Asides from the inconsistent number of fingers, as well as a few places where the pencil is obvious, the piece looks rather nice,

It's possible, it looks more like a thumb than an index finger, in which the finger should flow better into the hand

While I can definitely tell that you're trying to create the appearance of muscle, it'd probably work a little better if you added a little more curve to the upper arm, and a separate curve to the shoulder, so that the one part of her bicep doesn't look quite as out of place.
