• Hello! Bonjour! Guten tag! Thank you for taking the time to take a little peek at my little partner search thread! It's been a hot minute since I created one of these, so I definitely feel rusty, to say the least!
  
  Anyway, let me introduce myself! My name is Sugar Rush! I'm currently 24 years old and working as an office administrator for a University Center. I've been writing on and off, especially rping, over the last 12-ish years and I'm hoping to hop back into the community again! (Please go easy on me lol) I live in northern Illinois, so my timezone is central standard. (CST) Currently have a lot of free time and motivation to be creative over the foreseeable future, so here I am! If you have any questions, suggestions, or whatnot - please just shoot me a DM!
• Going to keep this super simple! I have a general set of preferences, but I'm definitely flexible! Just think of these as guidelines and not rules per say.
  
  • Fantasy and Sci-Fi! These are the two genres that I'd usually stick to! Lots of options to let our imagination run wild in a variety of stories! Whether that be a slice of life or some action-adventure idea, the realistic limit could just be our imaginations! I generally don't do fandoms, either. Just feels too restricting when we could just make our own rules!
  • 200+ words/semi-literate! Now this is definitely up in the air, but I'd prefer a fairly meaty response. Helps get my juices flowing and allows me more to work with in response! Adding the little descriptions and details paint a good picture of what our characters are doing and where they are at!
  • Flexibility! As I've been mentioning quite a bit but being flexible will definitely help out a bunch! This is always been a fun and interesting hobby that I genuinely love, but that doesn't mean I'm married to it! I experience burnout just like anyone else. Sometimes life gets in the way or I need to focus my attention elsewhere for a time. It happens. Same goes for you, though! It's a two way street, so never feel like there is this pressure to get a reply out immediately!
  • Communication! Finally, communication is super important! Just with being flexible, being able to communicate ideas, suggestions, complaints, etc. is super helpful and appreciated! Going to be out of town for a week? Just let me know! Not sure how to interpret something I wrote? No worries, I can clear that up and elaborate or simplify! Got a wild idea that will turn the rp on it's head? Sweet, all for hearing it, at the very least!
