General Background
One of the creation makers and a doctor, who created a device that causes pain insensitivity without anaesthetics through repeated painless shockwaves of a certain kind at the desired area. The creation was inspired off of the Wrecking Ball variant of Spin from JJBA, and that became known through an interview. He created the device in order to help his patients who were particularly afraid. Navarre started out as a kid living on a lemon farm in Menton however, often taking care of and patching up his rowdy younger siblings, Isabeau and Walter. Growing up, Navarre was an unruly and temperamental child who was overprotective of his siblings. He worked hard, talked loud and insulted or beat up people who picked on other kids. As an adult, he grew out of being angry all the time but still maintained his ruthlessness and sharp-tongue.

History
General Background: Isaac's luck tended to be retroactive or based on pure chance rather than gambling. Being born to well-off parents meant he was able to develop his talents to their fullest (and snag a job as an editor at a major publishing house) and the connections he made along the way meant he had people he could reach out to when he needed help. Some people would have ended up spoiled by this, but Isaac instead developed a sense of responsibility. Although this was tempered by his lack of patience for those who wasted the advantages they had. Currently Isaac's living a quiet life, but he ensures he engages in social activities in order to avoid isolating himself. At one gathering his attendance afforded him the chance to win a ticket to Lucky Land and he took it.

Jessica doesn’t have much of a story to tell, she’s just your average college student with a bit of a love for personal athletics. History
Richard has always sort of been a recluse, choosing to isolate himself rather than interacting with other people. This is mostly due to the environment he grew up in which as anything but forgiving, he'd be constantly teased and made fun of for the things that he liked simply because it didn't fall in line with the status quo. He used all sorts of material as a means of escape such art and music but the one in particular that did it the most for him was anime. Jojo's bizarre adventure was far from his first anime and at first, he found the first part of the series to be quite lacklustre but became instantly hooked when Joseph Joestar made his first debut. It went on from there with the series not just becoming his favourite anime but one of the best works of fiction he has ever read with part 7 especially resonating with him on what some might call a spiritual level. When he heard the news of Lucky Land and the possibility of being one of the first-ever humans being to set foot in it he took a chance at entering the lucky lottery and won a ticket much to even his own disbelief.

Favorite JoJo Character/Concept/Stand: Richard's favourite Character is Johnny Joestar due to his amazing character arc as he goes on a Journey to refine himself both mentally and physically and his very realistic almost pessimistic attitude made him stand out amongst other characters. His favourite concept in JoJo would have to be stands as the idea of a physical manifestation of a person's soul taking form brings forth a limitless amount of unique possibilities that Richard rarely ever sees in other works of fiction. His favourite stand is Tusk Act 4 as with every step Johnny takes in progressing as a character it is mirrored by the evolution of tusk, thus the final act being the culmination of everything Johnny had to experience since his Journey began. He also believes the idea of achieving infinite rotation to be fascinating.

History
There isn't much to the tale of Jojo. A young girl from Australia from a young age she found she had two very extreme passions...Anime and Coffee Brewing. She got into Jojo first through the constant memes online before properly searching it up and getting into it. She was hooked by it, as she grew up she held her hardiness close to her chest. Unfortunately she never went to university as she managed to get a job as a barista and despite the pretty low wage she enjoyed she couldn't really ask for anymore than that. That was until she heard about Lucky Land and about it's Lucky Lottery, she decided to enter thinking it would be fun to at least enter even if she didn't win anything, it was fun regardless and for the cherry on top she actually won.

Her favourite character is a tie between Joeseph Joestar and Bruno Buccilati, the former for his smarts and his two running gags, while she love Bruno for his smarts and the way he uses his quirk. Jolines favourite concept in the series was the idea of Stands being improved by stabbing them with a stand arrow. Her favourite Stand is Trish Una's Spice girl although her favourite English name for a Stand is Filthy Acts at a Reasonable Price​
