If by villains you mean people that are not good, sure

There will be some major differences. I think it will be fun and get off the wrong, I've run some successful RPs with powers between now and 2015 when I last did Megalopolis but got sick and had a tumor removed.

Thanks! I am planning on reviving her in some shape or form. I think still think the character holds up pretty well, and the power is a fun one to write and explore.
