Looking for Exalted 3E players

Generally, it is impossible to predict if a Solar will Exalt, if it weren't the Wyld Hunt would be a lot better at hunting down people before they become a problem. That said, your Sifu might well have predicted that your Exaltation would return to Creation and maybe even that it would in the region your character was at. And of course, sometimes people get lucky, so you might even have had a relationship with him beforehand and he could then claim to have helped you Exalt intentionally, but lied about it.

Good point and noted. Thanks.

Sensei, what abilities & charms are required to develop exlixir/antedoctes/formulations for conditions (poison/rapid healing/specific diseases) and mass produce it?

Sadly, making them mass-produced is currently beyond our ability. But, to produce them you need Medicine, and either Craft or Lore.
Craft means that you go and gather the ingredients, or buy them, and you make the medicines. Lore means that you venture into the Wyld, a place of chaos, and can, through your Will, bend it to produce said items.
Both require investment, but the Lore route is more intensive, and is not likely to be enough for a starting character, because you'll need to invest a lot into it. And my character is already Lore Supernal. But the Craft route can be done faster and with less investment, but you will have to do a lot of Craft that might not be your forte to be able to work on medicinal items.
Craft might
