- Aging- Nomemon don't age like humans. Their appearance changes very little, despite their "years-of-age" add on quickly. A year for Nomeman, is not considered a measurement of time, as it is for humans. It's a measurement of experience and maturity, so a year can be gained within any period of time. Age doesn't relate to schooling at all, it only relates to maturity. Gaining age will not make you more intelligent, it will make you more adaptable to receiving intelligence and processing things like that on your own.
- Animals- Nomemon live in this world with other animals, unlike before when humans and Pokemon were the only creatures on the planet. However, the only animals that existed were those that the gods could agree were harmless. Wolves, dogs, foxes, bears, cats, sharks, etc were not in existence, for those animals had natural instincts to bite and scratch. Instead, small birds and fish, small rodents, and livestock aside from horses and male bovines existed.
- Currency- Nomeman money is the same as Pokedollars, but referred to as Nomedollars. The symbol for Nomedollars is an N with two horizontal lines crossed through the middle.
- Demography- Nomeman live in cities of all sorts- Urban cities, Suburban towns and cities, and rural towns. They are spread exactly like the normal Pokemon regions.
- Diet- Because of the legendaries not wanting wars, they made sure all Nomeman were vegetarian. The concept of meat did not exist in this world, because the legendaries believed that the thought of slaughtering animals could at some point.
- Education-Every year (time-wise) Nomeman will take a new placement test that will put them in the proper grade. The education system is very similar to Japan's in that students will go through five years in primary school, three years of lower secondary school and three years of higher secondary school. However, it is more similar to that of the Pokemon world in that not everyone goes into secondary school, because once they are finished with 4th/5th grade they can choose whether to see the world for themselves and prepare for a job as a chef or entertainer, or a career in sports, or they can continue in their studies and work towards a job as a nurse, teacher, scientist or businessman. Nomeman who want to join the CBC will pause their time in school to join.
- Evolution- Just like Pokemon, Nomeman are known to have evolving capabilities. Once they reach a certain age, their appearance will change. For some, their appearance will automatically change, for others, they have to go through a special ceremony using stones, or a certain kind of weather, or for some, even turning upside down throughout the ceremony. The Nomeman who evolves is the decider in when they will go through the ceremony, as well as if they go through the ceremony. Some Nomeman find that when they are at a point in life where they're typically happy, that is when their appearance changes.
- Entertainment- Like the Pokémon world and other worlds, Nomeman have a vast amount of entertainment available for the people of the world to watch. There are countless idols and entertainers that are incredibly popular with the modern generation, as well as classic idols that the elderly still remember. There are also plays and TV shows, and even video games and news channels.
- Geography- Geography on the Nomeman world is the exact same as the pokemon world. The cities that nomeman live in have the same names as the ones in the Pokémon world, and all the ones with gyms; the gyms have been replaced with shrines.
- Mega Evolution- The only pokemon in the CBC capable of mega evolution are those that can Mega-Evolve in the games. However, the legendary pokemon with official Primal Reversion/Mega Evolutions in any official Pokémon game (including Dialga) are able to Mega-Evolve/Primal Revert without the help of Xerneas. For a list of pokemon that can mega evolve, here is XY and here is more from ORAS. Those of you who watch the anime know that Ash's/Satoshi's Greninja/Gekouga can Mega-Evolve, but until that happens in the actual games, it will not be accepted as one of the official Mega-Evolutions allowed in this rp.
- Religion- Nomeman see the legendaries as gods of nature, and the religion of the Nomeman world is very similar to Shintoism. They have built shrines dedicated
- Technology- Technology in the Nomeman world is very advanced in some areas, but in others it is very lacking. In terms of transportation, airplanes don't exist, but cars, bullet trains, and boats do, though they never went through a period of horse and buggy, for horses don't exist. There are many Nomeman with wings, so it isn't uncommon to see other Nomeman flying to get to where they need to go. In terms of personal technology, everyone has a holocaster, and TVs are typically found in every house. Computers and Video game consoles exist, but video games with any kind of shooting or killing do not.
FAQ
Shiny coloring does exist, but in this rp, if a pokemon is already taken, whether they are shiny or not, no one else can be that pokemon.
A Pokemon cannot be in the eighteen without a mega stone. The Pokemon must be able to mega evolve in the official game in order to be in the eighteen. If you want to be in the eighteen, you must also provide an image of your characters mega evolution in the "other images" tab of your character sheet.

It's not really a main character, as much of a character with more power. Unfortunately, Raichu isn't able to Mega-Evolve, therefore it unfortunately can't be one of those , "main," eighteen characters unless the creators of Pokemon confirm Mega Raichu for Sun and Moon within the next few days. The options for the electric type mega spot is for either Ampharos or Manectric. If it isn't taken within the next 14 days, I may revise the "Official Mega-Evolutions only," rule, in which case then, if you still want Raichu as a mega character, your writing sample can be a post you've made from another roleplay, and you can simply add in the mega stone as your held item and the mega-form into your, "Other Pictures," tab.
