Hey i was wondering if there was any sort of limitations or rules surrounding the arcana?

Great question! I'm leaving it fairly open as long as you're able to balance the abilities well so the Arcana isn't OP (there's a bit of that guideline in the CS page). If you're talking about what "race" the Arcana can be, that's also fairly open, as long as the character themselves is non-evil, though I recommend pulling from historical/folk myths. If you want to get a specific idea or Arcana type cleared, feel free to post here or DM me!
