Fandom Kingdom Hearts: Omniversal Crisis (Sign-Up)

Hello everyone. This is where you sign up specifically for a character involved. You guys thought there was going to be BBCode ? You thought wrong. You can also sign up for a World, or the “Guardian of the World’s Heart” . I’ll explain that in a moment. There is also a few things that will be explained, but the “The Trump Cards” are the most important characters story-wise. The Factions are the most important groups. I’ll also list the number of worlds that have been accepted so far.

Rules ( I will private message you if you are breaking the rules. If i PM you 3 times with this... You are out of the RP ) :

1. Do not God Mod . I don't care if you use extremely Overpowered Characters, don't God-Mod through everything [ Your characters WILL be getting far stronger as they go to world to world... Otherwise some worlds will curbstomp the living crap out of you ] ... So you don't have to use OP Characters... But if you go to a extremely OP verse right off the bat, you will need to take the Trump-Card with you. But... That may run a risk of losing that Trump-Card to another faction.
2. At least more than sentence. I know most RPers can range between a few sentences and a few paragraphs. Length is understandable and I won't judge based on length. However, to see someone use only a sentence seems to me they don't care about the RP.
3. Be nice and civilized .
4. Respect one another.

The Factions: Each world has a faction of some sort, lead by a leader. These Leaders are pre-determined . The following are the Factions:

• The Manipulators of Heartless - Lead by Maleficent
• The Original Thirteen - Lead by Marluxia .

Location of Heart of the World:


The Guardian of the World’s Heart - Essentially exactly what it says. For every world, there is a location that has the World’s Heart. If you manage to seal that world, the Heartless , Nobodies, and Inversed can’t access the world i. However, to be able to lock the world, you will have to face that World’s Strongest Character. If you win, or at the very least impress them enough , they will let you seal their character. The identities of the Guardian of said world will not be stated specifically. The GM will decide who will be the Guardian .


The Trump Cards - Pretty much what is says. Each Faction was given by the Omniversal Guardian a copy of a book called the “ Origin of All Hearts “ . It states the history , and power of all possible beings, and which world they are in. The Trump Cards are characters whom are so unbelievably powerful that they will definitely tip the balance in the favor of whomever can gain the most of these Trump Cards. In the book, they are marked by the same crown symbol that represents the franchise Kingdom Hearts . At the start, each faction gains 1 of each of these automatically because of the Omniversal Guardian . Despite how unbelievably strong they are, each Factions should be careful about which Trump Card they send out, as them being claimed by another Faction would result in catastrophic consequences . The GM will be playing as the starting Trump Cards ONLY, though you can request for a Trump Card whenever you desire. The Faction’s main goal is to gain as many of these Trump Cards in time for the Final War/Keyblade War for Kingdom Hearts. Here is the list of those that the Factions get automatically :

• Manipulators of Darkness - Unknown
• The Original Thirteen - Unknown

The Platinum - An unfathomably important individual who was mentioned in the very back of the Origin of All Hearts. She is a being who has enough power to defeat all the other Trump-Cards at once with a single wipe of her hand . She goes from world to world, trying her best to not be seen . She is recognizable with an Golden Organization 13 Cloak, which the hood is always kept on. On the back of her golden cloak, a silver crown can be seen with a black heart behind it, representing her symbol . However, it's important to note that this figure can also take off the cloak as well . She 'could' be found in the following areas:

• The Heart of Each World ( Sometimes not the realm the faction is in... Per say. )
• The Realm of Darkness
• The Realm of Light
• Realm of Nowhere and Inbetween
• Sleeping Worlds ( Worlds seen in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance )
• Castle Oblivion ( She is going here at one point in the story )
• Within Kingdom Hearts
• The Datascape ( Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded )

The canon universes in Kingdom Hearts will be mentioned as well. BBCode wise, as long as it’s readable and understandable, you can use BBCode in anyway you desire. It doesn’t matter to me.

World Sign-Up: Gamindustri (Hyperdimension Neptunia)

History of the World: Gamindustri is a land populated by four nations, each ruled by a goddess called a CPU (Or, Console Patron Unit). These nations are Planeptune, ruled by CPU Purple Heart, Lastation, ruled by CPU Black Heart, Leanbox, ruled by CPU Green Heart, and Lowee, ruled by CPU White Heart. The CPUs used to engage in a fierce battle in a higher realm known as Celestia, called the Console War, but after a series of events involving Purple Heart losing her memory and a woman called Arfoire attempting to take over Gamindustri, the Console War is now over, and the CPUs instead compete through the acquisition of Shares, a manifestation of the people's faith in a specific CPU.

Heroes of said World:

Neptune/CPU Purple Heart

The ruler of Planeptune, Neptune was the first out of the Console War, and consequently lost her memory. This allowed her to befriend the other Goddesses, and lead them all together to face Arfoire. She's rather carefree, loves pudding, and has a tendency to break the fourth wall more than the other characters.

Compa

Compa is a nurse-in-training, although she's not very good at it - While her treatments do technically work, the tends to go overboard with them. She first met Neptune after she fell from the sky, just after being knocked out of Celestia by the other CPUs. Compa was Neptune's companion from then until Arfoire's defeat, and is also the reason Neptune loves pudding.

IF

The self-proclaimed Wind Walker of Gamindustri, IF doesn't belong to one specific nation, although she holds CPU Green Heart in high regard. She ran into Neptune and Compa while they all happened to be investigating a cave near Planeptune, searching for the source of the monsters that had started appearing there. While their first impression wasn't great, she followed them on their quest anyway, and she and Compa particularly became close friends.

Viillians of said World:

Arfoire

Taking advantage of the CPUs constant fighting in Celestia, Arfoire started to take over the Shares of Gamindustri behind their backs, claiming them in the name of a fake god, and using a company called Avenir to help take over Lastation particularly. Neptune and posse eventually uncovered her plans and defeated her.

Location of Heart of the World: An old castle in Celestia. The CPUs don't know of this location, because Celestia is much larger than Gamindustri itself.

Personality: Moo is vastly overconfident in his abilities which leads him to fight foes far stronger then him. Then with that he always a little greedy, be it for money or fame. Both gets him in the same amount of deep trouble. But he makes up for these with his kind heart. He always there to lend his aid to his friends and alleys as well as fight the forces of darkness… whether he is really able to help or not.


Powers and Abilities: Moo can fly thanks to wings and can use balloon and slow types of magic

History:
Moo was born into a very large family of Moogles. The family is large that Moo’s brother and sisters run shops in most of the known worlds. Unlike his family through Moo wanted more than just being a shopkeeper, he wanted to be a hero. His mother supported him through his father and the rest of his family wanted him be practical and join the family business. But one day they change their mind…

A young blue chocobo appeared in Traverse Town on that day. The chocobo was heavily injured and stumbled around the town until he bumped into Moo. Moo quickly tried to carry the chocobo, even though he couldn’t lift the chocobo off the ground. As he was doing this Moo was attacked and knocked backed by a Neoshadow heartless that appeared from nowhere. Moo got back up and tried to punch the heartless, and got knocked back again. Then a tried again and failed again. Then the third time as he charge a keyblade appeared in his hands and he slashed right through the heartless. As the heartless disappeared Moo looked at his new weapon and like a true hero… Started dancing in place and yelling about him now being a keyblade hero.

Eventually Moo got the chocobo to his home were he was attended to by Moo’s mother. Moo soon after started showing off his keyblade to his family. His mother was very proud of him while the rest of his family were don founded. With a sigh his father brought a box out to Moo containing a custom his grandfather dressed in. Now wearing that costume Moo began to travel, with his side kick Ace the blue chocobo.

This Key Blade choose Moo because of his heart was full of light and confidence as he defended a young chocobo against a shadow even though he kept getting knocked down by it over and over.

Weaknesses(IMPORTANT) : Moo if fairly weak in melee combat and can't take a lot of damage in a fight either.

He’s kind hearted and loyal to his friends through he not afraid to smack them on the head with his wings when they do something stupid. He does that regularly to Moo...

History:
Ace’s world was very peaceful world full beautiful natural wonders. Ace’s herd ran through their fields happily with little worry of danger from predators. That all changed when the heartless attacked his world. Ace’s father did his best to lead the herd away from danger but quickly got over runned by heartless. Ace and his tribe tried to fight back but were falling fast against the heartless. As his last act Ace’s father used all of his magical power to put a barrier around Ace so he could survive the destruction of his world. Ace was badly beat by the time his father did this and blacked out soon after.

Then when he woke up he was in a strange town. He started stumbling around until he ran into a very strange Moogle...

Weaknesses(IMPORTANT) : Ace is unable to use magic and he can't talk out right to people, though Moo has learned to understand what he try to communicate. Also he too easily can get caught up in Moo's trouble.

Powers and Abilities​

• Frankie can pretty much warp reality to get any desirable effect. Due to how much more raw powers she has in comparison to her previous male incarnation, she actually doesn’t need to try that hard to reality warp, and was stated to be capable of doing anything at quite a few points , which is supported because of her lack of any real challenge powerwise , ever is or will be . As long as she truly desires it to happen, it will occur, regardless of inconsistencies and the like. The only thing that can stop this is either herself or someone stronger, and the possibility of the latter is borderline 0% . She can use it to amp herself and or others. She can also use it for background effect or to effect the playing field the spar is taking place. She a super nice , gentle , yet shy young girl , so she’s not going to straight up kill you with it. It is most likely she will first do it in self-defense, unless asked to fight by anyone. Even at the same heavily restricted state she is always at... She is at the absolute least equal, likely far stronger, in comparison to the power of ... The Platinum . Albeit, no one knows this (not even Frankie or even the Omniversal Guardian) ... Because she holds back so much even in such a state he only believed she was 'just' a Trump-Card . It's a mistake that will cost the Omniversal Guardian Iater on .
• After being forcibly fusing with Lord Omni , her powers literally multiplied by an inconceivable amount. To the point that her heavily restricted state is now at the absolute bare minimum, in the absolute heavily restricted state of her powers, she transcends the totality of everything seen in the storyline , including Lord Omni at Full Power, the Trump-Card Keyblade , The Guardian and the Omniversal Kingdom Hearts ( Which was previous above everything else in the verse in the same way a Creator God views his fiction ) . Even her NIghtmare , which is admittedly ridiculously weaker than a mere atom of the infinitely boundless ocean that is her Heavily Restricted State , is still ridiculously superior to Lord Omni + The Omniversal Kingdom Heaarts combined .
• It doesn’t have any sort of weaknesses such as cool down or the amount of usages. Like the original Franklin, she can use her powers subconsciously without even being actively aware of it.

Keyblade:

She didn't gain it as a result of her powers. She obtained the Ultima Weapon legitimately as a result of a "test" given to her by the Omniversal Guardian before she was sent to The Light. The details of said test are not known by any but Frankie and the Omniversal Guardian. She's been told she has one, but has no idea how to summon one as of yet.

Personality​

Frankie is described as a gentle soul who accepts all into her arms. It is rare for her to be this way to people, since usually she doesn’t get a chance to do much with others. She is described as a gullible ball of innocence who blindly accepts everyone she meets, usually to the chagrin of those protecting her. Extremely Shy and self-conscious of herself , both emotionally and physically . Believes herself to be a burden to others whenever she is around . Especially due to the fact that she usually isn't allowed to do anything, resulting in a severe lack of self-confidence.

• AVATAR is an alternate variation of Franklin , when she immaturely uses the fullest extent of her adult powers. She is created when the reason she is using her powers is for good.
• Can use her powers to the fullest extent and learns very quickly and on the spot, much more than his base form.
• Has intelligence rivalling Reed Richards
• She is known to be kind and loving to all.
• Has an abundance of compassion.
• However he still will not kill.
• The ONLY way of beating HER [POWERWISE] in this form is outsmarting her , as Susan does to her when she first encountered M A L I C E .
• Frankie will not remember a single thing that occurred to her while he was in the Avatar state [ God that sounds like a cheap Avatar the Last Airbender reference ] .
• Is not anywhere implied to be arrogant, so attempt to use that as a character flaw is a GRAVE mistake that will cost you.
• A V A T A R is easy to recognize, due to her white eyes no pupils and black markings. Her suit also changes to vastly different than her normal superhero attire.

• M A L I C E is an alternate variation of Avatar , when she immaturely uses the fullest extent of her adult powers . She is created when using teh fullest extent of her powers for an evil reason.
• Can use her powers to the fullest extent and learns very quickly and on the spot, much more than his base form.
• Has intelligence rivalling Reed Richards
• “ She is Dominant and a Mistress< showing superiority in and out of combat scenarios “ .
• Lacks the general compassion that normal Franklin would have, they are two completely different people.
• However he still will not kill.
• The ONLY way of beating HER [POWERWISE] in this form [ Unless your Full-On Omnipotent ] is outsmarting her , as Susan does to her when she first encountered M A L I C E .
• Frankie will not remember a single thing that occurred to her while he was in the M A L I C Estate [ God that sounds like a cheap Avatar the Last Airbender reference ] .

• M A L I C E is easy to recognize, due to her hair and blue eyes. However, she sometimes controls Frankie’s normal self, and you can recognize such by her glowing blue eyes.

• Zero-Girl is an alternate variation of Franklin , when she immaturely uses the fullest extent of her adult powers. She is created when the reason she is using her powers and loses her humanity, becoming an abstract variation of herself like she was destined to become
• Can use her powers to the fullest extent and learns very quickly and on the spot, much more than his base form.
• Has intelligence rivalling Reed Richards
• She is shown to have a neutral personality, caring for balance
• Has a God-Complex in this form
• However she still will not kill.

Likes: Machines, taking care of her older sister, and hanging out with Uni (Lastation's CPU Candidate)

Dislikes: Making tough choices, losing friends, and being alone.

Personality: Nepgear is shy and reserved, but with the help of her friends, she strives to do the right thing. She absolutely loves tinkering with things, and often goes to Lastation to do so with Uni. She has a lot of self-confidence issues, always feeling like she's lesser than her sister and the other CPUs, and they start to show particularly strongly whenever things start to go wrong.

Powers and Abilities: Nepgear is able to transform into her CPU form at will, which grants her extra strength, endurance, and the ability to fly through the air, at the cost of 1/5th her max SP. She also has access to two other types of abilities:

SP Skills are special abilities that consume her body's energy, or SP. SP can be restored using various items, but only recharges within a safe area otherwise. As such, Nepgear uses these abilities sparingly. Nepgear's SP Skills are:

• Mirage Dance - A rapid series of spinning slices. Nepgear reportedly gets dizzy if she uses it too much.
• Slash Wave - A beam of energy shot out from her blade. It travels a short distance in a straight line before disappearing. (In her CPU form, this skill changes to "MPBL", where she fires a laser from her weapon instead, with the same range)
• Panzer Blade - A slicing combo that hits five times.
• Defensive Cheer - A magical supporting cheer that raises the hardiness of a single ally.
• Offensive Cheer - A magical supporting cheer that raises the attack capabilities of allies nearby.
• Heal! - A healing skill that can heal small injuries. (Let's say about as effective as Cure in KH1)
• Hyper Heal! - A more powerful healing skill taught to her by Rom, one of Lowee's CPU Candidates. Costs significantly more SP to cast than Heal!.

Spoiler: EXE Drive

As Nepgear deals and takes damage, her EXE energy rises. Once it reaches its peak, she can unleash her EXE Drive, Celestial Severance - A large combo attack that deals massive damage, shown below.

This attack consumes all of her EXE energy, so once executed she has to recharge it all over again. She can also execute other EXE Drives with allies, but these are only learned if they're fond enough of each other.

Weapons: In her Human form, she uses a standard Beam Saber, a device that projects an energy-based blade. In her CPU form she wields the Multiple Beam Launcher, a device of Nepgear's own making that is a combination of a sword and a gun.

Appearances:

History: Nepgear was born during a time when Planeptune's Shares were particularly high. She is the CPU Candidate of Planeptune, and Neptune's older sister. If anything should happen to Neptune, it's Nepgear's responsibility to take her place as Planeptune's CPU. She has lived with Neptune in Planeptune's Basilicom ever since, taking care of her (Possibly a bit too much) and performing her own duties to the nation.

Weaknesses: Her previously-mentioned self-confidence issues. If things start to go downhill, she will usually not know what to do, and this often brings her to simple inaction unless others are there to help her.

In addition, during Neptune's quest, Avenir showed it was possible to generate a field that suppresses either the CPU transformation, SP Skills and EXE Drives, or the usage of items. They constructed machines to perform each one of these functions, and while it is possible to destroy them, they can cause trouble as long as they stay alive. While these same machines may or may not be used again, others could very well figure out how to do the same.

The city Tracy lives in is a prime example of this with Tracy, who is a Police Detective, and his partner, are ingaged in a never-ending war on crime.

Yeah, see, that's not the problem. The problem is, I've only played the games up to KH2 (By release date, not timeline-wise). I'm not nearly current enough on KH events to be able to play any of the KH characters, at all :/ If I'd known it would've been required, I wouldn't have joined in the first place. Sorry.
