The most important thing to know, he's rude. He's sarcastic, arrogant, selfish and blunt. Keifer is just so but so cold with people, and trusting easily isn't in his vocabulary. For him you're just a painting on the wall, he will not notice you and if he does then please ask for an Oscar; but keeping his eyes on you will still be a challenge. He's hard to impress but easily to bore, so be careful.
Keifer isn't one to believe in second chances. When it's about love, your chances of winning his heart are minimum, but if you do he'll be very protective over you on his own prideful way. So if you start noticing any sign of him being worried or caring for you even when he denies it then you're one step ahead.
The contradiction to this man is simple, he's cold but very lustful. Though he isn't one to flirt or jump on every single person he meets.
Yet despite everything else, Keifer is very wise and intelligent; call him a nerd if you must. And if he sees the need to or if you just get lucky, he'll give you an advice for whatever problem you're dealing with. But don't take this as a sign of friendship, he's just giving you a bit of his knowledge that's all.
If you ever get to his soft side (I said if) These will be the things in store for you: Keifer is secretly a hopeless romantic (surprising right?) Be ready for soft kisses here and there, hugs full of emotion no matter how gentle he gives them. Many: "Did you get home safely?" "Good morning/Goodnight beautiful" "I don't want you walking alone, want me to pick you up?" "Open the door, I'm outside babe." "Why are you crying? Give me 10 and I'll come over." "Get dressed, we're going out." And "Going to the store, want anything?" Kind of text/calls/normal conversations. But try not to point them out to him or he'll get embarrassed since well, it's something he isn't use to do but still comes from him automatically. Yet all this comes one step at a time, take this as a reward for standing his annoying cold and cruel self.

Enhanced Speed- Which means he can move faster, whether being walking or running. Yet, Keifer rarely uses this ability unless it is necessary on certain situations.
Enhanced Strength- Naturally, all vampires are more stronger than humans. Yet being a PureBlood gives a little more boost.
Enhanced Sight- He is able to see in the dark, and to master what people call as an "eagle eye", "dead eye", "bulls eye", etc. He can detect better from far places.
Enhanced Smell- This implies that his nose is 10 times more sensitive than humans. Keifer is also able to detect the presence of another vampire or inhuman creature using his smell, though with other non-human, non-vampires creatures, he cannot detect what they are. He does this by smelling the altered DNA from the other. Also, he can feel the scent of another fellow vampire from a very fair yet far distance, and the lower the vampire's bloodline, the faster he spots them.
Enhanced Hearing- Vampires have a sense of hearing that is double that of the normal human, which enables them to hear the faintest of whispers when they are in a clear line of sight of their intended target from a range of twenty meters (within chat range).
Enhanced Regeneration- After feeding on blood, vampires most notably have the ability to regenerate wounds. The more regeneration needed, the higher quantity/quality of blood needs to be consumed. Vampires who have not fed in some time will struggle to regenerate wounds with speed, and wounds regenerate their fastest within an hour of feeding, at a max of 10x the normal human rate. He however, can sometimes heal in seconds without the need of blood. But it all depends on the wound(s) really.
Telepathy - He can communicate with you through your mind and can wonder around your thoughts too. But that's only if you allow him to, even though he can actually do it without your consent. But he prefers to only do it when allowed and when you allow him he takes his time to teach you how to keep him out in case you don't want him nosing around. He's fair.
Biting - He can turn a human into a vampire, and if he makes a specific procedure he can not only turn them, but also control them as a slave. Yet he doesn't do this since his first kill.
『 Wᴇᴀᴋɴᴇssᴇs 』
Vampires do not have souls. This is a key point to understand because they are undead, and the undead do not have souls. A vampire, can however have a conscience..which gives them the ability to distinguish between right and wrong and still feel a range of emotions as they would when they were still alive.
Sunlight- Most of the time it hurts some vampires, others they don't get any effect. But a vampire doesn't just burst into flames when hit by sun. The effect it has on Keifer consists of only making him weaker, and his eyes are slightly more sensitive with the sun's light. But aside of that he can walk freely and without problem.
Feeding- He has a limit on how much he can last without feeding. His limit for not feeling any hunger is 4 months before his deadline. Then he can be at least 2 more without feeding until his second deadline. After that he can become dizzy or even succumb to his cursed side for who wonders how long this time. Yet Keifer only prefers to drink on his deadlines, since he wants to avoid blood as much as possible; after all he hasn't mastered his thirst fully due to his 'disease'.
Holy & Hallowed Objects- Objects that have been blessed by priests or divine entities are considered to be “holy” and have crippling effects to Vampires. Items like holy water only burns him, as if you're throwing him boiling water, but the marks won't stay for long. Its just something to stun him with, about crosses he doesn't hiss or flinch when met with one, but can have the same result as the water if pressed on his skin. Only to stun.
Hallowed Grounds: These are more commonly known as churches or any place of worship. He can actually enter one, but he will be very vulnerable and weak. The limit for him to keep himself on sacred ground before feeling sick is about 5 hours tops. And once sick his period to fully recover his strength will be about a week. The symptoms when sick are: vomiting, difficulty breathing, tiredness, agonizing pain and hot temperature; its like a very nasty virus. But it means he was actually dying.
Abjuration Magic- He is unable to trespass a warded ground by a spell or cast. Or any other repellant spell until taken down, but that's it.
Silver- Vampires and silver do not get along, just like werewolves and silver. If a Vampire were to be bound by the substance or stabbed by anything silver, their power would be drained. If the Silver item were also blessed it would cause twice the damage as normal. Another way to stun him, but more effectively.
Wooden Stakes- It can instantly kill him if pressed to his heart, but it doesn't need to be necessarily wood, it can also be a silver pipe with a sharp end or any other sharp object than can cause a huge hole in his heart. Bullets to the heart will only stun him, and depending on what its made of, the effect can be minimum or high. Though if shot with a weapon like a shotgun, or any other with that kind of firepower, he can die if it reaches and damages his heart greatly.
Intense Stimuli- Despite being able to endure it more, his sensory is very sensitive, which makes him more delicate around scents, sounds and lights. Flashing or bright white lights close to his face can blind him (not literally) and make his eyes water. A wave of strong smells no matter what they are can cause him allergies and confusion, making his smell fail until he leaves the place. His ears are very delicate to loud noises, like clubs, or many high noises at once. This is why he tends to wear small translucent ear plugs to minimize the sound. Since it can give him a headache and cause him to be disoriented.
When it comes to houses, he has to be invited in. And after being invited he can enter as many times as he wants (which in this case will mean visiting you without having you giving him permission to enter. Just like a normal human) until you deny him entry and from there on he cannot enter until you allow him again. Yet this rules doesn't apply to other vampires, since he's a pureblood, yet vampires need to ask for his permission to enter his home; unless its another pureblood, then it will all depend on their rank, age and status.
Though this one has evolve over years that most vampires don't actually do this anymore, yet he still maintains the habit. Out of respect and manner. After all, he was once a very wealthy (still kinda is, he just doesn't use his money) and well educated gentleman.
Garlic - Garlic doesn't affect him, it just annoys the heck out of him. But that's as far as it gets.

Sebastien Beaumont, which is Keifer's real name, was born in France; for that matter he is under the laws of the European Vampire Council, which is one of the cruelest from the few existing around the world. They are strict and any action that seems rebellious against the council can be severe. He was the heir son of a very well known royal family, Josiah and Colleen Beaumont, two of the few remaining vampires in the European Council with pure bloodline. Since little he was taught about what and what not to do; about how to maintain his royal image and reputation as it should be and what things could bring dishonor into the family name. He was taught that being a pure blood meant being superior to all the others, except the council, and to also be the most dangerous. In other words he was raised to be a snob.
At first little old Seb did not know how to control his hunger, and a simple drop could start a thirst. So parents had the obligation to teach their children onto how to control it, but the process always varied depending on the bloodline of each vampire, and his was suppose to be an easy task. But there was something about Sebastien that just wasn't right, he couldn't fully mastered his thirst. Things like this were usually notify right away to the Council, because this could be a problem; yet his parents, being scared of what might the council do to him, kept it a secret and decided it was best to keep him home as much as they could. He was just a child, and it was their only son, whom they love very much; they didn't have the stomach to inform his son's flaw fearing they could kill him. Reason to why he now loves books since it was the only thing he mostly did to pass the time alone at home, or play with his cat; his only friend.
Sebastien never understood why was he kept away from the world as he grew up, until when he was old enough to know his parents told him the truth. A long long time ago, the vampire race was divided in two; the normal ones and the "Red eyes" which were more like bloodthirsty monsters that had lost whatever "humanity" they had inside. It was a threat even to vampires. The slaughter of this creatures began and the Council was built, to maintain order. A genocide of Red Eyes took place until there wasn't a single one left, but soon rules were made so whatever odd behavior from an individual was made it could be stopped before anything were to happened. There were few ways of turning into a Red Eye and once turned there was no going back, or so the records inform since a miracle hasn't happened. The first method of getting infected is to drink the mutated blood of a Red Eye, getting bitten isn't part of infection. Another method is to let yourself starve for blood past the limit of months you are allowed to be without feeding, then after getting a small drop of blood in your mouth will make you want more and you'll never get full, and so it goes until you just lose it. Another more common method is when a newly turned doesn't tame his hunger. And a more rare one is when you're born one. The reason to this has not been clarified and Sebastien's parents feared this had been the reason. After all, a Red Eye was like a disease among vampires.
A disease with no cure.
If the Council knew, there was a high chance Seb was going to be executed. So they hid him, and Seb fell into shock. He was in danger, this wasn't right. From that day on he lived in fear of himself and the Council. And made sure to be always away from blood until it was time to feed, he made sure to never pass the line. But time passed and he grew into a very fine gentleman, he met a woman and he fell in love, soon forgetting about all of that. Her name was Angelique and after a while they got married. He forgot about his curse, and the fact he would switch on and off unwillingly into that dangerous state. He forgot how many people, vampires and humans alike, he killed and he enjoyed throughout his childhood and his adolescence. He forgot how his parents knew but didn't do anything because they didn't want to lose his son, neither did they want their name to be tainted. He completely forgot what of a psychopathic murderer he was; yet he didn't fully know. It was as if he would suddenly shut down and succumb to it; like a werewolf on a full moon.
Thankfully, he didn't have another episode throughout his beautiful marriage; and soon he became father of two lovely children. Tobias and Paulette. Everything had been perfect until one night. It all crumbled down in seconds, one dark, dark night.
His "switch" turned off.
He was one to avoid drinking blood as much as possible, due to his condition around blood. So he will always have his feast on the deadline. Yet the Council had him so busy that he forgot because his mind was so busy keeping everything in order; and just a simple and stupid action set him off.
His wife had been sewing by the time he came home, and turning her attention to welcome her husband had gotten her distracted; and the needle pinch her finger. He was sensitive, so the smell right away slapped him on the face and that's when it all went black.
Just because of a stupid needle.
Next thing he knew he was surrounded with the blood of his entire family, as their lifeless bodies lay on the floor. Even his little baby girl. He was confused and scared; and his heart broke down while he cried out for his family. He killed them without wanting to, his whole world came down. By the time the Council's royal guards came he was on the floor with Paulette's body in hands while he cried, she didn't deserve that; none of them did. He was accused of murders, all of them, for they came to conclusion that Sebastien was the loose Red Eye going around killing years ago. He backed away and kept repeating he was innocent, that he never meant to harm his own family, he wanted them to help him not to lock him up and execute him next thing in the morning; so he ran away from there....even if he never runs away from anything.
That's where he moved to the U.S, trying to escape his fate. He changed his name and became a citizen in the North American Council. He knew the strict rules of each Council, if he became a citizen in America, the Europeans couldn't hunt him down because he wasn't under their law anymore; it was a crime to come and execute a vampire from another continent. But he was still in danger for being what he is, and the Europeans will do anything in their power to catch him.
From then on he has been hiding, and away of any bond with whoever he meets. In fear, of how he was born.

The most important thing to know, he's rude. He's sarcastic, arrogant, selfish and blunt. Keifer is just so but so cold with people, and trusting easily isn't in his vocabulary. For him you're just a painting on the wall, he will not notice you and if he does then please ask for an Oscar; but keeping his eyes on you will still be a challenge. He's hard to impress but easily to bore, so be careful.
Keifer isn't one to believe in second chances. When it's about love, your chances of winning his heart are minimum, but if you do he'll be very protective over you on his own prideful way. So if you start noticing any sign of him being worried or caring for you even when he denies it then you're one step ahead.
The contradiction to this man is simple, he's cold but very lustful. Though he isn't one to flirt or jump on every single person he meets.
Yet despite everything else, Keifer is very wise and intelligent; call him a nerd if you must. And if he sees the need to or if you just get lucky, he'll give you an advice for whatever problem you're dealing with. But don't take this as a sign of friendship, he's just giving you a bit of his knowledge that's all.
If you ever get to his soft side (I said if) These will be the things in store for you: Keifer is secretly a hopeless romantic (surprising right?) Be ready for soft kisses here and there, hugs full of emotion no matter how gentle he gives them. Many: "Did you get home safely?" "Good morning/Goodnight beautiful" "I don't want you walking alone, want me to pick you up?" "Open the door, I'm outside babe." "Why are you crying? Give me 10 and I'll come over." "Get dressed, we're going out." And "Going to the store, want anything?" Kind of text/calls/normal conversations. But try not to point them out to him or he'll get embarrassed since well, it's something he isn't use to do but still comes from him automatically. Yet all this comes one step at a time, take this as a reward for standing his annoying cold and cruel self.

Enhanced Speed- Which means he can move faster, whether being walking or running. Yet, Keifer rarely uses this ability unless it is necessary on certain situations.
Enhanced Strength- Naturally, all vampires are more stronger than humans. Yet being a PureBlood gives a little more boost.
Enhanced Sight- He is able to see in the dark, and to master what people call as an "eagle eye", "dead eye", "bulls eye", etc. He can detect better from far places.
Enhanced Smell- This implies that his nose is 10 times more sensitive than humans. Keifer is also able to detect the presence of another vampire or inhuman creature using his smell, though with other non-human, non-vampires creatures, he cannot detect what they are. He does this by smelling the altered DNA from the other. Also, he can feel the scent of another fellow vampire from a very fair yet far distance, and the lower the vampire's bloodline, the faster he spots them.
Enhanced Hearing- Vampires have a sense of hearing that is double that of the normal human, which enables them to hear the faintest of whispers when they are in a clear line of sight of their intended target from a range of twenty meters (within chat range).
Enhanced Regeneration- After feeding on blood, vampires most notably have the ability to regenerate wounds. The more regeneration needed, the higher quantity/quality of blood needs to be consumed. Vampires who have not fed in some time will struggle to regenerate wounds with speed, and wounds regenerate their fastest within an hour of feeding, at a max of 10x the normal human rate. He however, can sometimes heal in seconds without the need of blood. But it all depends on the wound(s) really.
Telepathy - He can communicate with you through your mind and can wonder around your thoughts too. But that's only if you allow him to, even though he can actually do it without your consent. But he prefers to only do it when allowed and when you allow him he takes his time to teach you how to keep him out in case you don't want him nosing around. He's fair.
Biting - He can turn a human into a vampire, and if he makes a specific procedure he can not only turn them, but also control them as a slave. Yet he doesn't do this since his first kill.
『 Wᴇᴀᴋɴᴇssᴇs 』
Vampires do not have souls. This is a key point to understand because they are undead, and the undead do not have souls. A vampire, can however have a conscience..which gives them the ability to distinguish between right and wrong and still feel a range of emotions as they would when they were still alive.
Sunlight- Most of the time it hurts some vampires, others they don't get any effect. But a vampire doesn't just burst into flames when hit by sun. The effect it has on Keifer consists of only making him weaker, and his eyes are slightly more sensitive with the sun's light. But aside of that he can walk freely and without problem.
Feeding- He has a limit on how much he can last without feeding. His limit for not feeling any hunger is 4 months before his deadline. Then he can be at least 2 more without feeding until his second deadline. After that he can become dizzy or even succumb to his cursed side for who wonders how long this time. Yet Keifer only prefers to drink on his deadlines, since he wants to avoid blood as much as possible; after all he hasn't mastered his thirst fully due to his 'disease'.
Holy & Hallowed Objects- Objects that have been blessed by priests or divine entities are considered to be “holy” and have crippling effects to Vampires. Items like holy water only burns him, as if you're throwing him boiling water, but the marks won't stay for long. Its just something to stun him with, about crosses he doesn't hiss or flinch when met with one, but can have the same result as the water if pressed on his skin. Only to stun.
Hallowed Grounds: These are more commonly known as churches or any place of worship. He can actually enter one, but he will be very vulnerable and weak. The limit for him to keep himself on sacred ground before feeling sick is about 5 hours tops. And once sick his period to fully recover his strength will be about a week. The symptoms when sick are: vomiting, difficulty breathing, tiredness, agonizing pain and hot temperature; its like a very nasty virus. But it means he was actually dying.
Abjuration Magic- He is unable to trespass a warded ground by a spell or cast. Or any other repellant spell until taken down, but that's it.
Silver- Vampires and silver do not get along, just like werewolves and silver. If a Vampire were to be bound by the substance or stabbed by anything silver, their power would be drained. If the Silver item were also blessed it would cause twice the damage as normal. Another way to stun him, but more effectively.
Wooden Stakes- It can instantly kill him if pressed to his heart, but it doesn't need to be necessarily wood, it can also be a silver pipe with a sharp end or any other sharp object than can cause a huge hole in his heart. Bullets to the heart will only stun him, and depending on what its made of, the effect can be minimum or high. Though if shot with a weapon like a shotgun, or any other with that kind of firepower, he can die if it reaches and damages his heart greatly.
Intense Stimuli- Despite being able to endure it more, his sensory is very sensitive, which makes him more delicate around scents, sounds and lights. Flashing or bright white lights close to his face can blind him (not literally) and make his eyes water. A wave of strong smells no matter what they are can cause him allergies and confusion, making his smell fail until he leaves the place. His ears are very delicate to loud noises, like clubs, or many high noises at once. This is why he tends to wear small translucent ear plugs to minimize the sound. Since it can give him a headache and cause him to be disoriented.
When it comes to houses, he has to be invited in. And after being invited he can enter as many times as he wants (which in this case will mean visiting you without having you giving him permission to enter. Just like a normal human) until you deny him entry and from there on he cannot enter until you allow him again. Yet this rules doesn't apply to other vampires, since he's a pureblood, yet vampires need to ask for his permission to enter his home; unless its another pureblood, then it will all depend on their rank, age and status.
Though this one has evolve over years that most vampires don't actually do this anymore, yet he still maintains the habit. Out of respect and manner. After all, he was once a very wealthy (still kinda is, he just doesn't use his money) and well educated gentleman.
Garlic - Garlic doesn't affect him, it just annoys the heck out of him. But that's as far as it gets.

Sebastien Beaumont, which is Keifer's real name, was born in France; for that matter he is under the laws of the European Vampire Council, which is one of the cruelest from the few existing around the world. They are strict and any action that seems rebellious against the council can be severe. He was the heir son of a very well known royal family, Josiah and Colleen Beaumont, two of the few remaining vampires in the European Council with pure bloodline. Since little he was taught about what and what not to do; about how to maintain his royal image and reputation as it should be and what things could bring dishonor into the family name. He was taught that being a pure blood meant being superior to all the others, except the council, and to also be the most dangerous. In other words he was raised to be a snob.
At first little old Seb did not know how to control his hunger, and a simple drop could start a thirst. So parents had the obligation to teach their children onto how to control it, but the process always varied depending on the bloodline of each vampire, and his was suppose to be an easy task. But there was something about Sebastien that just wasn't right, he couldn't fully mastered his thirst. Things like this were usually notify right away to the Council, because this could be a problem; yet his parents, being scared of what might the council do to him, kept it a secret and decided it was best to keep him home as much as they could. He was just a child, and it was their only son, whom they love very much; they didn't have the stomach to inform his son's flaw fearing they could kill him. Reason to why he now loves books since it was the only thing he mostly did to pass the time alone at home, or play with his cat; his only friend.
Sebastien never understood why was he kept away from the world as he grew up, until when he was old enough to know his parents told him the truth. A long long time ago, the vampire race was divided in two; the normal ones and the "Red eyes" which were more like bloodthirsty monsters that had lost whatever "humanity" they had inside. It was a threat even to vampires. The slaughter of this creatures began and the Council was built, to maintain order. A genocide of Red Eyes took place until there wasn't a single one left, but soon rules were made so whatever odd behavior from an individual was made it could be stopped before anything were to happened. There were few ways of turning into a Red Eye and once turned there was no going back, or so the records inform since a miracle hasn't happened. The first method of getting infected is to drink the mutated blood of a Red Eye, getting bitten isn't part of infection. Another method is to let yourself starve for blood past the limit of months you are allowed to be without feeding, then after getting a small drop of blood in your mouth will make you want more and you'll never get full, and so it goes until you just lose it. Another more common method is when a newly turned doesn't tame his hunger. And a more rare one is when you're born one. The reason to this has not been clarified and Sebastien's parents feared this had been the reason. After all, a Red Eye was like a disease among vampires.
A disease with no cure.
If the Council knew, there was a high chance Seb was going to be executed. So they hid him, and Seb fell into shock. He was in danger, this wasn't right. From that day on he lived in fear of himself and the Council. And made sure to be always away from blood until it was time to feed, he made sure to never pass the line. But time passed and he grew into a very fine gentleman, he met a woman and he fell in love, soon forgetting about all of that. Her name was Angelique and after a while they got married. He forgot about his curse, and the fact he would switch on and off unwillingly into that dangerous state. He forgot how many people, vampires and humans alike, he killed and he enjoyed throughout his childhood and his adolescence. He forgot how his parents knew but didn't do anything because they didn't want to lose his son, neither did they want their name to be tainted. He completely forgot what of a psychopathic murderer he was; yet he didn't fully know. It was as if he would suddenly shut down and succumb to it; like a werewolf on a full moon.
Thankfully, he didn't have another episode throughout his beautiful marriage; and soon he became father of two lovely children. Tobias and Paulette. Everything had been perfect until one night. It all crumbled down in seconds, one dark, dark night.
His "switch" turned off.
He was one to avoid drinking blood as much as possible, due to his condition around blood. So he will always have his feast on the deadline. Yet the Council had him so busy that he forgot because his mind was so busy keeping everything in order; and just a simple and stupid action set him off.
His wife had been sewing by the time he came home, and turning her attention to welcome her husband had gotten her distracted; and the needle pinch her finger. He was sensitive, so the smell right away slapped him on the face and that's when it all went black.
Just because of a stupid needle.
Next thing he knew he was surrounded with the blood of his entire family, as their lifeless bodies lay on the floor. Even his little baby girl. He was confused and scared; and his heart broke down while he cried out for his family. He killed them without wanting to, his whole world came down. By the time the Council's royal guards came he was on the floor with Paulette's body in hands while he cried, she didn't deserve that; none of them did. He was accused of murders, all of them, for they came to conclusion that Sebastien was the loose Red Eye going around killing years ago. He backed away and kept repeating he was innocent, that he never meant to harm his own family, he wanted them to help him not to lock him up and execute him next thing in the morning; so he ran away from there....even if he never runs away from anything.
That's where he moved to the U.S, trying to escape his fate. He changed his name and became a citizen in the North American Council. He knew the strict rules of each Council, if he became a citizen in America, the Europeans couldn't hunt him down because he wasn't under their law anymore; it was a crime to come and execute a vampire from another continent. But he was still in danger for being what he is, and the Europeans will do anything in their power to catch him.
From then on he has been hiding, and away of any bond with whoever he meets. In fear, of how he was born.
