I just want to know small things. Will the dungeon stay complete after you use the Song of Time?

Well when you have finished the dungeon you get immediate access to the boss the next time you enter. But you do lose all the small keys and fairies of the dungeon. So if you dont finish the dungeon not only do you not have access to the boss, you do need to re do the whole dungeon
