Elizabeth is an electrokenetic that can absorb and story a certain amount of electric energy in her body from any electrical source. That electricity she can manipulate in various ways, from electric bolt and electric grenades and so on. Also as a side benefit she has abilities tied to electro magnetism. However electricity is also a form of sustenance for her, she can heal when absorbing it but the level of health in directly proportional to the amount of electrical energy she stores and the world around her. Excessive expenditure can have a deleterious effect on her both mental and physical as she becomes more desperate to absorb electricity.

Red hair, striking purple eyes.

Unusual Physical Features:
The skin in both her lower arms and eyes has turned to an electric purple colour, pulsating with electrical energy. She is forced to wear gloves least she electrocutes anyone or anything, but needs to take it of to use her power. To make matter worse, this change seemed to slowly spread further into her body the more electricity she absorbs.

Quirk Description: The user appears to hold incredible regenerative properties in addition to fine control over her own biology down to a cellular level. When mostly complete they appear to display a hive collective-like mental connection with each part of her mass, with the largest portion assuming dominance. As a result of her quirk, it appears to have little need for the variety of biological processes common to most living creatures with the exception of periodic nutrition.

Bio: Born in Cork Island they would commonly appear to get into trouble regardless of their own actions which combined with a rather rough upbringing appeared to give them the appearance of a delinquent. This was not helped by several occasions where they would "borrow" medical supplies and tools by feigning death to gain access to coroners and mortuaries.

Quirk Description:
Her wings are similar to that of Hawks only different is they are a silver and with cobalt blue marking.When she has her extends her wings out, she has a wings span of 502.92 cm or 16.5 feet and could reach up to 600 cm (about 20ft).

She can harden the feather on her wings that can act like a shield if attacked during which can use her feather as blades if she plucks them after she hardens them or if they fall out while she has them hardened naturally. She will only resorts to plucking them if it is in an emergency because it's can bequite painful to do so.

Derora's wings are similarly designed like a common swift (bird) which gives her an edge in speed when it comes to level flying.

Due to her bird like wings she is not able to wield her feather to move or pretect people.

Derora's bones are hollow but are reinforced so they do not break in the middle of a fight unless the force of the attack exceeds 7,000 newtones of force.

Derora's quirk has also inhanced her eye sight alowing her to see great distances with little trouble. When looking at her eyes you will black marking in the corner of her eye near her nose that run over her eyelids just above her eyelashes causing her to look like she is wearing really well done black eyeliner.


She also has ear tofts to help keep protect her ears from with wind.


Appearance:
Derora stands at 165.2cm (5'5" ft) tall. she weight 53.5kg about (117lbs) being a little above the normal. Derora has waist length feather like silvery hair that she will keep in a poinytail, braid, or bun while in school making it look shorter than it really is. with her hair is out of the way you will be able to see her feather ear tufts that match her wing color. When she lets her hair down it reaches her waist while also framing her heart shaped face and slightly hides her ear tufts. Her skin is a light sun kissed tan with a pink bird shaped birth mark on her right shoulder.

Derora has blue gray eyes that seem to change to a more blue or gray depending on her mood with exceptional eyesight and her eyes are framed by long thick eyelashes and her black eyeliner like markings. she has an athletic hourglass like figure due to her training.

Derora’s life was never an easy one due to the fact she had a brother who was five years older than her and parents that were in a quirk marriage. Her father almost always spent his time training her older brother or sneaking off to see a mistress or two when he thought nether her mother or she knew about it. Her mother tried to play it off for the first five years of her life but a year later her mother could no longer handle her husbands unfaithfulness. So her mother packed both of their stuff and moved out to a small cottage house in the country side when her father and brother were away on a “training trip” for a few weeks. During the time that they were living in the country side her mother began her education and how to use her quirk the best she could. Derora and her mother sated this way until they got word that there was going to be a school for hero’s. Her mother was so happy about this that she moved them in to a small house in London after selling their small farm so that Derora could get a better education and training. This is how her father and brother found them and requested them to move back into their house and give my entrance exam to Eric so that he could get in and that I should just focous on finding a good husband to marry. Her mother handed her father the divorce paper and told him to take a walk of a very short peer that there marriage was over since he got the “perfect child” and the fact he was not faithful to her when she had been faithful to him. Which leads us to the now

Quirk Description: The dullahan is a strange being from ancient celtic mythology, typically seen as a bringer of death and possibly an ancient fertility diety, this form of the dullahan is not quite one of these foreboding things. For our young man, the Dullahan physiology grants a few things relating to it's powers.

1) A detachable head! Surprising and great at parties, the head of this young man can be taken off, and put back on as one might a hat, the head can still talk, control the body and do as it wishes so long as the two are not outside of 20 feet of one another, but the extent can be stretched with training. The body however, while able to be used from afar, still requires the head to be able to tell what it is actually doing, but should one be good at working with these issues, you can come up with some nifty tricks. The head is also a good bit tougher than normal, perhaps a denser skull?

2) A minor degree of control over flame is witnessed, with training this can be enhanced, but for now, only a small lighter-like flame can be produced. Perhaps this is from a linking to funerary pyres and the Dullahan's connections to death? he's tried to control coffins, or even blood, didn't work, so hey could be worse.

3) Innate proficiency with chains/flail-like weaponry! We can see this with this young man able to utilize a whip quite handily! A whip is a tool and not a toy! And should not be mishandled by those using it! Improper usage can result in unfortunate welts, tangles, unfortunately knocked off heads, etc, etc.

4) Durability, the dulahan shows quite a sturdy make up! Not only capable of, naturally, withstanding decapitation but also shows great durability with both body and head. This makes the head a devastating weapon when thrown, be wary of sudden at ranged headbutts!

5) Gold is an odd weakness of this strange mutant physiology, if touched by gold whilst separated, no matter how far from one another, the body tends to go out of controll, performing by i9nstinct or simply acts the head doesn't wish to happen in the slightest. In moments like this, it is best to bind the body and attach the head. If gold is touched with the head attached, a inexplicable aversion to the material is seen. Small amounts in computers are fine, but openly worn pins can cause a small degree of anxiety.

Appearance:
By most considerations a decently well formed young man, sturdy of body, solid framed, healthy looking save for the weirdness what with being a headless horseman brings. Hes no bringer of death, hell he looks more like a snazzy older brother than anything. Always with that cocky grin, knowing eyes and bit of stubble that may or may not be all he can muster in his young age. You might wonder if a full beard would mess with the whole detaching head thing, in truth, he couldn't tell you. He has a few tattoos, mostly Celtic swirls here and there that line his limbs and body, leading up to the line on his neck.

Apparently they had been there forever, or so he says, he could be lieing to seem cool.


Unusual Physical Features:
A hazey blue line lays at the middle of the neck and going horizontally across, just under the adams apple. it is here that the head splits off. When removed the body and head are connected with a hazey smoke that goes from one detached spot to the other. Along with the aforementioned tattoos leading from the body up to it, they go down to each of the limbs to the neck.

Personality:
If I could explain him in but one way, it would be, "The well meaning but kinda dense big bro." He's friendly, at times almost overly so, kind of like a big happy dog that simply wants to be your friend no matter what you say to it. He will laugh off insult or bad luck, praise the good, help with the bad, be there if you need to just shoot the shit and is more than willing to simply hang without a question or word said. Well, he'll try anyways, he has a tendency to have his mouth run a mile a minute, if you let him he will talk, and talk, and talk, like it's all hes good for.

Hell he will take off his head just to chat as his body does something. And he is more than... Well.. Open about his odd body than most would be comfortable with. Openness seems to be a big point for him in the end, perhaps it's freeing to be able to simply take a load off your shoulders huh?

He is also seemingly inable to be serious or... Stiff upper lipped, just isn't in his nature to take life so seriously.

Bio:
There isn't too much to say, he is a only child, a true oddity as his quirk sort of just popped up out of the blue. His mother is a emitter who gives off perfume scents, his father is a living toolbox with malleable tool hands. So, in truth, by all accounts, he should be some sort of fancy smelling mechanic right? Nope, the gods said "Let him have no head." And so, on his sixth birthday, he ran into a monkey bar at a park and lost his head. The family was horrified, the park goers were horrified, his mother fainted and he just wondered why he was still feeling like he was climbing the slid while he was face down in the sand.

A quick trip to the hospital later, alot of tests, pokeing and prodding, and abit of tape later, his head was back on!

Until it came off again with a stiff breeze.

It took awhile to get used to the whole being headless thing, along with learning how to keep it attached the whole time, but he quickly found himself good at the whole thing. tensing up the neck to keep it from rolling off was key, at least until it ACTUALLY attached. He started to pick up a few others things as well, some not so very great, the gold problem was shocking to find out expeacially for a kid who just accidentally touches a gold ring and suddenly can't control what his body is doing... But he found himself sturdier than most, the whip and flail thing sort of came over time, and really, he was more than willing to try out this whole heroing thing!

Yea know, in between him working on his motorcycle, he's his dad's son after all!​

Quirk Description: A mutation type quirk that caused Richard's muscles to develop and grow while simultaneously turning his skin to stone. Other effects of the mutation include horns, wings (though he cannot fly) and what can only be described as 'demon' feet.

Appearance: Richard is tall, muscular, has golden eyes, black 'hair'

Unusual Physcial Features: stone skin, horns, wings, 'demon' feet.

Personality: Outwardly, Richard comes off as aggressive or cold. But that could not be further from the truth. Despite his cruel looking appearance, Richard is a big old softy. He cares about others and always tries to encourage them, especially in terms of self-esteem. He always appears as though he's content with the cards life dealt him, though behind closed doors that may not be the case.

Quirk name: The Young Apprentice and the Old Master
Quirk description: Vanheyn’s quirk drastically changes his appearance and innate physical abilities. Its usage happens either by his own will or when he is gravely wounded. His body shapeshifts into a taller, muscular and much older man. During this transformation, Irving is an entirely different person, showing above human reflexes and strength, depicting great proficiency at hand-to-hand combat, knowing and employing a wide variety of martial arts. His endurance is also enhanced, being able to take blows that would most likely knock him out cold otherwise. There are two different ways in which his quirk “ends”: either by Zhang’s own choice or after he has sustained enough damage (which, as soon as he goes back being Irving, will be much amplified).
Appearance: Irving is a somewhat thin young man. He wears glasses, has black hair and hazel eyes. Most of the time, he is wearing a pretty simple suit, tie included. Zhang, however, is very muscular, bald and has a moustache and somewhat long beard, both gray. As far as Irving remembers (and others tell him), Zhang’s appearance is always constant and never changed since the first time he transformed.
Personality: Both Irving and Zhang have contrasting personalities in some aspects, but identical in others. Irving is a bit shy and introverted, remaining silent most of the time while he contemplates or analyzes things. He prefers to plan things thoroughly, before acting. Zhang, on the other hand, is outgoing and gregarious, loving to talk and socialize. Both of them, however, are friendly and take camaraderie very seriously. They share a bit of their consciousness, being able to communicate with each other internally. They can’t, however, control each other’s actions.
Bio: Irving was originally from Germany, immigrating with his parents to England when he was around 1 year old. The first time he activated his quirk is still “fondly” remembered by his parents, as it was a very chaotic and hilarious experience. The four year old Irving was playing in the living room, running, jumping and climbing on things, while his mother was preparing dinner in the kitchen. She suddenly heard a big thud, the sound of something dropping, followed by a loud, hysterical crying. She hurried as fast as she could to check on him, already imagining that some of the furniture had fallen on him. As soon as she got in the living room, imagine her despair, confusion and panic with the scene she witnessed: her son’s clothes ripped on the ground, both the TV and its stand smashed into opposing walls of the living room and an old, muscular man, nude in the center of her living room. It was simply insanity and it wasn’t easy for Zhang to calm her down and stop her from calling the police, as she only stopped her screaming when he went back to being her four year old boy. His father only believed that fantastical tale after he witnessed it by himself. Later on, it became clear for them who was that “imaginary friend” that Irving was always talking to.
During the years, Irving has used his quirk to do things he wouldn’t be able to do otherwise: drinking, visiting adult clubs, driving. Zhang has always indulged and even encouraged this behavior, which led to heated discussions and fights between him and Irving’s parents. The point was always the same: Zhang heavy critics against the Vanheyns overprotective behavior towards their son.

Quirk Description: Erica’s powers are very unique and have not been recorded elsewhere, she retains the ability to create wormholes through space, these can be used to travel across large distances, although depending on the size and distance of these wormholes they take a lot of energy for Erica to create, It is also recorded that when she uses her powers her eyes turn pitch black.

Appearance: (Image shows facial features + Skin tone, ik it’s a bit blurry.) Along with this it is shown that she wears “regular clothes” Jeans, shirts, shoes and socks but similar to her eyes when she uses her powers her clothes are stained black permanently so she only wears black clothes.

Personality: Erica is a pretty happy go lucky person and is always smiling, they are kind and help out anyone they can, it’s easy for them to make friends and they are often breaking the rules to impress friends.

Bio: Erica grew up in a seemingly quiet town in northern Scotland, they had a peaceful growing up and as their parents decided to have a home birth the fact that she had powers was never recorded to her birth certificate, in fact she didn’t knew she had powers for a while, when she was sleeping she would accidentally open portal around her house and the neighbouring houses and after many cats and dogs began to appear in interesting locations around their house her parents decided to take her to the doctor, there they all discovered that in fact she had a quirk. Their parents immediately signed her up for the academy and when it finished contraction years later Erica was dropped at their doorstep.

It is also recorded that when she uses her powers her eyes turn pitch black.
If this is just gonna be used for transportation at the beginning then I don't see an issue with the first half, though I am wondering about the abyss

Masahiro has the ability to view the world around him in bullet time, making everything look like it’s standing still or moving at incredibly slow speeds. As of making the character, he can only use it for a maximum of 30 minutes before needing to rest. The amount of rest needed is 2:1 to the time he used the quirk, meaning if he used his ability for 10 minutes he’d need to rest for 20 minutes before fully recharged. Any attempt to surpass his current limit will give him nausea and, if continued even longer once this symptom has developed, could possibly blind him.

On top of this, his reflexes have been enhanced enough to where he can dodge bullets with the help of his quirk.

Personality:
Masahiro's most redeeming quality is, without a doubt, his unwavering determination. The only way to stop him trying to accomplish his current goal is to either knock him out or distract him with some sweets (candy). However, that's about where the pleasantries end. He has trust issues due to everyone turning his back on them, so believes that if he wants to become a hero, he has to rely on his own and strength and no one elses. He's comfortable with going to extreme measures to save people, as long as it's within the law of course. He's also quite stubborn, refusing to admit he is wrong or give up even if his life is on the line.
Backstory:
Masahiro Takasao was born in a rather run down part of Japan, living on the outskirts of Tokyo with his mother, Hime, and his father, Ryu. Ryu was a construction worker who owned a small local business that wasn’t doing too well, while Hime was an ex-villain who had managed to avoid arrest through Ryu’s help. Once Masahiro turned 4 however, money began to become more and more scarce for the Takasao household. Food, water, electricity. All of these became a luxury for Masahiro’s parents. It got to the point where Hime refused to eat in order to feed her son. It didn’t take for her to return to her criminal ways. It started small, with fruit stands and corner shops. But then the rush got to her. She attempted to steal from their town’s only bank which didn’t go to plan. She was caught as she tried to sneak out through the alley way. In court, she was sentenced to life due to her previous crimes on top of the attempted robbery. Masahiro’s father began to blame him for his mother’s arrest, and in turn began to resent and neglect him, leaving him essentially parentless. Soon after, Ryu sent Masahiro to live with his brother in London, a year after the attack on Tower Bridge.

To make matters worse, now that his mother was a known villain, the way his peers at school treated him shifted drastically for the worse. All of this only fueled him to become a hero, however. To prove his father wrong. To show the world that his mum was only trying to protect him, and that the Takasao name could be more than just that of a criminal.​
 
I was thinking that she doesnt even really know about it, she's only accessed it a few times and only a few witnesses and the academy know about it, they might want to teach her to use it properly but it does take significant energy and she wouldn't be able to use it twice in the same week.

If this is just gonna be used for transportation at the beginning then I don't see an issue with the first half, though I am wondering about the abyss

Quirk Description: In addition to a giant leech tail sprouting from her back, Millie's hair is in fact a bundle of leech-like tendrils all with razor sharp teeth capable of chewing into and draining whatever they latch onto in moments. Though primarily used for draining, Millie's long been able to use them to just chew through things instead. She can stretch them about four yards from her, and when they bloat up during meals they gain quite a hefty bulk before transferring it to Millie.

Unlike normal leeches, the ones Millie wields are far more strong, able to chew through slid stone and metal with little problems. They're strong enough to carry Millie around on their own if she wishes, though aren't exactly able to accomplish feats like uprooting light posts or tossing cars. While it is possible for them to be chopped off, its noted that Millie can speed up their regeneration and recovery just by eating a lot afterwards.

Appearance: Millie often sticks to monochrome colors which match her hair, preferring simple outfits due to how easy they are to get into. The one exception to this is her propensity to wear small toy crowns because she likes how they look on her. She has been attempting to find a coat that would match her current outfits to no avail.

Unusual Physical Features: Besides her leech tail and leech hair, Millie's skin takes on a dark grayish hue while her iris takes on a pale color that implies blindness. In spite of this she's had no problems concerning her sight. Her own mouth has developed incisors similar to that of a leech, and is also capable of draining large quantities of fluid from things with a bite force comparable to her hair and tail. Most notable is her tendency to thin out heavily when hungry, with her body growing shorter and leaner the longer she goes on between meals. A good dinner will plump her up to her regular state fairly quickly.

Personality: Millie's a curious sort, to an extreme. She's severely agitated with being left in the dark, and has taken up investigating things in the same manner as her favorite noir detectives. As such, most people find her extremely intrusive or overbearing due to her need to know things. It was this very same drive that eventually encouraged her to be a hero, tracking down villains and uncovering the truth behind crimes has been her fixation for years now.

However, this very same drive has led her to neglect much in terms of other interests, as a result she's only a middling student due to how often her curiosity drags her away from subjects of study. She actively has to handcuff herself to desks and tables so she doesn't get to distracted from whatever she's working on. While she might want to be just like the cool detctives from her films, she doesn't possess the same wide range of knowledge many of them had, leading to her detective work often involving lots of excess investigation.

Though irritated by not knowing things, many wouldn't call her an angry person. Her determination to investigate is often seen as extreme enthusiasm if anything. Her true anger comes from hunger, as one of the main results of her Quirk being a rather needy stomach. She gets hungrier faster than most, and grows increasingly more unreasonable and easily agitated until able to feed. Since she's had her Quirk for long, she's often able to keep on top of this in her day to day life.

She's garnered quite an appreciation for food as a result, in fact the one category most would call her an unrivaled genius in is food. Having an almost encyclopedic knowledge about the construction of countless meals to such a ridiculous extent that five-star chefs would get jealous, its regarded as her most well-versed area of expertise. Although knowing exactly how much salt was used to cook a steak just from one taste is impressive, this knowledge has a limited use for a detective or even a hero for that matter.

Thankfully, Millie's got extensive control over her Quirk, and is eager to expand that even further at London's first academy for heroes.


Bio: Millie's parents were traditionally average, with her father working an office job to provide for his wife through her pregnancy. They were a modest couple, down to earth and cynical to a fault. This cynicism nearly reached its breaking point when their daughter was born, her Quirk nearly killing her mother in the process. The bills to care for both of them were hard on Mr. Williams, who fought back with crushing work hours that nearly ruined his health. But he was nothing if not stubborn, and his work ethic actually managed to land him a promotion which secured their financial future.

Having been wheelchair bound for some months after the birth, Mrs. Williams wasn't in the beast of headspaces to care for their child. So her mother stepped in to help, and she was nothing if not professional. Having run a daycare for the majority of her life, Granny Williams was perfect for bringing Millie up into her early childhood. What she wasn't great at was instilling any of that professionalism in Millie. Her attempts to teach her grand daughter were fruitless, for as soon as Millie was old enough to walk she always wanted to investigate things. Curiosity was considered a healthy necessity in the household, but when it began to interfere with any attempts to teach her in her childhood things began to get rough.

Millie found no interest in lessons, often preferring to learn by experience. While her eagerness to explore and figure things out were encouraged at first, her mother began resenting it as Millie began easily allowing her grades in school to plummet in favor of pestering her classmates for information. She was unquestionably one of the worst students in primary school, not because of delinquency or a learning difficulty, but because she found playing detective far more interesting than the subjects set out before her.

To her modest and hard-working family, this complete disregard for anything resembling an education was nothing if not an insult. And so after nearly two years of trying to steer her back on track through passive methods, her mother finally snapped and instilled mandatory teaching at home, essentially turning their residence into a school in order to teach her whether she liked to or not. This resulted in a war of subversion between mother and daughter, where Mrs. Williams would engage in increasingly convoluted teaching methods to keep her daughter in line while Millie would make increasingly convoluted escape attempts to sneak out and continue investigating things.

This lasted for the rest of Millie's time in primary school. Despite her best efforts, Millie found her mother's iron-willed determination and growing proficiency with constructing rube-goldberg machines centered around education were a foe far too capable to match. Her grades did go up, and her burgeoning investigative career floundered. Her dreams of becoming an ace detective like the cool grim-looking fellows in the comics was fading fast, and a new dream would be needed to fill the void.

Despite being seen as more of an average student, her image in the face of classmates never really improved. It was primarily due to her propensity to generally just get way too involved in other people's business, and the awkward way in which her leech appendages kept suckling on stuff didn't help. Ostracization was almost guaranteed to follow, and as time went on Millie filled her well of passion was running dry.

But then it happened, the event which would change her life and give her the inspiration to continue forwards.

The Tower Bridge Super Terrorist Attack, and event which nearly killed her father during one of his commutes.

Seeing such a disaster unfold so close to home finally shone light on what she should devote herself to. Not just a detective, but a hero.​
 
I was thinking that she doesnt even really know about it, she's only accessed it a few times and only a few witnesses and the academy know about it, they might want to teach her to use it properly but it does take significant energy and she wouldn't be able to use it twice in the same week.
I still don't really see the point in having her being able to access a whole different universe.

Personality:a bit of a flip flop. most of the time you can find him fiery and full of excitement and willing to do all sorts of fun stuff if you ask him but when hes tired its like hes dead inside and doesn't want to do anything. he has a tendency to loose his temper and make the room hotter. he likes to eat large amounts of food and can only eat meat. his favorite place is the woods and mountains. HATES the water. has a lot of self doubt about his scales from time to time though

Bio:being born in a normal town off the coast of Iceland kirt has always been pushed to the limits by his father. constantly training to hold his breath and train his fire and build his survival skills out in the wilderness pushed him to become the best he can. asking the Norse gods everyday to strengthen him and aid his conquest to become to best and rise to the number one he finds himself in london by himself since his family belives he is strong enough he hears of the great number one hero. that is all his heart has been set to. he has found a quiet mountain to live at and train by trying to clear holes in it everyday. his normal training consists of flying as fast as he can through the air and breathing as hot of fire as he can muster. after he believed he was ready, he headed to UA to enroll in the trial games.
