  I haven't watched this first hand, but apparently its a sad anime that is very sweet. Judging from the opening, it sounds like it would be. The story follows the events of a tragic accident split them apart.

  The story centers around Amamizukan, an apartment full of Otaku Women who have a "No Men" policy. I'm not really sure how to describe it well, but its a sweet story that follows along Tsukimi Kurashita, an 18 year old girl who really likes jellyfishes.

  The animation from what I've seen [if my memory serves me correctly] is pretty good. The story is set in a world where there are humans who live in the sea, and some who live on the land. Romance between the people of the sea, and the people of the land are not looked kindly upon due to the fact that a child born from the two would never be able to live under water. Four sea students must attend school on the land due to a closure, and that is pretty much where things go off from.
