Personality (1+ Paragraph): Matthew is a very open and talkative person, always preferring to talk it out with someone over them not saying anything. He is very passionate about his team and always wants the best of them. He is also very religious, often praying in times of distress. He is not one to shy away from a fight, but only doing so if someone starts one, as he is never one to throw the first punch.

Biography (2+ Paragraphs): Matthew was born in Western Quebec, knowing as if from birth he wanted to have a job in technology. When he was five, he moved to Montreal, where he met Mike Scarlatti. The two grew close, having gone to school and church together, as well as having taken multiple tech classes. Matthew was an only child, and his parent's were very overprotective, sating he couldn't be a police officer like Mike, and that he should be something safer, like a programmer. However once he left for college he took Criminology classes in preperation for becoming an officer.
Once having successfully completed college, he went and enlisted for the SRU, and bought a house with his girlfriend, though the relationship didn't last. She was cheating on him, and when he found out she just told her to leave, and she did. Matthew was about to be drafted as a normal frontlinesmen, but Mike once again stepped in and pointed him out as an amazing tech expert. On e this was proven he was assigned to Team 4 as their tactical technician. After a few years there, he was switched to Team 5.
