and all that remained upon it was the thin, ropy scar. Childish wonder and bemusement, however, had been slain in cold blood, a murder most foul.

Her training, her teachings to lead had robbed her of her child-hood, leaving no time for other lessons to be learned within life, and while she portrays a serious demeanor to those whom require it without thought, it does without saying that others may see a different front. An act, a facade of stoic disinterest and coldness is always erect, sorrows, vexations hidden masterfully behind the porcelain of her mask as she interacts with the very few souls who may have the fortune or misfortune or coming into contact with the woman. She is no stranger to the children, to the women as she helps in every sense possible from numerous chores to simply playing and occupying those of younger nature. It is often wondered by many how a woman so cruel...so wrathful and destructive can display such unwavering kindness and charity...how a bird once flapping furiously to take flight has had its wings clipped...

Sweet tempest...just how far will you fall?

Background: Scheherazade was born in Saudi Arabia to a wealthy family of what appeared to be farmers on a surface level. Her mother however kept a secret, a secret that she and her mother before her had kept from the world. And that was their natural ability to harness natural energy and bend it to their will, a power in which her daughter had also inherited. While living in the desert she had a relatively normal life, that is until the time came that she'd be educated in the nature of her abilities from her mother who taught her the basics of how it worked and also gave her a number of advanced teachings. And while Shay never fully understood at the time later in her life she came to understand a majority of what she was taught. At the age of ten however her village was attacked by none other than the League of Shadows who had traveled to Saudi Arabia to take out high value targets who hid within the village. During this attack however her mother attempted to fight back and defend her people using the powers she had accumulated within her lifetime; doing significant damage and eliminating a number of the Leagues best warriors.

But alas she was defeated and killed after draining her spiritual energy in the battle. Afterwards Scheherazade herself attempted to go to the broken body of her mother, even going as far as to display her own abilities despite how pathetic they were at the time. Needless to say they took notice of this latent display of fury and emotion and abducted the girl, taking her back to the hidden home of the League of Shadows where she was initiated into their ranks and trained among them. And while Shay always resented her captors she has little choice in the matter. And so she fought, for many years pushing her body, mind, and spirit to heights that out shined many of her peers. Even being sent out on many covert assassination assignments by the higher ups. However, during a recent mission she was subdued and captured and interrogated. Willingly, she gave up the location of the compound she was raised and the names of her peers, resulting in a full scale raid on her former home and making her a traitor to those who 'took her in' as one of their own. After showing that she had a disdain for her captors, she was offered a chance to make things right by joining a secret task force dedicated to the discovery and elimination of dangerous Meta Humans. A job in which she gladly accepted.

Powers: Physiological Limit Surpassment. Most people experience diminishing returns when working out, training or practicing. Not Riya.
Strength: Constant weight-lifting makes her able to lift a ton of weight with little difficulty.​
Speed: Able to sprint up to 100 miles an hour, with steady exponential growth over time.​
Stamina: Able to exert herself for up to ten hours without rest. Can hold her breath for thirty minutes at a time.​
Durability: Can ignore conventional punches. Knives and swords leave shallow cuts. Bullets don't penetrate but do leave bruises.​
Strengths:
Indomitable will that never quits.​
Good hand-to-hand training (holds a first degree black belt in Karate) with basic, practical fighting techniques via the Air Force.​
Can speak Hindi natively and Mandarin Chinese with a bit of an accent.​
Weaknesses:
Limited practical experience in battle (Has never taken a life and has little experience fighting other metahumans).​
Doesn't heal much faster than normal, limiting recovery time.​
Adaptation takes time. While she continues to get stronger, faster and tougher, it'll be years if ever before she can be a challenge to Superman or the Flash.​

Personality: Born into a family of military service, Riya is a focused, no-quitting girl who learned long ago how to power through obstacles and never settle. She's a workaholic by nature, naturally serious by nature but mostly because she's awkward when it comes to social situations. Riya has always excelled at everything she put her mind to, and while she can lead by example, she's never figured out how to deal with people in casual, relaxed settings. By this point, she's largely given up on trying.

Instead, Riya maintains a steady, snarky sense of humor. She plays hard because she works hard. To those in the chain of command, she's perfectly respectful, but to those outside of it she has no compunction about speaking her mind about anything to anyone. Riya feels she has a lot to prove but proving it is something you do on a mission. Off-duty, she can be surprisingly laid back and sociable. She's deeply loving towards her family and deeply faithful to her country. She's also raised a Muslim, though she's not much better at making it to the mosque than most Christians are making it to church.

Background: Riya grew up in Tacoma, living on the Lewis McChord Joint military base south of Tacoma, Washington. While her mother was a software engineer who worked for a local prominent corporation, her father was a career Air Force pilot who instilled in his children a family tradition of duty, honor and patriotism. With an older brother and a pair of younger brothers, Riya had a rough and tumble childhood and learned to defend herself against her aggressive siblings. Still, it was a loving, warm family and she still thinks of them as the greatest source of strength in her life.

Riya's abilities manifested early, in that she was always the fastest, strongest child in her class. It wasn't until she was thirteen and running track at the state level that she was beaten, leading her to begin a six month program to relentlessly train for the next season. To her surprise, she found herself outrunning the best times of her age group within a matter of several months. As someone who'd always enjoyed a physically active life, Riya expanded her training regimen to include weights, agility drills and took up karate classes through a local youth program. Within a year, she'd exceeded everyone she trained with, including life-long instructors.

By the time Riya turned eighteen, there was no concealing what she was physically capable of anymore. And thankfully, the Air Force her father worked for was intrigued rather than concerned, and arranged for an exclusive program to push her limits while enlisting her in its Pararescue program. Ultimately, Riya wants to complete a college degree and get into Space Command as being an astronaut has always been something of a dream. But, for now, she's content to serve her country in the way it needs her service, including partnering with the Metahuman Taskforce initiative.

Versatile - Being both a Telepath and a Telekinetic, the roles Victor can assume in a battlefield are naturally as diversified as possible, with him not only being a somehow effective heavy hiter in pretty much all ranges but also being more than capable of acting to support the group in many ways with his abilities, from directly using a telepathic link to coordinate it to actively using his telekinesis to take his teammates out of harm and paralyzing enemies that are about to dodge his teammates attacks.

Capable Talker - Being a telepath who until recently had absolutely no one to regulate his abilities, Victor naturally acquired lots of random tidbits of knowledge while fussing around in other's minds. Add that to the street smarts he acquired after quite a few years as a street urchin and it isn't even surprising that Victor can be surprisingly charismatic when he isn't occupied being an immature lil shit.

Power Limitations - While Victor has quite the strong powerset he, as any other metahuman, still has his limitations. For starters, both his telekinesis and telepathy are pretty limited when it comes to time of use, with his telepathy being mentally tiring due to the excessive amount of info he has to process while making use of it and his telekinesis bringing a more physical fatigue along according to the intensity of its use, with the act of surpassing his safe intensity and using it for multiple purposes at the same time being especially tiring for him. Additionally, the use of his telekinesis is currently restricted to a 50 yard radius of himself, having no effect at all past this range.

Annoyingly Coolheaded - Victor is the kind of person who can annoyingly make you either mad or amused no matter how desperate the situation is, seemingly keeping his carefree attitude no matter what and thus doing wonders when it comes to keeping the team away from having a mental breakdown.

Weaknesses:
Fear of his own Powers - Having clearly experienced how dangerous his telepathic abilities truly are, Victor is deeply scared of his own abilities when it comes to interfering with other's minds to the point where he actually unconsciously restricts himself, often failing to exhibit his full abilities even if he actually has the conviction to do so.

Maverick - While Victor is relatively less troublesome than quite a few members of the group and at least acts as if he's listening to his superiors' orders, he's ultimately still one of the group's trouble children and often completely fails to pay any attention to his orders when making decisions, be it due to sheer distraction or just a sudden burst of retarded free will.

Half a step away from a mental breakdown - While Victor is normally all bright and cheery in the exterior, he's ultimately still a teenager and naturally has limits when it comes to emotional burden and may as well burst at some point if these limits keep being pushed - something that is fairly dangerous when considering how destructive the mental breakdowns of a telepath can be.

Telepathy:
Victor is a capable telepath who has constantly used his powers since a very young age, having enough potential power to compete with even the strongest martians, who come from a race well known for their telepathic abilities. As such, it's only natural that he can easily make use of basic abilities like thought projection and mental detection with relative ease - Though he faces some difficulty while linked with insane minds - and can even instinctively protect his mind from other telepaths and "toggle" his passive ability of reading the superficial thoughts of those around himself.
With that being said, he's greatly limited when it comes to the offensive or intricate use of his abilities due to both his innate fear of it and lack of training, lacking the ability to efficiently use his telepathical prowess for intricate things such as memory manipulation, illusion projection and mental control. Additionally, he seems to unconsciously prevent himself from making direct mental attacks in spite of the relative simplicity of those since his lack of control over his overwhelming power makes it remarkably risky to use those with any intent other than turning anyone around himself into a vegetable.

Telekinesis: In addition to his telepathic abilities, Victor also has a remarkable Telekinetical prowess. On the opposite of his Telepathy, though, he actually has a considerable grasp over his telekinetic abilities, easily regulating his power for a multitude of purposes. While this rough control is still far from achieving the level of intricacy truly powerful metahumans such as Manchester Black, who could even cause the equivalent of a stroke by pinching blood vessels in the target's brain, have, it still mostly prevents him from unintentionally crippling those around himself. While the actual level of strength of his telekinesis is still uncertain and most certainly will grow with time, the maximum strength he can currently make use of is barely enough to lift a midsized car - whoose weight is normally around 1600 kilograms - if he puts considerable effort into it, with its standard strength being around the line of 700 to 900 kg. [div class="Line"][/div] Personality: At first glance, Victor is the kind of person who can easily fit in the childishly lighthearted archetype, easily approaching anyone due his carefree character and cheery attitude who can most of the time pick serious and depressing situations and turn them into amusing cracks at people and humorous antics. Victor is well known for being the kind of rascal who'd find it impossible to just leave someone to their own devices, often engaging on his childish antics and shameless chatter for naught but the opportunity of disrupting the seriousness of the situation. In conclusion, he's undoubtedly the kind of senseless human being that can find something to laugh about even in the darkest situations.

Naturally, while this humorous side of himself can act lower the tension in the darkest moments and cheer up those around himself even when all hope seems to be gone, it also leads to more serious individuals into thinking that he's vain and even actively reproaching him, but even so he seems to take it as a way to let his teammates vent their frustration rather than something offensive to himself, often going as far as provoking this kind of situation himself just for the sake of leading his companions into recovering their mood - a clear display of both his normally unseen maturity and how truly gentle he is in spite of his usual antics.

With that being said, it isn't as if his bubbly self is all there is to the young metahuman. In the end, even if his experiences in life coupled with his ability to read the thoughts of those around himself lead him to become a person who constantly tries to lighten the burdens of those around himself, Victor is still a less than stable teenager himself. Even if he desperately tries to hide this, he still has a whole lot of insecurities himself and most certainly isn't lighthearted to the point where what others say doesn't hurt him, and he is merely better than others when it comes to hiding his own problems even if it means hurting himself in the process.

Born in the ever so chaotic Gotham as the son of a single mother with a less than optimal historic and recurrent drug issues, it isn't even a surprise that Victor's childhood had been already quite messed up even before he started hearing the thoughts of those around himself. From constantly running to escape the harassment of loan sharks and dealing with the common issues of those in the less fortunate side of Gotham to dealing with the bizarre events that were bound to happen in one of the most criminaly overpopulated cities in the world while aided solely by a slowly maturing single mother and his own slowly developing but always present psychic abilities, it was only natural that by age 8 Victor had already experienced more than most adults would experience through their whole lives, developing a stubbornly positive persona to somehow counter his mother's hopelessness and naturally growing a maturity well beyond his age in a certain sense - that when coupled with his developing abilities could as well have paved the way to a better life for him and his mother futurely, or at least so he thought.

By the time Victor became 13, though, all of his naive plans for his life suddenly broke in a way he never expected to, as his mother was - during the course of a routine check up - diagnosed with a rare, genetic illness. Facing the sudden lack of a parent to support him as well as the need to fund the continued treatment of his mother, it was only obvious that the now clearly aware about his powers Victor turned to the underworld in the hope of making a living, associating himself with a multitude of metahuman gangs in the hopes of making a living in the darker side of Gotham and even facing actual heroes in the process, though only as a mook.

It was only by age 16 that, after failing to conceal the full extent of his powers during one specific heist, Victor finally ended up being caught by governmental agents who - on the opposite of every single expectation he had, as he expected to be either used by some corrupt politician to spy on his competitors or directly thrown into a metahuman prison - actually offered him a deal rather than directly locking him into somewhere and throwing the key away, sucesfully inducing him into the taskforce in exchange for taking care of the expenses involved his mother's treatment and making sure she received the better care possible.

-Spectral Summon- Geo is able to summon any type of weapon as long as he has learned about it first, he can make them appear from thin air and gains special access to specific abilities from using different types of weapons.
-Weapon Warp- Geo can use his weapons to help close the distance between him and his enemies. He can instantly warp to an enemy to gain the advantage in a fight.
-Speed Enhance- Self-explanatory, geo is naturally faster than normal beings, not by too much but it sure does help when needing to close distance for close quarters combat.

Strengths:
-Intelligent- Geo is a very quick learner which somewhat came from his learning of new spectral weapons. This also translates to other things in life.
-Agile- He is flexible and has trained to be this way for enhanced dodging capabilities.
-Females- If he finds himself crushing on a girl he will be more protective and be determined in showing off and defeating his enemy.

Weaknesses:
-Low defense- Basically as it is said, Geo doesn’t wear heavy armor nor does he have the ability to just shake off damage. He wears light-weight clothing or armor for quick and agile movements.
-Nervousness- When he gets in battle and he isn’t comfortable with the odds of the battle he can be scared and not be himself which messes up his fighting skills and can cause him to make simple mistakes.
-Females- Being around a beautiful female can distract him.

Personality: Geo is very funny and likes to joke around during situations whether they be good or bad. He can also be the protective type, risking himself to protect others no matter what the danger may be. He also sometimes has a hard time talking to girls especially his crush from school but he decides to try and almost get his mind off that stuff by learning about more weapons and ways to fight with them. Lastly, Geo loves music and loves to use it to keep his mind off of heavy burdens and to just “Get in the zone"

The last time Geo had seen his father was 2 years ago…right before he was shot in front of him in his own home. But now…his father is alive? Training? Abilities? So much to take in and very little explanation. That was the first time his life changed for him and ever since then his family was back together…well sorta…and he now had a grasp on how much he could help out humanity. Now in high school, Geo finds himself having more girl troubles than troubles with bullies. Now he is stuck trying to find a way to impress this girl, a girl he didn’t expect to have abilities herself and be asked to be apart of the same group as him. How did this group manage to find out about his abilities anyway? He guessed it didn’t matter, if this meant he could be closer to her and do his job to save humanity all at once he would take that choice.

I'm afraid I can't approve these powers. Given that in gameplay the only thing some enemies will have is a weapons advantage, this would unbalance the game.
