I guess the first place to start is: what sort of skills do you want to improve?
The best thing to do for 'I generally want to write better' is to read more, and I do mean mainstream published works rather than fanfic or self-pubbed, just because there's a higher degree of quality control and editing (broadly speaking). Reading widely will also help a lot - so definitely include things that really appeal to you, but also try out some new genres and some nonfiction from time to time to expand your horizons.
If you have more specific concerns about writing, there will definitely be more specific tips! Just let us know what you're trying to work on.

Understand going to start finding some mainstream stuff been reading a lot about baseball fantasy atm on blogs post. Always had trouble writing so trying to find a good flow on my own technique.
