Are you perhaps referring to coded posts? If so, there is a section called BBCode Center that contains threads of users with tutorials to create your own coding to beautify posts, questions that can be answered in regards to coding, and workshops with "freebies"--codes that users can use for their own posts as long as credit for creator is given. A few users also accept requests for personalized coding within their limitations.
