The St Louis office of LIBRIS is a rather nondescript, plain building, with a sign out front which reads MACDONALD PHARMACEUTICALS.  (An excellent cover, as burglars are unlikely to risk encountering some nasty disease.)
LIBRIS has its own firing range and a gym for agents, as well as a forensics lab, morgue and holding cells--all as befitting a law enforcement agency.  Most of the building, though, consists of Dispatch and the Archives.

THE ARCHIVES

The Archives contains original prints of many works of folklore and legend, and the archivists are constantly updating the Index, examining case files for new details and connections between stories.  Computers are only used for external communication.  All records are either handwritten or typed on a mechanical typewriter.  The Narrative is sneaky, and digital information is too easily altered.
Water and fire elementals are asked to stay out of the Archives, as are dragons not classified as "bookwyrms".

THE VAULT

The Vault is for storing enchanted items, such as Sevenleague Boots, Monkey's Paws, and Sleeping Spindles.  Many items are kept under lock and key, never to see the light of day, while others can checked out for specific purposes.  It's always very cold in the Vault, and smells of thunderstorms.
Do NOT try on any shoes.
Do NOT put on any jewelry.
Do NOT talk to the mirrors unsupervised.
Do NOT eat anything.
Do NOT touch anything pointy.
Basically, whatever you're thinking, DON'T DO IT.  It's probably a bad idea, and likely not even yours.

DISPATCH

Dispatch uses methods such as radio scanners, periodical research and divination to monitor the are for signs of potential literary incursion.  If an active or potential incursion or Memetic Event is identified, Dispatch alerts the appropriate team to the site.

FIELD AGENT OFFICES

The decor is so out of date it's due to be fashionable soon, desks are typically piled high with paperwork, the aroma of leather and ink is everywhere, and one can always hear the clacking of typewriters.  Field teams with Elves or Red Hens on the roster are easy to spot by the lack of clutter and chaos.

Humbert's Apartment

Humbert lives in a fairly modest duplex apartment.  The decor is tasteful, and more stylish than most would expect, though more Spartan than he'd prefer, given that he has to spend so much on groceries to feed his Wolf hunger and has to shop in the Big & Tall section.

Earthtones, dark wood and leather make up the decor scheme, and are oddly comforting to his Wolf side.  Old movie and theatre posters hang in frames on the wall.

Humbert is a tidy and organized housekeeper, even if his desk at LIBRIS is a fort built of paperwork.

Though he does most of his exercise at the LIBRIS gym, he does do a bit of weight training and yoga in what would otherwise be a simple guest room.

"Q BRANCH"

Named after the R&D department from James Bond's MI5, Q Branch is where LIBRIS' Witches, Dwarves, Wizards and Fairies craft magically empowered objects for the rest of the organization.  Typically, these are no more dangerous or powerful than protective charms and talismans, and single-use spell items.

Q Branch also studies any magical objects collected by field teams--in conjunction with the Archives--before they are stored in the Vault.

Q Branch's labs are always cold, like the Vault, though the smell of sulphur and burnt hair tends to override the ambient scent of ozone.

Pepper's Appartment

Pepper and her grandmother live in a small two bedroom, one bath apartment. When entering the apartment you get a sense of comfort. As if this was not just a living space but was in fact a home. The apartment always smells of baked goods. It is easy to tell whose bedroom is from how messy Pepper's bedroom is. Her floor is messy and her bed is always unmade. There are stuffed animals all over the place in her bedroom expecially on her bed.

The decor of this amartment is of art projects that Pepper has made in art classes over the years. There is a small HDTV in the living room that sits on a trunk. It is surrounded by a couch and a loveseat and Pepper's beanbag chair. There are four plants that live in the living room sitting by the window.

The kitchen is nice with lots of counter space and a kitchenaid-a gift from Pepper for Grandma's birthday- sitting next to the Microwave. There is a Pooh Bear cookiejar and it always full of cookies.  A vase filled with flowers sits at the kitchen table brightening the room.

Around the apartment there are cat shelves scattered around the place. There is a cat tree by the window allowing the three cats that live there to sun themselves. There is a black cat named Tarmac. He likes to lay around. A calico cat named Luciferia (Lucy for short). Her name fits. If she doesn't want anything to do with you she will let you know. A large(AKA fat) tabby named Pudgy Fudgy (Fudgy for short). He's a cuddler. Just don't let him sit on you, he's big.  There is a brown dachshund puppy named Petra. She loves to play and just be silly. Her favorite game is fetch. All four animals have plenty of toys that Pepper spends alot of time using to play with all her pets. All animals in her home are rescue animals.

Hope lives in a studeo apartment. The walls are decorated with bright polka dots and stars in pastel colors, as well several white Christmas lights. There is a small mint green couch (can seat about 3 people) and a blue beanbag chair infront of a large plasma screen TV that is connected to a variety of video games.

Other than baking, Hope hardly uses the kitchen. Aside from baking utensils/equipment Hope only owns a pot to boil water for cup noodles. His fridge and pantry are stocked with ice cream, yogurt, cake and baking supplies. He often bakes cookies or cake so the place often smells like a confectionery bakery.

The bed is on the far end of the room, covered in various stuffed animals as well as a pastel blue, purple and red patchwork comforter. The bathroom has a bright pastel orange theme and always smells like citrus and vanilla.
