Help Making Borders Centred [SOLVED]

Hi! So I've got a question. I really want to make my boarder centred in the middle of the page, and for whatever reason it's just not doing that and going to the side instead. I want it to be mobile friendly as well, so this has just been a big mess all around. I don't know how to use anything other than bbcode so I'm at a bit of a loss.

She is completely covered in feathers all the way down to her knees, which have purple and blue bruised coloured three-toed talons with black claws. Having four fingers on each hand, her fingers are covered in red feathers, with her nails also having long black claws like a bird. Beliya also has several sets of sharp fangs, which often pierce her lips. Lacking ears, Beliya makes due with two holes that help filter sound, however there is always a light ringing sound that is most prevalent in silence, which drives her crazy.
