To larger extents she can speed up, stop, or slow time. By manipulating time she can bring herself to the past or the future as long as she exists in that time, otherwise, her body becomes ghostly. She is able to use her time to heal wounds and suppress death, but she cannot stop it. If death happens or wounds happen to someone, she can try to change the past but the injury will happen in another less predictable way. She can prevent the death from happening as long as she the soul is still present. Her powers allow her to find things within time and locate lost things, including things in space.

  History before death (past lives):
  There is a legend about a dragon who soared the skies and rules the seas. The dragon was beautiful and powerful until one day it was betrayed by the humans and hunted. Upon the dragon's death, the jewels embedded into the dragon's sides sank into her scales and her body vanished. Yuzuki was born a dragon, with no dragon heritage or explanation. They say she is the reincarnation of said dragon. She was the rarest and most beautiful creature in a land made up mostly by humans. She had fifteen abilities and the power of a dragon. This dragon was by definition OP which meant there would be no opposition----that is if she lived to use her full power.
  Her dragon form was a shiny moon white with silver tints anywhere shadow hit her. Her eyes glowed violet and in her dragon form fourteen gems slivered down her long neck. Seven on each side.
  At the age of one, she was speaking and reading. At the age of three, anything she learned she could muster, and at the age of five her secret came out to the world.
  Sure, everyone knew of her existence, the prestigious princess who had an unusual birth, but until she was five no one had seen her. She was introduced to the world on her fifth birthday. A party she would never forget. Literally. She would soon discover the difference between peace and chaos. Crying and breaking eardrums. And also, love and betrayal.
  On her fifth birthday, she met a few kids her age. Despite her unbelievable power, she couldn't entirely control her emotions and when she couldn't control her emotions she couldn't control her powers. After the first attempted kidnapping, people started to fear her inside and outside the castle, handmaidens kept their distance and the chefs begged her to stay away but her parents and friends still loved her. She was almost completely untouchable, but that didn’t stop them from trying. By the age of ten, there had been ten more attempts to kidnap and subdue her.
  In her tenth year, she was told more about the state of the other kingdoms trying to ally against them, even if she was powerful, she was human and dragon. She was a child with weaknesses just like everyone else. Her parents were against starting a war, but since the dawn of her birth, they had been more protective of her, barely keeping peace in the world. Despite their struggle, there were those that sought Luna's power, who feared the dragon so much they wanted her dead or controlled. Then there were those who sought to start a war.
  Her parents died when she was eleven when a large number of assassins infiltrated the castle. Unfortunately for the assassins, Yuzuki was nowhere to be found. She wasn’t in the castle anywhere, but they did manage to find the king and queen. They killed them and many servants. She had left the castle without anyone knowing. When she returned the assassins were gone but everything else was in chaos. She took the throne at eleven.
  Luna Hime. Queen Luna. That was her name back then. Under her leadership, the kidnappings had stopped, and any attack against the queen was seen as an act against the kingdom itself. For a while, she believed there would not be war if she continued to remain powerful and strong. The peace held for four years. At the age of fifteen, she began seeing the first results of the army that had been quietly rising from the shadows since her parent's deaths.
  With hostages, she couldn't use her magic against the ships and risk everything, but she also had to make a choice. She lost control for the first time in her life. She transformed into her true dragon self and unleashed her magic on every ship including the one with the hostages. After killing every last ship, she reversed time to a second before everything was destroyed and used her healing magic to bring everyone back. After reviving everyone she calmed down. She was tired and angry, sad and terrified. For the longest time, no one approached her. That's when she decided on a new plan that would secure the future of her kingdom, and stop the war against her dragon self. When they finally reunited, all fourteen were ambushed a killed. In an attempt to save her friends, she stopped time. Yuzuki suppressed the speed of her injury, and she gathered each gem one by one. To her surprise the souls of each of them didn't disappear so she borrowed her friend's magic and sealed each soul with their respective gemstones. In her final moments, she scattered each individual stone on the wind, sending a single prayer. She let go of her time, and her own injury finally started to impact her. She bled out alone in the courtyard, thinking to herself, "please save my friends."

This allows him to transform objects or use "less is more" however that also means anything heavier than 88kg or contains more matter, he cannot shift into the object only attach himself to it. His ability is great for impersonations.

  History before death (past lives):
  Kai was the child of a well-known shogan. He had a lot to live up to, but his dad wasn’t really the person he was portrayed as to the people. To the people, he was kind, honorable, and fought for the people. Behind closed doors though, he would teach Kohaku those same traits while beating him with anything he could get his hands on. This made him strong but also messed with his mind. When he heard about the Dragon Queen he became obsessed to the point he started to get close to her on purpose. He even worked with her friend to build an army against her. He craved for that power that she had he started playing both sides. He was given the topaz because of his loyalty and fearlessness to her dragon side but his obsession and betrayal led to the fall of all his 'friends'.
  Current History: Kai's childhood was filled with abuse until his parents died in a robbery gone wrong. Tossed into the foster care system, getting into fights, and falling into more bad hobbies, Kai almost quit school until he was offered a paid apartment, an estranged family, the only requirement, he studied hard and got into Lunar High to prove he could be in the family buisness.

  History before death (past lives): Hinata was the child of one of the most respected knights in the kingdom, but because the knight had been gravely injured, she grew up poor, and both of her parents died when she was young and left her and her family with nothing. The king, feeling remorse for the actions that had caused the knight's family such misery, brought the children into the castle where they would be raised with the royal family and nobles. However, things changed when the king was killed and the young princess became the queen. Hinata, now in her adult years, was envious of the young princess, but nevertheless took up the position of the queen's personal knight and bodyguard. Known to be willing enough to defend Queen Luna to the death, she took pride in being a fierce warrior, but also gentle and kind when the time was right. She was one of the few friends Luna trusted enough to give one of the gemstones to, and rarely ever left her side. So it was no surprise that when war sprung up, Hinata would end up dying doing what she did best -- defending her friends.
  
  Current History: Hinata's current life is almost a direct opposite of her past one. She lives in a happy, middle-class family and has never really wanted for anything. She wasn't always the brightest, nor the best in school, but she managed to make it by. But one thing she did excel at was athletics... she could be seen on nearly any sports court or field, and was (at least she figured) the star athlete of her school, which was what earned her a scholarship to Lunar High. Lunar High... hmm... it seemed interesting, and she'd never really heard about it until now, but she decided to give it a chance, as long as she could get away from her dumb big brother...

  History before death (past lives): Hikari was a young prodigy who trained under one of the greatest samurai in the land, and as such quickly became affiliated with the family of the queen. Hardened by battle and training, he was known as a master combatant by the time he was 15, and his relationship with the queen grew to the point where he was given one of the gemstones. Despite his skills in combat, his master still had the upper hand, but Hikari desperately attempted to one day best even his master. However, this would not come to pass, as his master began going insane in his thirst for power, tried to steal Hikari's gemstone, left him for dead on the side of a volcano, and then burned his village to the ground. As he spent time alone trying to recover, he began to notice his power was morphing and shifting to reflect his circumstances, and he explored this power further. He recognized the power of flames and of the volcano as what they were -- beautiful, and useful, yet destructive. He yearned to embody that type of power, and swore an oath of vengeance on his former master, that one day he would be strong enough to finally defeat him. Hikari finally got the chance again during his reunion with the Queen and her other closest friends, but as he was outnumbered against his former master and their allies, he once again stood no chance against them.
  
  Current History: Hikari's current life is almost a direct opposite of his past one. He lives in a happy, middle-class family and has never really wanted for anything. He studies hard, parties on weekends, but keeps his focus on school. He does have some interests outside of school that he'd definitely be called a "nerd" for, but he doesn't bother to hide them. In fact, he's not embarrassed that he's a big geek. But his good grades were definitely, apparently, good enough to earn him a scholarship to Lunar High. Lunar High... hmm... it seemed interesting, and he'd never really heard about it until now, but he decided to give it a chance, as long as his annoying little sister didn't have to tag along...

Current History: Dale was born into a wealthy family. From a young age she was expected to be a perfect daughter. Most of the time she was told exactly what to say whenever anyone was near her. The second function of this power is a coal, obsidian like substance will cover the areas of the user that is in danger of being burned by their own power. This scale-like covering is very hard, and can double as extra protection against attacks.

Accessory supplementary power: The Bracers helps the user with this power amplify the heat and strength used in combat. Is also used for strength enhancement when not actively using the flames on one's arms/hands.

History before death (past lives): In her past life Seraphina was part of the most renown Forge known specifically for arming and crafting items for the Royal guard. Being one of the most skilled and promising blacksmiths, she personally was given the option to accessorize her Highness and all of their close confidants. She unknowingly helped supply the rebellion that led to the overthrowing of the Queen and her friends. Finding out this news broke her.
Current History: Smug and a little too big for her britches, Seraphina's entire demeanor screams "I am superior". She grew up with a military family that believed that hard work always paid off. Pushed to be the best at all she does, she reached academic heights that she soon became bored. With the consistent and brutal combat training from her father, she tired of the same old same old. When she heard about the opportunity at Lunar High, she convinced her parents to let her come to excel and make an even bigger name for the Aurelius family.

Description of power: Pike can control and manipulate water. Different types of water have unique attributes when translated into this power. For example, purified water or spring water gives him the ability to heal, salt water allows him to create defensive shields or barriers and rain water allows him to shoot projectiles. Wielding this power evaporates the water content within his body, if he uses it too much, he becomes dehydrated and unable to activate the power any longer. The power can be restored if he rehydrates. He can only use the power of water that is available around him, thus limiting his combat abilities in places that are not suitable for his needs.

History before death (past lives): Pike was a smooth talking merchant who bought meaningless but eye catching trinkets during his travels and hawked them for a much higher price. He was endlessly imaginative, coming up with random backstories for each item he procured, giving any piece that came under the interest of some passerby a background that would touch their hearts and, more importantly, make them reach for their wallet. He made a decent living off of this less than noble lifestyle, affording him various luxuries in his nomad way of life. Pike never stuck around in one town for too long, and with his charming way with words, he always had a rotating door of interesting characters coming in and out of his life on his adventures.

Current History: Pike is quite the opposite from his previous life as a fast talking, charismatic merchant. The only thing he seems to have inherited from that past self is a penchant for imagination. He’s been described many times as aloof and air headed, but mostly he’s just stuck daydreaming. His previous nomad lifestyle leaves him wistful with wanderlust, always imagining getting to explore the world and never being tied down to one place. His attention is hard to hold for too long of a period of time before he drifts off into his own thoughts. He doesn't have an opinion on much of anything, and will typically take whichever side in an argument will leave him alone fastest. He can usually be seen listening to music or reading. Coming from a broken household, Pike spent much of his childhood adjusting to two homes with his older brother.

It's perfect. The roleplay thread should be up soon, also dorm assignments. For the most part, I also came up with mysteries for every student which is how they can find their accessory. I mentioned in the rules, but I don't know how clear I stated it, so I will mention it again. To use their powers they must find their accessory. To use the accessories ability they can just find anyone. One person, whoever wants the opportunity, can have the accessory and the powers before coming to the school or upon arriving.

Yes, it was an option for one person to have their accessory from the start so I will allow it, but as far as how they work it will be a variety of possibilities. The way I see it is this can happen in three ways depending on everyone's character. Kai Minata is something like a villain and will try to obtain the accessories for himself, and depending on how your character behaves it might end up in someone else's hands.
For example, what if Seraphina got her hands on the gauntlet and discovered its unusual abilities.
The second option is curiosity and to bring everyone together (or at least most of everyone) by creating a club to investigate the 14 mysteries
Third is purely based on character choice and plotting with each one of you. Now that I have the roleplay up, I was going to create a thread solely for plotting so we could discuss this.

  While not the strongest, smartest, wealthiest, or…really much of anything at all, being a lowly peasant instilled a sense of determination into Akane. She would often accompany her mother on trips to the capital to sell the family farm’s foodstuffs.
  On one such trip, Akane happened to stumble upon a brawl that had spilled out into the street. Though she was switfly pulled away from the fight, she was immediately entranced, despite, well, everything about it. Having already admired the knights in shining armor and listening to any tales of them being told, this was a natural evolution of that, in a way. While she already was known as fairly rough, this was compounded by her newfound desire to punch anything that moved, as well as more than a few things that didn’t.
  Eventually, her family decided to send her off to the capital on her own to join the city guard. Despite pugilism being frowned upon for such a position, Akane became notorious for her almost inhumanly quick reactions and also for going “to hell with swords” and just beating the shit out of people.
  
  Current History: Akane has a reputation as a delinquent, often ending up in fights, both official and not. Despite the occasional attempt to stay clean, either sincere or not, the siren song of “just one fight” would inevitably draw her back in. However, she always stuck with her twin sister, no matter what. So when her sister chose to attend Lunar High, Akane forced herself to improve enough to transfer there.

Just one perfectly timed blow could cause an earthquake. Not to mention craters and sink holes of various size. Inevitably, this is a dangerous and devastating power if used without care. Yet once the dust settles, he is left dripping heavily in sweat, on the verge of passing out, and almost endlessly starving as his powers use up every last bit of his energy. Train, sleep, eat, sleep again, repeat. It is a chore for him to have to keep rebuilding his strength everyday, even if he doesn’t do anything too strenuous, but so much power doesn’t come from nothing.

A powerful warlord and martial artist who remained loyal to the shogun until his last breath. Current History:
Than that of his past, Riku was born into a much more ordinary life, though his love of fighting never left as his family happens to run a dojo. Good thing, because from the time he was little he has proved to be a basket full of aggression and energy. Much to his gentle mother’s displeasure, he frequently got himself into trouble for either getting into scuffles or not paying attention in class, though as he’s grown older he has mellowed out and learned some control. Not to say he still doesn’t irritate easy, but for the most part he’s lived a calm and fortunate life albeit not very eventful. At least everything was perfect until a year ago when the family home burned down and his father died, trapped by rubble Riku accidentally created while trying to save him. Now he’s left struggling to cope with the guilt alone as no one but him knows of this fault of his.

Using her powers too much in one setting results in cold-like symptoms and inflammation of her joints. Mostly in her hands and feet, making her practically bedridden when overexerting herself as she can hardly stand to walk.

Accessory supplementary power: This tiny little treausure not only protects her dainty fingertips from getting pricked, but with a wave of her hand she can transform objects to her wildest imagination, however, there are specific limitations. While she doesn’t have to be touching an object to change it into something else, the item must be within her sight. Furthermore, her target object must be similar to what it becomes in at least one quality or another. Anything edible may only turn into something edible, something soft like a teddy bear may turn into a pillow, a knife may turn into scissors, and so on. In addition, qualities such as color, pattern, size, shape, and texture may be changed as well, but the further an object is from its target, the more difficult it is.

Using the ability too much can also affect her own senses, and she can't control any animal that she creates.

History before death (past lives): Nina was quite the rebel in her past life, one of the outspoken nobles against the corrupt that was in the rank of the rich. She was a friend to the poor and an ally to the righteous. Multiple attempts to silence her were made by her noble peers and she survived everyone one of them, the obstacles she faced made her stronger. That's how she caught the eye of the queen and became part of her inner circle. The younger queen admired her integrity in the face of temptation. And in the face of a child bearing the responsibility of a kingdom, Nina admired and respected the queen. She became a close advisor to the younger girl, and would always swell with pride at the Queen's success. Nina died ashamed that she couldn't help her friends.

Current History: Born into a very influential family, Nina was expected to give the best of the best. Much of her life was sneakily planned for her, she was sheltered and brainwashed into doing everything her parents instructed of her. Convinced by them that she was too naive, too stupid to make her own choices. The only person in her life that treated her like a person was her twin brother, Markus Lee. He was a bit tough with his love, but that was the only way he could get his point across to his naive sister. Thanks to Nina's influential roots she and her brother were offered an invitation to Lunar, her brother lied to her and told her that he would be going with her and then stepped out at the last minute because he figured that she needed to learn how to not be so codependent. Tough love, I guess.

Current Family:
Damien Rivera: Nina's father rarely interacts with Nina, every time she's spoken to him, she'd end up hurt or with a destroyed self esteem. Nina tries her best to avoid him. Sometimes he seeks her out and pretends to play the role of a kind father, promising to change and saying how sorry he is but it's never real. It's like some sort of sick lesson he tries to teach her.
Renè Rivera: Nina's Mother. Their relationship is complicated. They love each other; or well- they used to. But her Mother's feelings changed as the abuse from Nina's father continued. And Renè began to blame Nina for her misfortunes. She became obsessed with trying to fix Nina, whether it was through shady medications, gas lighting, or verbal abuse.
Natasha Rae Rivera: Nina's eldest sister by five years, Natasha wants nothing to do with Nina. She ignored her younger sister, believing that she was better than her in all aspects and didn't need to waste her time on a mistake.
Markus Lee Rivera: Her favorite person and the only person in the world who she trusts. Markus Lee is her rock, he reminds her that she's a person and that she doesn't have to take the treatment she gets from her parents. She's still too scared to go against them.

Likes: Nina really likes to read, as a child she didn't know how but she grew to love it once she did. She likes writing as well, but mostly journaling. She loves to write in her diary, whether it is about new places she's been, new people she's met, or things she's learned. She likes to look back on it and smile at the memories each page brings.She likes to sketch people that she thinks look interesting. Nina also has a peculiar love of flowers and feathers, she thinks they're really beautiful and adores the variation between the different types. Nina really loves variety; she was raised in an endless cycle of the same thing, the same room, the same people, and the same treatment. Seeing something different is refreshing to her.
Dislikes: As mentioned above, Nina doesn't like mundane things. She doesn't like seeing the same thing over and over again. She also doesn't like certain textures like slimy things, or muddy textures, she hates the sound of buzzing, and overly loud noises, she gets bothered by bright or heavily flickering lights. She doesn't like stilling still or when too many things happen at one time. She hates when people find out she's autistic or find out anything about her and starts pitying or babying her.
