Population: 1,200 Soldiers, 6,000 civilians.
Location: Island in the north of Ikari.
Kyone is the last free military stronghold in Elia, mainly due to its island location. As such, it is a beacon to many freedom fighters and refugees alike.
The island town of Kyone is self-sufficient, preferring not to trade with the mainland, due to the possibility of spies or traitors. Further inland, the town grows and keeps its own supply of food.
The town of Kyone has one of the most diverse militaries in Elia, even before the other countries fell. It includes divisions for polar exploration and prisoner care.
As it is the last free town, Kyone also has a series of smaller satellite villages nearby to help accommodate the refugees.
