Personality: Kira is a living example of having a screw loose. He is strange in all uses of the words and extremely curious. Unfortunately his curiosity tends to not end well for others. He delights in the sight of blood and gore and if it wasn't for his unwavering respect for Josho he would probably be a cerial killer. He is also isnaly good at finding things, infact he holds the unique ability to sniff out awoken candidates.
Biography: Kira's origins just like Josho's is unknown. He is one of the founding members of Rising Sun Academy and is responsible for finding awoken Candidates. Indeed he was arrested or taken into custody many times for stalking and other charges but he was released every time thanks to Josho. Over the years Kira grew bored with the same old same old and recently he has started to dabble in the dark side of spirits. Josho wasn't to happy with this but the two reached an agreement. Kira would keep his test to only weak test that would cause no fatalities in exchange Josho would allow Kira to perform the awakening ceremony.
