This thread contains all Section Leaders and Section Knights.

Section 1 [Germany]

Section Leader: Franklin Royce is the SL for Section 1, formerly named Germany. He is 39 years of age. Franklin can be simply labeled as insane. Franklin is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He prefers to stay in the background while the people under him do his dirty work and that includes his Section Council. It is rumored that he takes people from Draup's in his section and tortures them for amusement; even children. If you were to speak out loud about this though, a sword would rip through your chest. Franklin does not care too much about politics and the members of his council are too scared to speak up about it. The last council member that did was killed by Franklin with his bare hands so now they just go along with it. Franklin also has a thing for bombs. There is actually no real document or any person who knows how he even got his position, even the council. The former Section Leader of Section 1 just passed it down to him with no argument. Maybe he was threatened?

Section Knight(s)
All three of Franklin's Section Knights operate like assassins. You will most likely never see them unless in a required meeting or if they are sent to kill you.

Section 2 [United States]

Section Leader: Daniel Murai is the SL for Section 2, formerly named United States of America. He is 37 years of age. He has the best fighting capabilities out of all the Section Leaders. He prefers to not speak and show what he wants by his actions. The problem with the way Daniel leads is that... he doesn't. He was given the position by his father rather than the Section Council but he never really cared for power. He spends a lot of his time travelling or with the SL of Section 5. He lets his Section Council make most decisions which is bad because they are probably the most sinister in the entire council. He treats anyone who doesn't have an ounce of wealth like dirt.

Section Knight(s)
Daniel only has one Section Knight, but he has never seen them in person before since he insists he does not need one. Like Daniel, she is the strongest among the Section Knights. She can only be matched by "Blue", Yuki's Section Knight.

Section 3 [Russia]

Section Leader: Technically Section 3 has no SL since the last one was stabbed 14 times in his sleep. They have yet to find the murderer but they suspect it was someone who would have been picked next so they chose someone who wasn't on the list; Theodore Smirnov. Smirnov is 62 years of age. He will officially become a Section Leader on April 18th, 3000. Before he was chosen, Smirnov was a scientist and an engineer so he has a knack for fixing thing and creating poisons for torture purposes. Theodore is actually quite flexible for his age. He can be quite manipulative and the only person he respects out of all the Section Leader's is Yuki Fweng, Section Leader for Section 4. Smirnov is the only Section Leader that is interested in The Wasteland.

Smirnov has claimed he only needs one Section Knight for now since he specializes in drones.

Section 4 [China]

Section Leader: Yuki Fweng is the SL for Section 4, formerly named China. She 34 years of age. She is the most feared among all Section Leaders and all Sections. She is known for being quite merciless and serious about making money. She usually is followed around by her Section Knight and will have him kill anybody who is standing in her way... literally. She does not care for anybody except for the Section Leaders and that is only because she doesn't want to get overpowered; she does not trust easily. Yuki is constantly trying to make herself Queen over all Sections and if anybody were to stop Liber8 it would be her. She hates the SL for Section Leader 1, Franklin Royce. Yuki also has the Section with the most advanced technology. No one dares cross her, even her own council. While she doesn't even know how to defend herself with a knife or gun she has many loyal to her who will do the killing for her.

Section Knight(s)
Yuki apparently has two Section Knights but only one has been seen. He goes by the name Blue and rarely speaks. He is seen following Yuki like a bodyguard. Main reason why no one can touch her.

Section 5 [United Kingdoms]

Section Leader: Keith Thompson is the SL for Section 5, formerly named United Kingdoms. He is 47 years old but comes second when it comes to fighting among the Section Leaders. Like Section Leader 2, Keith does not care too much about power and authority but unlike Daniel, if he is forced to make a decision he will abuse it as much as he can. He loves seeing people in pain, especially if he knows they hate him. Keith is interested in lost artifacts and he is the only person alive who has returned from The Wasteland. While he prefers to not speak about it, that is where his sense of adventure comes from. Despite how people talk about him, Keith is no fool and can move quickly to action when it is needed. He also has an unhealthy obsession for food.

Section Knight(s)
Keith has the rowdiest bunch of Section Knights. They are most known for instilling fear into citizens and inflicting damage into other Peacekeepers just for fun. He may not admit it, but Keith is slowly losing control of all three of them.
