• Mappel

  
  Mappel is a roleplay focusing on a pair of human and doppel working together for a military organization called “__”. __ issued a making of private force called Mappel to restore the constellations that the principles of Celestia have messed with. And thus, four pairs of Mappel are formed.
  
  A Mappel consists of a human and a doppel (a djinn-type entity). Humans are to deal with affairs consisting of erasing tangible byproducts called “Cahans”, while doppels are to guide and bring both of them to constellations and back.
  
  They are expected to quickly form a synergy, for time is nowhere gracious as of the moment. But the memory of the bitter past of when humans trampled over djinns has yet to wither in the minds of the latter.
  
  And yet, to maintain the peace and existence for both of them and their respective folks, they have to learn to put them aside and focus on the task at hand.
• Plotline

  
  The diminishing of everything “wrong” and “inessential”, and keeping those that are “right” and “necessary”. The principles of Celestia have carried out the plan to erase all darkness from the core so bright, by altering the constellations. A favor in their minds, for the subject they love so deeply--the children of Adams, the one to rule the land and bring prosperity upon. However, it isn’t rare for humans to succumb, nor is it rare for them to re-rise with needed vigor after. Yet, perhaps the principles are aware not of that.
  
  For the darkest night brings out the brightest stars.
  
  Both realms residing on earth have decided to make a pact to come forth and put a stop to the principles’ plan, forming a private force called “Mappel” under __. From Underaether, chosen doppels are assigned to guide humans to reach the constellations and back, while humans are to deal with affairs consisting of tangible byproducts that are the “waste” when changes to one’s history are made; cahans.
  
  Cahan: a hostile byproduct that’s from the changing of one’s constellation. It is what one would call the initial “fragment” that is replaced by new “fragment”. Must be dealt instantly, for a longer time of neglection will harm and causes distortion on the constellation.
  
  Constellation: a group of stars forming a recognizable pattern. A constellation tells a history of a person--both his achievements and failures. The more meaningful, impactful, and/or memorable his life is for other people, the brighter his constellation is.
  
  The principles of Celestia: the one who assist on managing the flow of time, as well as overseeing the universe.
  
  __: military organization that proposed the idea "Mappel" with the aid of houses from both realms.
  
  Doppels: djinn-like entities that are assigned to watch over their respective humans and make the report of their human's history. Said report will be delivered to Celestia to be turned into a constellation in the sky after the moment of their death. Known to persuade their human to harmful indulgence.
  
  Underaether: an official term for a realm inhabited by spirits, djinns, and alike.
  
• Setup

  Some pinch of ideas I hope you’ll consider for our charas’ relationship (not mandatory tho!):
  
  Childhood friend: Our characters were once childhood friends, though one of them had to move away cause of reasons. When they are reunited back, one of them was already dead, and standing at their place is their Doppel instead, which soon become a partner for the other one that’s still alive.
  
  Childhood friend #2: muse a (human) was a toddler when they first met muse b (doppel). Toddlers, always still pure, are allowed to have sight of them that are predominantly unseeable. They formed some kind of guard-guarded bond (maybe also babysitter-baby bond-? idk what it’s called) and that continued until they’re in the force and become partners together. Unexpectedly, that doppel is muse a’s deceased family member (aunt, siblings, etc) that they have yet to meet.
  
  Those relationship ideas, I intend to be something akin to side-quests that came unannounced for the charas (I’ll discuss it with you tho! and alike, you could discuss it with me as well). And maybe some seasonings to the RP.
  
  

  Notes

  Some ramblings about me:
  
  -I don’t expect a rapid post, but when I’m active and atm not writing for other RPs I’m in, I can kinda post maybe an hour or two after yours. Please don’t think you have to post as quickly, though! Take your time whenever you desire it.
  
  -Having said that, I’m currently gonna be entering college soon (and I wanna do my best at this at least-), so I will mainly post around a week or more. Don't hesitate to poke me though if I take more time. Likewise, please be alright with me poking you if I haven't heard from you, ya?
  
  -Due to experience, I’d like it if we could post on the forum instead of PM (no, it’s not because of something in-align with indecency ‘-’;-), it’s because I like to re-read the RPs I’m in, and in PMs, your time when last seeing the PM is recorded, so my frequent visits there might scare one of my past partner from continuing (because at that moment, it was their turn).
  
  -No one-liners, please! I’m sure you can do a paragraph at least. Having said that, I won’t mind helping you out with some steps!
  
  -A bit optional, but I would love it if we could use Discord for OOC instead of RPN’s PM, just because it’s a bit awkward to send short, rapid messages in a forum-type PM. Just… feels kinda weird seeing a short text inside a white rectangular shape with the size that’s perhaps thrice of the text’s length.
  
  -Anime FCs only- (*´▽`*)
