Ok. How should we should do recruiting, training, and manufacturing?


My old intergalactic RP on another server just did a dice system. Granted it was much easier (it was just [dice] d100 [/dice] ) but I think this is the best way to prevent having three mods making different decisions for ETAs.


We can throw in factors of production to lower time. I just don't think it's fair for me to take a week to make one fleet (less than 1,000 ships) and it takes someone else one turn to make 4 million ships
