What you NEED to know

You are a magical girl who has been recently taken in by billionaire fashion designer, and weapon manufacturer, Francesca Turner. She is the CEO of the powerful Turner corporation, and funds a large private army that protects the Turner corporation's assets. You have been given a sizable allowance in-turn for pledging to protect both the Turner Corporation's assets, and maintain constant vigilance for the supposed threat of the "Gheists." The name of your team of magical girls are the "Pretty Protectors." You have done more protecting of company assets than fighting Gheists seeing as the entire world has yet to have one attack. This all changes when a Gheist emerges just a few blocks away from your New York tower dubbed "Pretty Tower." You are the first line of defense against the bio-mechanical menace.

The Dark Future

2030 was the year that humanity fell victim to an apex predator. A special interest group, Nightingale, seeking impossible ideological principals - accidentally made humanity a dark-forces dinner. Impossibly large, and powerful, bio-mechanical monstrosities knows as Gheists were awakened seemingly with the flick of a switch. These impossibly large weapons of war were created with one goal in mind: beat humanity into apathetic submission. "Cease war! Embrace the future! Turn to the sky!" Psychic speakers blared on and on from the maw of the Gheists, directing this message of "progress" to the minds of every man, woman, and child. Twenty years on and on this message blared over and over. Never ceasing for even a single moment - it broke the will of every human. Eventually, its message extended to tap into the mind of any living organism on Earth.

Over that twenty year period of psychic broadcasting, every living organism crawled to the feet of the Gheist closest to them. They laid down, and watched the sky. Within the radius of Gheists, biological organisms are put into a sere stasis. Their minds warp, and they begin to dream whatever reality they desire - their bio-matter eventually becoming a jelly, blue-black mass. This ritual suicide persisted until Earth finally gave in, and the last organism submitted. A loud chime, akin to a dinner bell, radiated through the atmosphere. This signaled that it was time for the Gheists to "chow-down." Piles and piles of biological, succulent, nectar once known as "life" were scooped up by the handful to be devoured by the Gheists.

Not all piles of disgusting biological mass were created equal. Some Gheists had more bio-matter than others, and like the humans who once infected precious Gaia, they began to fight over resources. War ensued, and they fought with weapons that dwarfed the power of anything humanity ever created. Millennia and millennia passed until the last Gheist stood on a hollow, shattered, rock once known as Earth - it was doomed to starve.

That was the vision you, a high-school aged girl, received on the new year of 2029.

A Voice In The Dark

"Please - take my power. I failed already. I was so stupid! So very stupid! I thought I could stop them alone!"

These word of dread came from a girl who's words could not live up to her failure. Somehow, through some mysterious act, this voice sent a peculiar power back in time to several teenage girls. The power to transform into their idealized self, and possess a set of fantastical powers - a Magical Girl. This was something that was never before-seen in human history. Girls who could transform and develop a set of powers based on their personality. Unfortunately, anything 'good' in the world will inevitably be exploited by special interest groups. Whatever girl sent her power back in time had not anticipated this, or did she? Who says you can trust the voices in your head?

Voices aside, reality was that humanity is on the verge of becoming dinner, and the world is reeling over the sudden discovery of these girls. Militarys all over the world apprehended many magical-girls, or cut deals with them. Many fought reluctantly in-wars, wearing bomb collars to keep them in line, all while knowing the impending future no-one wanted to believe. Some girls, despite the visions, either denied them, or chose to ignore them. They would band together and use their powers for self-gain.

This is where you come in. A small, ideologically-sound, group of magical girls determined to stop this dark-future. You searched and searched - the year 2030 came, and nothing happened. No Nightingale, no Gheists, and only an increasingly destabilizing world.

Girly Revolution

A prideful Magical Girl, 'Tinkerbell', has stimulated technological growth in the world with her power to 'believe' things into existence. A warmongering Magical Girl, 'Bloody Bull', is still convinced the world is ending, thus she travels battlefield to battlefield to sate her carnal desire for war while she can. A benevolent Magical Girl, 'Mary', travels country to country healing those who have no right to be alive. In-short, this Magical Girl revolution might be the start of a new ending. The world was being altered and changed too quickly for its own good.

That possibility of a "magical-girl esque" ending ceased when the first Gheist of this new-timeline appeared from the Atlantic Ocean, right off the coast of New-York city, and began to broadcast its horrible message.

"Cease war! Embrace the future! Turn to the sky!"

The following timeline are the events of the reality where humanity was consumed by the Gheists. This reality has only been made known to a few select individuals, and first wave magical girls. Although, this is not to say magical girls have not tried to inform the world of this reality. Many people are skeptical considering its glaring differences from the current reality - Re:peat. Information not relevant has been expunged.

Note: Due to poor methods of recollection, not all of these events necessarily occurred.

Reality De:cay 1271 - 2030+ C.E.

The Last Crusade - 1271 C.E:
The ninth (and final) crusade is put to a halt by sudden earthquakes accompanied by fire erupting from the Earth. This natural occurrence in some records is accompanied by mention of a 'demon' engaged in a grand battle with 'angels.' Currently, there is no credible archaeological evidence supporting these records. The Vatican claims to have relics of this supposed 'battle' within their archives, but have yet to produce proof.

Nightingale Established - Circa 1347 C.E: Nightingale's earliest credible mention within history. This is widely seen as their date of foundation despite it being obvious they were active prior to this. The record containing their mention has been translated for your convenience:

(Translated from old English) March 3rd, 1347: Lord Templar Edward has successfully transported the remains of the demon, as per our agreement with Nightingale. They have returned the favor by providing us with a bountiful supply of holy artifacts. We will shortly return from our expedition to the Indies soon.

Many see this simply as a mention of the organization, but a few historians note that this establishment date coincides with the outbreak of the bubonic plague in Europe. Any attempts to tie these two events together are usually met with skepticism

Joan of Arc Executed - May 30th, 1491 C.E: The holy maiden succumbs to smoke inhalation at the stake, and her corpse was promptly retrieved. After being retrieved, an unnamed woman was burned at the stake as a replacement.

Shadow War I - May 30th, 1492 C.E: Exactly one year following Joan of Arc's demise, records mention of a "Shadow War" fought over her alleged corpse. This also marks the second historical evidence of Nightingale. The following is an excerpt from an unnamed French lord's letter directed at an unknown source.

(Translated from French) May 30th, 1492 C.E: We have secured the remarkably well preserved corpse of Joan herself from the wretched Templar. It feels almost a sin to turn it over to those who wont let themselves be seen, but anything to win support against the British. I hope Nightingale will fulfill there end of the deal, and end this war once and for all.

As far as historians understand, Nightingale did not interfere, or did not manage to make a notable difference in the Hundred Year War. The supposed corpse of Joan of Arc has not been backed up by any archaeological evidence.

Shadow War II - Circa 1500 C.E: The third (and final) historical evidence of Nightingale prior to the 2025 Reemergence. No letters, diaries, or any other written record exists supporting this event; rather, archaeological evidence exists supporting this event. It is dubbed as the second 'Shadow War' due to it not having any mention, despite its massive size. Corpses discovered in a previously caved in section of the Catacombs of Paris bear the insignia of Nightingale etched into breastplates. Buried with the few Nightingale agents, are several Knights Templar. It is unknown what ignited this conflict, but it is believed that this forced Nightingale into hiding for over 500 years (Although some claim they remained very active in the following years).

Event Zero - 1692 C.E: Twenty alleged 'Mystical Maidens' flee from Europe to seek refuge in the new-world. They are met with open arms by a small settlement within what is now Michigan. This is until one of them accidentally causes the death of a child. The group of 'Mystical Maidens' are forced to flee, and are never heard of again. It is proposed that their existence prompted the hysteria that fueled the Salem Witch Trials.

Gheist of the Isle - 1702 C.E: The British Armada faces a great "Sea Demon" that emerged from the ocean. It remained stationary within the British Isles for exactly one month. It only returned to the depths of the ocean once the British Armada assembled, and subsequently opened fire upon the "Sea Demon." Accounts of this event are disputed by some, but the appearance of the "Sea Demon" is very close to the description of a Gheist.

Burning of Washington - August 24th, 1814 C.E: Knights Templar, disguised as British Soldiers, raid the Whitehouse just prior to it being burnt down. This event was considered nonsense conspiracy until a data-leak in the year 2020 from the U.S Government. Unfortunately, the exact reason for this raid have not been determined. It is suspected that the U.S Government does not known the reason either.

Valkyrie's of Mercy - 1914 - 1918 C.E: In the hellscape of WW1, young girls with magical powers are reported acting as a sort-of 'healing' effort. Confirmation of the existence of these "Valkyries of Mercy" occurred once they were captured by Russian forces. They were interrogated, tortured, and executed for aiding the enemy. Manuscripts of said interrogations exist in fragmented, censored pieces. Rumor has it that at-least one of these girls evaded capture.

Initial Solution - 1940 C.E: German scientists preform experiments on a girl displaying "supernatural" capabilities. Attempts to reverse engineer her abilities only deprives her of them. Physical components of this research were later destroyed in bombings.

Excavation Failure - 1961 C.E: In the midst of the Cold-War, United States spy planes spot a massive excavation site located in the Northern Arctic Circle just above Russia. Reports of what the Russians were excavating is unclear, but the same location was soon bombed with the largest Nuclear Weapon test known to man: The Tsar Bomb.

Magical Girl - 1962 C.E: The first Magical Girl manga is serialized. Oddly enough, mystical maidens, and other supernatural girls, begin to mirror the appearance of these fictional characters after this point.

U.S Data Leak - 2020 C.E: An unknown special interest group breaks U.S data encryption via quantum computing. It reveals an abundance of information that puts them at odds with much of the world. Much of the data remained inaccessible to the general public, but a conspiracy-theorist cites the United-States holding four "Gheists" in their possession. There is much debate over what exactly a Gheist is.

World-War Three - 2024 C.E: A sudden crop famine in the United-States destabilizes the world. Diplomacy and negotiations for foreign aid fails, and the United States military takes action to attempt to secure fertile ground in China, Russia, and Europe. Rumor is that the onset of the famine has something to do with the yet to be known Gheist entities.

Nightingale Reemergence - 2025 C.E: Nightingale is forced to come out of hiding. They are acting with humanities best interest in mind, and want to resolve the ongoing conflict before it collapses society. They spread their message demanding peace through social media, hacked bulletin boards, and politicians coming out as sleeper agents. The "Night" party is developed in several democratic countries, including the U.S. - They gain rapid public support seeing as their main platform hinges on regaining a stable world.

Operation Nightmare - 2026 C.E: A year long operation that involved Nightingale infiltrating several military facilities all over the world. Many of these attempts resulted in failure, but a key success had them obtaining a single Bio-Mechanical super weapon - a Gheist.

Last of her kind - 2027 C.E: A lone magical girl, Pretty, becomes famous over night by forcing a cease fire in five combat zones along the U.S, Canada border. Globally, she is seen as a beacon of hope that can finally see the world reaching some sort of peace-deal. Nightingale becomes increasingly dissatisfied with their purpose being usurped.

World-War Gheist - 2028 C.E: Nightingale successfully manages to reverse engineer a Gheist. They produce several smaller models that have human pilots. Pretty warns against this at a national conference, and subsequently takes matters into her own hands. She wages a one girl war against Nightingale's private army. Meanwhile, a ceasefire has been reached between the major contenders of WW3.

End of Pretty - 2029 C.E: Nightingale captures Pretty, and her fate is yet to be known.

Feast of Monsters - 2030 C.E: To ensure that humanity never has such a costly conflict again, Nightingale plans on using the Gheists psychic capabilities to enforce a therapeutic message of peace across Earth. This goes wrong and awakens the Gheists - their true purpose becomes known.

The End - 2030 and so on: All life on Earth is slowly converted to bio-matter to be consumed by the Gheists.

The following timeline has no reference towards either Nightingale or Gheists. Both entities are seemingly absent from the sequence of events that led up to the Magical Girl Revolution of 2029. This is not to say that they neither did not come into "being" until after 2030, but it has been proposed that both were kept hidden until 2030. It has yet to be determined how either entity eluded any form of detection for 1000+ years. Popular theories are that Nightingale within Re:peat is the same Nightingale as De:cay, Gheists were manufactured in Re:peat rather than always existing, grand simulations, or De:cay is a false reality that never occurred.

Not all were affected, and there currently is no evidence supporting how one would get afflicted. *Death of Pretty - 2029 C.E: Pretty dies on the battlefield attempting to make peace between the European Union and the newly formed African Confederation. Millions of fans of Pretty are stricken with tears, and suicide rates are at an all time high. Reports indicate that many people dig holes, and wait until their body succumbs to natural causes.

*Cease-Fire - 2029 C.E: The major powers of World War Three reach a cease-fire in honor of Pretty who fought for the peace of all. This cease-fire persists to the present day. "Ritual Suicide" in honor of Pretty continues throughout the world.

*Girly Revolution - 2029 C.E: Many High-School aged girls hear the voice of what is believed to be pretty, and they are overcome with a vision of a different reality. Following this, they begin to display properties of "Magical-Girls."

*War that never came - 2030 C.E: The newly reformed United Nations, following Magical Girl advisement, overhauls all of Earths defenses - jumping forward at-least ten years in technology in a matter of months. Despite WW3 never coming to an official end, all nations are compliment in the supposed preservation of humanity. The war never came...

*Magical Apocalypse - 2031 C.E: Magical Girls begin to act independently. Governments begin to take notice of their actions causing increasing unrest in the world. They begin to broker deals with Magical Girl, or forcibly detain them.

*New York's last stand - 2032 C.E (Present): A single Gheist emerges right off the coast of New York City. It begins to broadcast its psychic signal to begin consumption of the cities inhabitants.

Major Factions

African Confederation: A loose alliance of African Warlords that seek to keep their autonomy. This faction was never formally formed - instead they came into existence purely out of circumstance. They became a serious threat following a mysterious sudden surge of technology, training, and zealous spirit. The once fractured continent now stands as Earths second strongest power.

East-Eurasia Conglomerate: An alliance consisting of Russia, China, India, and Japan (And other minor countries). During World-War 3 these countries were never explicitly allied, and even saw minor conflict with one-another, but they had a general agreement that they would oppose Western powers interests.

North American Tri-Alliance (NATA): A newly formed alliance created following the cease-fire of WW3. Canada and Mexico have agreed to sacrifice their autonomy for the sake of protection. All three countries together are acting at less than 50% of the United-State's original power prior to WW3; although, they stand as the Earth's strongest faction.

Old World Alliance: The European Union under a new name. This name was adopted after World-War three to remind the world that they kept their original borders throughout the war. They seem themselves as the original vision of the "first-world."

Conscripts: The universal name for any Magical Girl forced into military service via force or coercion. They are typically fitted with restraints that limit their magical powers, but keep their physical capabilities. All major powers on Earth currently hold some number of Conscripts for reasons varying from breaking laws to forceful capture.

Downers: Magical girls who have embraced their inner vices, and draw power from them. Most of them reside within Detroit, Michigan and participate in illegal activity.

Harbingers: Mutated Magical Girls with an unknown base of origin. They capture hundreds of people, and bury them alive as part of some sort of sacrifice. Not much else is known about them.

Pretty Protectors (Player Faction): A rich billionaire has taken in many Magical Girls that are following in Pretty's original vision to stop the Gheists from consuming all life on Earth. They currently have a tower located in New York where they all live.

Neverlanders: Magical girls that have created a break-away civilization. Their leader is the Magical Girl Tinkerbell who used her power of creation to make a portion of Antarctica an inhabitable utopia. They are isolationists who only have an interest in preserving Magical Girls. Any magical girl is allowed to seek asylum with them, but few are allowed to leave.

Virtues: Magical girls who have been taken in by a breakaway sect of the Christian Church located deep within Canada. They travel about the world offering humanitarian aid, while spreading the word of God. Their sworn enemy are the "Downers" faction.

The following post will refer to specific organizations and characters. This will be prone to frequent updates as we encounter more organizations and notable characters. Additionally, I will add a section here for player characters as they are made.

Notable Organizations (and important members)

Apex Solutions: A private military located out of several proxy organizations that act as fronts. Many of these organizations are inconspicuous businesses that have nothing to do with military operations. Many of there of there 'fronts' are located within NATA, due to it having looser restrictions on what businesses can and cannot do. They are well-known for being able to mobilize at a moments notice. Typically, they are hired by local authorities to act as a supplementary force to aid in quelling local crime. Recently they have been given federal aid to upgrade their equipment to better deal with "unruly" Magical Girls. The current self-proclaimed general of Apex Solutions is Tyrone Shoemaker.

Harvest & Co. : An illegal black-market operation that is generally overlooked within the East-Eurasian conglomerate. They have many rich clients who will pay top dollar for organs, limbs, and other valuable portions of Magical Girls due to there being evidence to support they can grant the owner special abilities, or be used to jump-start healing in humans. Despite being based out of the East-Eurasian Conglomerate, Harvest & Co has 'under the table' operations in all major regions. Currently there is an joint-peace keeping operation between NATA and the Old World Alliance to stop this operation, but the effort is on the decline for unknown reasons.

Kami's Fun-Fest: The magical girl, Kami, is a new idol sensation located out of Japan. She already has a massive corporation behind her (Known appropriately as 'Kami's Fun-Fest'). She travels the world performing in beautiful concerts - all with the goal of attracting more fans. Conspiracy points that she is associated with some outside organization, however that has yet to be confirmed.

Machina - Machina consists of a rogue group of scientists from nations all across the world that desire no ethical limits in trans-human research. Their base of operations is unknown, and their source of funding is unknown. We do know that they produce what they dub as "Living Weapons" for auction to any group willing to bid an exorbitant amount. Machina claims that all living weapons were produced with the consent of said living weapons. The only living weapon of all known seven to express support for this sentiment is "LW No. 7 Yuri" who known to be an active terrorist.

One-Mind: One-mind is said to be what sparked the rise of Africa as a global power. They are a small organization located in central Africa. Initially, they traveled Africa using unknown methods to unite the people, and create a sense of nationalistic unity. Now they serve as the central hub of African leadership and military power. The current board of directors has been kept intentionally secret, and members are stripped of their original names.

Scourge of Angels: Timothy Decker was a notable ace pilot who served in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) during WW3. During the years of 2030 and 2031 C.E. the Harbingers began to preform several mass sacrifices in Australia. They typically preyed upon Aboriginal Australians due to their lesser ability to defend themselves. Decker was already taking measures to defend his homeland by gathering funding to form a private air-force that would exclusively hunt the Harbingers. The Harbingers became more bold on Christmas Day 2030 and assaulted Sydney, Australia, sacrificing more than ten-thousand individuals, including Decker's family. Stricken with grief, the public supplied a vengeful Decker with the funding for his vision of an air-force dedicated to hunting the Harbingers. Rumor has it that they are set to turn their eyes on hunting all Magical Girls soon.

Important Individuals (NPCS)

Description: Francesca turner has porcelain, pale, unblemished, cool to the touch skin. Despite being into her 40's, she appears rather youthful. Her hair at one point was a dark brown, but has begun to turn an ashen gray color throughout the years. She tends to wear elaborate victorian style clothing, and always carries a parasol with her.

Sexuality: ???

Personality: Francesca is stoic, cordial, and patient. It is very rare to see her display any sign of stress or frustration. This calmness makes her rather slow to react to situations. Francesca favors letting things play out before reacting. She rarely goes out during the daytime, and spends most of the day sleeping. Her day-time slumber makes her a tough person to do business with because many meetings have to be scheduled after dark.

Backstory: Francesca's childhood and upbringing is shrouded in mystery. It is a well accepted fact that her original name is not "Francesca Turner" seeing as she only recently legally obtained that name. Francesca began her career as a fashion designer managing a small, niche, manufacturer of victorian clothes. She had a knack for business, and the few factories she owned were fine-tuned machines. Once WW3 broke out the United States Government forcibly bought out her factories to re-purpose them into military equipment manufactures. Despite being effectively forced out of her own factories, Francesca mysteriously obtained them once again through some sort of negotiations. She was now in charge of manufacturing weapons, equipment, and other military items. This demand only furthered as foreign powers began to effectively target other U.S. production faculties. Less competition only furthered her reign, and by the end of the war, Francesca was a billionaire.

The reformed NATA group passed laws that favored repairing society, over preserving old business practices. Francesca has effectively monopolized at-least 10% of NATA's holding, and is only furthering her reign. Recently she has constructed a large tower in New York to serve as a home for Magical Girls. Francesca seems to have an affection for these girls and frequently visits them.

Description: Jack stands slightly below average male height at 5'7. He is well-muscled and keeps mild stubble.

Affiliation: Former United-States Army, Former NATA Marine, Former Silver-spoon Security, Former Black-Box Operator, Currently employed by the Turner Corporation.

Personality: Prior to Jack's extended service in various military organizations he could be described as a stoic, soft-spoken, hardworking man. He still portrays many of the same characteristics, but is now more prone to nervous fits and manic flashbacks due to his service. He is afraid of change so he has stayed in the military industry for far too long.

Background: Jack has spent most of his life in some sort of military service. He has fought on multiple fronts and has seen many horrors of war. Multiple times he has tried to go back to a normal civilian life, but he cannot stand the mundane life of working in an office. He went into Private-Security abroad hoping to capture that military-esque "high" once more, but he still found nothing. A man approached him one day simply referring to himself as "Boss" offering him a once in the lifetime deal - become a Black-Box Operator. If it meant killing for cash, Jack had no choice but to accept, regardless of his mental anguish.

Skills and Abilities:

Jack has a wide-array of military training from his years of service. He can operate most military equipment and has vast knowledge of other military equipment/machinery that he has not utilized. Jack has good combat sense and can make moment by moment decisions under pressure (Provided he is in command).

Equipment:

Jack is capable of using most conventional weapons, but tends to utilize his standard kit from his days as an infantryman in the U.S Army.

Description: Zuberi is a well-built African man who stands around 6'5. Both of his arms are covered in full tattoo-sleeves that appear to detail rough imagery of events that presumably happened to Zuberi. He has a sturdy artificial eyes augment that have replaced his old vision. Out of combat, he wears a thin bullet resistant vest, and a casual shirt (Polo-shirt or gaudy Hawaiian shirts). In combat he wears heavy armor made of several dark-ceramic plates. His voice is deep, and creates an air of authority. From his hip dangles a bandaged up head with a specialized device that feeds it blood.

Affiliation: African-Confederation with support from "One-Mind."

Sexuality: Straight

Personality: A stoic, stone-cold, killer of the highest caliber - at-least to his enemies. Zuberi has no tolerance for invaders of the now prospering Confederated-Africa. To his allies he is known as a man that is strict, but fair. He gets to know his soldiers on a personal level, even asking trivial questions such as their favorite flavor of ice-cream. This personal connection his soldiers allows him to always assign them the 'perfect task.' His men know that he would never send them on a mission above them, and he values the self-preservation of his soldiers. He would never retreat without his men pulling out first.

Background: Not much is known about the infamous "Mahou Butcher" Zuberi Abara, other than he is a notorious hunter of Magical Girls. He keeps his history secretive. It is known that he at one time made a living off piracy. The few reporters who have had the "pleasure" of interviewing Zuberi have only managed to squeeze out a basic answer concerning his hatred of Magical Girls, "The future these demons will bring cost me my eyes." It is known that he is both a father and husband. The details of his personal life remain sparse for fear of vindictive magical girls. It is rumored that he had something to do with the demise of Pretty - her corpse was never recovered after-all...

Skills and Abilities:

Zuberi's extensive combat experience puts him on par with most of the worlds Special Forces. He is specially adept at hunting down Magical Girls. Many of his strategies rely on exploiting a young girls mental vulnerabilities, and then striking with a swift killing blow. He is largely credited as one of the first people to discover Magical Girl's hearts, limbs, and heads had the capability to be utilized to bolster ones fortitude, or even use corrupted versions of the girl's special powers. The head he carries around constantly has the ability to pacify and create peace, allowing him to follow up with a swift killing shot.

Equipment:

Zuberi utilizes various conventional weapons and armors. His specialized .357 magnum is loaded with bullets that are 'magnetically' enhanced bullets that have a tendency to fly towards the Magical Girls magiaphage.

Age: 52

Description: Roose is a slender middle age man with brown hair that is fading to grey. He typically wears a top-hat or a beret to cover his receding hair-line. He has a well-maintained beard and mustache. Roose walks with a limp and is aided by a metal cane. He speaks with a soft voice anointed by a German accent.

Affiliation: Old-World Alliance / Wolfclaw (Ex-Magician)

Sexuality: Straight

Personality: Roose is a quiet man who has been interested in the art of illusions from a young age. He preformed on street corners as a magician for the masses in the Eastern European country of Fenir. These two traits has given him an interest in the occult and the strange. He is very open-minded, but is critical about any thoughts that come to his attention. The consequence of this open-minded skepticism is that he can be very alienating to others. Roose tends to further alienate those he feel might be objectively better than him in aspects of illusion and showmanship.

Background: Roose Faustus was born in Germany, but found his home in Fenir after his father moved to work in their mines. He spent much of his child-hood reading and attending the bare-minimum amount of schooling. His parents planned for him to join his father in the mining business, but Roose wanted anything other than that. Around the age of ten he met a young girl from the local Covenites. She was a witch in training. This gave Roose his first glimpse into the supernatural, a supernatural force he could never replicate. He became interested in doing card-tricks, coin-tricks, glass eating, and any other little street trick he could preform. The witch in training thought his tricks were amazing, but he knew deep within that her magic would always be more amazing.

She got older and they naturally grew apart. Roose began to experience success in being a magician and owned his own private theater by the age of 22. He poured most of his earnings back into his family so they would never have to work another day in their lives. This comfort was short lived and by the age of 30 tensions began to mount between the European Union and Russia over the rightful owner of Fenir. Roose would have naturally supported his European heritage and relocate to Germany, but the Covenites had taken the side of the Europeans, and witches had begun to work covertly in the proxy war.

This caused an old sense of rivalry to well up inside him. His craft of illusions was already being threatened by the splendor of "real magic." Roose defected to a small faction of Russian origin, Wolfclaw. Their goals were to preserve Fenir's borders and then expand them with Russian help. Roose utilized his knowledge of illusions and military strategy to deceive the European forces multiple times and delay the war further. Eventually, he was forced to retreat back into Russia upon the European forces proving too formidable. Now Fenir was no more.

A few years later during WW3 he would defect to the European Union with Wolfclaw aid. He continued his inner workings and deceptions throughout the war hindering their war-effort in small, yet meaningful ways. He still remains a Wolfclaw spy to this day.

Skills and Abilities:

Roose is a competent magician who can preform a number of illusions and tricks. His real talent shines through when he is in charge of mass deception. Roose is a master tactician capable of formulating multi-layered plans of deception to defeat entire armies before they even reach the front-lines. Many of these deceptions include misdirection and scare tactics.

Magical Girl Physicality & Physiology

Magiaphage

The magiaphage is a small organ exclusive to magical girls. It is made of a highly resistant crystalline substance of no known origin. The magiaphage can be found attached to the heart on the aorta. If severed from its location, so long as it stays in the body, it will naturally return to its position on the heart. If removed from the body the magical girl will die instantly. The magiaphage appears to be the source of the magical girls various powers. The magiaphage's potential energy can be measured by its intensity of its shine. A careful measurement of the brightness can determine its potential energy. Potential energy is measured on a percentage scale, with 100% being an average brightness that only illuminates to the outer edge of the crystal structure. Going above 100% is measured by the magiaphage's shine that reaches outside of the outer edge of the crystalline structure. Scientists have engineered a modified metering device that can convert the 'magic' energy to wattage. Specific factors aside, an energy potentially of 100% usually measures to about 44,000 watts.

A higher energy potential means that a magical girl can utilize her magic more often before running out. Excessive usage of the magiaphage can lead to increases in energy output, but this is a slow build up over time. Studies show that Magical Girl's whose human forms have a higher amount of fatty tissues, unused nutrients, or a combination thereof have a higher energy potential. Constant exertion of magical energy can lead to weight loss over time - returning the magical girl to her base rate of energy potential. This shows that it is more reliable to train the magiaphage to obtain permanent increases that to not detract from physical capabilities.

Fitness

Transformation leads to massive increase over a magical girl's human physical fitness. The average healthy girl can maintain a 15 MPH sprint for approximately ten minutes before slowing down. She can lift 300 pounds several times before tiring, and can push this if needed. Out of shape girls, regardless of magical girl appearance, suffer from decreased magical girl strength and speed - but still will out-preform the vast majority of the human population physically. The strongest magical girl recorded could maintain a 80 MPH sprint and lift 7000 lbs.


NOTE: THESE LOGS WERE FOUND FOLLOWING A JOINT NATA/OWA RAID ON A HARVEST & CO OPERATION LOCATED IN MEXICO CITY.

These records were compiled from a series of dissections on three separate "Magical Girls." They will be referred to as subjects A, B, and C. Results of this dissection might be skewed due to stress on the dissectors and dissectees. This is because no amount of anesthetic we had access to would put the subjects under. This led to less than ideal work conditions.

Following these dissections we put the subjects through a series of tests to determine their physical fitness. (EXCLUDING SUBJECT 2)


Subject A -

Ethnicity: Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (MG: Appears Caucasian)

Height: 5'6 (MG: 5'6)

Weight: 169 lbs (MG: 170 lbs)

BMI: 27.3 (MG: BMI 27.4)

Subject A is an overweight individual in human form, and retains this physique while transformed. Her Magiaphage is untainted signalling no level of corruption. Her Magiaphage appears to have an above average energy potential of 150%. Dissection was interrupted by the subjects unique energy pulse ability - review footage noted that the abilities origin came from the Magiaphage.

Subject A in the physical fitness test was capable of reaching a constant speed of 12 MPH and maintained that speed for five minutes. She could lift 300 pounds for a total of 5 repetitions before becoming unable to any longer. Subject A following this test was given a rest period of three hours, along with a nutritious meal to regain her energy. Subject A following this period the subject was surgically cut open. We attached specially modified metering device and found that her Magiaphage was outputting 68,000 Watts of Energy (Enough to power a large household).

Subject B -

Ethnicity: Hispanic/Latino (MG: Hispanic/Latino)

Height: 5'11 (MG: 5'5)

Weight: 112 lbs (MG: 135 lbs)

BMI: 16.5 (MG: 22.5)

Subject B has a mutation that altered her canines to be much longer, prior to dissection we removed said canines. The removed mutation began to regenerate at a substantially slow rate. We assumed Subject B's regenerative capabilities did not apply as quickly to mutations; therefore, we continued with the dissection. Subject B's flesh was not regenerating at expected rate, and anti-regenerative nano-machines were working faster than the baseline regeneration. The nano-machines began to consume Subject B faster than they could regenerate. We utilized a short-ranged electro-magnetic pulse to stop the nano-machines. We ceased the dissection, and put Subject B back into detainment.

Subject B was not given a physical fitness test, instead we administered a medical exam. It was found that Subject B had a poor level of health in her human form; however, subject B's "magical girl" form appeared to be of healthy weight and physique. We attempted a second dissection, but Subject B soon expired due to shock. This allows us to assume a Magical Girl's level of human health, physique, and fitness has some sort of effect on their transformations capabilities.

Subject C -

Ethnicity: Black/African American (MG: Asian?)

Height: 5'2 (MG: 5'2)

Weight: 137 lbs (MG: 120 lbs)

BMI: 25.4 (MG: 21.9)

Subject C has a muscular, healthy, physique in her human form. In Subject C's magical girl form, she has a slimmer physique. During dissection we found that subjects Magiaphage had an energy potential of 100%.

Subject C was administered a physical fitness test. Subject C could maintain a constant speed of 20 MPH for a total of ten minutes before tiring out. After a one-minute resting period, Subject C was capable of making 30 repetitions of a 300 pound weight. We attached a specially modified metering device to her Magiaphage and found it was outputting only 44,000 Watts of Energy (Enough to power an average house). This was interesting because Subject C possessed higher physical fitness scores than Subject A, but Subject A had a higher wattage.

CONCLUSIONS -

This study suggests that a Magical Girl's ability to preform physical feats while transformed is tied to their physical fitness regardless of the transformed appearance. After Subject B expired, we tested her Magiaphage, and found it only had an energy potential of 50%. We could not test the output due to Subject B being expired; however, it can be assumed that the wattage would be the lowest of the three. This suggests that an energy output and potential could correlate with a higher amount of unused nutrients in the body (EX: excess fat). We require further testing before we can reach any conclusions.

Magical Girl "Magic," Corruption, and Mutation

Note: Magic will be used in the loosest way possible here. We believe this has a natural cause, even with the absence of firm reasoning.

Establishing Studies

Many of our observations on the capabilities of magic fall closely in line with the 2015 study conducted by Dr. Tanya Romanov of the Nu-Science committee on the effects of "Psidicides" present in the brain. We will cite the studies definition of "Psidicides" and "Psychics" prior to our conclusions on magic.

Psidicides - Recently discovered cells within the brains of mammals only detectable by a specialized scan. A standard amount of psidicides is defined as 100%. Psionic "Powers" will become apparent at as little as 101%.

Psychics - Individuals who have over 100% psidicides in their brain. This increased amount allows them to utilize naturally emitted electro-magnetic frequencies (with training) to manipulate the psidicides in other mammal's brains. The effects psychics can induce upon other brains varies depending on both training and psidicide count (NOTE: Some with small psidicide amounts above 100% can accomplish great psychic feats with training). Some of these effects include: mind control, mind reading, hallucinations, suggestion, paralysis, and spontaneous combustion.

Current Study

Our studies have confirmed that magiaphages contain an EXTREME amount of psidicides in comparison to the human brain. The psidicide count within a magiaphage is a percent value of at-least 1000% (NOTE: The highest recorded psidicide amount in a human is 118%). The excess of psidicides within a magiaphage DOES NOT explain the seemingly random capabilities of magical girls. Psychics are only capable of interacting with the brains of mammels, and those above 50% psidicide levels. These rules do not apply to magical girls. The powers they possess allow them to transform into a different form, augment their physical power, and utilize power(s) they developed.

The only hypothesis we can conclude is that reaching a certain level of psidicides allows an individual to manipulate the fabric of reality around them. Unfortunately, research concerning the enhancing & increasing of psidicides in a human brain is still not quite "there" yet.

(NOTE: This phenomena should be seen as similar to the one found within the witches of the Covenites).

Corruption

Corruption is defined as the "darkening" of a Magiaphage. The specific amount of darkness ranges from 0% to 100%. 0% corruption is defined as perfectly clear, and 100% is defined as a pitch-black magiaphage. Corruption is seemingly gained through a Magical Girl's exposure to stressful events, madness, and pain they cannot handle. Our attempts at manually inflicting corruption via torture are inconsistent suggesting that mental factors and the magiaphages themselves play a part in resisting corruption. Removal of corruption appears to be possible via radiation treatments, but we see no use in this route of research at the current time.

Mutation

It appears that every 10% of corruption a magical girl will spontaneously mutate. These mutations do not seem to follow any pattern, but tend to favor cosmetic mutations over harmful/beneficial ones. An example cosmetic mutation that is amusing to say the least is one of our detainees spontaneously growing cat-ears. Harmful mutations tend to have immediate consequence, for example another detainees stomach began to spontaneously swell with a bile-like fluid before bursting (Note: Use data to confirm elasticity of magical girl skin). Beneficial mutations appear be slightly more rare, and our only records of them come from outside anecdotal evidence.

The highest we have ever been able to manually increase a magical girl's corruption level to is 60%. It appears that a mental resilience to torture that builds up over time slows the effects of corruption. As an aside, we have noted that sometimes EXTREME stress can occasionally inflict a mutation prior to reaching the guaranteed mutation at the standard milestones.

We hypothesize that a magical girls ability to mutate might have been a sort-of "adaptive-defense" mechanism that became defected. This would explain the harmless/beneficial nature of these mutations at times. Additionally, this would explain why mutations are created in response to stress.


Notable Magical Girl Teams

Aimi Minako "Akuma" - Much information about Minako is within the public domain due to her celebrity status. She stands at average female height with long black hair, and is 17 years old. Minako commonly wears Japanese-esque 'school-girl' outfits. Her magical girl form shrinks her to approximately 5ft tall (NOTE: AIM LOWER) and possesses large horns that appear to have some form of sensitivity. Her fanbase is fantatical, and will blindly praise her, or blindly hate her. News articles indicate that this has an effect on her, and she has ceased reading fan-mail because of it. Despite that, she has a charming demeanor that can manipulate the impressionable (NOTE: ONLY SEND CHILDLESS TO ELIMINATE). Her "Magical Girl" form allows her to charm those around her to do her bidding, and possesses a microphone that can amplify the range of this. Furthermore, she uses a scythe that can send out deadly sound waves.

Elimination method is as follows: First and foremost, Minako should be engaged with either androids, or a kill-team equipped with noise dampening helmets. This is because of her capability to charm via voice. If engaging with a human kill team, have an operator on stand-by to monitor brain activity for mind-control, administer a knock out pulse to negate the effect of charming. Mild sonar, or air pressure manipulation can interact with her horns to irritate them, potentially making it harder for Minako to focus. Heavily padded armor may be utilized to dampen her sound waves, but it is advisable to outright avoid them. Additionally, false news and forged evidence of scandalous behavior can be made public to turn her fanbase against her once more. This will create a mental vulnerability to make it easier to eliminate her.

Containment procedure is as follows: Minako is to be kept in an "Isolation Shoujo Class" cell and should only be tended to by people oblivious/uncaring of her celebrity status. When being brought out of her cell utilize a muzzle to keep her from utilizing her charm capability. Keep her at average nutrition levels and do not allow any social interaction. Kitt Kitt

Corruption level = Aprox 10-19%

Annie Brooks “Freedom Rider”- Brooks is aged 15 and appears to stand at 5 '3, with unnaturally red hair and eyes. She chooses to wear bright yet simplistic clothing. The girl has been described as ‘bubbly’ and often projects herself (NOTE: Isolation and or sensory deprivation?). Brooks also seems to have a strong sense of morality, though it is not unaccompanied by a naive denial towards the world’s state. In her magical girl form this ideality is only amplified. In her magical state she gains an approximate 7 inches as well as curves, which are revealed by her ostentatious outfit. It is reported that the girl also seems to gain some form of boosted maturity mentally. Her magical girl form poses a large obstacle to anyone opposing the girl, as she gains what seems to be a mech suit with many technological components in addition to a katana. (NOTE: Observe her in battle to further understand her suit’s capabilities) Brooks has a recorded suicide attempt, suspected to be in the name of Pretty. The trauma stemming from this event brought her several patches of what appears to be complex machinery across her torso and a metallic heart. (NOTE: Research)

Elimination is as follows: Due to Brook’s high danger capacity while threatened, each member of the kill team assigned to her should be equipped with black, plated armor. Bullet-proof material should be placed under as much of the armor as possible in case of destruction. They should also carry high-grade transient electromagnetic disturbance transmitters to be used as their primary source of defense against Brooks. Half the team’s armor should be excessively bright and eye-catching while the other section’s should be leaning towards stealth. The sect with bright armor should attract and engage Brooks, holding back from engaging their TEDs but still upholding a fight against her. They should attempt to trigger her laser attack in order to drain her energy reserve. After a good time of combat and after Brooks has already expended some of her energy, the second sect should engage. Her laser-like focus in times of peril should be used to draw her attention towards only a small part of the team, and then half of the team should engage their TEDs, targeting the chest panel of the suit to short-circuit some functions and usurp the suit’s battery. This will likely trigger the Auto-Heal function of said suit, which will further drain the suit’s power. At this point Brooks can be expected to flee, in which the other half of the kill team should engage their TEDs, again targeting the chest panel. Any further moves Brooks takes should completely deplete the power of her suit from which Brook’s true form will be vulnerable and may be eliminated. If not, the team will perform a full-strike on the mech, once more targeting the chest panel, which will blow away the metal to expose Brooks from which she may be eliminated.

Containment method is as follows: Brooks should be kept in a small, enclosed cell with magnet-lined walls containing TED blasters in the case of an attempted transformation. The cell should be plain to encourage sensory deprivation with little comforts or decorations. Celeste (Cleo) Donovan "Cinis" - Donovan has unnatural grayish white hair, pale skin, fit-build, and a boyish appearance. Her "Magical Girl" appearance becomes much more feminine, gains white hair, and has a silver-white coat dress. Donovan appears to exhibit a large amount of maturity for her age, which appears to have came from her spending a good portion of her current life alongside gang members of the Noirs gang (NOTE: Send kill-team at earliest convenience to eliminate members and associates - do not eliminate "Cain"). She has a disgust for the legal system due to her father being a less-than honest politician (NOTE: Keep him on our watch-list). Her father-figure and gang leader, Cain, was detained which led to her committing an act of terrorism on the courthouse where his trial was being held. This led to a prompt evacuation of the building, and the subsequent escape of her gang leader. Celeste managed to flee, and was taken in by the Pretty Protectors granting her temporary immunity. Donovan once transformed can generate small explosions by manipulating particulates in the air. She appears to be effected by these explosions in her human form, but her "Magical Girl" form is nearly immune to these explosions. Donovan when transformed utilizes an exotic rifle that generates orbs of explosive energy. It appears that these orbs detonate upon making impact with an object.

Elimination method is as follows: (Preemptive Note: By the time of this database entry, we will already be sending kill teams to eliminate the Noirs gang as a precautionary measure to be sure Donovan has nowhere to flee if we choose to begin elimination. This measure excludes killing Cain). Arrange for her expulsion from the 'Pretty Protectors' by utilizing political coercion under the pre-tense that the Turner Corp is granting a terrorist asylum (Note: This fact has been largely overlooked). Once expelled from the Turner Corp's protection, Donovan will become subject to hunt by the FBI, ATF, and Homeland Security. Her "Magical Girl" appearance is a stark contrast from her unremarkable non-transformed appearance - She obtains long white hair with many adornments, a fanciful white dresss, and her bust size expands substantially. Her school records indicate that she is incredibly extroverted and empathetic, but is not very intelligent. The best way to describe Westley is that she is more 'emotionally' intelligent than cognitively intelligent. This puts her as an important role within her friend circles, and people tend to flock around her. She always had an interest in the make-believe, utilizing tarot cards prior to her acquisition of abilities. We have no evidence to support that her pre-magical tarot abilities held any merit, but her current usage of a tarot deck holds merit. Her transformation allows her to use specific cards to generate various effects. Unfortunately, we do not have any specific accounts of what all of these cards do. We do know that she is capable of offensive and supportive actions. If she does not have a tarot deck, then she cannot utilize her powers, but she still has an average "Magical Girl" level of physicality.

Elimination method is as follows: Westley is reliant on a tarot deck, so expect that she will always have one with her. It is advised that the kill team take ample amounts of flash-bangs, strobe lights, and sonar devices to inhibit her ability to properly use her cards. Rather than aim for center mass, it is also advised to aim for Westley's arms to cripple her ability to draw cards. Another method is to find an innocent, youthful, and distraught appearing assassin to meet with her for a tarot reading. This will allow the assassin to get close enough to assassinate her as they see fit.

Containment method is as follows: Keep Westley in a standard cell with reinforced bars. Do not allow any drawing materials, paper, or anything of that nature in the cell. We believe that Westley's fixation on tarot decks might be a self-confirming bias to validate her previous belief in tarot cards; therefore, we have reason to believe that anything resembling a tarot card might activate her powers. Manipulate Westley's supportive nature, and allow her to visit other detainees so long as she has a well-armed escort with her. This leniency can be utilized to help pacify other detainees. If she does not comply, or properly put in enough effort to settle another detainee down, then punish her using whatever measures seen fit. Khaliunaa Boyankim "Princess Peril" - Boyankim is 17 years old with above average height, gold blonde hair (Varying Styles), dark green eyes, and an athletic build. She is active on social media which demonstrates a lot about her personal life. She revels in deep compliments, and seems to be aggressive towards criticism. It is also important to note that she seemingly has a talent for hacking (NOTE: MAKE SURE THIS NETWORK IS SECURE). Her "Magical Girl" form appears to be a slightly more developed version of herself that has changing colors. Despite having an athletic, tall build, we do not have any accounts of her utilizing her abilities in any form of combative situation. We do know that two "constructs" of some sort follow her around, and can change forms. Furthermore, she can also summon a star-shaped device that can be used for transportation. Digging deeper into her social media we have also found that she is a vegetarian and hates blood (NOTE: Contact the 'Prophet of Blood'?).

Elimination method is as follows: Due to having a limited amount of combat data - we have to assume a high level of danger. Utilize social media to locate her via recent posts, monitor movements, and identify her future plans. Post snipers near areas she frequents, or rig explosives at such areas. If compromised, fall back and review combat data for further 'elimination updates.'

Containment is as follows: Contain Boyankim in a "Mahou Class Cell" with full body restraints and sensory deprivation. Allow her to be freed from restraints three times a day for one hour each to relieve herself, and get some mild activity. Twice a day utilize vents to pump the room with a mild scent of iron that resembles that of blood. Force-feed her primarily meat product via full body restraints to keep her will low (Supplement other nutrients with vitamins and supplements). Kyoko Araraki "Frankenstein" - Our sources indicate that Kyoko is sixteen years old and is well below average height. Her body is scarred from experimentation conducted by her parents who hold joint ownership over Araraki Corp (NOTE: Notify them of their daughters whereabouts). We hold very little information of the specifics of said experiments, but we do know it has enhanced both her human and "magical girl" durability to a substantial degree. Her transformation has a "Frankenstein" type appearance with a nail through her skull. She has the ability to alter objects density to make them either lighter or heavier. She typically uses this in combination were her summoned hammer to make it cause more damage.

Elimination method is as follows: Kyoko (as of the current current date) lacks a degree of social awareness. Kyoko can potentially be deceived to be put into a vulnerable situation via baiting her with a false-mission, danger, reward, or any other simplistic means of bait. Once she is within the target zone utilize self-replicating liquid to encase her body. Kyoko will eventually suffocate. Send a cleanup crew to properly retrieve her body for precision elimination.

Liv Errington "Marionettist" - Our sources indicate that she is roughly nineteen years old with blue eyes, blonde hair, and about average height for a female. Informants indicate that she friendly and curious in nature (Manipulate?). Errington collects dolls and utilizes them as part of her "Magical Girl" ability set. She tends to refer to them as her "sweethearts" which implies a possible emotional connection to them. Her father was occupied in some sort of puppet show business which probably shaped her into what she is. Wiretapping has indicated that she is very close to her father.

Elimination method is as follows: Errington appears reliant on her dolls for offensive powers. This means she must maintain a collection of them, or have ready access to them. Prior to facing her it is ones best interest to eliminate her collection of dolls. Following this, it would then be preferable to engage her in a district that is not a consumer-district, perhaps an industrial zone to limit her access to dolls. Use her father as a hostage to maneuver her to a preferable zone of combat. Additionally, it appears that she has impaired vision in her human form and this might be able to be exploited.

Containment Procedure: Bind hands for 22 hours a day, only allowing her hands to be freed for a short period of time. Contain her in a standard "Shoujo Cell" with no access to any malleable items that might be able to be made into marionettes. Lucia Megume "Halo" - Our sources indicate that Megume is a short nineteen year old with olive skin, and long dark hair. She is physically fit and wears ample amounts of makeup. Megume tends to be easy to compliment because of an apparent need for validation. Throughout middle school she was a victim of bullying, and resorted to self-harm. Once she began to receive visions of the De:cay reality she also began to harm herself (As school records indicate). Her "Magical Girl" form makes use of a pair of floating wings that project ultra-sharp feathers. She has a blinding dust in her "Magical Girl" form that can blind individuals temporarily too. It appears she can also use some form of "visual hallucinations" on opponents.

Elimination method is as follows: Gear up in type-4 pierce resistant armor and wear protective goggles. She is reliant on having enough space for her wings, so lure her into a building with hostages to limit her ability to properly aim. Visual hallucinations are possible, so always keep at-least four drone pilots on surveillance to tell the kill-team what is and is not real (NOTE: Visual hallucinations might not effect androids - requires further testing). It is possible that if exposed to enough traumatic events, rejection, or a combination there-of - Megume will eliminate herself via suicide.

Containment Procedure: Keep her in a dry "Shoujo Class" cell that has ample amounts of shatter resistant mirrors. Dress her in mildly revealing clothing that exposes her scars. Keep her under constant suicide watch, remove ligature risks, and keep any sharp objects out of her cell. Lyudmila Zima "Raguel" - Zima is a nineteen year old that stands above average height, is well muscled, long black-hair (typically braided), and has unusual red eyes. She grew up in the East-Eurasian Conglomerate in family of decent wealth. We know that the onset of WW3 drastically altered her life, and both her mother and sister were involved in some sort of organization during that time period. Due to the isolated nature of the East-Eurasian Conglomerate, we know little else about her time prior to coming into NATA territory. It is inferred that whatever happened in within the EEC shaped her "Magical Girl" form which is a haunting, ghoulish, appearance. Zima is an expert martial artist as incident reports indicate (Note: Arts are Muay Thai and Krav Maga). This talent in martial arts goes well with her transformations ability to generate bone-like constructs from her body that can be shaped into various weapons (Ex: Swords, crossbow, quarter staffs ect). This material is much stronger than steel (Note: Obtain sample?). She is mutated to an extent beyond 20% corruption - this gives her an additional ability to crystallize portions of her body to deflect attacks. We are unsure of what her other mutation is; therefore, approaching her should be done with caution until Zima's other mutation is determined.

Elimination method is as follows: Zima is a skilled combatant that is more than capable of taking on several well-trained men. Her enhanced physicality in her human form is boosted substantially in her "Magical Girl" form, allowing her to move faster than eye-sight at times. This essentially enhances her ability to get close to a target, and then utilize her close combat talents. The best approach will be to either utilize corrosive, or cryogenic bombs to weaken her crystallizing armors capabilities. This will also make her body more vulnerable to various attacks. If engaging at close range is the only possible option, then utilize weaponry with a wide arc of fire such as shot-guns and sub machine-guns. Preferably, engage Zima quick with a long ranged sniper shot to outright kill her, or cripple her to make follow up attacks more effects.

Containment method is as follows: Zima's firm grasp of martial arts makes her a well qualified candidate to be sent to the "Temple of Stone." Follow standard procedure for transporting "Magical Girls" and let the Temple of Stone handle the rest. Mion Mion

May Meyer "Creamy Swirl" - Similarly to the 'Magical Girl' known as "Akuma", much of Meyer's personal information has been disclosed to the public due to her fame. She has long ash blonde hair and appears to stand at 5'3. The star is only 15, which some of her critics find to be too young for the level of publicity she has achieved. Some suspect foul play in her rapid rise to the public view; Theories of duress and unethical persuasion have surfaced on the internet, but the evidence provided is circumstantial and deemed inconsequential. Many fan blogs also describe encounters with the idol as less the pleasant, detailing her disquiet during certain circumstances. Despite rogue individuals, May's fan-base is known to be very endearing to the point of reaching mania. In opposition to her regular persona, her 'Magical Girl' form was reported to have a heroic ideology (NOTE: Civilian peril may be used as an incentive during elimination while she is in a transformed state). Meyer is self aware of this and may be cautious to transform without reason. Slight physical alterations are undergone during transformation, particularly including longer hair and increased girth around the hips and chest.

Elimination method is as follows: (NOTE: Any kill teams engaged with Meyer should be very mobile and fitted with either flamethrowers or large blowtorches) Due to Meyer's apparent revulsion to certain types of fans, a "fan" should be used to draw her into a secluded area. This "fan" will preferably be someone not afraid to openly express their devotion for the star, perhaps willingly divulging distasteful fantasies to further propel her desire to get away from said fan. Ideally she would be lured into an alley with several shaded points for a kill team to be positioned. Once she is in an appropriately sequestered area, a flail-like chain should be swung out and lassoed around her ankles to prevent her from using her special jump ability. Since in this form she is still able to create imprisoning candy pillars, the kill team should remain mobile and use their flamethrowers to melt any pillars they become stuck in. One agent should bind her hands immediately after her legs are restrained, since it is likely she carries defensive methods on her. From this point, agents may take any needed liberties with their final strike.

Containment method is as follows: Meyers should be kept in a padded cell with a dry atmosphere and restrained arms. The cell should be kept very small as to prevent any dangerously large candy pillars from forming. Punishment may be administered in the form of intense hallucinogenics capable of giving Meyer violent illusions or flashbacks. Any cosmetics should be confiscated as well as only providing bland, baggy clothing. Her diet should be overly nutritious, consisting of fresh fish and meat and very little sugars and carbs. Private records indicate that Lamonia grew up in an orphanage following her parents untimely death, and her nannies suicide. She is mature and has a strong sense of duty. Lamonia believes that her position as a "Magical Girl" is to help people, and will disobey orders to accomplish this task (NOTE: Do not use civilians as collateral when facing her). Her "Magical Girl" form alters her white hair to a black with gray tips, grants her ox-like horns, and a boisterous purple dress. She is granted a number of abilities in this form: summoning the dead, summon thorned vines, create an approx 60ft miasma of deadly poison (NOTE: Get sample of poison?), summon supposed 'souls' from dead that enhance power, and supposedly communicate with said dead individuals (NOTE: Possible psychosis?). She utilizes a scythe of an unknown metal in combat.

Elimination method is as follows: To preface this entry, it is VITAL to understand that Lamonia is one of the most dangerous of her kind. Her wide array of abilities makes dealing with her a problem. Do not utilize hostages, terror attacks, or anything of the sort to demoralize her because it can only embolden her combat ability. This is due to the fact that she can extract power from the dead; instead, it is proposed to take a more covert approach to eliminating her. She enjoys books and tea in her free time. Lace a book with light anti-psi powder to dampen her power output, or poison her tea with anti-psi liquid to put her into a severely weakened state. Engage 1-3 hours after the poisoning is complete with android units. Under the circumstances that humans must be used to engage her, fall back if she gains two souls.

Containment Procedure: Keep her in a "Mahou Alpha Class" cell with proper lighting, ample books, crossword puzzles, and other non-electronic mentally stimulating material. These distractions are intended to keep her pacified, but if she attempts an escape do not hesitate to utilize the cells paralysis procedure. Punish her via maximum restraints, drug induced sensory deprivation, and minimal nutrition for 1-3 months. Allow punishment to stop if she agrees to resume pacified behavior. Only keep her alive for a minimum of 3 punishments, if more - then submit a review to the board to consider utilizing the cell's crush feature to eliminate her. Pamela Juana Delgado “Pan Pan”- Delgado stands at 5’7 with a lean figure. She is 16 and seems to have a rather avid interest in the culinary arts, reportedly having ran a family restaurant from a young age. The girl is known for her strangely physical showings of affection and cynical attitude despite having boundless energy. Said restaurant was said to have decently good food as well as exceptional cleanliness, the latter which was fully credited to Delgado. Once Delgado transforms, her clothes become more ‘cutesy’ and reflect her love for cooking. She doesn’t undergo much physical change except for her eyes shifting to green, which may make her prone to public realization if she becomes too well known as a magical girl. In her magical girl state she may prove to endanger citizens or her fellow magical girls due to her temper. Delgado’s mother, Ana Juana Marquez, passed away when she was 13 in a fatal car crash, as well as her father, Manuel Delgado, being diagnosed with a serious heart condition later on in life. In addition to this Delgado has multiple brothers on record. (NOTE: Exploit family condition?)

Elimination method is as follows: Before attempting to engage Delgado the kill team should be aware of her ability to use their weaponry and armour against them. Their armor should be simple yet cover all exposed limbs and exposed skin. Their only tools should be small guns with homing bullets and simple shields covered in fireproof material. Delgado should be approached in an open space with no loose objects that could be utilized as weapons. The kill team should approach her and immediately begin firing, taking care to avoid any physical contact with the girl. Shields may be used to deflect her knife attack and fireballs as well as directly dodging them. The team will fire at the girl, first aiming for her arms and legs to slow her movement. Each hit should be in rapid succession and in a different spot to disable Delgado and push her into a state of panic and pain-induced haze. Once her focus is properly scattered the kill team’s focus should shift to hitting the girl’s magiaphage. They will continue firing shots until one meets its target.

Containment method is as follows: Delgado should be kept in an open cell with simple furnishings to promote feelings of boredom and isolation. The cell should be void of anything capable of harming either Delgado or anyone else. Her arms should be kept bound 15 hours a day to ensure that she does not attempt to attack with any of her magical weapons. Supernatural
Many describe a reoccurring figure that has caused ruin in the lives of several unrelated individuals. The strange thing about this individual is that when speaking of his misdeed to others who have encountered the individual two things happen...

1.) The individuals who have encountered "Blank Face" immediately know that they have encountered the same person.

2.) No matter how hard they try to recall there appearance, name, or any other discernible features they cannot remember. They only remember that it was a male and they had a "blank-looking" face.

It is important to understand that his face does have "facial features" however they can only draw a "blank" when describing him.

Theories range from this being a case of mass hysteria, all the way to this being the "Devil" himself. The amount of people suddenly being able to acknowledge the relationship between unrelated events cements this as a factual occurrence, but there is no current natural explanation for this event.

The following was taken from excerpts of a retired Metro-Enforcer "Tommy Martin" who kept a diary of his many encounters in the line of duty.

I reported the scene to central, but they ordered us to find the cache of pulse weapons. My team collected themselves and got their wits back together. Our psion, Sandra, said she was detecting an unusual psychic signal ahead. She refused to go any further. Naturally (And I wish I never did this) I held up my team to tell her to get a grip and fall in line. This momentary distraction cost Sandra her head. A twirling blade came from the darkness and cleanly decapitated her.

"A sacrament for the soil, a gift of blood, and your grave..."

Those were the only words I heard come from that mans mouth before he dashed forward. We fired and fired, but that bastard did not go down. He sliced Mark clean in half then use his still screaming upper half as a shield to close the gap with Conner and swiftly dispatch him. I was now alone with Vincent and we were bugging out. We retreated, while maintaining a constant stream of fire, leapfrogging back and forth between one of firing and the other retreating. Still that bastard would not go down. Then I realized he was drinking blood and lapping it up like a dog. He was holding Sandra's head and letting the blood pour from it into his mouth. We shot him and shot him, but still he would not go down.

I lost my nerve and ran...

I never saw Conner again, but I heard his screams.

I was given leave by central to evaluate my position as a sergeant following that incident. A week later I received a letter in the mail, "Spread the word petty survivor. The prophet of blood seeks to give back what the Earth so desperately desires." That was my last mission. The fucker got the best of me and I had no more desire to work in law enforcement."

Myths
Conspiracy Theorists suggest that NATA is hiding an "ancient monk temple" somewhere within their borders. This has very little true evidence outside of purely circumstantial evidence.

Only a loose string of evidence exists. The most credible of which is as follows (Taken from conspiracy website 'IntelFights') : "Former employee of a NATA embassy [NAME EXPUNGED] revealed he had to guide several individuals, of multiple ethnic groups, all wearing "monk-like clothes," to their room. He claims that he got brave enough to ask where they were from and one simply said, "The temple of stone."' This evidence is more credible than most, because said individual has been confirmed to once work at a NATA embassy.

Additionally, photos exist of these monks showing up at many government offices within NATA. No-one knows these individuals place of origin, or true purpose.

Anomalies
An oddly evasive, cunning, and talented serial killer that exclusively hangs his victims as a killing method. He employs several custom-made devices to effectively hang people - even in combat scenarios.

This post was made to answer some frequently asked questions, and other specifics that are not covered directly in the lore.

Q: How will the 'leveling' up thing about the powers be managed and will that play into the sort of 'ascended' magical girl form that we have heard about briefly?

A: I intentionally have been vague about this because I did not want to spoil any surprises. Essentially, later in the plot-line the girls will begin to notice themselves getting naturally stronger with their base powers. That will be the 'passive' way they get stronger, but speaking directly - I plan for the girls to get involved with people who can unlock further potential in them. The briefly mentioned "Ascended" forms do not have anything to do with this.

Q: Can Downers be turned back into normal magical girls if they manage to break away from their vice?

A: Downers share a lot of the same characteristics with magical girls (Ex: Transformation, above-average capabilities) but they are not magical girls. They do not have corruption, but are generally weaker. The way they have received their power is also very different. Instead of getting it from a mysterious vision, they got it from a dark "benefactor." So essentially, without their vice they are a powerless girl.

can i give aimi big [expunged]

A: Aimi is seventeen years old which is past the typical time when girls develop such features. She is going to have to eat a lot of McDonalds, mutate, or seek out other methods to acquire such assets. Furthermore, it's not a question of 'can' you, actually it is a question of 'should' you. Aimi will alienate most of her fan-base if she undergoes this change, which will lead to further mutation, and depression. Therefore, yes you can, but you probably should not.

Q: Is there a specific age range that a magical girl can get their powers? Can middle aged women get powers?

A: All of the magical girls thus far have been between 12 years old, and 21 years old. There have been no new magical girls after the first wave. Essential, so far there have not been any middle aged magical girls.

Q: Are mutations common knowledge among Magical Girls?

A: Eventually they will be, but at the moment mutations only exist in minority of girls. This is because many magical girls live normal lives, and only frivolously utilize there powers. Reports of mutation are seen as rumors to the vast majority of girls. Magical girls who use there powers to actively fight are more likely to know mutation is real.

Q: Is there potential for antagonists/enemies be suggested by the players?

A: Definitely, I have laid out the framework of the universe and plot, however it is done loosely so I can fill in more things. I am more than open to people coming up with enemies/villains that fit within the universe. You can even potentially take up the role as a villain to take some of the heat off of me.

Q: Can I have blue hair, red eyes, or any other unnatural hair color

A: If you do, I prefer an explanation. Such as hair dye or contacts (Mutations maybe?) This is not a hard-set rule, but I really prefer characters having natural colors, or explanations for having unnatural hair colors.

1. What is the general public's immediate opinion and attitude toward the magical girls when they had just appeared?

When Pretty appeared (The main original magical girl) she was seen as a beacon of hope in a war torn world. She became a god to some, but others interpreted her as simply some kind of alien-savior. Not all saw her as good, yet those who shared that view were the minority. Once Pretty "died" (She is revived) their was many mass suicides via ritual burial. This permanently tainted the idea of magical girls with suspicion. Once more began to appear, all sharing a vision of doom, the public had a renewed faith and the world-war reached a cease fire to prepare for the oncoming alien-threat (Gheists). It did not happen, so many people are now skeptical. It really depends on what public we are talking about to when it comes to magical girl opinion - here is a general chart...

1st world countries: Interpret magical girls as teens cursed with power. Can be a threat, but should given the benefit of the doubt.

2nd world countries: Possible tools to be used before they become a threat to government power. The people do not want to associate with them due to this.

3rd world countries: Strange and supernatural occurrence. Must be a sign from god, or something heretical.

2. Is there any propaganda in place to, like, for or against the magical girls' existence?

Yes, and a whole lot of it. Everyone seems to have their own personal take on magical girls. Most of the propaganda is positive towards magical girls at the moment.

3. Is there any international law regards them and how they operate or it's mad max in the making?

Governments are going to hold a conference to try and arrange international laws pertaining to magical girl rights. (This will be an arc in the RP) Things are currently heading towards mad max.

4. About the corruption levels, Are they only caused by the trauma that happens after one has become a magical girl, or do mutations appear if one already has a trauma carved in their head before the awakening?

Corruption will only start to accumulate once they have become a magical girl. The trauma in their head can begin to accumulate corruption if it is still eating away at their psyche.

5. How long has it been since the first wave of the MGs?

They appeared in 2029 a little bit after Pretty's death who "died" in 2029. It has currently been three years (The RP is taking place in 2032)

6. Did the vision of the future comes to the girls all at once or some have it first and some later?

It came all at once.

7. Any particular way to know if one's an MG if they don't use their power in the first place?

Without any technology there is no way of knowing short of ripping their chest open to see if they have a magiaphage or not. Psionic detecting devices can be used to determine the amount of psi-energy coming from a girl, which will give them away as a magical girl.

8. How advanced is the tech level compared to current tech?

The current day to day tech is moderately more advanced, but mostly the same. Broadly speaking, technology has advanced by several centuries worth in a short time (Plasma weapons, cyborgs, super AIs, hover cars, androids, and many other examples). A normal person would never see these technologies unless they lived in specific areas, or got lucky.

9. You spoke of the dimensions in the lore, I don't quite get it all yet, but I'm trying to make a character with space, dimension based power, kinda like teleport, but I still want to avoid getting in the way of a revelation in the future if you're planning for one, so, yeah, tell me what I should avoid.

Avoid any time travel/control because it is not possible. Also avoid any dimension hopping, but pocket dimensions are allowed.

Magical Girl Classifications

There are 24 known different classifications for Magical Girls. The two most common of these classifications are Alpha and Beta types. It is important to remember that the 22 types other than Alpha and Beta are all variations of Alpha and Beta. Classifications stemming from the Alpha-Type will be marked with "A" and classifications stemming from the Beta-Type will be marked with "B." This data is simply for academic purposes and is making no conjectures as to the superiority of certain classifications.

Alpha: The second most common form of a magical girl. These magical girls are characterized by their large power output, exceptional abilities, and a strict hardening of ideals. It is theorized that these Magical Girls have some direct connection to "Pretty" due to their tendency towards heroism.

Beta: The most common type of magical girl. These magical girls possess a standard transformation and one or two minor abilities. These girls are regarded as a low threat to public stability and tend to go undocumented.

Gamma: (A) A magical girl directly connected to dimensional cracks via [EXPUNGED]. The Tinker Virus is the only recorded "Gamma-Girl."

Delta: (B) This category of girls call themselves "Downers." They share very little characteristics with magical girls (EX: They lack a magiaphage) and rely on vices to fuel their comparatively minor powers.

Epsilon: (B) A handful of Inuit Magical Girls who act as heating mechanisms for their tribes. They have Magiaphages, but otherwise have no other Magical Girl characteristics.

Zeta: (A) A recent classification that is quickly growing in number. These Magical Girls tend to be military conscripts who have been deprived of their power for so long (While being forced to use military weaponry) that they adapted to use standard weapons to supernatural efficiency.

Eta: (B) This classification of Magical Girls is only found in "Neverlandia." These girls have either been specifically gathered, or modified, to serve as breeding units to asexually produce more Magical Girls. They have one or two minor powers, and have a transformation..

Theta: (B) These very small amount of girls have grown a fragmented magiaphage. They have developed multiple personality disorder, and have a high rate of depression. This classification shares no other characteristics with Magical Girls.

Iota: (A or B) These girls lack a transformation and regenerative capabilities. They have no magiaphage, but have traces of the same material in their bloodstream. They are capable of using magical girl-like abilities and weapons.

Kappa: (A) Magical girls who suffer from cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities in their standard form. They tend to have a very powerful and profound transformation. These girls tend to have extremely above average capabilities in their magical girl forms.

Lambda: (B) A small network of beta-class magical girls with connected minds. They currently all live together in a polymorphic relationship with one-another.

Mu: (A) One half of the "Mu and Nu" combination of magical girls. Mu girls are alpha-class and are psionically connected to a Nu girl, and find themselves in "love" with said girl.

Nu: (B) The other half of the "Mu and Nu" combination of magical girls. The Nu girl is beta-class and also possess the psionic connection to their Mu pair, and find themselves in "love" with said girl. If the Nu girl dies then the Mu girl dies. If the Mu girl dies the Nu girl will begin to rapidly mutate well beyond 100%.

Xi: (B) Only one example of Xi class exists. Xi class are two magical girls who were originally born as conjoined twins. They both share two magiaphages. Our organization has removed one and found that they still both can live off one.

Omicron: (A) A living weapon that became a magical girl during development. She is currently being kept in stasis until it is assured she can be properly controlled. This classification is mostly theoretical, but it is rumored ArarakiCorp could make this classification become a wide-spread reality.

Pi: (A) This category is reserved for female dogs who grew magiaphages. They are very destructive and have been mostly put down.

Rho: (A) A choice few of dangerous artificial intelligence who have developed magiaphage compatibility. These AI's have been successfully quarantined.

Sigma: (A) Magical girls who can create more magical girls. Pretty is currently the only magical girl who can do this. It is theorized (due to discrepancies) that more may exist.

Tau: (B) Magical girls who have been weakened by interfacing with magitech equipment. Virtues are the most prominent magical girls in this category.

Upsilon: (B) These are men who have become a lich via [EXPUNGED]. They lack the same power as magical girls, and tend to have severely shortened life-spans.

Phi: (A) Highly mutated magical girls who directly communicate with gheists. These girls have become known as "Harbingers."

Chi: (A or B) Previously "gene-strain" mutated girls who became magical girls.

Psi: (A or B) Previously psychic girls who became magical girls.

Omega: (O) These girls fall into their own category. These girls have been modified by the Tinker Virus to be an "Alpha-Plus" category. They are superior in all ways to alpha-class girls.
